Yesterday I got my airtel phone recharged with rs. 300 and I got rs. 300 talktime as per the scheme but when I checked my balance today I found only rs. 30 in my account.... I have just talked for a couple of minutes somewhere and my balance must be around 297 but how they deducted so much of money I have no idea... I have not activated any plan any caller tune nothing.... Please help me out what to do???
i am using this airtel card from last 1 year. i am not satisfied with their services. they deduct ur money without any reason and when u call to ask them abt it,they keep u on hold. through which again they get chance to deduct your money.i donot understand y they deduct money from balance.from the time i have joined airtel nearly 110 rupees have been deducted from my balance without my knowledge.i just want my answer are these people sittins to only fill their pockets or give service to people. it is better now i move to another service provider with this numberb portability.

    I have been using an Airtel pre-paid SIM card for the past 7 to 8 years.
    This Friday on 12th Oct 2012 my SIM stopped working, and showed 'Invalid SIM' in phone display.
    At an Airtel showroom staff conveyed to me that my mobile number has been deleted from their Database. Reason being zero usage.
    Please note:
    1. No warning was conveyed to me, no suspension period provided, so I could redeem my number atleast.
    2. Airtel is not refunding my balance talk time money to me.
    3. The official Airtel website has no provision to raise complaint.

    I wonder why is Amir Khan having his program 'Satyamev jayate' sponsored by Airtel when it is commiting such FRAUD with people?
    They have to do this to just 50 to 100 people per month and they have plenty of STOLEN money.

    The Internet shows Sunil Mittal to sponsor philathropical causes, only if he could only stop cheating his own customers!! Sunil Mittal and Bharati Airtel are a team of fraudsters and cheaters.

    Airtel Prepaid — no refunds

    they hae activated my VASPACK service, they r deducting my balance by 100 rs. but when i call them they tell me that i'll get the balance within 48hrs but they dnt refund my balance.please guide me how can i tackle this problem

    Airtel Mobile — No refund

    I had a ringtone for a few years and Airtel called me and asked "Why do you want to pay Rs.30/- every month and why dont you pay Rs.200/- for one full year??" Unfortunately I said "Yes"

    The sad thing was that on that day they lost that particular ring tone and I dont have a specific ringtone as on today and I have been calling them atleast half a dozen times to arrange to rerund the Rs.200/- that was billed in my last months bill. Inspite of repeated complaints nobody seems to take any action. I have got this month also but they have not refunded that Rs.200/-

    Airtel should not have charged me Rs.200/- for a service they have not rendered.
    Even ysterday I called up one Mr Jadish at 12.35 PM and still nothing is happening

    On 18.11.09 at 20.05 hours I received an INCOMING call from mobile No.[protected]. My sister spoke to me for 384 seconds. The sad part is that I was charged for an incoming call. I called the Customer care No.121 and was told that I had requested for a combo. This is highly impossible as I did not make such a request and nobody would want to pay for an incoming call. The next day I called customer care and received a message reference [protected] at 12.44.07. I have not been credited with Rs.3.84 yet.
    Request kindly look into the matter and refund the about amount immediately.

    My prepaid number all of sudden got de-activated (no Incomming / outgoing allowed), I had a balance of Rs 384.41 which has also become 0.00 balance. I complained the same to Aiirtel 121on 02/12/2009 Customer Care person Rajendran, the accepeted the complaint and regretted for inconvenience and registered my compaliant and told the problem would be resolved in 48hrs, I received a reference number :[protected]. I waited for two days nothing happened. I went their office again on 04/12/2009 called 121 again a person called Prasant picked the call he is dumb could not even understand the problem and told he does not have any idea about this and asked me to re-charge again and see. I got fed-up with that and cut the call and told the front office person that i did not get any proper response from that dumboo. The lady sitting there got me connected to a Divya another customer care person. she again accepted the problem with regret and promised me that problem would be resolved in 24 hrs on 5/12/2009 1:30 pm. I waited again till 5th nothing happened waited till monday 07/12/2009 still nothing happened the problem still existed. I went again and was a bit aggressive on the CC people the connected me to the Customer Care service person Neha, I repeated the compliant again was a bit aggressive with her too, she then connected me the line Manager Sreeash, he again regretted for the problem and told he would check with the backend people and call me today 08/12/2009 (The entire call duration was around 30 minutes I spent listening to their lousy music for almost 15mins, has he promised still now I have not received any call. I planning to go leagally on this. Airtel Customer Care is the worst I have ever seen, Lazy people no one initiates on issues. They dont support their Brand itself. pathetic.

      AIRTEL 3G and Tech support team sucks !!!

      I wonder why Air-tel service is going to dogs!!! on the 8the while I was downloading wall paper there was a interruption and my 3g stopped responding .I was crippled as I was not able to keep in touch with the world while I was on the move (No face book/No whatz up/No WWW)
      I called 3g tech-support the person who spoke to me filed a ticket (ref no[protected]and confirmed that my issue will be fixed by 10the 13:02 hrs however on 9the I get a message that they tried reaching me and there is no response from my end which is not true as I never received a call. So called back tech support to explain I received a msg stating they were trying to reach me but I didn't receive a call thee lady who spoke to me said the ticket was raised for a wrong reason.
      I explained the issue and she raised another ticket gave a TAT 10the. By 10the No resolution so called again was very upset as no 1 understood my issue I get another ref no F[protected] no fix call again to find out why my issue was not fixed told will escalate to TRAI as I had to wait for longggggggggg. . . . .just to get a person.
      Called on 15th adamant on getting a supervisor on line finally get someone as a TL (believe me he was not worth) and I know he was not a TL material. Doesn't know jack about how to handle escalation call - Not prepared he didn't know what my issue was and why I wanted a sup for, he was unprofessional talking in Kannada and Telugu without respect and didn't bother to use mute/Hold. He never asked me if I can be placed on hold. I asked for his boss he also came on line and said he will get back with a resolution, which I don’t believe
      I am frustrated and want to cancel my account which is more than 10 - 12 years old and a gold member don't understand what that means. Ill also ensure none of my friends and family go thorough this so will definitely influence them to move to another provider.
      I would appreciate AIRTEL does some home work before choosing a vendor who are equipped with right training and keep their ears open and have quality standard if they have to survive the race.

        i have complained many times by now and maybe they knows me by now.... but there is no improvement yet... i don't know whom to complain to...

        i m a 3g airtel user through 3g datacard and my number is [protected]. for the past two weeks i have been complaining airtel people that i can't even open www.google.com and they told me to call many numbers,121,12134,12118, etc... i called them just to be told that i shud call to another number(the numbers doesn't end, it's like series questions in exams).... sometimes the customer people just hang up.... i have so many lost transactions and this adds fuel to speak harshly to the customer care people...

        i have called them, mailed them but no use.. so i request people in the higher rank to look into this matter because this is not happening just to me.. it's happening to a lot of people... in short they are cheating people in the name of providing 3g service... please look into it...

          from past 1(one) month i am getting missed call for my Airtel mumber ([protected]) from unknown number +[protected], at moring & mid night i am getting missed call from this number, I gave coplint to Airtel custumer care also, they told that this number from...

          i am receiving unknown person's calls and SMS's at mobile no ... ( my home town mobile number with my family) . I am getting no of miscalls and abuse calls from several number (Calling always from different numbers) any time maximum call we are getting in mid night. When she receive call they start talking like nonsense. Lots of time we have also tell them to you are calling on wrong number don't call me again why you are calling they says i will talk you cant do anything, you cant track my mobile number you do what ever you want to do yet they are daily calling from different number.

          Respected Sir,

          Today morning i got a missed call from mobile no [protected]. When i called back, operator said that ISD facility is not available on your phone. On searching internet, i came to know that +9230 is the country code of pakistan and there are many people who are facing this issue i.e they are getting calls from this code. Now this can be a very serious issue which needs to be looked closely to know why so many people are getting missed calls from +9230 code which belongs to pakistan. This issue needs to be looked upon very seriousaly as it is related to national security of our country.

            Disgusted with Tata Docomo's service I ported my number [protected] to Airtel from an authorized Airtel Shop located at Madhapur , Hyderabad . But these people lost my documents and are blaming me for not submitting the documents at all and telling me to submit again. I am a busy man its not possible for me to go and queue up at their rushed up counters. Please help.

              On 20th June we have asked Airtel to disconnect our Land line cum broadband connection immediately from 24 June/26 June 2012 i.e. from billing cycle since we were to leave for USA on 23rd June and our house was closed.In fact prior to that we had followed up with various contacts in Airtel for safe custody plan and their replies were so pathetic and lethargic way that we decided to call off our airtel connection.
              We sent reminders for disconnection too again on 20 & 25 June ( from USA).we also made complaints to their Appallete office but they replied they will give us resolution by 18th Aug ( Of June 2012 !! ) and in fact the appalete office found to be more pathetic than even ttheir customer care 121.
              We paid whatever due to us for 26 May-25 June bill received online on our email id ( In july 2012 ) and thus we thought we will get our refund of security deposit back.

              On returning to India on11 Sept we found physical bill of 26 June-25 July ( when our house was closed and our disconnection should have already taken plavece on 23-to 25 June).In fact they should have sent to my emailid as per regular practice they didnot send on my emailid.
              They somehow manulated my security deposit with total wrong billing of June-July and final figure arrived at 183.99--due to them.WE HAVE SENT NEARLY 70 EMAILS TO EVERYONE OF THEM AND ALSO TRIED TO CALL THEIR NOS BUT NOBODY HAS RESPONDED AS THEY ARE AT SLEEP AFTER SUCKING PEOPLES MONEY AND BUSY WITH ANOTHER LOOTING PLANS

              Then again I went on reminding them and abusing and warning for legal action them for more than a one month to 121,appallete office,[protected]@in.airtel.com,Ombudus and airtel presence.At last they sent me Rs 183.99 cheque dated of Aug 12.Now they are not even responding to my balance amount of Rs 316.

              Here the question is why they swallowed our hard earned money.They must be sucking lacs and lacs of rs from the people this way and normally noboyd has tome and money for recovery of few hundreds rs from such crooked people.The smae company recover money from their customers by legal notice and also by sending Goondas.

              The strict action should be taken against such crooked people.They must be penalised for mental harrassment and lootong and cheating their customers.

                I bought a Airtel 3G data card and the promised 3G connectivity all over Bangalore. However i have got a 3G connectivity at my home which is in one of the Major areas in Bangalore. Its in Ulsoor located in center of the City. I have given a complaint on 12th June 2012 and I still haven't got any resolution of the issue. I have called the technical more than 50 times.

                  I have used the airtel broadband connection no.[protected].. named N Nagakumar..
                  I didnt get my bill amount correctly on recent months.. while I had been asked regarding these complaint in our customer care, again they charged Rs. 100 more.. the bill no..[protected].. Then my net connection didnt work from ausgust 2012 to till date.. But they had sent the bill for these unused month too.. so I want to surrender my broadband net conncetion back to you.. Please aeccept my request and send the reply against my complaint as soon as possible..

                    I had recharged my airtel mobile no. [protected] on 13, October 2012 with Rs. 149 for GPRS pack 2 gb for month (as mentioned on their official website) but as I had not received any data balance I had called airtel customer care and asked for the same
                    the reply of their customer care executive was that the Rs. 149 recharge is for 300 local and STD minutes for 25 days and they have not updated their website.
                    as I am residing outside rajasthan for study purpose so 300 minutes are totally waste for me as they are of no use while roaming.
                    So it is my humble request to kindly provide me 2 GB usage data instead of 300 minutes

                    Airtel — MISLEADING INFORMATION AND SERVICE BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ITS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES

                    On 10/02/2010 I received a sms from the company that i have been prvided to make std calls @40 paise without any extra cost or any tariff and i will enjoy this facility till 10/03/2010 but at that time i was not in the town but when i came back to KOLKATA on 25/02/2010 i made std calls but i was charged according to previous plan only and since then i have made several complains but all in vain my problem was not solved only assurance was given to me that it would be solved but today i.e. 05/03/2010 when i again contacted the customer care of AIRTEL and talked to their senior executive she told me that i can not enjoy the benefit which was given to me by the company as because i was enjoying other tariff before hand only but i have activated that tariff on 07/02/2010 and i got the offer from the company on 10/02/2010 and above all i have never been compensated for this only once i received a balance of 50paise for this problem.
                    My mobile Number:[protected], I am getting disturbed by unwanted messges, servcie messages and also the renewals are done automatically without my permission. Please stop the renewals and relieve me from these unnecessary budgets. and time killings.

                      Myself Dr. Sumit pal, i am using airtel prepaid mobile service. i used two tariff aimultanuosly because of which one tariff stoped working. when i called customer care to resolve or atleast listen to this problem i found it ridiculous. Before the customer care executive listens to your complain the call drops automatically..it cant b a coincidence as it happens each and every time i call the customer care..that too not only with me rather this is the same story of all my known using airtel prepaid mobile, who try to talk to customer care to resolve their problems, and they are not bothered about it at all how much problems customers face due to their ignorance..

                      AirTel — tariff not working

                      i am using an airtel connection. i recharge my cell with a tariff voucher of rs 28 in which i got 12o sms in std circles free. but it is not being workig properly. whenever i make a msg in the std circles my balance got deducted too. on making so many complaints they have not respond me properly. thay told me that i will receive their call on manday, wednesday regarding my complaints but i havnt received any such type of call.

                        i have 7.2 mbps modem and i get only 6-7 Kbps
                        i call customer care on 30th sept. and tell my 3G speed prob. they said ur prob. will be solv with in 24 hours ....

                        I was waiting , waiting, waiting for 3G speed but result is same ...
                        now again i call customer care on 3rd oct and tell my 3G speed issue they said ok i am chk what is the prob. mean while call disconnect ....
                        when i call again i am unable to connect customer care ....

                        Airtel is cheating with their customers ...
                        Solv my problem or Give me my money 101rs or Tell me what is the procedure of porting the no. from airtel to any other network ...

                          I got the call from number [protected] today. The person told me that I won a lottery of 25 lacs and asked me to give a return call so that I can be contacted to branch manager. though I didn't call back considering the fake call.

                          Please let me know what needs to be done Next? and can you please confirm that its not going to harm me anyway?

                            I never expected this from BHARTI AIRTEL

                            I have been charged Rs.40, Rs.20, Rs.15, Rs.90, in various days in the past one month, for activating useless Value Added Services th. Airtel Live(they say). I have got a Smartphone, with a good access to Internet. From time to time, it shows a Notification(useless) to download some or the other thing. In order to remove that notification from the bar, I have to click that once, but as the moment I (or some other person) click on that notification, I get an SMS, that you have been charged with Rs. ..... .... .... ..... many times.

                            I know, the Company will not be affected much, if I change/convert my service provider to another, but I think, this case might be valid for many others also. SOME ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS REGARD.

                            Customer Care pe agar complaint karo to, pehle to wo itni der tak hold karake rakhte hain, aur fir 15-20 mins wait karne ke baad kehte hain, ki AAP PLEASE 4 HOURS KE BAAD CALL KARIYEGA, ABHI HAMARA SOFTWARE NAHI CHAL RAHA HAI.

                            4 Hours ke baad dobara call karo to, call koi aur uthata hai... aur fir se use puri Kahani, starting se sunao and again the same reply, comes from the other side.

                            Pehle Daaku luuta karte the desh ko Ghode pe aa kar, lekin ab......!!!!!!

                                we have internet connection with a name of harish mahalwal . telephone no. is [protected] , account id 12492717 .we withdrawn our connection with them in march 2012 at that time they tell us to pay remaining rs 2700/- to clear balance and after that our connection will be cut by them so we paid to rohit mehni Representative of airtel rs2700/- cheque. cheque no. is 336184 bank of india, safdarjung enclave branch reciept no. 7584922 after that we get our closer no. from airtel i.e 701C09 .In march we take connection from mtnl. we are not using any service from airtel since then suddenly after some time we start getting call from airtel to pay pending amount for using internet usage from them .They tell us that we dont send a mail to them for closing of internet connection with them. we tell them on phone we got one confirmation no. from them i.e 701C09.
                                Now they are harrasing us by telling us to submit bill or come to court for penelty. We dont know what to do so we decided to submit a complaint here please help us .

                                  AX IMALRT service is active by default and service continues unabatedly deducting the balance...121 service for stopping service seems to be an eyewash....i did not expect airtel to make such fraudulent deductions...this service has been the bane of many airtel subscribers but the company does not seem to care especially when its bringing it a bounty albeit by fraud...hope the TRAI takes note

                                    I am saurabh and I am using airtel no. [protected]. I just got a message informing me that I have chosen Mirchi FM and Rs. 10 have been charged for 7 days. I am alone to use my mobile and careful enough not to activate any VAS. I am unable to deactivate this. Please help me in deactivating this service and impose penalty on them for doing such activation without sending any request.

                                    Moreover, Airtel customer care service is totally absurd. They don't let you connect to any executive more than once a day and give absurd replies in that one and only call. So you'll end up in frustration calling 121. something needs to be done on this front too.

                                        As per the request/option received on my mobile No [protected] from customer care of airtel, I have opted for conversion from prepaid to postpaid of 4 mobile numbers of my family members as under:
                                        1) mohan rao [protected]
                                        2) chandrika [protected]
                                        3) mahati kondapalli [protected]
                                        4) charvak kondapalli [protected]

                                        All the above numbers are of airtel service providers. As per my request the customer care department have sent Mr Venkat Reddy, Service executive of our area. Accordingly he has collected all the required documents alongwith photos and signatures somewhere around 22nd or 23rd of september, 12. All the four mobiles were activated on 27th september, 2012(from prepaid to post paid). I have received welcome letters for sl no 1,2 and 4 members. Again on 03rd October, 12 Sl No 2 and Sl No 4 have received messages(sms) for submission of id proof and address proof or else the services will be debarred. After getting assurance from venkat reddy we have ignored the message. Since 6 days the services for both 2 & 4 have been debarred, in spite of providing id proof and address proof of both the members for the second time. I have been calling No 121 regularly and explaining my problem to several service personal and other members who have received my call.The process of calling 121 and placing request for activation have been for 7 times. Again and again i have to put my enter case and tell that i have provided the id proof and address proof second time but no one has cared to solve my proble. Even I have requested them to revert all the four numbers from postpaid to prepaid as they are not in a position to solve my problem.


                                        Will you kindly look into the matter and settle my problem urgently.

                                        I applied for change of my connection from prepaid to postpaid on 30th July
                                        2011 at Hadapsar Pune Airtel office by giving necessary documents and paying Rs
                                        300 but it is yet to be done.

                                        from airtel customer care I came to know that my number is registered on someone else name since 2008.

                                        I have this number since 2005 almost for 6 years. Then how come the number is registered on someone else name from 2008. It looks like airtel has wrongly registerd my number in 2008 to abide regulatory compliance for registering all existing prepaid numbers.

                                        Its a gross violation of rules to register someone existing number against someone else name.

                                        Request you to rectify the mistake and change my prepaid number to postpaid. I have already given necessary documents and paid Rs. 300 for this change and got a new SIM card. Pl note that the postpaid number should be same as existing one.

                                        postpaid)

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                        I had applied for conversion of my no. [protected] from Prepaid to Postpaid on 30/1/2013. I had been accordingly given a new sim and asked to wait until the verification of details was complete which would be done in the consequent days.
                                        Its been 2 weeks now, and even after all the verification is complete I have no clue as to what is the status of my mobile number's conversion status. Also, there has been no help offered on the customer care or from the Airtel Relationship Centre from where I got the new sim for postpaid service. All i get to hear is to wait since there is some issue with conversion.
                                        I wish this query to be solved within next 24 hrs else I might have to drag Airtel to Consumer Court for harassment and non fulfillment of the obligation after I've paid Rs. 300 for this conversion.

                                        Given a request for conversion of my mobile from pre-paid to post-paid on 23rd December 2013. Till data the conversion has not happened in-spite of visiting to Bharthi Airtel Head Office, Begumpet Hyderabad AP daily or calling a customer care executive daily. Every time your people say it will be resolved in 24/48 hours but it never happened. And every time whenever I raise a issue I need to explain my problem and provide them with all the details.


                                        My Queries are :
                                        Doesn't your system capable enough of getting customer info if I tell my mobile number. How many times I have approached to them and my problem.

                                        What is the SLA for resolving any issue? If there is any, why don't you publish it?

                                        Isn't there a system to log a complains directly from your web site?

                                        At least a mail address would have been good.

                                        Your executive says its a technical problem, provide us technical desk team contact media to approach them when it's not in executives scope.

                                        Why is Airtel providing the franchise to fake people who are irresponsible, who don't have minimum common scene to respond to customers call in-spite of calling repeatedly, after providing all the necessary documents and money.

                                        Regret if you are not the right person to respond but hope at least you can forward the issue to concern person.

                                        I requested Airtel prepaid to post-paid conversion on 26th Dec 2014. I have given Rs. 300 as deposit for activation and its been more than 10days and still it was not yet done. I tried calling the executive, he is not responding. Every time he will simply reply that, it will get activated today evening.

                                        I try to spoke your customer care very worst and pathetic, Customer care executive forwarding the call to post-paid CC and post-paid forwarding to prepaid. Customer care does not even ready to take complaint no and put my call on hold for 27 mins and disconnected. I am suffering a lot because of this.

                                        I have went to Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad airtel centre 5-6 times and filled form and did all the formalities. But seam is not activated till now. I called them 100 times, they did not started verification process too.

                                        I have applied for prepaid to paostpaid conversion on 6/4/15 at Nit 3 faridabad office .usually the conversion takes hardly 1 day, but in my case it took 10 days. That too after daily visit to the office (NIT-3 near masjid). Somehow on 16/04/15, the service got started. I did the verification process by dailing 59059. Activated a 149 Booster pack and called a local friend. Few hours after the activation the signal went missing again. I rushed back to the sorted office leaving all my important work. They said I will have to swap the sum to a new one and within four hours the service get start but I am still debated . It's been more the 12 days since I applied for the conversion. This is worst pathetic service from air tel. They are still clueless about this issue. I really regret conversion. Please at least activate me number no matter it is prepaid.
