false promotion offer given by customer care
this was the time i called up customer care for upgrading DTH annual subscription, i was informed by customer care, that you recharge for 325 rupee and you get 350 rupee after 48 hours to your account, he even confirmed that you can do this multiple transaction and each transaction will have 25 bonus rupee reflected in your account. just that i have to recharge every time with 325 rupee. done!
i asked him to reconfirm on the same, fair, he placed me on HOLD for a minute and double confirm about above offer. it took 45 mins that evening for me to do 7 * 325 transaction to reach 2100 rupee. latter once all set, i called up customer care, now its shocking they rejected to provide me the offer which they said from there mouth, how shameful. airtel is rumbling bumbling there client they give about there valuable time.
nodal was one more pathetic experience, the person who came on support from nodal sounded more like DON and came over phone to say conclusion that we can't do anything PERIOD.
its sad that such brand value company are making profits by servicing bad to worst of support, i would be please to leave airtel and jump to other service provider who has meaning and give little importance to there customers. i would insist others to also avoid airtel , its no good dht company compared to tatasky or reliance dth.
also DON"T EXPECT NODAL TO HEAR YOUR VOICE, THEY ARE NO GOOD COMPARING AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE.

WHAT A SHAME !!! WHAT A SHAME...
MR. Naveen you called up 3 times to me and said we are looking into the matter, we agreed upon the deadline till 15th aug, wondering what made airtel to say you solved my issue. IT SOOO DIRTY TRICK SIR. Also isn't it awful, that u need so many weeks to resolve small small tiny matter ?
NODEL IS AWFUL, even corporate team are among the one. All same team i guess.

I Would suggest everyone to AVOID AIRTEL DTH connection, These people are luring by pathetic customer support and even continued to show there lame support. They have no sense what they are dealing on and offering fake discounts offer's to consumer which they reject after accepting the payment.. Lets unite and avoid airtel, they are really no good compare to others.

i lost my mobile i have to lock my sim number so that how to lock give some resion.
I am residing at nashik and I am using the airtel SIM with number [protected] for the last nine months and I have submitted all the documnets as asked by the airtel office at the time of subscription. After nine months they disconnected my SIM without any information to me and on enquirring i was told that I need to submit all of my documents again.They should have asked me to submit my documents, I would have done , but wihtout any prior information they have disqualified the SIM.
I bought a Air Tel PrePaid Mobile SIM (SIM No[protected]) on Jan 27, 2010 and Mobile Number [protected] for My Mothe on her name.
The Details form with Serial No 1709930 was filled and relivent identity proof was given to the dealer.
It was recharged with a amount of 250 INR.
After few days the SIM card was blocked stating that the Identity proof given does not match when Teleconfirmed with their records. Dispite calling the Dealer and the Call Center nothing happened and finally the SIM was Inactivated.
They say that the balance and the mony spend is ceased and u have to buy a new one.
Kindly take up the matter with the concerned authorities

I m Shiv Kumar Jha & I have a prepaid Air tel no ([protected]) since Mar 2009. I have already re-submitted all the required documents at Saak Communication, SCO 279, opposite Nirman Theater, Sector 32 on 09 Oct 10 along with a form provided by the concerned and that application QL no is 21468259. I have been using this Sim for more then a year. At the time of connection also i have submitted the same documents. I do not understand that what is the need for re-submission of documents every year and secondly despite submitting all the required documents why my Sim has been blocked today (24 Oct 10).
I have taken Airtel sim connection No.[protected] in the year 2009. I was asked to produce the Identity proof and address proof again in 2010 September. i was already submitted my details in the month of September-2010. but now you are disconnected my airtel connection. I am facing very difficulty whili reaching my friends and family through Mobile.. Kindly Do the Needful.
I again submitted my documents(Driving License+Electricity Bill+PAN Card+Voter ID). Since then 10 days have been passed and my sim is still blocked. Customer Care Executives are not giving proper help.

I think it was not my fault and not only that at other places they were charging Rs 25/- for sim replacement..
So i'm thinking for MNP(Mobile Number Portability) so that they offer me more offers than you..

i have try to talk to customer care many times, every time they are disconnecting the call while complaining.they have blocked my airtel prepaid sim and sent a mssg that your your sim have been blocked because your id, photo or enrollment form not submitted.but when i take the connection i have already submitted my all require document, i face lot of problem due to your bad behavior & urgent rply on my ph.& my ph. no. is [protected]
i am s naga kiran kumar working as a marketing representative in abbott india ltd.sir as per my company instuctions i took a airtel postpaid sim card in airtel customer service center at srikakulam in andhraprdesh.at first they are allotted me [protected]
post paid number i submitted my employee id card and driving license ,pan card but the number blocked in 5 days again i submitted the proofs it get activated and blocked in 5 days.i approached the customer care they allotted me another number
[protected] i submitted all my identity proofs again the same stories repeated then care people changed my postpaid number into
prepaid without take my permission. after 3 days they again asked my proofs i submitted that number changed into postpaid .this
[protected] airtel postpaid connection after completed all the enquiries it is blocked once again .then i approached to care they replied missing of my identity proofs again i submitted .till now they are not responding and not giving any information about my number.sir these people doesnt know how to give respect to customer they are not attendmy issues properly .sir i am asking you to provide my services back.and take proper action to resolve the customer problems.is there any query in case resolving my problem contact me [protected].thanking you sir

When I contact the Airtel outlet they said the SIM was blocked since it is being used only for Internet purpose. I don't know why Airtel has to block the SIM which is only being used for Internet data usage. But to get the same SIM to be activated I went to priyavision the airtel outlet and submit my photo and required document, after 10days when I met the outlet again they asked me to submit the photo and document once again so that the SIM will be activated. I do the same. Now again the same priyavision is asking me to submit the documents for the third time. I refused to submit the documents for the 3rd time and they simple told we can do anything. So finally i want to know why my SIM has to be blocked without intimation and why there is a need to submit my documents repeatedly within a span of days. The address of the airtel outlet is
