Yesterday and today Rs 4 (each day Rs2 ) deducted from my pre paid Account towards SMS and call making charges. for your info i have not contracted anybody and also not sent sms but the above amount deducted from my account .

Kindly check my account and rectify the error immediatly and reverse the amount deducted.

last 3 to 4 yrs m using the GPRS service they didnt charge me a single rupee now this month he charge me 5000rs for GPRS data charge i called up to the customer care in regards of charges he told me will reverce all charges its worngly charge to you i said ok when it will happen he said withing 48 hrs i said ok but till yet not a single rupee will reverce pls help me ASAP.
Rs 10 are deducted every day for the last 3 days . i am not using airtel text based wap service and the site is http://igmobi.com

kindly help me in refund my account otherwise be ready for immediae action and court notice also.
you should more sms in sms pack u r very costly
I am airtel prepaid customer.On 02/06/2009 company charged me for Rs30/- for subscribing hellotunes witch i have never applied /or requested.

i am using an airtel connection.today[protected]i got a message with a link . when i accessed it , they have charged me RS:99 for that .The complaint is about they have menstioned nothing about the amount will be charged if we access that link. i have got an another message once after i gone through that like . this is absolutely called cheating the customers through fake links with out giving proper terms and conditions. so please take necessary action for this kind of fooling.

I have already tried too many times to deactivate these services , but it is still activated

    Airtel Mobile Services — Regarding Activation of GPRS and Deactivation of call conference service

    1)I had made request for activating my GPRS serivice via sms to cust. care on 8/5/08 the maximum time given was 4 hrs. The serivce was not acitvated even after 72hrs after contacting the cust. care. and the manager the serivce got activated after 4 days.
    2) i had given a request for deactivating my call conference serivice on 5 may 2008 and after making 3 to 4 request via sms and after directly contacting the cust. care my serivice is still not deactivated till date ie. 24 may 2008

    Airtel Mobile Services — UNWANTED VAS ACTIVATED

    Last day I have been deducted Rs 30 from Airtel Prepaid Balance for the hello tunes though I have not asked the authorities to give such facility .It has been came to my notice when I received a msg dated 10/06/2008 at 12:00pm mentioning “YOUR HELLO TUNES SUBSCRIPTION PACK FOR 30 DAYS HAS BEEN ACTIVATED”.

    Then I made a complaint to 121 that I have not made requisition to give hello tunes, the customer care centre of AIRTEL hasn’t registered my complaint and told me this may be of OUR TECHNICAL NETWORK PROBLEM AS MOST OF OUR CUSTOMER ARE FACING THIS. In the evening, when I called customer care regarding this matter, Mr. Pawan, who doesn’t know how talk said that “you have to again call up on 12/06/2008 to confirm that whether it our fault or u have made a request”. Till now It has not been deactivated.
    Please oblige me to get justice and make a provision for refund of Rs. 30 with immediate effect.

    This is to inform you, I am mentioning this to solve my complaint. Otherwise, I will publish this in Consumer Complaint Webpage.

    Airtel — Regarding GPRS activation

    Sir

    I have purchased new Pre-pad sim of AirTel on 31st January, 2010 at 20:30 Hrs and Re-Charge 98/- Rupees for GPRS activation at the same. Immediately I have received the message that Recharge voucher has successfully charged. After That I have given miss call to my another number of Airtel to check wheather it is working or not, and found that my new numbe is working. Again I have make a call to Help Line on 12118 for GPRS activation and but first time they refuse to give setting and say to check the number you have dialed because new series of Sim was not Up-dated in the system, So I request to him to update the number and provide me GPRS settings then he relies the situation and update my profile and tell about the GPRS settings and assured me that GPRS services will be started with in 24 Hours.

    I have checked after 24 hours but GPRS services wass not activated in my mobile so again I call to Helpline and they say that we have some problem and we forwarded your request to concern department and your problem will solve with in 24 hours.

    But Sorry to say till date my GPRS services is not activate in my mobile. Last time I have talk to helpline on 4-2-2010 and my complaint number is – 213975.

    Please look into the matter and revert back per return mail.

    Airtel Mobile Services — Complaint against GPRS SERVICES

    Dear sir,

    I was airtel pre-paid customer and my number is [protected]. I was having internet connection and used to recharge with Rs98/- , under that scheme I can use up to 2GB. I have migrated to postpaid connection with Rs199/- plan, naturally my Rs98/- plan for net connection got cut. I got in touch with customer care and was informed that it has to be reactivated with Rs 98/- and can use up to 2GB for one month and it will include in the next bill. As per their guidance, after reconfirmation with customer care, I have requested the customer care executive to activate the same as said on 19.07.10. But I received a bill of Rs3297/- + rent + tax etc. I contacted the customer care, they are saying foolish reason for the whooping phone bill. I cannot avail 2GB till 04/08/2010 (my bill generates on 04/08/2010) . So why I was misinformed by airtel customer care executive???........... So i made a complaint to Airtel showing all these above facts.. so far i have not recd any reply from Airtel except auto generated acknowledgement of the receipt of the complaint.

    I humbly request the concerned to consider the matter and waive the raised extra amount for the internet usage.

    Again I request all higher authorities to advise customer care to pass right information to the customer or else Airtel will loose its image as well as customers.

    Airtel — Unwanted subscription services activated

    I have prepaid card from Airtel since last 5 years, last week I have received two consecutive a messages saying that ‘you have been renewed for football subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10. Enjoy best Games! Dudecting 10 Rs. Each time from my balance amount. I had spoken to the customer representative at their toll free no. but got reply saying we cannot refund the amount. I don’t understand even though I have not subscribed to any service why this deduction that too twice in a month (19/08/2010 & 29/08/2010).
    Hope this complaint will work.

    AirTel — UNWANTED ACTIVATE SERVICES

    My number is [protected]. For the past few days i have been charged for unwanted 54321 services for which Rs. 5/- per day are being deducted from my mobile. I called/discussed with the airtel custmer care several time about this problem and they given assurance that the said service will be deactiveted upto 31st Jan. 2011 but the said serive have not been deactivated till date. I have never subscribed any of the services.please stop the above service at the earliest.

    The same problem have not been solve till date. I made complaint to the airtel customer care several time in this regard but in vain. Due to said problem I applied for mobile number portability but my request has been rejected by airtel. Thereafter I made complaint to the airtel customer care regarding deduction of balance & MNP but no action has been taken on my complaints till date. I am facing very lot of problem. Please solve the above said problem at the earliest.

    Airtel — Activating and charging for Unwanted Services(Not asked for)

    Telecom companies are very smart..
    They charge yo u for services which you have never asked for (PREPAID CUSTOMERS).
    Today I am a victim of such cases for almost more than 10 times.
    Company had a promotional call which u not even answer several times.
    Later on you came to know that some amount has been deducted from your prepaid account balance.
    First thing which came to your mind will be 'IS THIS THE SERVICE I REALLY NEED AND I HAVE ASKED COMPANY TO ACTIVATE THE SAME?'
    When you call for CUSTOMER CARE, the executive will tell you lot many things and try to fool you around.
    Because they might have been trained to fool people. And most important YOU ARE NOT THE FIRST ONE TO CALL FOR SUCH COMPLAINTS?
    Basically they will tell you that company did called you at this this time and u have activated that service.
    Their charges range from Rs 10 to Rs 30. which seem to be not a much amount to many people but i[censored] calculate it for year on year basis you will end up spending more than Rs 100 a year.
    The case is more worse in case of Rural Customers.
    Villagers are not more tech savvy and they dont even know what sort of services company is offering.
    Most of the victims are not aware of their deduction in account balance.
    Those who will came to know about that, dont know how to deal with it. I mean to say they dont know how to deactivate a service and how to call for customer care.
    So on Behalf of all the quetching, unsatisfied customers I request Telecom Companies to stop all such immoral activities.

      I would like to inform you that we are using Airtel since 6 Yrs .But since 4 months we are facing lots of problem with NEC & INTERNET ,as well as our mobile connection. I am approaching you as a final alternative .Further mail dated 15/07/2011 i would like to bring your attention to our CUG connections which is in the name of Teknion Furniture Systems (india) Pvt.Ltd.when i release the PO it was clearly mention that without any written approval no Value added service will be activate in any number but they have activate the Value added service on our one number [protected] but we are going to make make the payment of this number . These are total 12 connection which is for our new branch. Total connection is 219. But when i release the 2nd cheque for new 6 connections .we fail to understand why the discrepancy was made .I release the Cheque of Rs. 5668 (HSBS on 15 July ) But the your department update the wrong payment . They update the whole payment is only one number [protected] and rest of numbers they are start barred .Which create issue for us . Then i raise 6 Service request then they update the payment of Rs 18000 except our number one [protected],weather i have release only 5668/, then i again raise request after that they update 11000, again Except one number [protected], I also send 6 mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com.regarding the payment i also send the payment details. but nothing has done I can;t release the july month cheque untill the issue will resolve .
      Beside a several requested we yet to receive your bill ever on time which usually result in delay.
      May i requested you to look in to the matter .confirm the same to us following which we will process the payment accordingly
      Hope that you would resolve my issue. I greatly appreciate the time taken to read this letter and look forward to you response.

        1.) I have a compaint for my landline number[protected], Past from few months My CENTREX number have been changed by airtel without my knowlegde and request, when i complaint regarding they do not agree and put on us saying that you only have requested, were ah i dint, STILL NOT YET RECTIFYIED.?
        2.) Secondly My NUMBER WAS ACTIVATED FOR PARALLEL RINGING TO MY CELL NUMBER WERE AS THAT TO THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED WITHOUT MY REQUEST,

        Every of your customer care people will committ that your problem will be solved within 24 hrs, but nothing is going to happend with there commitement, at last they send a message to my cell saying that your complaint request is been solved.

        And on 11th feb i got the mail that my scheme is been activated in morning so i had recharge my number of Rs150
        and then on same day evening after i recharged my number i got msg from vodafone that it has been successfully ported to vodafone so coz of porting i loose my 150 rs and i had recharged after their conformation mail
        so i just want my 150 Rs back by cash or recharge on my number anything will be ok.
        and i need it as soon as possible.

          I am residing in chandanagar locality in hyderabad , adding more specifically it sri kalki heights Aprtmenet . I have been facing netwrok conectivity problem since long time 1 year. placed many complaints .latest one is 38452402 from my post paid number . they are saying they will place tower . not sure when they are going to resolve this issue . its so pathetic . having both indoor and out door problems. facing complete out of coverage area . I don't know how this can happen when the locality is very much in the city .
          God knows if they wil resolve this issue.

            Hello,
            I am Girish my mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs 750 0f 2gb data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 27 mbps but i am getting only 20kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved , really i am feeling very bad about airtel 3g service and customer support . Airtel is not bother about their customers and they are not ready to solve customer issues . plz any help me how to solve my problem.

            Dear sir,
            Already i waited more than a week, Even my mobile number is not connected to the customer care from yesterday this will be the one example how you are treating the customers. Tell me one thing how many days will you take for solution and please don't torture the customers and tell me the exact time to resolve my problem.
            I I have recharged with RS-158 3G Internet in my SIM but Internet is not coming in my mobile earlier i used with the same number and with the same mobile. I have inserted in Dongle it is working. Why this net is not coming in my mobile. I thought of its mobile problem then i have inserted another SIM and i have checked but its working then i realized the issue with SIM for that i made call to customer care they are simply picking my call and listening and telling that forwarding call to supervisor please be on hold and simply keeping my call on hold and disconnecting. Your customer care service is too bad. and let me know is this Internet service to my mobile HTC you people are going to provide are not. (Mobile number: [protected]). This is not at all fair. How long I have to wait by paying money. you people are simply ignoring customer value and support.

              My no is [protected]. My plan is friends (10 paise/min community calling , 50paise/min to all other mobiles with first call at 1rs, 200 sms /day free with 1st sms charged at 1 rs).

              SUDDENLY MY CALL RATES ARE BEING CHARGED @1RS/MIN FOR ALL CALLS INCLUDING COMMUNITY CALLING.

              I had bought the plan last year. I called customer care(198) many times. One of them say we will message you the options. I received no such message. One said recharge with 110 rs you will get ur plan back. Then when i went AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTER they said first call at 999 to confirm. The lady on the phone said ur friends plan has expired, it cant be converted back to friends plan. When I asked how did my validity abruptly she said I m sorry. U must have recd message to increase validity. I HADN'T RECD ANY MESSAGE TOP INCREASE VALIDITY. She again said sorry.

              This similar thing had haapened with my previous no. I HATE AIRTEL. GUYS READING THIS SHUDNT BUY ANY AIRTEL CARD. I LL HAVE TO SWITCH TO MNP..

              my sim no is [protected] & my sim validity is end before five days[protected] i was call many time to call center but not cumplet write it so please send message me to increse to validty
              The problem is solved.. But can you tell me the validity of this friends plan (not the overall validity of the card) now so as WE CAN AVOID THE SAME SITUATION IN FUTURE..
              i face the same problem (i have been using this no. for 6yrs now) and call to customer care, but they know nothing and direct me to call 12131 which is completely an automated system. and when ever i call customer care they are really eager to hangup the call, they can't speak English and they are really rude. AIRTEL and there customer care sucks...

                This is in related to my "Complaint No: 1303340" which is made for the telephone no[protected] for Broadband & Telephone not working. This complaint was made on 26/07/11 & still it has not been resolved. Everytime i call customer care i get a new excuse & no one has came to look for the problem.They everytime say within next 24 hours a service representative will visit but no one has come yet. Would request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Airtel services are becoming a mess day by day.

                  We got our Airtel IPTV connection on 17th June with the 1099 plan. On the very same day, when connection was activated, we had raised request to activate ESPN topup pack (consisting ESPN, Star Sports and Star Cricket). We were told that this will be activated within 4 days, but even when we waited for a week, this was not done. Now its almost 1.5 months, still no resolution!

                  We then followed up with number of phone calls to customer care, sometimes 5-6 calls a day. The problem with their customer care was, everytime they would put us on hold and then somehow the call would be disconnected. We would call them daily. Most times they would end up raising new customer requests. It's been more than a month now, but still the top up pack is not activated. Sometimes we were even promissed that it will be activated within 4 hours! A lot of false promises have been done. It's nearly a kind of mental harrasement to the customer. To an extent that they even barred our phone number in such a way that we would not be able to talk to customer care personal! We then sent email to [protected]@airtel.in.. there too number of requests were raised, and not resolved.

                  Their systems were being updated from 9th to 19th july, and after that it seems they erased all the old requests, so they are now raising new requests, but again, no use.

                  It don't understand, in just activating a small topup why would they make the customers go through such an ordeal!

                  I hope you dont take another month to resolve this small issue! There has been no call from your side so far..
                  I got a message that some complaint is resolved.. but guess what, nothing is resolved.. its always the case that I get message that complaint resolved without its actually being resolved.. airtel doesn't even call me and ask if it's working fine or not.. I am gonna cancel the connection, and since it's only been a month, and I've been harrased so much, I need to have the money back now..

                  It's been 9 days since you registered our complaint. Still it hasn't been resolved. We have already requested for cancellation on 198. They ask us to reconsider the decision, but unless the issues are solved within short time span, I'm not ready to reconsider this.

                        I have been using(adjusting) Airtel Broadband for almost 4 years now. Last month (June), I shifted to a new house and I have been sending mails to Broadband customer care to transfter my connection from my previous place to my new place. In fact there is no need to do any wiring as the previous tenant was also using Airtel and he shifted to another place.

                        Even after mailing their customer support till their Ombudsperson, there is not any reply from them. It has already been one month and I am without internet at my new place.

                        I didn't pay the last month's bill because of this and they are very active in alerting me that I didn't pay the bill. Also a lady called me twice to remind me that I didn't pay last month's and this month's bill. I said I will not pay it unless I get a resolution and also that I will not pay the amount for the days which elapsed after I sent the first email to customer care.

                        Things are moving very sloppy at Airtel customer care. I have already filled the form to apply for a BSNL connection.


                        I sent 7 mails at different times and got only one complaint number - 206201. My airtel phone number is[protected]

                        I had shifted my house from my current Address to a new location and I want my broadband to be connected there.

                        All the connection set up is available and you need to just map the modem with the new line. Wiring and all is already present.

                        After 1 month of negligence and non-responsiveness, Airtel has finally sent two guys to my house yesterday and they fixed my connection in flat 20 minutes. So for this 20 minutes work, I was yelling at the top of my voice for the past 1 month in all forums and blogs, besides mailing them and calling them.

                        Anyway, now I have got the connection and I am posting this from my fixed connection. Now my next fight will start when they charge me for the month I didn't have the connection. Let me see whether they have got some sense and avoid billing me the period when I was not having it.

                          i am nandini singhal from gwalior(Madhya pradesh) and my airtel landline number is [protected]. i am facing the problem of billing from airtel every time they do not inform me about bill at exact time means they forword me bill after its billing panelty date and add the panelty and also they migrate my 6 month billing plan again and again into 1 month billing plan and add unnecessary amount. i have complaint for this on 27 july 2011 they give me a number as complaint number[protected] and promises to solve my problem on 30 july 2011 but they did not perform their work and again i call on 1 aug 2011 to know about this complaint they said that u did not do any complaint and then i told them my complaint number[protected] they said it is not complaint number it is a id from person u talked and her name was sana they gived a fake number to me as a complaint number and also when i complaint so may of them employee disconnect the call without taking my complaint. i am realy very unsecure about this and want to discontinue my airtel broadband connection and i have told them to discontinue on 1 aug 2011 when they call me from number [protected] but they still did not discontinue my plan and saying to pay unnecessary amount please solve my problem. i am agree to pay 500 rupee according to my 6 month billing plan it was of 3000 for 6 month, becouse my 6 month have been completed on 18 june and my airtel broadband connection is coontinue but i have told them to discontinue this plan it will not be my problem for their next bell and still they have not sended me any information about bill. but they are saying to pay 900 rupee with panelty on 198 help line when i call them to complaint which was not my mistake. airtel is becoming a very poor and fake service provider and i suggest all the people please who are using airtel b aware.

                            I applied for broadband connectivity on the 26th of JUly 2011, through an Aitel person .The Person name VIJAY(No: [protected]) has entertained my request.I asked him to check for connection slots in my place gANESHA BLOCK, R T nager .he tol dme slots are available & the installation will be finished with in 4 to 5 days.after this I paid him 1000 rupees cash as installation charges. till now they havent issued any connection.when ever i call them to check abbout the connection the calls are never answered.Today when i caled from a different number finally he picked up the call & asked me to call his manager Vikas on his mob number [protected].Now again i am facing the same problem,my calls are never picked or answered, .So im writing this to Airtel So please do the needful.

                              My name is Niitn I applied for new 4mbps broadband connection at 67, Guru Angad Nagar, Laxmi nagar Delhi-92 and the main problem is that We took a flat on rent your airtel person servey the site and said that yes we can provide you new airtel connection in 3 working days than we said ok plz do it. After filling a Airtel form (form no. 2800325) he took 1000 Rs. to us but he didn't provide the new connection in three days. Now after complait a new airtel guy come to us and said tell us where your home we saw him location then he said noo it is not possible because your near by DP is already full of connections so we can't provide you new connection.

                              Now we are paying the room rent without live in the flat only because airtel guys cheat us. sir/ madam pls tell us what is our fault. If you can do something we will be very thank ful to you.

                              I used airtel broadband and landline last year may, june and july in bangalore. i have to shift to different location and i called customer care to disconnect it. they replied me that they are going to do it as soon as possible and gave me my request number. But nobody showed up even after one week. I called and called again but they replied me the same. so it's time to move for me and called them again and asking them if they can transafer it to my new location or not.they replied me and try to came to my new location and called me, they can't even find my new location and just said that we couldnot transfer to your new location. so i moved and just left everything including the handset, the modem in the house in case they came to disconnect it. It's been a long time now and even lost my request number in my old address recieved a letter from them and asked me to showed up in lok adalat. my due is not much since i never used them after july. What am i gonna do? since I;m from different state i dont speak the local language. I really need help.

                              I am sorry to say your very bad service. My connection was activating on 06/04/2009. My first bill amount is 335. But I did not receive the bill. I do many request to customer care to send my bill before due date of the bill then I will pay it. They did not do anything. After due date, they call me the late payment charges include in your account. After this I want to request to you that please send my bill on my address. And it’s not my fault. I did not give the late payment. If you did not do anything then I will disconnect the connection.

                              Reason for me writing this is only coz i am sick of airtel cust serv. last year i called up to cancel my service as my PC was not working. They offered me a plan for 250 rupees so avoid disconnection and said that i can call back when my PC is repaired and the ser will be on. After couple of months i called up and did it but when i received my bill i was shocked. before suspending my service, I was on an Unlimited plan and when i called up to reactivate the service, I asked for same. They activated my ser but did not change my plan. the result all usage over 250 RS. was charged to my acc, running my bill in thousands. After loads of calls (which by the way I pay for as i do not have a landline phone for airtel) they changed it. But for the current bill cycle they asked me to call once bill is generated as they had no way to know how much i used in current bill cycle (pretty fair0 When i called back they just refused to credit saying I have recd cr in thousands???? I refused to pay the bill and got calls from collections? These people no doubt are very rude and when I ask for a manager they hang up the phone. I have also heard managers here talk rubbish that lets write in the customer's acc that we have tried to help him but he refuses to cooperate. After much fights I finally got some adjustments but let me say that I was paying for all these calls on my cell and the late fees for the disputed bills for months. I asked what about that and the agent told me that i will get a call from her manager.This was on May 21st and today is june 3rd. NO CALLS??? the number of that manager is [protected]. Hope this complaints reaches some where...If anyone can help me taking this further please do..

                              I write further after several runarounds I got from your allied offices. I was interested in getting a airtel broadband service. I called up a Rep. at [protected] around 9 November 2009. When got a confirmation on the line that you guys service in my area, I asked some one to walk up and do the prerequisites. Sunil Kumar ([protected]) collected all the papaer work along with cheque no 143301 ABN AMRO of INR 1000. Following this devolopment I called him after some days to check the progress but he said that some DP is choked in my area so this can't happen despite the preliminary confirmation of the availability from your Rep. He assured that the coy poloicy is not encash the cheque untill the connection is given to the customer. On 16 I received a confirmation from the bank that the cheque was encashed. I Called up Sunil and he said that within 5 days, I:ll get my money back. Again called up at your call center, Rep told me it would take about 21 days. During this period, I received another call and the Rep said he would need another 10 days to work on this one. Still I did not hear a single comm from yourselves. Post this, I raised a complaint at your call center, I again could not receive anyting above all got a message that the issue has been resolved. When checked, no body had the dat available, your rep again registered a compaint, I still did not receive any thing. I called up and spoke with Ms Shweta Gutpa at [protected] and registered another complaint with no. 28937186.

                              Please assist.

                              Airtel Broadband — No connection given, still receive 1000 Rs

                              Hi,

                              I registered for Airtel Broadband connection (Airtel 499 Combo plan) by giving my Address to check the connection feasibility, after which one of the local Airtel Executive reached my home to receive Rs 1000/- as Installation charge & also received documents for address proof & identity proof with an Application Number/SEF NO: MYS0019821, a copy of the same has been handed over to me as receipt in the first week of February 2010.
                              But after a week, when the i enquired about the connection then Airtel executive reverted saying, that connection could not be provided as there is some technical issue. Hence i requested him to return back my installation charge of Rs 1000/- which was paid while registering for connection. But till now, Airtel has not returned the amount.
                              I have requested many times to return back Rs 1000/- by calling Airtel Customer care & as well as Airtel executive but none of them turned back. Pertaining to this, i have lodged a complaint with Airtel with a Complaint Number: 29813330 on 22nd Feb 2010. But till date no prompt action initiated at their end. Then again, on 22nd March 2010, lodged another complaint with Airtel with a Complaint Number 30744490 & escalated the same to Nodal Officer. Then nodal officer & customer care people started calling me and told that it was my fault that i didn’t receive the amount. What should i do now?

                              I requested broadband connection to airtel on 4 Sep 2010 and the request no is 8574580 . After that i kept calling airtel customer care everyday and raised multiple complaints in vain.
                              Airtel guy has taken 500 rupees from me and he is not receiving my call whenever i try reaching him.

                              Dear Sir,

                              We had taken a Airtel Broadband connection :[protected].

                              This connection was taken in our new Appartment thru a temporary line; which was not evne able to carry 2 mbps speed; which used to get disconnected every 15 minutes.

                              We caled up at call center to complaint about this but no action was taken.

                              Since entire building had temporary connection; after complaint - airtel changed the wire for all the appartments EXCEPT FOR OUR APPARTEMENT.

                              The technician from Airtel came to check the issue &amp; informed us that SINCE ONLY OUR APPARTMENT HAD TEMPORARY LINE SO INTERNET CONENCTION WAS NOT WORKING and ALSO THERE WAS NO USAGE IN OUR BILL TOO.

                              Then we again got call form Airtel about bill payment not done. We informed them about the issue techician told us about and that we were not able to use the connection at all.

                              They again send the technician to our place - now this time we called up at the call center and asked them to record our converstaion - techinican informed the airtel call center that there was no connection at our place and there was no usage too since last few months [for which payment wasnt done]. Call center noted it and told us they will resolve this issue.

                              After few days we again get call from airtel and now from advocate that a case is being filed against us.
                              We informed advocate about the issue and so he said that now nooone will trouble / harass us with these calls.

                              But now again today we got call from advocate about the case.

                              We have been harassed since so many months now... for connection that we have not used. It clearly states no usage.

                              IT IS A CASE OF MENTAL HARASSMENT against airtel without any reason.

                              Please help us.

                                I paid for Mega pack offer and HD channels in Airtel DTH but None of the channels of mega pack and HD channels are being given to me.
                                With repeated complaint for last 20 days, Airtel DTH has misguided me and did not tell that they have registered degraded pack for me. Now that I got to know about the real cause of the issue, Airtel is asking me for more money to give me the pachake I opted for!!
                                Now, this is very irritating and disturbing as I have lost Money, time and still am deprived of the vaue that I should have got. I feel helpless as one of the many cheated Indian customer.

                                I have got the cash memo of the Mega pack offer and all the relevent documents.

                                  My name is Niranjan and i own a Airtel Connection in the name of Avyaya Multimedia for close to 8 years now.
                                  I have normally been getting an average monthly bill of Rs. 900-1100 all these years.
                                  About 2 months back, out of the blues, i get a bill of Rs. 4000 odd. When i asked why, i was told that it's because Airtel Live has been activated on my phone and the usage of the same is the basic reason for such a huge pile up. I would like to clarify 2 things:
                                  a. I had never asked them to activate Airtel live
                                  b. They had never sought permission from me to activate the same

                                  In spite of this, they have gone ahead and activated the same and have also billed me for the same. When i refused to pay, my connection got suspended.
                                  I would like to register this complaint against Airtel on this issue.

                                    Hi there,

                                    I am using airtel prepaid connection for a year or so. I was pretty satisfied with airtel as your network strength was good but recently there is some issue i guess.
                                    We have to roam here and there just to catch a glimpse of the signal to make calls or receive sms.
                                    Earlier i was using Docomo and for the same reason i switched to airtel. Other users of this area are feeling the same thing.
                                    Can someone please look into this.

                                      Sorry to this but I think you didn't read my complain, so I have to submit new complain.

                                      This is what is the customer care of India's Leading company Airtel.

                                      "For subscribing Ten's Cricket HD channel SMS ADD 222, I did that and after that I can see Two times "Ten Cricket 3M TOPUP Dec-10 NRC" activated in my account"

                                      This channel was already included in my base package so there is no need to ADD Ten Cricket 3M TOPUP.

                                      Two times Rs 82/- (Rs 164/-) was deducted from my account, you have reverted only Rs 82/-, I m not doing any negotiation,
                                      or
                                      Do one thing if you cannot pay my another Rs 82/- then as my detail now I m having two Ten Cricket channel, one in my base package and another what I have activated through IVR as per you records,
                                      so I need two Different Channel number for Ten Cricket 3M channel as I have paid for this channel, so you cannot use my existing subscribed channel number and deduct my money.

                                      Please make your system or software in the benefit of customer not in the benefit of company.

                                      I am also having Tata Sky connection and they have atleast far far better customer than you.

                                      Great work done by Airtel customer care.

                                      Once my recharge plan is over I will definitely switch to Tata Sky.

                                      I know losing one customer does not any difference to you people.

                                        I have been trying to Port Out my Mobile number : [protected] from Airtel to idea since more than 1 month, but the Airtel is not releasing my number.

                                        I have already submitted more than 3 requests for porting out my number and talked to Customer Care several times but nothing resolves and no one is ready to give proper update.

                                        Please help to get my number released from Airtel asap as it is causing me lots of trouble and I am losing money as I miss many calls due to their poor network.

                                        How did it get resolved...My number is still with Airtel.
                                        Please resolve at the earliest.

                                        AZ198816 and valid till 31-Aug-2011

                                        All my bills are paid but still the number is not being ported out.
