My Name is Manish Pathak i am using four numbers of airtel [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected] & as a premier customer i am using airtel services. suddenly i just got a call from this numbers [protected]/59/61
as per she is talking with me her name is neha malhotra & she is calling behalf of airtel company Delhi. She is using abusive language with my family with my friends with me also. i dont know what exactly airtel company is going to do b coz of this kind of things i have not experienced ever with any company. & i am going to disconnect all numbers.


and most important thing she has my all call details. & she is calling every one and using abusive language..


So please kindly take a strict action againts them.

    Myself Gian Chand Aggarwal. I have purchased 4 Nos. Airtel DTH HD Connection online direct from Airtel dated 14.8.2012. As when I have purchased, your Sales Executive Mr. Rajesh Ram & Qyamraja Sayyed in Mumbai offered me as following :-

    1) 4 HD Connection price will be Rs. 8869.00
    2) He offered me that 2 months for Rs. 275/- subscription will be free
    3) 4 Rebok Watches Gift purchsed payment online.
    4) Gift Vouchers upto Rs. 1500/-
    5) My booking ID 116700


    But its a matter of deep regret to inform you that when I have purchased 4HD connection following offered given to me to buy HD from you & I also agree for this conditions only. Mr. Rajesh Ram has irrevocably confimred me that these offered will be fulfil to me & He assured me that our online telephone has recorded in there system & if found any wrong then can me claimbale from airtel. But after pasing one month, neither I have recevied my gift nor any response from you. I am getting message from you that my subscription has expired & recharge it. Please note when your reputed sales officer committed for 2 months subscription, why this messages arise for recharge.

    As your company is worldwide organisation & you should fulfil your commitment immediately. I have purchased 4HD Connection only for your commited offered otherwise I was not interested to purchased your HD Connection. I am facing problem since I have purchased them. all the connection has problem, 2 connection are in service, one connection till not activate./running, second one has misdirection/signal problem. I am facing so much mently problem to purchased them.

    So you are requested to please send my gift offered to me without any delay & depute your enginner to check the connection properly. Please do urgently otherwse matter wil be goes to in the consumer court & you have to pay all the charges for your misguide.

    Now airtel customer care has told me that Mr. rajesh ram has left & he making false commitment.

      Hi,

      I have an Airtel Prepaid connection. I was receiving some Internet based SMS Ads to my number. On opening the SMS some amount of money was deducted from my balance. On requesting multiple times by calling the airtel customer care executive to de-activate these SMS Ad messages, I continued to receive these SMSs regularly. I even lodged 2 complaints through the airtel customer care executives with the complaint numbers. Customer Care executive assured me that I wont be receiving these SMSs in future but it dint happen so. I continued the receive the SMSs daily and money getting deducted from my balance regularly.

          Dear Sir,

          I have an Airtel no. [protected] which i have been using for more than a year as a post paid service after which i changed it to prepaid service and then I did not use my Sim card as I was abroad then. I tried inserting the Sim after i got back and found that it is not working.I tried contacting your customer service twice at your Anna Nagar Showroom but they said that they will check this matter out and reactivate my service but they have not done it till date. Could you please look into this matter ASAP as This has been my only mobile for the past three years. I am sure there is more than 800 Rs in it and Validity was till 2012. i request you to please handle this as a priority and please reactivate my Sim card.

            Dear Concerned,

            This is to bring into your notice about your employees attitude towards resolving customer problems.

            We have put up the first request to airtel on 8th of september Request number-(pls refer to our calls)

            Engineer came up at our place and we have realised that there is main wiring missing in our apartment and we have requested engineers to go back.
            Post that we have been informed by customer services people that we have to put in request again to get our set reallocated.We have taken their advice and did so.

            We have put in request on 17th again Request number[protected] .Engineer by the name Aman visited our place .Post checking the requirements first he refused to install the same and given us information that airtel has given strict instructions that they will not be doing installation wherein internal wiring is there in flats in multi-story buildings. They would install the DTH dish in the balconies only.

            As per the Society Rules, any flat owner can not get the DTH installed in balconies and the same can be done on the Top floor and all the necessary arrangements have been done by the society. I went to the TOP FLOOR where 20-25 dishes are already installed on the top floor of other DTH vendors.

            In the meantime, Aman was in constant touch with us and despite of giving promises to visit our place he never used to visit.On 20th morning Aman has called up and confirmed airtel has given me instructions not to install but still I would visit at your place on my holiday and see what could be done. He has visited our place at 5:30 in the evening and given us budget of 800 Rs for the installation since there would be lot jointers & connecters would be needed. We called up customer service and asked for the prescribed rate list, Customer care exec. refused to share with us and claimed that customer services people do not hold actual information regarding the connectors and jointers.

            Aman did half of the work till 20;00 hrs and DTH was still not in operational mode.He kept junction box and the pointers opened and went back. When we have told to rectify it properly he refused as he said he would visit again next day and do rest of the work.He asked us to pay 500 Rs immediately and rest to pay next day. We trusted on him and paid him 500 Rs.

            We were surprised at that time that is why he was trying to misguide us by giving us wrong information that airtel has given them instructions not to reinstall in flats where internal main wiring is there.

            At the same time, we have never put in request to close our request but without our confirmation request has been closed.We believe this all is being taken care by Aman and he is getting our complain closed by his own ways as there was not even single call which has been made from customer services pre closing our complaints.Customer services was in constant touch with us till the time Aman was not into picture.It clearly shows that employees have access to all screens and controls wherein they can manipulate and close customer complaints.

            I called up again Customer Care on 21st Sept'12 and asked the reason of closing the request however nothing has been done. Explained everything to customer care executives once again. Executive promised to resolve the problem in 4 hours but nothing was done on 21st Sept. I called up again on 21st Sept evening and asked for the resolution and put me on hold and disconnected the call. Then Called up the customer service number several times but everytime the call was put on HOLD.

            I again called up on 22nd September Morning, it was confirmed by the executive that the problem is not resolved from Airtel end. they would get back to us with in 4 hours. It's been 2 hours now, no call has been made as of now.

            Would again like to highlight the employees attitude towards customers.

            1)Engineers are more interested in making their own money despite of resolving issues.

            2)Customer services people have their own access to close complaints request without checking customers.

            3)Despite of complaining again and again nobody takes initiative to actually resolve issue.

            4)How can Airtel give this access to employees that they can use their knowledge and cheat people for their personal benefit.

            Would please insist to take strict action against Service Engineers as they are not interested in resolving issues rather more interested to make their own money.

            Airtel Digital DTH — Despite paying advance, its not working

            On 27th August 2009, I recharged my Airtel Digital DTH for 12 months, paying Rs.4200. I recieved intimation of recharge on my mobile thru sms. My connection started working after that.
            since last 3 days it stopped working. I have sent 3 e mails to their customer care, called them atleast 5 times. every time I get a message that my connection has a negative balance of Rs 98. Its despite the fact that I have paid for one full year in advance.
            It seems Airtel Digital DTH are the biggest cheats.

            Airtel Digital DTH — Animax Channel Back

            Its a humble request to you that please start broadcasting Animax channel asap . I love that channel and only because of that particular channel I've opted to go for Airtel DTH .
            Me too! I used to watch that channel also and was shocked that it got removed. They didn't even use to show very good programs, but please bring it back and better! And of course new shows with subtitles and reruns of old animes, not sitcoms.

              On Sept 11' 2012 a massage recd. on my mobile as "Thank you for downloading game. Rs.99.00 has been charged"
              But in real I was not download any game. For this purpose, I many times made complaints to customer care but they not returned the amount of Rs 99.00.

              I hope you will consider my complaint and arrange to credit Rs. 99.00 in my phone account.

              i am airtel postpaid user i use GPRS service of 98 plan but when i use this services in my mobile or laptop without any reason or download of chargable file they charged sometime 40 sometime 10 Rs. and say that you download java games and give other irrelevent excuses . and when i call customur care they say your call is transfere our senior and they disconnect phone many time its happen .I AM NOT SATISFY THEIR SOLUTION AND SERVISES

                  This is to notify you that I took a postpaid mobile corporate connection with AIRTEL. Services went on working perfectly fine. I made a partial payment against my bill of 400RS through my NET BANKING SERVICE. Money got deducted from my account but after a week. I received a message from AIRTEL that payment was declined & they asked me to contact my bank. HDFC raised a complaint on ref DELC[protected] & later on HDFC confirmed that payment has been successfully credited to AIRTEL. Thereafter I did not had any conversation with AIRTEL. I made another another partial payment towards airtel, which was for 250.00. In total a payment of 650.00 was made against my AIRTEL account.

                  I left delhi on 05/09 to lucknow in a remote village, airtel services were working fine but later on it got suspended. I made 12-15 call to customer services but airtel rep were simply disconnecting my calls. It was bad day i thought & my bad decision to take airtel. I am happy with VODAFONE since last 10yrs but took airtel just couple of months back and got into trouble.

                  I should say that services were pathetic. I wasted my days in chasing payment & to remove barring from my services as partial payment was made. According to my credit limit they should not stop my service.

                  Which they did & I didn't liked it. I made a decision that wont use airtel anymore.

                  I am disputing the rest of the bill against the inconvenience caused while chasing payment, left with no service in a remote area. Where mobile was only way of making emergency call. This was a bad impression left by AIRTEL. I was in middle of no where without any service on AIRTEL though usage was far below my credit limit.

                  I want to terminate my AIRTEL account without any payments due to appalling services.

                    Bharti Airtel — Unexpected charges

                    Hello All,

                    Do you think that the data charge increased by Airtel is fair at the rate of 30p/20KB which is around Rs. 15/MB. Is TRAI looking at Airtel at all. They are irritating their customers day by day.
                    Why the common man should suffer.
                    Please look at it its not 3G data its 2G data which is 1000 times slow than 3G speeds.

                    I am complaining on behalf of whole India wherever this tarrif has to be implemented from 5th january.

                      Hi,

                      I had applied for a new Internet broadband connection in the month of July,2012,then I got a call from guy who introduced himself as Airtel
                      executive,S.Rajesh(Contact Number:[protected]).

                      He came and collected the money and the documents and gave me the receipt(Application Number:515743) and also informed me like I'll have
                      the new connection in 4 working days.

                      Till now,I never got a call from AIrtel.On further communication with Airtel I came to know that this application was never submitted.I
                      tried to call that person but he never picked up my call.

                      I raised several complain related to this to Airtel in last two month,every time I raise a request Airtel simply closes the complain without informing me.

                      Please do the needful for the refund of my money(1300Rs).

                      Airtel Broadband Connection — not refunding the money on time

                      I have applied for the airtel broadband connection through airtel's marketing boy.. He took documents from me and said that this are sufficent for address proof and taken 2000/- Rs. in advance of the scheme i selected...
                      Then they said that as per the company policy these documents are not sufficent and you need more documents.. On this i said that "i don't wont the connection and give my money back"...Then they said that " We are keen giving you the connection for this you have to do little more effort"
                      The effort was to change my address and make a fake address on the stamp paper and submit to them...
                      But i was on my word saing that i wont my money back...
                      Then they told me " ok then we have put your form in cancellation list and u will get money within 45 days through check"...
                      After 35 days mean on today when i called them then they said that we havent put your form in cancellation... so now we are putting it and you will get check within 30 days...they are giving me days after days...What to do please help!!!

                      Till now my money is not Refunded.

                                I am writing on behalf of my father Mr Guninder Singh Chandok. We are residing in Bangalore and my father has been with your company airtel from the past 10 years plus. We have three post paid and one pre paid connection currently. The Mobile numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                                We have been facing indoor network issues from the last 3 years. We complain and the issue was resolved only partly however from the last 8 to 10 months condition has turned from bad to worse. We have made many complains and instead of things improving , things have turned worse. We cannot receive or make calls inside my house and we have to stand outside at the front gate or worse on the road. Mobile phone is suppose to be mobile and we cannot use in our house.We cannot make or receive calls or sms at all inside my house. I get cab facility from my office and I have missed my cab several times as they could reach me on my mobile and have spend Rs.200 to reach office thanks to your bad network coverage. My complains have been closed without our consent stating it is resolved and we have been told to wait for 90 days for it to be resolved.

                                Surprisingly Idea mobile coverage is reaching inside my house without any problems.Today I was told that I can move to another provider. What does airtel want us to do for 90 days? why was it not resolved before? Who will compensate for inconvenience caused?

                                Why Idea is working and not yours ? We have been paying rental charges and getting the worse service. When we try to speak to your customer services due to poor connectivity Call gets dropped and they do not have the courtesy to call back. I called today 4 times and call gets dropped every time when I told them at the start of the call that I am standing on the middle of the road and explained the network situation as well as asked to call back if call drops. No call backs. I was placed on hold for a long time and call dropped with connection error message.I have spent hours on the mobile to complain as your customer services team takes hours registering and answering my queries.Every time call drops I have to call again and repeat my complain which is very frustrating. We pay our bills on time and good amount of money for this bad service and connectivity. Your technical people came to our house 3 times and said they would resolve it in 3 days every time after which we get a call that it would take 90 days to resolve it. Why 90 days ?

                                Airtel is supposed to be the number one company in India as per your customer services team thus your company made it clear in the last 3 conversations that you are not willing to resolve our query sooner and as per today's conversation that you want us to leave your company.

                                I had landline services with you which was [protected] I have placed an request for cancellation today as I received poor service I paid a lot for broadband and there was no value for money. I received a good offer from any other company who offered better speed and download capacity. There is value for money. I called your landline team told them about the offer where I am paying less and getting more. I was with you for more than 5 years and everything you have only increased the prices for the plan I was under but never improved the services for affordable prices. My landline will no longer be with you from 27th September. Now we have no other choice to move our mobile numbers to another company as your company cannot gave a quick solution and want us to leave. Our patience and loyalty for your company has run out.

                                Please look into this for us and let us know your decision as soon as possible. Are you ready to lose loyal customers ?

                                I am a subsciber of Airtel connection and my Mobile No is [protected]. I am staying in Railway Officers colony ay Punch Kuiyan Road in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The network connection is very poor in this location and it is becoming impossible to communicate properly and complete the call.
                                Can something be done in this regard. I shall be waiting for the response.

                                Airtel — Extremely poor connectivity

                                I am suscriber of Airtel since last 3-4 years & my cell no. is[protected]. It is extremely worst coverage that is provided by Airtel & I truly disgusted with the service.

                                Airtel Mobile Services — Connectivity and call drop

                                We live in Vaishali, Ghaziabad and all o[censored]s have a common complaint of being unable to recieve/ make a call through at one go - network connectivity is damn poor and erratic.

                                If by chance, if the call goes through, it disconnects within few seconds.

                                My suggestion that Airtel improves and boosts its network in Vaishali region.

                                If this does not improve, I am sure many like me will have no option but to change the service provider.

                                Airtel mobile connection — Poor connectivity

                                I stay in the ORR area (Iblur) and have complained atleast 10 times over the poor connectivity in my apartment. All the time, we get signals from various towers - ranging from Koramangala to even MG Road (as shown on the display of my phone). Signal is extremely poor and the line drops frequently - I cannot speak for more than 2 minutes without the line dropping - even from the balcony.
                                All these people do is promise to rectify it within 2 days and then nothing happens. My average billing is in the region of Rs. 10, 000 per month and yet these people do not seem to care.
                                I intend to change to another service provider.
                                We are one of the leading constructors in Mogappair area. Office is located on the main junction . All business development activities are being dropped due to Bad signal. For this business it is more important for us to have proper communication through out the project. Many times it has be complained but no action is being taken over towards the complaint. Please make out the possible action regarding signal .

                                Almost from 2-3 months we are noticing that the airtel connectivity in Bangalore has become worst. For calling up other networks other than landlines we have to keep on trying and the regular answer will be connection error and even if gets connected there is every chance of voice breaking, one way speech or call loss. Repeated complaints has not improved the situation. Can something be done in this regard

                                at bhatinda cantt the signal of airtel is very week, inside the house there is hardly any signal..so nobody can call us..to make a call we have to come out of the house.please improve your communication.the closest airtel towers are at bharat nagar bhatinda ,punjab (i.e. 4km away),other one is at bhucho,bhatinda(i.e 5 km away).request do something fast.

                                If you are living in the area of Road No 70. Jubilee Hills, I would not recommend to take Airtel. As the signals in this area are really bad.

                                After repeated complaints I get a call saying that "the signals are good on the road", which was really a surprise for me, as they expected me to take call on the road and not in the house. Where as Idea and reliance work from the same locations.

                                If they cannot troubleshoot the problem in the heart of the city, I am not sure how they would handle the situation in other parts.

                                This is just to share my experience and avoid the pain.

                                I called today and was told that my complaint was closed again by the network team as resolved even though it has not been resolved stating it would take 90 days again to resolve my query. Your company failed to answer the following questions

                                What does airtel want us to do for 90 days?
                                Why was it not resolved before?

                                Why my complains have been closed without our consent stating it is resolved and we have been told to wait for 90 days for it to be resolved.

                                Your company did not have the courtesy to call us and inform us that the case was closed.

                                My question was not about why it is taking time to cancel my phone number nor there was any question about the landline as I have already moved to another provider.(Even though your people have not come to remove their equipment and wires from my property as yet when I call yesterday I was told it takes 5 days This was expected as usual) The question was why is your company treating us badly.

                                We cannot wait for 90 days and will be forced to move to another company soon. Please do expect to lose another 15 connections as my neighbors who are facing similar problems which are less painful than us will also be moving to Idea soon.

                                in Bangalore and my father has been with your company airtel from the past 10
                                years plus. We have three post paid and one pre paid connection currently. The
                                Mobile numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                                We have been facing indoor network issues from the last 3 years. We complain
                                and the issue was resolved only partly however from the last 8 to 10 months
                                condition has turned from bad to worse. We have made many complains and instead
                                of things improving, things have turned worse. We cannot receive or make calls
                                inside my house and we have to stand outside at the front gate or worse on the
                                road. Mobile phone is suppose to be mobile and we cannot use in our house.We
                                cannot make or receive calls or sms at all inside my house. I get cab facility
                                from my office and I have missed my cab several times as they could reach me on
                                my mobile and have spend Rs.200 to reach office thanks to your bad network
                                coverage. My complains have been closed without our consent stating it is
                                resolved and we have been told to wait for 90 days for it to be resolved.

                                Surprisingly Idea mobile coverage is reaching inside my house without any
                                problems.Today I was told that I can move to another provider. What does airtel
                                want us to do for 90 days? why was it not resolved before? Who will compensate
                                for inconvenience caused?

                                Why Idea is working and not yours ? We have been paying rental charges and
                                getting the worse service. When we try to speak to your customer services due
                                to poor connectivity Call gets dropped and they do not have the courtesy to
                                call back. I called today 4 times and call gets dropped every time when I told
                                them at the start of the call that I am standing on the middle of the road and
                                explained the network situation as well as asked to call back if call drops. No
                                call backs. I was placed on hold for a long time and call dropped with
                                connection error message.I have spent hours on the mobile to complain as your
                                customer services team takes hours registering and answering my queries.Every
                                time call drops I have to call again and repeat my complain which is very
                                frustrating. We pay our bills on time and good amount of money for this bad
                                service and connectivity. Your technical people came to our house 3 times and
                                said they would resolve it in 3 days every time after which we get a call that
                                it would take 90 days to resolve it. Why 90 days ?

                                Airtel is supposed to be the number one company in India as per your customer
                                services team thus your company made it clear in the last 3 conversations that
                                you are not willing to resolve our query sooner and as per today's conversation
                                that you want us to leave your company.

                                I had landline services with you which was [protected] I have placed an request
                                for cancellation today as I received poor service I paid a lot for broadband
                                and there was no value for money. I received a good offer from any other
                                company who offered better speed and download capacity. There is value for
                                money. I called your landline team told them about the offer where I am paying
                                less and getting more. I was with you for more than 5 years and everything you
                                have only increased the prices for the plan I was under but never improved the
                                services for affordable prices. My landline will no longer be with you from
                                27th September. Now we have no other choice to move our mobile numbers to
                                another company as your company cannot gave a quick solution and want us to
                                leave. Our patience and loyalty f

                                This is exactly what happened to me. I am experiencing connection drops and it has been worst for last 5-6 months. I complained and they told me that they need 90 days to resolve the issue, the reason cited is they need to build a new tower in my area which is inside Bangalore city limits. I waited and when I called after 60-70 days I came to know that they had closed the case that time itself (before 2 months) stating that it is an indoor issue and resolving as per customer acceptance. What an unethical way of doing business! I have 4 mobile connections and one broadband connection and has been a loyal customer for past 7 years. I wanted to keep the numbers and hence waited till now. There is a limit, I can't wait anymore as they are looting my money without providing basic service. Goodbye Airtel.

                                  I was noticing that my balance was deducting eveey day.
                                  I today checked by sending last to 121
                                  they said some amisha pack was active charging rs 5 daily.
                                  Now i messeged stop to 121
                                  they do not show option to stop this pack
                                  And when i call on 198, they ignore my call and cut it.

                                    Have 2 issues with Airtel

                                    1. They don't have customer care number or email ID any where on their website or the bills, especially to call from non-airtel phones
                                    -- By some how when i got the number and called, i pressed for my mother tongue Kannada, very sad to here a very cartoonish and automated voice response and dialect, felt more like insulting my mother tongue, why they could not record in standard Kannada dialect

                                    2. I paid my bill at a airtel counter, but the guy had entered a wrong account/phone number, hence i immediately asked him to correct, which he said will do in day or 2 but after bill due date was over also, i started getting the phone calls hence i had to register a complain about the incorrect payment and correction not done issue, i gave the bill number every thing the airtel customer care person asked

                                    even after 2 weeks of that i was getting daily minimum 3 calls about payment, i kept patience and told them the issue every time they call, they not use to have any record of last interaction & response with me

                                    But after 1 month, they disconnected, and that is when i discovered no where i have a phone number of them to call from other than airtel, whose connection they had removed and i not had any way to call them and put my case forward

                                    after a 1 month and 1 week a goon come about the payment and threatens, that too for a petty 1800 Rs.

                                    I told him to get last from my house and hoped on to file a consumer forum case on Airtel

                                    I want to sue them for the mental torture i have been receiving from their end
