Mobile bill plan change without my knowledge

I am using Airtel Mobile ([protected]) from 15th Sep 2009 to till date, initially the bill plan was Polaris 249 but it was change to Talk 99 without my knowledge.

When I called customer care about this on 12th May 2011 Customer care executive said it was a mistake from there end and registered a complaint against this - Reference number 37377576. They have called after a week I am unable to pick the call on...

Rate cutter and customer care

Sir,
I was using airtel prepaid ([protected]) for the past 3 years. I use to put rate cutter for msgs and calls usually. Recently I put a rate cutter for Rs 147. For that rate cutter normally 7500 msgs free for all local & national sms any mobile.But this time when i did that, airtel started charging 0.1p for other mobiles. When i called customer care they are saying they changed the plan and intimated all customers and dealers....

Relocation takes long time

I am Airtel broadband customer since 2008 and I was very happy with their service.Recently I shifted from Mysore to Bangalore, I asked for my Airtel connection shifting on 7th July 2011. At first CC said that relocation will take max 3 days, later they told me it can take max 20 days !!!!!! but from CC assured me that it will be done within 3 days...8th July one Airtel guy called me and said it will be done tomorrow...but till today nobody...

Bill Issues And Plan

Sir, i purchased 6 postpaid connection in CUG plan.According to my plan all
airtel CUG numbers are free and other call rate is 30 ps/min. for all over
india.But i found after my first month bill that my call rates are 20 ps/min.
for CUG plan and 50 ps/min. for other.I complained about it to the customer
care , they said that it will clear... within 24 hours.but I didn't get any kind

Theft

I was using airtel postpaid connection for around 4 years and i found that there is some fraud (Manipulation of bill) so i converted my postpaid account to prepaid now also fraud has not ended they charge me 60pisa instead of 50pisa and also certainly they charged me 30rs for hello tunes.

To stop that i call them and i asked they said some one activated it by mistake, it wasted my 10 min.

Unable to revert back to old tariff

This is Pavan Kumar A (+[protected], recently ported from Docomo to Airtel.

After porting to airtel, my tariff was A2A 0.5p/sec, A2O 2p/3sec and daily free SMS (with no first SMS charge).

As per friend suggestion, to get free minutes, I have recharged with Rs 36 special recharge card, which was giving free minutes.

After recharging, my tariff got changed and that to minutes pulse from seconds...

No customer service

No matter what option I select from Airtel's IVR, I always get a pre-recorded voice message to dial *121# for Balance related queries. I even get an SMS with the same message afterwards.

If I have a problem with GPRS, I would get the same message to dial *121#.

I got to know from Airtel's relationship center that this is a new method to get rid of prepaid customers.
