My self Sanjit kumar mohanty bearing cell no - [protected],jajpur,orissa, i am a customer of your farm for last six years and i have no complain about your service before this,but for last few months i am totally disatisfied with your services due to some following reasons.
1.You have been charged Rs.30/- for showing actived your naughty jokes packs.This DRAMA begins like that : -
First a massage comes from 58558 as "Welcome to naughty jokes pack,get ribtickling hilarious jokes, to subscribe sms LC3 to 58558,pack charges: rs.30/-per month,sms to 58558 @Rs.3/-per sms". Time-14:46, Dt.07.08.2011,
Second a massage comes from AD-54321 as "Thanksfor using naughty jokes subscription service from airtel,you have been charged Rs.30/-latest games http://g.club.in,browsing @10p/10kb".Time 19:18, dt.07.08.11,and then automatically you deducted Rs.30/-from my balance. after this i am trying my best to reach your customercare division,but i can't success,then a sms comes from named Airtel and informed me to sms LAST to 121 to know my last 5 VAS,then i contact to 121 by sms and you conformed my last five charges which already deducted by you as a cheater, 1.Naughty jokes- Rs.30/-07.08.11,07:12 pm. 2.SMS_MASTI-RS.1/-07.08.11,08:53 am, 3.Value Added Services RS.1/-, 07.08.11,12:50 am, 4.SMS_MASTI RS.1/- ,06.08.11,10:52 am, 5.Value Added Services RS.1/-,06.08.11,12:50 am, and showing under dial *121# to start or stop services, then i dial *121# but not found to stop the service option,only start option is showing their,after that at 20:56, dt.07.08.11 a sms comes from 58558 named naughty jokes and after behind this sms another sms comes to thank me for subscribing naughty jokes pack & my my charge for this RS.30/-for 30 days from 58558.
I am sure except hello tunes i have not actived at all any type of services provided by you,so i request please stop all your Nonsense services (naughty jokes,sms_masti & value added tax) expect hello tune from my no and credicted the same amount as earliest as possible to my no which you have credicted before as a cheater and my suggestion is please don't think every customer as fool/mad,that what ever you want you will be do & you have also no right to waste some ones time un-necessary,otherwise i may forced to knock the door of court as i am a legal lawer.

I am Silo Joseph ,my number is [protected] and i am an airtel customer for the last four years.
I still remember that in beginning days of my subscription with airtel for about for two years i had no issue with your service and thats the period when i suggested my company ( Centenial Sugical Sutures Ltd ,Mumbai ) your profile when they were looking for a corporate connection and now all over india we have almost 250 airtel cug plan
In kerala there are 16 airtel plans for our company.Out of which almost all the connection is having issues with your signals and its a serious for us.We all as you know are in to marketing and we cant afford to loose any of our customer because of a silly reason like my mobile was not reachable
I personally feel that something terribly has gone wrong with your technical department.I have reported my problem two years ago and registered my first complaint on 02/10/2009 and reference number is 28641471, the last complaint was registered on 02/07/2010 with reference number 32979941 and i am afraid that nobody has taken it up to fix the problem .
I request you to take action immediately to rectify the problem or we will be forced to recommend our company to change all India CUG plan to another service provider.
Hope that you will act upon the issue as early as possible .

My Complient is that Airtel has a short range in my town. The tower is situated inside my town itself its just 700meters away from my house,but until now i am not recieving a single point signal from it when ever it detect for a network it shows the signal is currently provided from another tower which is 4-7 km away from our area .Sir i just want to know why the customer care neglect the complaint from our area ,even they have an running tower in our area itself. I and my area pepole had complaint it to Airtel customer care many times regarding this but they take it in a cool manner even not responding to us when they can resolve this problem
