Subject: Rooming not activated or not working
Dear Sir,
I am K.Venkatasubramanian, one of the directors of Anand Radhika & Associates and Spearheaders Management Consultants group. My Airtel mobile no is [protected] and we got more than ten Airtel mobiles.
So for I have visited Mumbai three time on business connection. During my first visit itself (i.e during August 2012) I have requested you to activate the rooming for my mobile. But till date the rooming is not all activated or it is not working or any other problems at your end. Because of this I could not able to communicate to my customers and we have lost several lacks of business. Moreover I am mentally upset because of this.
I have even changed my sim card for new one. But still it is not working. I have also tried to connect Airtel tower by searching operator selection manually, but I got a message “No network connectionâ€. I have also contacted your service provider in Mumbai, but they told me I nave contact only Chennai.
I have checked up my mobile with Vodafone sim card and I am getting immediately the rooming. So there is no fault in my mobile also and the problem is with you only.
So request you to do the needful at your end ASAP.
If you are not solving the problem immediately I may think to surrender all my company Airtel sim to you and go for a new service provider. I may even think for some legal action against you.

Airtel Broadband — no connection still done after 1 month of payment
hi this is sumit maheshwari from lucknow...i had paid 800 bugs for my connection of airtel broadband on 27 august...till now no connection has been done and now i am going 2 case an fir against these airtel people in lucknow..these people are cheating us and taken money and no connection is done....if this is the service that u provide at the starting then i can think wat wud happen afterwards ...i[censored] people dont take some serious actions against this i am going to the consumer court and take this that u people will not b left....
