I have bought an Airtel 3G datacard on July 05, 2011 from one of the outlets at Croma, Ghatkopar. On installation of the exe file at my laptop and running the same as guided i was not able to get the internet connection and system kept prompting that there is no network access. On inquiring with the customer care and regular follow up for 5 days the internet connection was restored.

Now as the validity of 30 days on the 3G was about to get expired i have charged the number with 3G plan of Rs.675 - flexishield plan - (1.25GB) from a local vendor who have shown me that my transaction was successful and i have also received an sms on my 3G that my transaction is successful and which also showed me the transaction number towards the confirmation of the recharge. However, after that the internet worked for only one hour after which i am not able to get the internet connection.

I have called up the customer care for this problem for atleast 5 times and they assured me that by August 05, 2011 i will get a call from back office and my problem will be solved. They have also send across a request number after registration of the complaint. However i have not received any call from the back office. Whenever i call the customer care they are giving me separate status every time. One of the executive told me in the beginning that there might be a problem and they will look into it and assure that the balance is appropriately credited to my account which might not have been done due to some problem. On calling for next 2-3 times the executive told me that there is no recharge of Rs. 675 to my number (however i have got a transaction id and a message of recharge successful on the number). On calling on August 06, 2011 i was been told that my balance has got over after the recharge of Rs. 675. Now how can the balance get over after using the internet connection for 1 hour without running any download.

I appreciate the quality of internet and the speed, but how can Airtel be so bad with their service? Now I am planning to stop using my 3g datacard and will advice my fellow friends who bought the same on my advice. I don't know how do airtel promises best network access and providing best customer care services when a customer has to approach you every time after every single transaction.

Hi,

I bought an Airtel 3g datacard and charged it for Rs.675 - flexishield plan - (1.25GB and flexibility after that)after 9 days it said no balance and you have to recharge - I hardly used interned and did not download anything.

After which I recharged it for 450 and for my dismay it finished in one week. Worst of all is a 200 Rs recharge after that which finished in 2 day!!!!! I have been using broadband since past 9 years and i very well know the usage pattern and the time frame.

Also, when I ask the customer care the usage pattern- they have no clue how to answer me. And to find balance - the idea given by customer care is that remove the SIM from datacard, put it in mobile and see!!! how can Airtel be so insane?

I appreciate the quality of internet and the speed, but how can Airtel be so bad with their service? Now I am planning to stop using my 3g datacard and will advice my fellow friends who bought the same on my advice.

Firstly its been a week and no signs of resolutions or even a try to contact me to solve the issue...
over and above, I applied for Airtel Broadband connection, and its 16 days... Airtel customer service has become a point of concern... will have to think twice before going for Airtel!!!

By the way, the mobile number also is from Airtel, and you claim its non-contactable. I am yet to recieve any SMS on this regard.

What about my broadband application? I will celebrate one month of waiting period by next week... I am thinking of cancelling my application and going for BSNL!! Let me know the procedure.

For this I dont want an answer of 'been worked upon' ... Please...

    I have taken new airtel prepaid sim [protected], 20 days back and submitted my id proof along with photos. They barred my outgoing calls one week before saying that my documents haven't reached them. still my outgoing calls are barred. This shows the negligence of airtel customer services.

    Things like this may happen, not necessarily Airtel's fault, maybe dealer didn't forward the papers! Visit nearest Airtel Relationship Center and submit papers over there, they'll take 2 hours max. to activate your number.

      Respected Sir,

      I am an airtel prepaid customer and my number is [protected]. I am a student from Malaysia, recently arriving here. I bought my BlackBerry Bold 9780 in Malaysia, created my BlackBerry ID there and it works just fine. But I could not connect to BIS here. I have activated my BIS plan for Rs.399, and have received confirmation sms which states that my plan is activated. Then I have registered multiple times my device to the wireless network through Host Routing Table. I did receive message which states that my device is registered to the wireless network. But when I try register at Airtel Blackberry webpage (airtel.blackberry.com), it says that my device have not been registered yet. In my device, there is the BlackBerry logo beside 3G (it is in capital). I could browse throught Blackberry App World, but not Internet Browser. In the service statuse, Blackberry Internet Service is "not connected" despite having the logo beside my 3G signal. I have called 121 for more than 10 times, and they kept on asking me to do the same thing which I have repeated for more than 10 times. Then, they dropped my call. This had been happening a lot of times. I believe Customer Service have no right to drop my call just because they can't solve my problem. This is against airtel customer rights. Airtel has been a very big problem for me. The purpose of buying a Blackberry mobile is over if there is not blackberry service! Their customer care is pathetic and they have no value of the customer queries.

      I've tried deactivating my plan and reactivating it, but still there is no solution. I have spent nearly Rs.500 for a service which I could not get.

      Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

        Thany you for hearing my problem here but i did not get my money back to me which was deducted by airtel by activating the airtel blog service, job alert and missed call service on my number as i did not send any kind of request to airtel. i want my money back to me.
        moreover please let me know about the action taken by airtel against the customer care executives who dis-connect my call without intimating me on 11 july 2011.
        if you wish to see the proof, i can show the messages sent to me by airtel after disconnect my phone. i want evidence of the action taken by airtel and my money back to me.
        i think, you know it, how hard is to earn money nowaday. if possible for you then please contact me by phone call

        i have attached the copy of complaint made by me. Please go through these complaints.

        i got sms from airtel regarding airtel blog and they told me that i can hear that voice mail at free of cost by dailing *1*. they mentioned nothin g else thn this.
        i did the same. then they activate the airtelblog service on my no and deduct my account. i made complaint regarding this to customer care but they disconnect the call 6 times and then they blocked the customer care helpline on my no.
        this is not the first time.
        before this they activate missed call alert and job alert on my no without any sending any request from my side to the airtel.
        DND service is activated on my no since 2007, even thn i got promotional msg and call on my no.
        many time i got sms from airtel regarding frndship to girl.

        i have some of these sms in my phone.

        what i can do now.
        shall i move to Court.

        No response to my complaint

        i did not get any solution till now. Please let me know whether you will sort out my problem or i will move to consumer court against airtel? For reference please go through my earlier complaint on 19/07/2011.

        AirTel — I want my money back

        Iam here to complain about how deeply iam disappointed about Airtel and its customer care. on 5/2/2011 i got a message at 7 A.M on my mobile saying call cost as 112.80 and balance as 0.20. I had about 113 INR in my account as balance. I called customer care at 7.15 A.M to know why was it deducted, the guy said it would take 4 hours to update from his side, i said ok i called back at 12 PM again came the same reply.

        i tried again on sunday got the same reply, i tried talking to senior people( who knows) 1 guy even told me that the customer care was something like [protected]@yahoo.com wow wat a surprise( he thinks iam too stupid since iam with air tel it seems), i was surprised since i thought air tel customer care was good. Here comes the next part i called on Monday,within this period i made a point not to recharge. i got a assurance saying my money would be credited but nothing happened.

        I called them again on tuesday,the best part is even now they could not give me a answer as why my amount was deducted!!!!!. and one of the senior official told me to wait for 48 hours i said for the final time i will wait.

        The drama still continues on the 5th day today thursday i got a message saying the amount has been credited please check your balance, i was wonder struck atleast i got some thing back but when you see the balance its the same 0.20 paise.

        I dont know what to say if you cannot know why you have deducted the money for then whats the point in having a customer care network, boasting as number 1 in india iam Appalled at the service, the people and the whole of Airtel as an organisation.

          Since some days back service named hungamaclub-video portal has been activated on my mobile no.[protected] without any intimation and without my prior approval. Rs.2/- per day are being deducted from my Balance. No option to de-activate the service or to contact the customer care there. Kindly get this services de-activated and refund the amount deducted on this account.

          Talked with customer care on 16.08.2011. assurance given that no deduction after that day will be made. but amount deducted on 17th and 18th too. kindly de-activate the services and refund the amounted deducted till date.
          The problem has still not been resolved. The services are still being renewed every day and charges deducted.
          Kindly look into the matter and arrange to solve the problem at the earliest.

            I am facing problem on VOV service

            Unwanted charges and not solving complaints from 1 months
            I am suffered from airtel services they activate the services and never listen the complaints/or work on complaints neither on customer care or Consumer forum. I have also make complaints from 15 july against VOV Video Service for deactivation on my mobile no [protected]. But they don't stop the VOV VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION services and also block the customer Care service on my mobile no. Who Will pay the amount which is deduduted on my mobile no from july . I was very unhappy from airtel. If they dont't stop the service and return the amount which was deduted from my account then I Switch to some other network.
            I have tried every thing,deleted gprs airtel setting ,stopped gprs service,still its not working

            vov service is not being stopped on my airtel no. [protected]. airtel has activated this service on their own and i have filed complain so many times through customer care but no one is doing anything. who will pay the daily charges airtel has cutting. i am very upset with airtel

              (airtel) broadband intermitantly disonnected continously for a month july.
              Complaints registered (airtel) did not have any effect, though their engineers kept coming but could not find the fault.
              fault diagnosed as call drops, but could not be rectified.
              On 3 aug 2011 the same problem was noticed, we informed mr mukesh technical manager in noida (airtel) on phone number their engineer informed that our connection number[protected] is barred and advised that we contact the customer care. On visit to the nearest airtel office we were informed that there are no dues, but the connection was barred.
              throughout the day we made more then fifty calls on numbers.[protected] mr lalit mohan manager airtel.
              mr mukesh [protected](airtel). mr pawan rana [protected]( airtel). ms bhawna [protected] (airtel). mr sarmesh mishra [protected] (airtel).

              (airtel) interaction 10320908
              but we did not receive any response instead ms bhawna who is the head of north india region airtel misbehaved and on our request to send us in wirting the status of our connection reasons for disconnection refused to do so.

              sms sent on time 01.06.16 date 03.08.2011
              2. .[protected] sms sent been making complaint since last one month no connectivity since 9 u r not doing charity who will compensate for the loss.

              sms sent on time 01.51.20 date 03.08.2011

              the internet was reconnected on 4th morning , we were also informed by some officers that the connection was also barred on 2nd august but reconnected on 3rd august only for about half hour.

              a call was made to mr lalti mohan at 6.30 pm again since the broad band connection still working internitantly. mr lalti mohan sent (airtel) an engineer on 4th august at about 7.30 pm who checked that connection was getting dropped
              many requests made for disconnectio but they refuse to give the disconnection number

                Everyday since last 10 days, I am getting a message that Rs 5 has been deducted from my account because I have used some service: MultiContentStore on Airtel Live, which I haven't used ever. Despite calling customer care 4-5 times & registering complaint they haven't deactivated the service & keep deducting money. Now I am fed up of their excuses and I want the service to be deactivated for sure and my money to be refunded. My no.-[protected]

                  I have a postpaid connection of airtel, my no. is [protected]. last month i.e on july 2011 I got a call from airtel customer care for a pack of apna punjab mini pack, in this pack I have to get the calls for Rs. 200 in the pack of Rs. 125. I get my consent to the executive . but I was surprised to see the message of airtel that they have started any another pack that was 350 mins a2m in Rs. 150. I call to customer care regarding that message then the executive told me that I have get not the minutes of 350 but calling for Rs. 350 in just Rs. 150. company is giving Rs. 150 benefits to me by charging only Rs. 25 extra then I give my consent to activate the pack. but when I got my bill I was shock to see that the company cheated me and give me only 350 minutes instead of calling value. then I call to customer care regarding the issue but then the officer named Mr. Rakesh did not solve my problem but advised me to deactivate the connection. I am using the services of airtel for last 4-5 years, how can I disconnect the connection, but I will surely changed to any other company. the behaviour of executive and officer was so bad, they are not concerned about the reputaion of the company nor they have any feelings with the problems of customers.

                  But I havn't downloded this kind of stuff in my mobile & have been charged Rs. 99 for two times. I also have submited complaint on date 22/02/2010 for the same story which has responded positively.

                  But I want to clerify that whether this kind of charges are going to be debited in future also and I have to complain every time or what?

                  I wish to bring in your kind notice that inspite of several reminders and warnings to Airtel customer Care in Chennai, those people are debiting various unknown charges from the balance of my prepaid mobile no.[protected], even without subscribing to their any extra services and consent. I, humbly request you to take stern action against such fradulent acts and get those charges refunded to my balance.
                  At [protected]., .. a similar experence. The executive told me that for one month this is a free package. Surprised to see that there is a charge of Rs 125/- in next month bill as one time charge...God only knows if it is a ine time or MONTHLY charge

                    It’s very painstaking submission to you for very disappointing experience from Airtel services, as after direct telecon with airtel telecallers on ([protected]/[protected])they assured me n. no. of times that my problem will be resolved till EOD,even i have given all required docs.from my side,however i am still suffering from the same.
                    I have sent so many mails to nodal officer ,however I am getting only acknowledgement mail from Airtel.
                    It’s a harassment from Airtel.I was not expecting this kind of delay, this is very unprofessional attitude toward your clientage.

If I want to make payment cash he will send his agent to collect the same. I told him to call me after half an hour and asked me to be online as he is sending email with details of payment site connection. At 10 got a call and I made the payment.                               Dear Airtel Customer care,

                              1. I am running a unit for manufacturing of Water purification equipment and treatment plants in Jalandhar. Mr. Harpreet [protected] from Airtel (Visiting Card enclosed) approached me on 23rd July, 2011 for new CUG connections for my small unit. They tell us a plan of Rs. 150 per month in which we can do free calling on our CUG Nos. also get 12000 Sec free calling to any mobile or landline in INDIA on any network and 200 free SMS to anywhere in India. We like the plan and purchased 3 new connections ([protected], [protected], [protected]) from them and add on 2 old connections ([protected], [protected]) which we are already using in Airtel.
                              2. After getting the connection on 26th July we came to know that we will be charged Rs. 25 per connection for free incoming in CUG and the executive Mr. Harpreet is demanding Rs. 625 against the SIM charges, which has been paid to him but he has not been provided any receipt for the same.
                              3. Mr. Harpreet provided 1 SIM on 30/7/2011 after lots of request for changing our add-on connection from Pre-paid to Post paid ([protected])and add in CUG because I planned to travel in Jammu & Kashmir on business trip in Military Engineering Services Srinagar, Baramulla, Uri and Gulmarg and the prepaid connections are not working there due to security reasons. According to Mr. Harpreet the SIM will be activated and start working till evening or maximum by Monday morning. But till now the SIM is not activated and I suffer a heavy business loss due to not connected to my business associates. And the 1 SIM which is the 2nd add on connection in CUG is not provided to us because AIRTEL don’t have the SIM according to Mr. Harpreet.
                              4. Our 3 new connections are working alright for 3 – 4 days after that the incoming is barred we informed Mr. Harpreet on 2/8/2011 and he said, “the ID proofs of about 100 new connections are couriered to Chandigarh office which is misplaced and we spoken to the courier office and they deliver the packet till evening and our connections are start working in the morning. (3/8/2011)”
                              5. Till now our connections are barred and we are totally disappointed and facing so much problems.
                              6. We are not interesting in using these connections, Please send somebody to our office premises and pick the connections and return our money which we have paid to Mr. Harpreet and take necessary action against him.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am rahul nayal and using airtel services from a long period.
                                Recentely I have felt that the airtel services toward it’s customers
                                are declining rapidly.
                                Before telling the incidence I would like to add that I am holding 5
                                airtel connections in my family (3 post-paid & 2 prepaid) and after
                                this incidence I might use benefit of mobile number portability to
                                some other service provider. That depends about how you will handle
                                this problem.
                                Incidence is like this:
                                On 03 august 2011 I got my prepaid number [protected] recharged for Rs.
                                200 through my axis bank internet banking. Usually I use internet
                                banking as a tool to do all my financial & non financial transactions.
                                So continuing my grievance, that recharge was not updated on my cell
                                no [protected] but on the same time I got a confirmation message from
                                airtel (some 55555 number) that “your recharge is in process and
                                kindly check your balance after some time”. But till the time this
                                mail was written recharge is not done.
                                Further coming to point of service excellence, I called up 198 & 121
                                but none of your customer service officer was competent enough to
                                handle a customer query. I don’t know what’s your recruitment process
                                is, but really those guys were below average. More over the gentleman
                                with whom I inquired about my problem at 121 was so rude that when I
                                requested him to connect me to his supervisor, he first ask me to
                                wait, that picked the call and said that his supervisor is busy and
                                won’t be able to come on line. This was not the end of my bad day,
                                this gentleman than banged the phone on my face. Can u believe a
                                customer service executive banging call on customer face? That really
                                great on part of airtel….
                                Sir, I want to ask you one thing, what about the line” YOUR CALL IS
                                RECORDED FOR INTERNAL TRAINING AND QUALITY PURPOSE”. Is this trained
                                staff and quality service you are providing to your customers.
                                For your information I am Manager Corporate Salary at AXIS Bank, and
                                if this request in not heard timely I will be knocking the door of
                                consumer court.

                                      First of all my balance is reduced to Rs 60 massaging that GPRS is activated by customer care Mr.Vivek during complaining on 198 about my other mobile no.[protected].
                                      But actually no services are activated by me & no one other uses my cell.Because this is not the first time it happens
                                      Again I talked and complained to Sr. Executive officer Mr. Atul Kumar through customer care (198) . After deep discussion Rs. 60 is returned .

                                      But I was surprised that again sending 12 times same MSG (Live Arti) continously and deducting
                                      Really it is very shamans work of Indian Airtel which is an standard company.
                                      Rs.5 multiplied by 12 i.e.Rs. 60.Due to these deduction I was unable to contact my family in time

                                      I Airtel prepaid customer mobile No : +91 [protected] . The charges debited by u towards friends chart while i ll stoped this subscripction. but unnessery u ll debited again last time i ll contacted to custom care center told for stop all subscripction.and also told to them that dont subcrib any subscripction. upto now ull deducted minumam 300/- above.this is the final warning 2 u, and please cridet my amount back as early as posible otherwise ill go to consumer court after a week.ill request again to u Earlier deducted amount will recharge Rs.30.00 to the same mobile No. This was credited my mobile at the same moment.
                                      indly do the needful and take necessary action .

                                      the problem has started on 16 june 09. i am receiving sms(thought of the day, love tip) and GPRS is being continuously activated and deactivated .

                                      EACH GPRS ACTIVATION COSTS RS 25 AND THOUGHT FOR THE DAY COSTS RS 3.

                                      on 16 june i got 1 sms

                                      on 17 june i received 10 sms

                                      on 18 june i got 34 sms

                                      on 19 june i got 6 sms

                                      on 20 (today) till writin this mail i got 22 sms

                                      all are from massage center [protected] and the messages are coming within fraction of seconds

                                      i am giving here few sms that i got today ( 20 june 09) :

                                      1 charging notification(25 Rs/ day) at 8:50:47 am

                                      2 to receive mo settings... at 8:50:49 am

                                      3 unlimited gprs activated at 8:50:50 am

                                      4 unlimited gprs deactivated at 8:50:58 am

                                      5 you are now on zero rental at 8:51:02 am

                                      6 unlimited gprs activated at 8:51:36 am

                                      7 to receive mo settings... at 8:51:37 am

                                      8 charging notification(25 Rs/ day) at 8:51:48 am

                                      i have called on 121 at least 5 times, i went to service centre

                                      ( S.S. COMMUNICATIONS ) at least 5 times from there i called on 999 (2 times)

                                      I HAVE CALLED ON YOUR MOBILE WHICH I GOT ON AIRTEL SITE ( [protected]) AT LEAST 50 TIMES IN THESE DAYS

                                      today even the TIMES OF INDIA HAS THE NEWS ABOUT THE PROBLEM BEING FACED BY AIRTEL CUSTOMERS

                                      I AM BEING FORCED TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND CLAIM THE DAMAGES

                                      i am loosing my money and nobody is there to help the customer.

                                      I AM ALSO APPROACHING TRAI FOR THE SAME.

                                      sir i am in plan of (perday first call Rs.1/ and remaining all calls air tel to air tel Rs 40ps and others Rs.60ps )for that i paid Rs140/ per year. but unfortunately every first call cost Rs 1/ cutting
                                      so airtel blame all custmers
                                      hence they loose their customers
                                      I have not subscribed for any value added service even though money is being deducted from my prepaid account since 17/09/2010.

                                      i am using airtel no from last 5 year i,e [protected]. but now without any information or msg they deducting Rs.10 on 14-01-11.i caaled to customer care But they not giving exact reason and telling that i activeted jokes pcak. so please pll give my currency back or give exact reason what it was deducted. or else i ll change my service thats it no other option.

                                      Myself Mohamed Rafiq MJ from Chennai raising complaint agiant Airtel network.

                                      As am using this Airtel network (Prepaid) from past 6 to 7 years in these years i found this network very good but in From past three months am facing lot of problems with Airtel that Unnecessary Deducting Currency from my airtel no[protected], I have a free Internet browing for 6 months that am using only for my official emails and personnel emails. when i enter to email immdiately am getting sms from AD-54321 that i have downloaded game from this hence i been charged Rs. 50/ for that. i get shock and when i use to call customer care they not giving proper response for that, disconnecting the call in between conversations and also making to wait for 10 to 15 min in stand (they charging us 0.50p / 3 Minutes). you can refer my last 3 months Data from Airtel that how many complaints i raised and how many times i called to them. When i get connected they suppose to say that they cannot refund this amount to me. its matter of Yesterday 09.02.2011 & today 10.02.2011 i got 4 complaint reff no from Airtel CBDPA[protected] , CBDAL[protected] , COLWO[protected] (In this they informed me that you get refunded yesterday ie 09.02.11 but still i didnt recieved it) Today 10.02.11 morning again i spoken and got COVWC[protected] (In this they agreed to refund but again they refused to refund). Hence i told them am going to raise a complaint in consumer court. They told most welcome to complaint. My position is that now i cant change my no also. If time comes i do that too. Kindly consider my request and take Sevier action on them. I really affected with this useless network and customer care persons. These type o[censored]seless networks should not there in our country. In the name of service provider cheating customers and making money. We should not entertain them in future, they have to pay attentions to our problems.

                                      Bharti Airtel — Unnecessary deduction of money

                                      bharti airtel are deducting un necessary money from my prepaid account, telling that you have subscribe this or that any value added service which i never subscribed. They use to send me unnecessary call and messages which i stop using DND service but again they are sending messages.

                                      After getting so much fed up with them i planned for mobile number portability and when i register for mobile number portability. They called me and told me that we will refund all your money and dont change the service providers. They never refund my money and again started deducting money.
                                      This is very worst work of customer care of AIRTEL which is going on till now

                                      sir i am nishant mishra and i m a regular customer of airtel gsm and my number is [protected]...on 5th november 2011 there is un-necessary activation of hello tune on my number and my 20 rs deducted,then on the same day on evening i make a recharge of rs.40 and after making a call i m having a balance of rs.18 and when i woke up in morning my balance is rs.7 only......i tried a lot to contact customer care but unable to establish the call.
                                      sir i request u to check my account details and take necessary action regarding my issue and i also request u to contact me as i m unable to contact customer care....

                                      Hi

                                      This is regarding my prepaid connection [protected]. Today I got a message from airtel that 5 Rs have been deducted for real Estate VAS. which I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED. I called up Customer care and they said its been activated from 5 Dec, and every day 1 rs is getting deducted. Also 5 rs got deducted on 13 Jan as well and I didnt knew about it.

                                      Now airtel has crossed its limits. since 5 Dec. As far as I know the total deductions are: 45 + 5 + 5 + = Rs. 55, if there are some more I dont know. We cannot keep track of our balance after every call as if its the only thing to do.

                                      And this is not the first time, it has happened so many times now, you CC executives are not able to solve the problem

                                      I wish to get my money back which has been deducted for the service which i have not asked for.

                                      Airtel is harassing the customers

                                      1. First ask about your problem using tollfree 198 number, talk to the customer care executives.
                                      If they resolve your problem, then its ok.

                                      2. Even after 1 or 2 days if your problem is unresolved call them again, and ask them to register your complaint and take the docket number for your complaint.

                                      3. If you are still unsatisfied, contact Airtel Nodal Officer [for your region] which is given below (first try to email and wait for response upto atleast 24 hrs on working days). The contact addresses are provided on Airtel website in Customer Care section.

                                      4. If you are still unsatisfied, contact Airtel Appellate Authority of your region. See the contact details on the website.

                                      Every telecom company should have the contact details of these officers on their website and this process can be applied for any operator. Tell others also to follow the above procedure if they have any complaint against any telecom operator.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam ,

                                      I have Air tel Pre-paid service since more than two year & continuously avail the same plan of full talk time of Rs. 111 /- but in this month without prior intimation or information the talk time has been changed & start automatic deduction from my air tel account & still i m facing the same problem.
                                      I am putting dam effort first to make contact with air tel customer care & second if they pick up the phone than avoid to do any action regard the same.

                                      Please help me to avoid continuous deduction from my account.

                                      Airtel — deduction of money without intimation and non refunding

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I have recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] with INR . 150 and the next day I was charged Rs. 135 for Airtel tv on mobile subscription for 1 month without any of my request for the said service. When I spoke to customer care and registered a complaint I was told that I would be refunded the deducted amount with in 20 minutes. Where as I was only refunded with Rs. 50. When I again called customer care, they kept me on hold for 12 minutes for which I've been again charged Rs.2. Once again I called customer care, this time I was clearly rejected saying that I won't get any more refunds. My complaint register number with Airtel customer care is CBDMT[protected].. you are requested to kindly look into the matter and make Airtel to refund my money back.
                                      Sir, on 30 Aug 2012 at apprx 2:40pm i recharged of Rs. 15 through Airtel money nd made a local call for less than 1 min after that i received a message that Rs. 15 has deducted for 2G where as internet pack @Rs98/- has already activated. I did nt charge for such type of service till the date. When i enquired CUS CARE he replied that u have charged for call not for any service.                                       This is Linga Raju E V (with mobile number [protected]), and i am here to express my disgust at airtel customer care in providing the services intended to be. Money has been deducted from my account inspite of paying for an internet plan for my mobile. First of all talking to an airtel customer care faculty is so difficult considering the computerised interaction system of 198. Secondly, when i called the customer care, the person asked me to wait and the call was on hold for about 20 minutes and nobody answered. I called again and the reply was that their computers crashed which i think they made it up just so they can avoid the complainant. Now i cant even talk to customer care because after i dial 198, there is no option that leads to a talk with the customer care faculty. I can't believe that the faculty are so unaware of what to do when such a complaint comes. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
                                      one rupee was deduced form my account of phone no-[protected] on dt12.04.2013 in the name of down loading of pull news.

                                      during last month the same had happened, when i call customer care they did not respond.


                                      they are deducing the money in a illegal manner.

                                      firstly whenn i requested the 198 customer care to active certain packs they did it two times for which double the amount was deducted.
                                      i called them to refund for which the call cost was also deducted. i am frustrated for the poor service of the airtel network communication. and moving forward to end my realtionship with airtel network and also i had a better faith and sense towards your network and thus wish to end every connection i have now as of airtel dish tv, airtel post paid connections, airtel broadband and etc...

                                      had a bitter experience with airtel.

                                        I have this connection with 2 STB ( one HD and othe SD) ID: [protected]. One is in safe custody. The other with HD was charged with a new package in the beginning of the month on 02 Aug 11 with South Super Value with 119 channels @ Rs.120 pm + taxes . This was done over the mobile through customer care. However, after charging I found that the package was South Value › 164 channels @ Rs.165 pm + taxes.

                                        I called up immediately to restore it to super value pack @ Rs.120 pm + taxes. But this time the new chap just noted the complaint and refused to change it with an assurance that it will be changed within 24 hrs. I called up again on 03 Aug but with no result.

                                        Even now the package is same 'South value and the daily deduction has started. My aim was to top up the HD package @ Rs 65. But now with this kind of response I wonder what I would do.

                                        Air tel tries this smart act with delays and deducts money from the customer. Actually they are loosing the faith of the customer by trying these cheap tricks.
