Dear sir,
I am getting abusive message from unknown airtel number.that number is [protected].It is very much disturbing me from 4 days.

Sir,
they said 200 sms free, but they looting my money when i am sending my 75th sms. tried to contact customer care number, but no response from them. please take necessary action.my mobile no is [protected].

    THE WORLD WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF AIRTEL;
    AIRTEL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I’m highly disappointed and depressed.
    There is no one in India to really take care of customer.
    We die for what we deserved to get.
    Is there someone to fix my (Our) issues???????????????
    Its High priority Escalated case…
    IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 20 DAYS TO ACTIVATE MY USED PREPAID NUMBER +91- [protected].
    Losing the mobile number is just not losing a number; it’s losing yourself.
    I lost my patience
    I lost my Money calling them
    I lost my time
    I lost my mind
    I lost my peace
    I lost my contacts
    Who cares of it as I’m just an Indian…

    I got a Duplicate SIM Card from SANTHOME BHARTI TOWER on 15/09/2012 as I lost my mobile on 14th of Sep.
    It’s not activated yet.
    I’m calling Nodal desk [protected] every day and been them at least an hour a day. They attend the phone and put me on hold for minimum of 20minutes and coming back saying that it will get activated tomorrow.
    I have heard 20th tomorrow from the nodal officers Kiran, Abishek, Santhiya, Sruthi and etc..
    Nobody gave me the reasons why the number was activated yet.
    I don’t know whether the Airtel really worries about the customer or their own employees.
    I’m Irate as I’m facing the issue. But, I don’t have any idea why are they frustrated to attend the issue.
    I hope there is no management or higher authority to take care of them.
    As a business management person I intend to tell AIRTEL; its not new. Each and everyday you are losing your customers. There is no customer retention.
    They kept saying that its been escalated to higher level for 10 days.
    Then, I called the Higher Level @ [protected]; there was no response either.
    There I talked to Sangeetha and Sruthi etc..
    THE ANSWER THEY TOLD ME WHAT MADE ME MORE IRATE AND DEPRESSED TO THE CORE THAT “THERE IS NO CASE FILED YET”
    Please think about this from my end. I have been using this number more than three years and lost my mobile and deactivated the number by calling customer care.
    They have been taking more than 20 days now just to activate a working number without any reasons.
    Its still not activated.

    Please guide me.. what can be done…

    Airtel Prepaid — non activation of my lost number

    hi my name is rakesh dogra
    my telephone no is [protected] i had lost my mobile few days back, with very difficulties i managed to inform the airtel customer care people for the lost of my mobile no. and get the number blocked.
    when now i purchased the new sim (duplicate sim) and filled the form at the air tel customer care centre at N.I.T. NEELAM BATA ROAD Faridabad -121001 (haryana) India, now this showroom is seem to be closed for the reason unknown.
    i had filled the necessary form with ID proof & given the same to the said customer care centre by, me personaly.
    now when i am trying to contact the customer care care people by phone
    they are saying
    the followings
    1 offer of the day
    2 recharge offers
    3 hello tunes
    4 value added services
    5 etc

    I want say i would like to speak to the custome care person i dont want these offers etc then again on calling from a fixed landline at 121 i got the information
    1 for my total billing
    2 to dial 198 for complaints or hold to continue


    this 198 doesnt seem to be working & also i tried to hold on i was disconnected
    can this company help me sorting out my problem other wise they shouldnt provide the mobile services in India with such a neusence.

    Airtel Prepaid Connection — AIRTEL IS WORST than i thought

    Hi,
    This is me vishnu from chennai.I was using VODAFONE prepaid card for the past 3years and let me say i never got messed up with any sort of issues let it be customer care or signal coverage or any balance related problems......i have never encountered single problem even once in vodafone.As majority of my friends in my circle are airtel customers they asked me to change my connection.Finally as my prepaid vodafone got expired i decided not to renew and choose to move ahead with AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION.
    And now i really feel sorry for taking such a wrong decision....i will tel what happened to me.
    On 7.12.2009 at about 8pm i brought a new AIRTEL prepaid connection by starter Rs.49/- pack.My airtel number is [protected].And after activating the card i put a bosster pack of Rs.119 and another 50rupess echarge.And the dealer told me that your sim will be ready to use by tonight or by tommarrow morning.
    On 8.12.2009 i waited till 1pm for its activation but no respone....i cant make any calls and recieve any calls.It was keep on telling that my line is bared.......i got very vexed and went to the dealer,he promised me to fix it by evening 6pm.But even after 7pm nothing got activated......I called to the customercare centre and told my problem....first the service guy told me to recharge by Rs.1 and your sim will be activated.I done it but no change in my connection state.Again i called those stupid customercare center...this time they told as per new scheme i need to recharge by Rs.21 in order to activate it.I did as per they instructed me.Again nothing chage and there was no sign for activation. I again made a call for third time at a row and for my shock this time they told me to recharge with Rs200 inorder to activate.I lost my hope and went into an heated argument with those .None knows whats the exact procedure and each one saying each new stories for a simple activation.........those craps are hopeless.
    I lost my temper i went to the dealer and i demanded to refund my money as there was no activation even after 24hrs.The dealer made calls to airtel service people several times and atlast after 1hr the airtel staff came to the shop and inspected my sim and he told my sim got jammed in their system .And he promised me to get fix my problem by 9th morning.
    But asusual as i expected no response...even on the 3rd day after buying the sim card.Now they are saying to wait for one more day for its activation and if not they will replace with another airtel prepaid starter pack.
    For a simple activation even after taking my Rs.240/- and even after repeated attemts for my justice they are taking 4days of time and to my wonder still those cant fix the problem then what for airtel is giving such false ads by SRK or A.R.R......????
    I regret for choosing AIRTEL and i heared such problems are now common in airtel for its dealer itself.I will never recommend such a crap to anyone....."THUMBS DOWN FOR ITS WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES".

    Kindly do sort out my problem......

            I have recharged my mobile no. [protected] with AIRTEL UNLIMITED 3G plan for Rs. 951 on[protected].
            But I didn't received any data in my account.

            I called customer care they verified that yes i have recharged my account for 3G plan, and lodged a complain (ref. no. CBNRA[protected]) for that and assured me that I would receive the Plan benefits till[protected] morning 09.48AM.

            On 4th October afternoon when i did't receive the Data I called Customer care they disconnected me without giving answer, and now i can't call customer care they have blocked my number.

            I went to Airtel Office where I talked to Senior Customer care executive told that i can use 3G data i won't be charged for that.

            Then the Head in Airtel Office checked some information and told me I haven't done any recharge and my account is not recharged.


            I had recharged Customer Care Executive confirmed that i had recharged with Rs.951 on 12:26PM on[protected], and now the Head denies that i haven't recharged my account.


            I want my 3G Plan benefits as soon as possible.

                I am having postpaid connection & requested the AIRTEL customer center in Mysore to migrate to Prepaid after paying the charges of the month.28th bill generated & pay the amount. Till today they have not migrated the connection & now they are asking me to wait for one more month to generate the bill.

                Kindly help on this & take necessary action against the employee.

                  Dear sir I m holding Airtel Mobile No. [protected] for more than 10years. one fine day all of a sudden an sms crept in my cell " Thanx for choosing AIRTELL Friendz. and Rs.1.5 per day started deducting from my balance."
                  I m shocked as I have never subscribed or allowed airtel to such services. How Airtel can do such illegal act robing me of my money in such a way without my permission?
                  would you please stop it instantly and return my money deducted so far on this account un-authorizedly?

                    I had recharge my mobile no is [protected] on 3/10/2012 online from register airtel site.payment rs 147.00 made by credit card. Online recharge transaction has been processed successfully. transaction i.d is 122948. but i did not get any balance. this was special recharge for ISD calling pack. In this pack 60 min ISD for 15 days validity. I tried many times to contact customer care. but i did not get any positive response from airtel. Ialso made complain Please help me out from this type of cheating by airtel .complain ref. no. is CWRCH[protected].

                        I did a top up for my mobile through bank website.
                        My transaction was successful, bank account got debited and i got message from bank that "Mobile Recharge Done" but this does not get added to my
                        talk time amount in my mobile.
                        I have spoken to 4 Irresponsible Customer Support Executives and a most irresponsible Senior executive.
                        All have come up with the written scripts and have no solution to my problem.
                        They said "We do not have the option to check top ups done through banks".

                              Hi Team,

                              My name is Hareesh And my number is : [protected], I am using this from two years, All of sudden Airtel started doing wrong billing and i called then
                              several time to remove what they charged excessively(Some WAP services they are charging 350rs per month).

                              And i said them until they remove those charges i would not pay the bill, They have accumulated all the amount and after 3 months they stopped my services.

                              Now the funniest thing is that even after they disconnected my number they are charging 800rs per month as bill.

                              And they started calling me and harassing, Calling all my friends and family mobile numbers and asking and explaining that they will impact in my cibil rating.

                              All of sudden again today they are calling my friends and saying that they are from coriar services and asking for my address.

                              I do not understand what kind of ethics that they follow.

                              Can any one suggest me how to proceed from this situation.
                              I have all the bills.

                                I had applied for a broadband connection on 23rd September 2012 and till date no one has come to my place for installing the broadband. I have already submitted the documents and paid the setup fees and Wifi Modem device charges (Rs 500 installation and Rs. 1647 wifi modem device) to Airtel.

                                A person named Jaisingh (+91-[protected]) and Dev Bhardwaj (+91-[protected]), one of the distributors from Airtel approached me on 23rd Sept. and collected all the documents and setup fees from me and told that the connection will be installed with in 5 working days. Till date no one has come to install the connection.

                                I spoke to Airtel customer care executives and they informed that my area is not feasible for a Wifi connection. The person who approached me for collecting the documents was not even aware of whether my area is feasible or not for a broadband connection. The distributor even told me that I can opt for any of the Wifi plans (2Mbps, 4Mbps or 8Mbps) However, as per his saying I opted for 2Mbps plan for 15GB data (Rs. 1099 per month) and submitted the documents and amount to him.

                                The next day, a person from Beetel (your partner for providing Wifi modem devices) came to my house and gave me Beetel Wifi modem and charged Rs. 1647/-

                                On 3rd October, I received a call from Airtel customer care from Chennai. They informed me that my area (Sector 10 A, Gurgaon) is feasible for the broadband and their executive will give me a call after 24 hours. On 4th October, when I did not received any call from Airtel, I called up their customer care again. This time also they told me that the area is feasible for broadband and I will receive a call from their executive on 5th October. Today also I did not receive any call from them. I contacted Airtel customer care again and came to know that the area is not feasible for the broadband connection.

                                Airtel has cheated me and charged a total amount of Rs 2147/- (Rs. 500 and Rs. 1647). I also asked for a refund from your customer care executives and they informed that I will get a refund after 20 days and that too via cheque only for Rs. 500 and not for Rs. 1647.

                                Airtel Broadband Connection — Broadband Connection not install till date

                                Dear Airtel Officer,

                                It is a matter of great concern that I booked a broad band connection vide customer enrolment form no, 2840573 on 15.10.2011 against a payment of Rs. 500/- as booking amount.

                                Enrollment form and money was collected by some Akash whose cell no. is [protected] with the understanding that the connection will be provided within a weeks time.

                                I contacted Mr. Akash but no result.

                                Till date neither I got broad band connection nor my money has been refunded.

                                  my sim was blocked so i went to airtel relationship centre which is located at saharanpur chowk,dehradun. when i talked to customer care they told me that the duplicate sim would cost 25rs only.but when i went there they said it will cost 130rs because they by default will activate airtel money service.i didn`t want it but they said either take it or leave it.so i had pay for it and till now my service hasn`t been activated yet.my number is [protected].

                                    Airtel Mobile — Refund

                                    I have disconnected 2 airtel cell numbers in december 2007 a) [protected] b) [protected] Those numbers got disconnected immd and even the sim cards were destroyed. But in Airtel record they were active till Feb. In mid Feb Airtel confirmed that these two numbers are disconnected and the refund of credit balacnce will be issued in 45 working days till date the customer care dept has no idea of the status of these refunds. Every week they give a diff request number and just dump the issue. Every time 30-35 mins I need to explain them and they assure it would be settled but no luck. Please suggest the right way to deal with them

                                      My first question is even after launching the service why 3G stops working suddenly for so many days. My 2nd question is I have recharge a 3G pack of Rs 201/- which gives 500MB of Data download. I connect with Airtel 3G dongle. It connects properly but pages are not opening. I called to Customer care, they told there is some n/w problem and it will be ok in the next morning. i tried again in the morning but it is not yet working. Again i call Customer Care, they told the n/w problem is ok now. they told me to take my laptop and dongle to the nearest airtel office. When i went there, they told the n/w problem is not yet solved. So i have been misunderstad with two different words. Even without opening page, my download data amount is showing low. It is deducting data balance without any reason. I need my data balance back.

                                      I am getting speed which is about 30-40 Kbps which I think is 2g speed. I have subscribed for my plan 199 which gives 135 mb of 3G usage on my mobile no.[protected]. I am sending a screenshot of my 3G usage for this month which is way below my data cap. Whenever I report this problem to airtel I get the reply that 302 mb has been used of 298 mb which is wrong as I have never subscribed for the plan which gives me 298 mb.                                       I'd been using 3G for quite some time but then the problems started. I'd gone to a relative's place where 3G wasn't available, so I switched to 2G. When I came back, I did a 2.5 GB 3G recharge (Rs. 646) and soon got the message '3G has been activated on your mobile' (I don't remember the exact words). So I switched back to 3G but found that there was no signal. I thought it might be a signal issue, but then I found that 3G was still working perfectly on my other phone (which is also Airtel), so it couldn't be a signal issue. I live in a big city and have tried it at different places in my city, but there is no signal anywhere, so it's not like there's something wrong with my particular location. Besides, I'd been using 3G earlier in the same location with the same SIM and same phone, so what's gone wrong now?

                                      After that, I tried everything I could - restarted my phone; deleted internet settings and added them again; put the SIM into another phone; but I couldn't get rid of the problem. I also sent 3G to 121 and received the following reply: '3G service is already active on your airtel. To change plan, reply with 1.'

                                      2G is still working but the speed, of course, is extremely slow. If I had known that 2G was all I would get, why would I spend Rs. 646 for such slow speeds?

                                      going to solve till four day . But i cant not wait that much period of time as I am in business of e commerce so it effect my work a lot.
