I am Paramita Bhowmick,user of Airtel 3G net connection.I am using this connection for more than 5 months.It promises you to give 3G speed,but it is not worth of paying 1000/- per month.I use internet for various purposes,now I can hardly do anything.Last month on 26th september I paid the bill,&hoped to see a improved network connection,but when I clicked on usage 2 days later,it was showing ''Your approximate 3G Data usage as on 28/09/2012 is 6144 MB''. it is totally ridiculous. It is getting worsre day by day.I tried to attach some screen shots of the network speed,but the network is too slow to be attached.What kind of service is this?& Customer cares are just good for nothing.
