my hello tune is automatically activated by airtel on dated 04/07/2011 at 01:50:24pm... firstly a ivr call comes and asked for hello tune but i cut the call without pressing any desired no.
after sometime they will charge Rs30 rentel and Rs 15 for downloding. soon i call costomer care but they bared my call. so plz return my money as soon as possible...

my mob no is [protected] (caller tune wrongly activated is "tere bin")
it is much disturbing coz. i am a student and i have limited money...so adrupt cut in balance is very torchoring ...

    I am customer of digital tv and my digital tv remote control is not working no buttons are functioning after change the batteries its in same condition. Tried to reach to your customer care at 12150 but couldn’t get through.

    Airtel Dish Tv — Remote not functioning

    Hi,
    I am customer of airtel dish tv.custmer id.[protected]. my remote not working.checked with new battery also but its not working

    I buy airtel digitel tv dec-2009 , remote is not working july-2010.service engineer is not doing sevivce and new remote price customer care centre told Rs150 but service engineer asking Rs200.When we complaint customer care he is responsible
    If my account is in nagative and my service are closed please you are continue of free channels such as star utsav, DD1 etc.

    Please affirm whether or not my digitaltv balance was recharged with Rs.250/- vide voucher no.[protected] on the night of 11-01-11. I had two recharges of Rs. 300 and Rs 250 within a months time and the services were suspended on 16-01-11, stating that my account has run into negative. Please also note that my phone no. [protected] registered with was lost on[protected] and problem was reported to you.

    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Remote is not working

    Hi i have contacted airtel customer care executive over a phone regarding my remote is not functioning 0n 20 th june they did not responded well they do disconnect the line in middle i tried about 15 times no proper response from executives past 6 days i am trying to get resolved the problem.

    I completely agree that air tel is providing worst service nowadays .In Bangalore they have given a contract to one company called "Communication network".They came to my house and asking me 50rs to change the direction and they told like if you are not changing the direction you wont get any channel's..Like that using Airtel name they are cheating the airtel customers..

      This is my complaine to airtel
      Dear Sir/Mam
      Subject:Surprise to see your burst customer care services ,without call my amount is deducting

      First of all my balance is reduced to Rs 60 massaging that GPRS is activated by customer care Mr.Vivek during complaining on 198 about my other mobile no.[protected].
      But actually no services are activated by me & no one other uses my cell.Because this is not the first time it happens
      Again I talked and complained to Sr. Executive officer Mr. Atul Kumar through customer care (198) . After deep discussion Rs. 60 is returned .

      But I was surprised that again sending 12 times same MSG (Live Arti) continously and deducting
      Really it is very shamans work of Indian Airtel which is an standard company.
      Rs.5 multiplied by 12 i.e.Rs. 60.Due to these deduction I was unable to contact my family in time

      Kindly take necessary action against Mr.Vivek & Mr. Atul Kumar (costomer care office Hajrat ganj, Lucknow)
      and refund my Rs.60 for mobile no. [protected] and Rs.50 for mobile no. [protected]

      i have been usin my card from last 3 years.i have taken a pack of Rs.59/- with the help of which my ISD Calling would be Rs.3.99 instead of Rs.6.40.i called up customer care n infomed them that extra money was cut buy them.initially they said k i was wrong n were very rude.they even hungup my phone.But latelly did refund my money back.Again the same thing happened n they said that they would refund my money back within 48 hrs.Then i got a call from there executive that they would refund my money within 24hrs n it has been 72hrs after there call but still my money has not been rufuned to me.I have called up customer care 10 times.Airtel is useless and they are poor at customer service.The market is so competative still they dont understand the importance of customer and there valueable time.Shame on the organisation.

      AirTel — unnecessary deductions

      sir my cell no. is [protected] . i am being harrassened by airtel by unneccerily deducting rs 30 daily for some on demand service which i myself is not aware of.. and the most amasing thing is that this service is for 3o days and they charge me twice daily ... custumer care is very weak to support in this case ...kindly make proper step thanks

      AirTel — UNNECESSARY deducted

      I Airtel prepaid customer mobile No : +91 [protected] . The charges debited by u towards friends chart while i ll stoped this subscripction. but unnessery u ll debited again last time i ll contacted to custom care center told for stop all subscripction.and also told to them that dont subcrib any subscripction. upto now ull deducted minumam 300/- above.this is the final warning 2 u, and please cridet my amount back as early as posible otherwise ill go to consumer court after a week.ill request again to u Earlier deducted amount will recharge Rs.30.00 to the same mobile No. This was credited my mobile at the same moment.

      I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE FROM AIRTEL

      the problem has started on 16 june 09. i am receiving sms(thought of the day, love tip) and GPRS is being continuously activated and deactivated .

      EACH GPRS ACTIVATION COSTS RS 25 AND THOUGHT FOR THE DAY COSTS RS 3.

      on 16 june i got 1 sms

      on 17 june i received 10 sms

      on 18 june i got 34 sms

      on 19 june i got 6 sms

      on 20 (today) till writin this mail i got 22 sms

      all are from massage center [protected] and the messages are coming within fraction of seconds

      i am giving here few sms that i got today ( 20 june 09) :

      1 charging notification(25 Rs/ day) at 8:50:47 am

      2 to receive mo settings... at 8:50:49 am

      3 unlimited gprs activated at 8:50:50 am

      4 unlimited gprs deactivated at 8:50:58 am

      5 you are now on zero rental at 8:51:02 am

      6 unlimited gprs activated at 8:51:36 am

      7 to receive mo settings... at 8:51:37 am

      8 charging notification(25 Rs/ day) at 8:51:48 am

      i have called on 121 at least 5 times, i went to service centre

      ( S.S. COMMUNICATIONS ) at least 5 times from there i called on 999 (2 times)

      I HAVE CALLED ON YOUR MOBILE WHICH I GOT ON AIRTEL SITE ( [protected]) AT LEAST 50 TIMES IN THESE DAYS

      today even the TIMES OF INDIA HAS THE NEWS ABOUT THE PROBLEM BEING FACED BY AIRTEL CUSTOMERS

      I AM BEING FORCED TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND CLAIM THE DAMAGES

      i am loosing my money and nobody is there to help the customer.

      I AM ALSO APPROACHING TRAI FOR THE SAME.

      i hope you will solve my problem

      Airtel — deduct money unnecessary

      sir i am in plan of (perday first call Rs.1/ and remaining all calls air tel to air tel Rs 40ps and others Rs.60ps )for that i paid Rs140/ per year. but unfortunately every first call cost Rs 1/ cutting
      so airtel blame all custmers
      hence they loose their customers
      I have not subscribed for any value added service even though money is being deducted from my prepaid account since 17/09/2010.

      I am a customer of Airtel mobile having GPRS connecton (Mobile Office ).I used to buy Rs.98/- pack for using this service.But though I have 98 pack still sometime they deduct money from my main account telling that ( " Thank you for using Airtel Live services" you have been charged Rs...... )

      i am using airtel no from last 5 year i,e [protected]. but now without any information or msg they deducting Rs.10 on 14-01-11.i caaled to customer care But they not giving exact reason and telling that i activeted jokes pcak. so please pll give my currency back or give exact reason what it was deducted. or else i ll change my service thats it no other option.

      Myself Mohamed Rafiq MJ from Chennai raising complaint agiant Airtel network.

      As am using this Airtel network (Prepaid) from past 6 to 7 years in these years i found this network very good but in From past three months am facing lot of problems with Airtel that Unnecessary Deducting Currency from my airtel no[protected], I have a free Internet browing for 6 months that am using only for my official emails and personnel emails. when i enter to email immdiately am getting sms from AD-54321 that i have downloaded game from this hence i been charged Rs. 50/ for that. i get shock and when i use to call customer care they not giving proper response for that, disconnecting the call in between conversations and also making to wait for 10 to 15 min in stand (they charging us 0.50p / 3 Minutes). you can refer my last 3 months Data from Airtel that how many complaints i raised and how many times i called to them. When i get connected they suppose to say that they cannot refund this amount to me. its matter of Yesterday 09.02.2011 & today 10.02.2011 i got 4 complaint reff no from Airtel CBDPA[protected] , CBDAL[protected] , COLWO[protected] (In this they informed me that you get refunded yesterday ie 09.02.11 but still i didnt recieved it) Today 10.02.11 morning again i spoken and got COVWC[protected] (In this they agreed to refund but again they refused to refund). Hence i told them am going to raise a complaint in consumer court. They told most welcome to complaint. My position is that now i cant change my no also. If time comes i do that too. Kindly consider my request and take Sevier action on them. I really affected with this useless network and customer care persons. These type o[censored]seless networks should not there in our country. In the name of service provider cheating customers and making money. We should not entertain them in future, they have to pay attentions to our problems.

      Bharti Airtel — Unnecessary deduction of money

      bharti airtel are deducting un necessary money from my prepaid account, telling that you have subscribe this or that any value added service which i never subscribed. They use to send me unnecessary call and messages which i stop using DND service but again they are sending messages.

      After getting so much fed up with them i planned for mobile number portability and when i register for mobile number portability. They called me and told me that we will refund all your money and dont change the service providers. They never refund my money and again started deducting money.
      This is very worst work of customer care of AIRTEL which is going on till now
      Now I hate to Airtel

      Airtel GSM — unnecessary money deduction

      sir i am nishant mishra and i m a regular customer of airtel gsm and my number is [protected]...on 5th november 2011 there is un-necessary activation of hello tune on my number and my 20 rs deducted,then on the same day on evening i make a recharge of rs.40 and after making a call i m having a balance of rs.18 and when i woke up in morning my balance is rs.7 only......i tried a lot to contact customer care but unable to establish the call.
      sir i request u to check my account details and take necessary action regarding my issue and i also request u to contact me as i m unable to contact customer care....

      AirTel — Unnecessary deductions

      Hi

      This is regarding my prepaid connection [protected]. Today I got a message from airtel that 5 Rs have been deducted for real Estate VAS. which I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED. I called up Customer care and they said its been activated from 5 Dec, and every day 1 rs is getting deducted. Also 5 rs got deducted on 13 Jan as well and I didnt knew about it.

      Now airtel has crossed its limits. since 5 Dec. As far as I know the total deductions are: 45 + 5 + 5 + = Rs. 55, if there are some more I dont know. We cannot keep track of our balance after every call as if its the only thing to do.

      And this is not the first time, it has happened so many times now, you CC executives are not able to solve the problem

      I wish to get my money back which has been deducted for the service which i have not asked for.

      Airtel is harassing the customers

      1. First ask about your problem using tollfree 198 number, talk to the customer care executives.
      If they resolve your problem, then its ok.

      2. Even after 1 or 2 days if your problem is unresolved call them again, and ask them to register your complaint and take the docket number for your complaint.

      3. If you are still unsatisfied, contact Airtel Nodal Officer [for your region] which is given below (first try to email and wait for response upto atleast 24 hrs on working days). The contact addresses are provided on Airtel website in Customer Care section.

      4. If you are still unsatisfied, contact Airtel Appellate Authority of your region. See the contact details on the website.

      Every telecom company should have the contact details of these officers on their website and this process can be applied for any operator. Tell others also to follow the above procedure if they have any complaint against any telecom operator.

      AirTel — Deduction of money without intimation

      Dear Sir / Madam ,

      I have Air tel Pre-paid service since more than two year & continuously avail the same plan of full talk time of Rs. 111 /- but in this month without prior intimation or information the talk time has been changed & start automatic deduction from my air tel account & still i m facing the same problem.
      I am putting dam effort first to make contact with air tel customer care & second if they pick up the phone than avoid to do any action regard the same.

      Please help me to avoid continuous deduction from my account.

      Airtel — deduction of money without intimation and non refunding

      Dear sir/madam,
      I have recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] with INR . 150 and the next day I was charged Rs. 135 for Airtel tv on mobile subscription for 1 month without any of my request for the said service. When I spoke to customer care and registered a complaint I was told that I would be refunded the deducted amount with in 20 minutes. Where as I was only refunded with Rs. 50. When I again called customer care, they kept me on hold for 12 minutes for which I've been again charged Rs.2. Once again I called customer care, this time I was clearly rejected saying that I won't get any more refunds. My complaint register number with Airtel customer care is CBDMT[protected].. you are requested to kindly look into the matter and make Airtel to refund my money back.
      Sir, on 30 Aug 2012 at apprx 2:40pm i recharged of Rs. 15 through Airtel money nd made a local call for less than 1 min after that i received a message that Rs. 15 has deducted for 2G where as internet pack @Rs98/- has already activated. I did nt charge for such type of service till the date. When i enquired CUS CARE he replied that u have charged for call not for any service. Sir, i have mentione earlier that i didnt make any call nd i have reced a message for activation nd deduction of money. Sir kindly do needful.

      This is Linga Raju E V (with mobile number [protected]), and i am here to express my disgust at airtel customer care in providing the services intended to be. Money has been deducted from my account inspite of paying for an internet plan for my mobile. First of all talking to an airtel customer care faculty is so difficult considering the computerised interaction system of 198. Secondly, when i called the customer care, the person asked me to wait and the call was on hold for about 20 minutes and nobody answered. I called again and the reply was that their computers crashed which i think they made it up just so they can avoid the complainant. Now i cant even talk to customer care because after i dial 198, there is no option that leads to a talk with the customer care faculty. I can't believe that the faculty are so unaware of what to do when such a complaint comes. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
      one rupee was deduced form my account of phone no-[protected] on dt12.04.2013 in the name of down loading of pull news.

      during last month the same had happened, when i call customer care they did not respond.


      they are deducing the money in a illegal manner.

      whenever i try to open internet it would simply ask to try again .once i approached the customer care to resolve the problem and also threatened them to sue to the court but again i started the same problem .please help me get my compensation of rs.5000/-

      i have given uneccessary burdens in service to my mobile numbers.
      firstly whenn i requested the 198 customer care to active certain packs they did it two times for which double the amount was deducted.
      i called them to refund for which the call cost was also deducted. i am frustrated for the poor service of the airtel network communication. and moving forward to end my realtionship with airtel network and also i had a better faith and sense towards your network and thus wish to end every connection i have now as of airtel dish tv, airtel post paid connections, airtel broadband and etc...

      had a bitter experience with airtel.

        I have this connection with 2 STB ( one HD and othe SD) ID: [protected]. One is in safe custody. The other with HD was charged with a new package in the beginning of the month on 02 Aug 11 with South Super Value with 119 channels @ Rs.120 pm + taxes . This was done over the mobile through customer care. However, after charging I found that the package was South Value › 164 channels @ Rs.165 pm + taxes.

        I called up immediately to restore it to super value pack @ Rs.120 pm + taxes. But this time the new chap just noted the complaint and refused to change it with an assurance that it will be changed within 24 hrs. I called up again on 03 Aug but with no result.

        Even now the package is same 'South value and the daily deduction has started. My aim was to top up the HD package @ Rs 65. But now with this kind of response I wonder what I would do.

        Air tel tries this smart act with delays and deducts money from the customer. Actually they are loosing the faith of the customer by trying these cheap tricks.

          Sirs,
          I was using airtel Digital TV service for some time, after one year was over i paid 2600/- for recharge. After that the quality of channel was very bad. I lodged a complain for the same, they demanded 100/- as service charges. Which I refused to pay and asked them to take back the DISH and Set Top Box, and also asked them to refund my unused amount. They promised me after they collect the STB from my premises they will refund the amount. Till date they have not refund the same. My TV Account ID is [protected].

            I am closed my airtel postpaid connection & I paid everything against that mobile no [protected]. I request to Airtel customer care to close the no & I received request no[protected] after that I called airtel customer care for status about that connect that closed or not airtel customer center ans pls call after 2 houre. I called airtel customer 4-5 times and every time I received same ans that - pls call 2 houre.

            Please see the problems I dont want to Pay extra amount what I am already closed

              I left the company in May 2006. Till date they have not released my provident fund. My employe ID was 1515 and I was posted in Surat in Gujarat.

              I had worked for Bharti Cellular for approx 3 years from Jul 03 to Feb 06. During this period my PF was deposited in my a/c no DL/16967/3461 at the PF office in Skylark building Nehru Place in New Delhi. Subsequentl i moved to Idea Cellular and applied for the transfer of my balance there. The application for transfer was submitted to this office on 14/08/06 however tilldate I am not aware on the status of the balance in my account mentioned above.
              Need your intervention and help to resolve this

                  I am Ravikiran. I have applied for a new broadband connection on[protected].I have paid almost Rs 1500 for the same. My application number is 261680. I was promised that the connection would be given by[protected].
                  But to my dismay, I have not got my connection till today. I am supposed to get the connection with in seven days as per the rules of Airtel.
                  I have contacted the concerned persons repeatedly and I have always got vague reply's or no answer from their side. I am really fed up with their service and these people not even bothered to at least inform me via phone/in person when I will get the connection.

                  Please let me how I should proceed against these irresponsible service providers.

                  I have booked for airtel broad band connection on 23rd June. Before checking the possibility, they have collected the amount. When I contacted regarding the connection, they told me that in Ambattur, Chennai, the connection could not be given and hence it was cancelled. But still, I have not got my money back.

                  No proper response from their side though I contacted so many times. Even the concern person did not pick up the phone whcih make me fed up. It was a mental torture for me for neglecting my ring just to get the response for our money. The higher authorities should take care of it. I thnink, Airtel now a days become irregular in customer service and would loose the market if it would continue the same.

                    Never go for Airtel broadband connection....
                    They are worst service providers......

                    We have taken corporate Toll free number from them and experiencing worst service from them.....
                    They have taken huge capital investment from us and monthly we pay 7500 rs as monthly rental to them. Just think about amount we have been paying to them .....
                    On top of it they disconnected our connection without any intimation with out any reason...and after repeated reminders for past 6 days....they have not activated our number...

                        I am living in Ahmedabad city, and at my home there is no network at all of Airtel. I have invested Rs 2500 in 3G USB modem and I am not able to connect to network at all. Simultaneously I have purchased a Prepaid SIM and I am not able to make/recieve call on this number due to no network coverage. There is full network coverage of other mobile operators. I have complaint saveral time to Airtel customer care and sent mail 3 time and there was no response from their side except acknowlwdgment mail. I am suffereing from this problem since one month and I am fed up with the support of airtel for thier such a poor service. After complaining through all possible mode, I even couldn't get a single response from their side. I have also complaint to nodal officer but there is no response from that side.

                        Don't you have a consumer action forum in your city at Ahmedabad? Go & register complain there. Big companies often do this to us because we never complain at the right place.

Airtel executives came to my home, they took a sum of 1000 Rs along with all documents and promised me to provide a connection within 3 business days. I have not received any connection for 21 days and neither Airtel has refunded me any money.

                            Please find appended below mail I have sent across to airtel aurthority for you to have idea about my problem:
                            Hi,

                            I had lodged a request for a change of address to my broadband connection on 5th July 2011. The person told me that the connection would get transferred in 3 working days and later on 9th July someone calls me up and says since the Airtel system was down it will take 20 days to do this transfer rather than the regular period of 3 days for the transfer. When I asked for a date for transfer he had given me a date of 20-22th July, 2011. Also he told me I will not be charged for the period that there is no connection in my house, but will only be charged for the regular 3 days it takes to transfer the connection.

                            Finally I received a call from someone from Airtel to tell me that the complaint will be acted upon and to give a convenient time. I had told them to come on Monday, 25th July at 10:00 a.m. to my place for the installation. There was no one from your end to act upon the complaint. I gave a call again to the customer care and the person said that the guy will come post 2pm the next day but then however as expected they smartly come to my place at 10am when I am extremely busy with my work for installation. The guy's unruly behaviour with me and my neighbour is not tolerable-- He was supposed to do the wiring from our terrace but forced to use our neighbours and upon their refusal he threatens me that "If i die the entire blame will come upon me (which is me in this case)" Is that the behaviour I should be expecting from Airtel team?

                            I was told by the guy that someone called Lalit Mishra would come for your activation the next day which was 27th July but that never happened as well the guy gave me wrong coordinates for Lalit..I kept following up with customer care thereafter from 28th July and was given a time frame of 48hrs and it would get activated, the last assurance for the same being on 2nd August 10 am and I assume another set of 48 hours are over and still not been activated.

                            I again called up your customer care and the guy there is now saying that it will take further 20 days for Airtel to act upon this complaint as in her records it has been registered on 22nd July. And now when I told the guy to transfer the call to her senior, she put me on a hold of 20 mins!!! And then puts me on the call again for 15mins and finally says that the person is not available and gives me contact number of Mr. Abhishek Parmar where he has not been responding ! I cannot keep taking leaves from office just so you can come & install at your leisure, whim & fancy!

                            And another thing is you keep raising bills when I havent been using your services for almost a month. You have another thing coming, if you think I will pay for services not rendered!!!

                            You have been utterly irresponsible and inept if you expect me to wait for further 22 days making the period of wait 48 days!!!! I would rather take broadband services from another Service Provider than wait for 48 days!!! It is not as if you are the only one around to provide IP services that you can give such answers to your loyal customers!

                            I have been using Airtel services for the past 5+ years now. And I expected better services from you!

                            If you are really going to take 22 more days, I would rather you close this complaint & let me know, so that I can forget this episode & approach Vodafone or Reliance or any Tom, Dick & Harry rather than you who takes 40 days to act on a service request!!!

                            I would expect some response from you on the same or else I would be forced to pull the matters up to the consumer court.

Of late starting from March i stopped using it as i was travelling and was not able to pay the bill an amount of Rs.1500 My contact list of people are getting calls saying your friend has not paid the bill and inform him to pay it immediately.                                 Airtel should stop harrassing customers by inventing new techniques.
                                As this number is a premium number I suspect Airtel wish to make few bucks by deactivating and reselling such numbers to new customers.
                                This number is Lifetime and I am regularly recharging this number.
                                Last recharge was around 8 days before deactivation.
                                Now I am told to resubmit the documents to get it activated.
                                Today on 03/08/2011 I have resubmitted my documents at your outlet.

                                  My Mob. no. [protected] (Airtel Pre-Paid) the company has activated Hellotune automatically and VAS too, many time I call to customer care to stop the service.... they assure also to deactivate it.....but nothing happen....many time I SMS also for stop the VAS but...company still started cheating... two day back they activated the hello tune without any information... I am suffering from such activity from last 1 year, customer care talk are also chargeable... so we can not call more time to deactivate such nonsence things.

                                  Bharti Airtel Limited — Cheated by the Company

                                  SUBJECT : TELEPHONE NO. [protected] ACCOUNT NO. 14207630

                                  On 12 Oct.2010 I requested Airtel company to deactivate the services as it was not needed. The request was verbally made at the Airtel store at sector 12 Fridabad. Later I received call from them suggesting that instead of cancellation you shift your monthly rental plan from higher to low plan of 349 permonth, keep it for three months on trial without using the broad band services for three months and the company shall provide you with a waver of Rs.1050.and no billing shall be raised.The person on line convinced me that Rs349 monthly plan for three months total comes to about1047 and with a waver of 1050 you shall enjoy non payment of bills thus why to go for cancellation of the services. On asking why you are insisting on this preposition the answer was, firstly you are a special customer to us and we give such offers to only special ones so that you enjoy all the benefits of deactivation without decativating the services. Secondly after three months of non usage by you if you feel to continue with our orignal services, it will be done. Regarding the waver of Rs.1050, I was told that within seven days the approvalof the waver shall be intimated to you. I in good faith agreed to the proposal forwarded by the company official and there and then, I requested for up dating email address as well as mobile no.
                                  Today it is 30th Jan 2011, various talks held with the company people before this, but all in vain. Complaints made to customer care and even to Nodal Officer has not yielded any response except that, we are looking into the matter. Having come to know about their intentions to delay the approval, I then moved immediate cancellation of the services fixed line and net services. Next I got a phone call from Nodal Officer asking me why cancellation? I explained him all about what had happened and how the assurances made on telephones have not been met. He again assured me that all the commitments made to you shall be honoured but at least you will have to keep the land line. In good faith again I agreed. But that too was a false statment from the person concerned. Approval not granted till date.
                                  Mean time the company stopped sending hard copy of the bills unduely raised by them. The company nver sent bills for my looking on the updated email, the reasons best known to them only.
                                  I finally again requested at Airtel store to cancell the fixed line by personally meeting Gorav Bhardwaj on 20th Jan.2011 who forwarded the mail to the department alongwith approval of waver of all the outstanding dues and also to send thehard copy of last three months bills by post.

                                  On 28th Jan I received three bills, fixed line has been deactivated temporarily. I am told that someone shall come to collect the instruement, no one has come, more than 7 days have passed. I am getting calls to pay the bill of Rs.649.

                                  The company, bythe willful act of its officialls, making false assurances on various occasions and intentionally delaying, hiding the real intentions to retain the client has caused to cheat the customer by raising the undue billing. Through this forum I request the company not to harrass me any more and withdraw the billing amount immediatly as assured and promised.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had taken an airtel prepaid mobile connection no. [protected] in my name i.e. Sujit Chowdhury at Raigarh on 11.05.2011 and submitted necessary documents as required. Later on my services got barred twice due to non-verification of address in next two month period. On investigation I found that the connection is released in the name of one Chait Ram. I was surprised and charged the Airtel prepaid dealer how the ownership is changed and asked him to get it rectified. They agreed but again I found on 27.07.2011 that the services to my mobile are blocked. Matter was reported to the concerned dealer and also to the Airtel Sales Officer Mr. Nitin Choubey (mobile no. [protected]) on the same day. They assured that within 2 - 3 days it will be restored. But after a week today i.e. 3.08.2011 the services remain blocked even after regular follow up daily. Please help.

                                    After continuous follow up with your local representative my SIM has been activated today. But more than Rs. 1580/- unutilized talktime, SMS pack facility, unlimited browsing with blackberry services have vanished.

                                    I feel totally deceived and harassed. Please help to restore all facilities which were got activated after making due payment to Airtel.

                                    I am surprised to see your comments dated 12.8.11 that you have not heard anything from me and I have not written to you. Please see my comments dated 10.8.2011 just above your comment which is prior to your comments. Also I have sent mails to you on 10th as well as 11th August 2011, which you have not noticed.

                                    On 12.08.2011 from Airtel (mobile no. [protected]) Ms. Rekha had contacted me at 02:51 p.m. and I had updated her regarding my grievances. Still how do shrug off your responsibilities by saying that I have not contacted you. This is really ridiculous.

                                    Now kindly return Rs. 1580/- unutilized talktime as a credit to my mobile account.

                                    Since the time has elapsed I got my SMS pack charged on my own and will get my blackberry services restored.

                                    Please do the needful without further delay.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Through this, I Manish Kumar want to draw your attention towards poor service of Airtel. I have taken brodband plan[protected] of 'net' before 4 months of Rs.899 per month. But that plan was not activating properly. So i was decided to cut out the connection. On 21st may,2011, I have filed request to cut the phone & the request no is[protected],1483660,37991941,38050139.But no action was taken place by you. We have again & again filed the request but there is no impact on Airtel. From last 20 days, call from Airtel is coming 3-4 times a days, which creates very disturbance.If the process will continue like this then, I will complaint to police.

                                      Another case is happened with mobile ([protected])also. We have taken the plan 299 in which 12000 second are free, 200 sms is also free. But Airtel itself do not give theabove mentioned plan.Inspite of above plan, it activates another plan, many a times, I filed the request & request no is 35050139 but no action was taken place. I will do the payment only after adjustment will done & actually the plan which i have applied for be activated.

                                      AirTel — Broadband Discontinuation

                                      I am continuously requesting airtel for disconnection of my airtel no:[protected] since 7.5.2011 as they are not in a position to transfer my airtel connection to new location. At last on 15.5.2011, I wrote to airtel at [protected]@airtel.Co.In to disconnect my connection as I do not want want to continue using airtel services due to poor customer support. I made more than 10 calls to airtel customer care but their executives are not able to give satisfactory answers. Moreover I was put on hold for about 4 minutes while contacting to their punjab circle nodal officer's phone on 18.5.2011 at around 2.00 pm.
                                      Further, I informed them that I have left the address registered with airtel and if my connection is not discontinued immediately, I would not liable to pay any biils/ Dues to airtel. If any misuse of this connection happens, it would be the legal obligation of airtel only.

                                      Please help to get rid out of this and my airtel connection be disconnected immediately.

                                        Customer ID: [protected]. I have purchased Airtel Digital TV package including "Digital TV recorder + 1year South Megapack + Rs 250 Cashback + free installation" online. The payment made in a single transaction using my creditcard. Now the package validity is showing is for 2 months only. In 'my account' of the Airtel website, the payment is not reflecting as I made it. It is showing many transactions of small amounts. I had spoke to customer service at least 15 times and I did not got a proper answer. Once it was informed by their executive that, the validity extended and I will get a call for confirmation in the same day. But Never got the call and problem not resolved. Another time it was told that the validity now showing, is for the free viewing time and I have to recharge only after 14 months. But I had asked for a confirmation by e-mail, I never got it. I need only 12 month validity and Rs 250 cash back.
