I am eapem Mathew from M.P. Distt.Raisen. My complent is there is no coverage in this area thus to towers in
this area. I live at Navodaya Vidyalaya Campus, in this campus
the coverage is very weak and delear is not interested in this
topic. I had compled so many times but there is no response.
So quickly solved my problem.

My registered mobile no. is [protected] with referance of complain no. 17465662. My showroom is in basement until last 25days i got coverage perfectly but this last 25 days there is no coverage in basement or even outside basement area.
please increase your coverage and provide daily and week internet option, again we are not provided RS 274 coupon.

We are using airtel landling connection from 5 to 6 years. and we have used your airtel broadband and with broadband connection you provided us a airtel phone instrument but now we disconnected this connection and airtel took their instrument back.But we were using this instrument for our old landline connection so please send us this instrument otherwise we will disconnect this old connection also.

Still Coverage not available for Airtel in our area, even after calling Airtel so many times.

hence, we are now planning to switch the connection from Airtel to any other service..
I am using Airtel mobile connection from the last two month there is no coverage in my area I called to Airtel Lot of times but There is no response from there side
sir i cannot get signal inside my home,i am airtel subscriber for last five years,nowdays u r signal is going more worser,inside my room i am unable to get signal.plese look to it as fast as possible.i heard u r upgrading towers with 2.5G spectrum.please do it as fast as possible,tower is just 300m from my home

    My self Sanjit kumar mohanty bearing cell no - [protected],jajpur,orissa, i am a customer of your farm for last six years and i have no complain about your service before this,but for last few months i am totally disatisfied with your services due to some following reasons.

    1.You have been charged Rs.30/- for showing actived your naughty jokes packs.This DRAMA begins like that : -

    First a massage comes from 58558 as "Welcome to naughty jokes pack,get ribtickling hilarious jokes, to subscribe sms LC3 to 58558,pack charges: rs.30/-per month,sms to 58558 @Rs.3/-per sms". Time-14:46, Dt.07.08.2011,

    Second a massage comes from AD-54321 as "Thanksfor using naughty jokes subscription service from airtel,you have been charged Rs.30/-latest games http://g.club.in,browsing @10p/10kb".Time 19:18, dt.07.08.11,and then automatically you deducted Rs.30/-from my balance. after this i am trying my best to reach your customercare division,but i can't success,then a sms comes from named Airtel and informed me to sms LAST to 121 to know my last 5 VAS,then i contact to 121 by sms and you conformed my last five charges which already deducted by you as a cheater, 1.Naughty jokes- Rs.30/-07.08.11,07:12 pm. 2.SMS_MASTI-RS.1/-07.08.11,08:53 am, 3.Value Added Services RS.1/-, 07.08.11,12:50 am, 4.SMS_MASTI RS.1/- ,06.08.11,10:52 am, 5.Value Added Services RS.1/-,06.08.11,12:50 am, and showing under dial *121# to start or stop services, then i dial *121# but not found to stop the service option,only start option is showing their,after that at 20:56, dt.07.08.11 a sms comes from 58558 named naughty jokes and after behind this sms another sms comes to thank me for subscribing naughty jokes pack & my my charge for this RS.30/-for 30 days from 58558.

    I am sure except hello tunes i have not actived at all any type of services provided by you,so i request please stop all your Nonsense services (naughty jokes,sms_masti & value added tax) expect hello tune from my no and credicted the same amount as earliest as possible to my no which you have credicted before as a cheater and my suggestion is please don't think every customer as fool/mad,that what ever you want you will be do & you have also no right to waste some ones time un-necessary,otherwise i may forced to knock the door of court as i am a legal lawer.

        Sir/Madam,
        I had recharged my Airtel mobile number [protected] for Rs. 220/- on 13 July 2011. when I check my balance on 16 July 2011 my account balance is nil. Afterward I rang to Airtel customer care and submit a compleint. Next day I comfirmed from Airtel customer service centre, but they replied they will informed and resolve the problem shortly. After that I rang many times to the Airtel customer care but my mobile number has been locked by Airtel customer care service centre, and I cant connect to anyone. Even after I again recharged for Rs. 10/- on 18 July 2011 but that balance also not credited to my account balance. Hundreds time I rang up to Airtel Customer Care for clrification but I don't connect to them as they already locked my mobile number. In view of the above, you are requested to credit my recharged value at your earliest and resolve my problem. Hopping you positive reponse. Please look after my problem and resolve at your earliest please.

        i request u theat my balence was cr. 30 RS. for some downloding and no such downloding is in my hendset i told to your custmer care at 198 but they are not talk with me and disconect the call.i am talking to two person in your costmer care the name is mr.sachin & mr.rajendra nobady is talking me with proper maner and not solve may problem. when i call first time the request reference number is [protected].

          i have airtel connrction for mobile post paid since last 6 years. recently i purchased
          new mobile c7 nokia and requested for monthly rental towards mobile internet thro mobile offive. i had downloaded just 5/6 songs which were below the 2 gb limit.but now they have sent me bill for rs 788/- saying that you have downloaded hungama games [ infact clicked gaming link via airtel live and also you have started rs 5/- day gaming services .but the real fact is that i have not clicked any game link nor i have opted for any gaming services .how airtel can charge me for that? also they are orally telling me [ on 121] that these are gaming carges but in the bill they are mentionong it as other messages charges.this is bad cheating by airtel.i called 121 which is customer care no but nobody is bothered to solve my querry?how i should i fight against such cheating by airtel?

          AirTel — Without inform Start services

          Dear Sir,
          I am using Airtel services since 7 years. Since 1-2 years , the provider START a services without any information and the money is deducted from the balance. I have informed at customer care, but the problem is not resolved.
          Please solve the problem.
          AIRTEL HAS STARTED ZERO RENTAL PLAN FOR GPRS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WITHOUT MY SMS OR ORAL REQUEST.ALSO THEY ARE TORTURING ME TO PAY SUCH GPRS CHARGES IMMIDIATELY.I TALKED TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES BUT THEY ARE DISCONNECTING MY CALLS AND GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION.PLEASE HELP ME AND ASK AIRTEL TO WAIVE SUCH ILLEGAL CHARGES. THEY HAVE NOT INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE ACIVATED GPRS ZERO RENTAL PLAN.I HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICES EVEN
          THEN THEY ARE PRESSURISING ME TO PAY GPRS CHARGES. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME AND ASK AIRTEL TO REMOVE SUCH ILLEGAL CHARGES TOTALLY. HELP NEEDED AT THEEARLIEST AND ALSO INFORM PUBLIC TO BE CAUTIOUS FROM SUCH CHEATING BY AIRTEL.

            I am Sujeet Kumar of the faithful customer of airtel prepaid services.But i am suffering some problems relatated to airtel prepaid mobile services.My problem is i am recharge my mobile Rs.111/- full talktime in my mobile number is [protected] at some few minutes my balance was Rs.3.40/-.
            After recharge my mobile,i have recharge at Rs.150 so my mobile balance was Rs.111 but my mobile balance was only Rs.3.40.

            Please see my problem and solve my problem immediately.Only 1 days at any cost.

            what about my balance of Rs111 5 days now its being when can i have refund amount in my mobile and i will wait for one more days than i will lodge a complain in cunsumer court .
            make it fast though appreciate your kind help.waiting for your reply.
            i think you guys are incapable and incompetent to resolve my problem, but from now onwards i will never recomand any one for airtel and who ever got airtel number in my friend or family zone make them also to change the service provider. thank you very much for wasting my time, last time i am giving my number where u can call and contact [protected].i will wait for next two days after that no need to call me again and i will make sure that i will lodge legal complain against your name as you are fooling around me from last 20 days.

              Hi

              have been recieving the message that your matrimonial on Mobile services
              are renewed and you are charged Rs 1 for Day 1 of service, I am getting
              this messages from Airtel number [protected], my balance is getting reduced
              day by day even i am not making any call or sms. when i tried to contact customer care center i m not getting connected to it, call is being disconnected.

              I have never subscribed any such services.

              Its requested to unsubscribe it with immediate effect.

                  I would like to complain about the upgradation of package without any inforrmation and amount is being deducted from my account everymonth. I have been a consumer of the said digital tv since last two years bearing id [protected]. I selected the package Rs 160 pm but it have been upgraded to Rs 174 pm without any information and the increased amonut is being deducted every month. I am receiving the sms by the said company and being threatening that the services would have been stopped and I would be charged fine for reactivation. This is really a shocking message from such a reputed company. I would like to request the CEO of this comapany to look into the matter and take necessary actions.

                    Airtel — Automatic Activation Of Tadka Live

                    Dear Sir,

                    My Phone No. is +91-[protected] belonging to Bihar circle. Airtel Tadka live is activated without my consent automatically on my phone and Rs. 20 gets deducted every once in a while (10-15 days).

                    PLEASE stop it IMMEDIATELY and cofirm me by sms or call.

                      I am using airtel postpaid connection for long time, but i found from last month i am getting some false charges added in my billing. Company provides me day-to-day billing amount information via sms. I had been charged Rs.700 in July-2011 which was false charges. Again today i got Rs.350 added in my billing which was not my usage charges. They told me that i am using 3G on my mobile so its in your GPRS use.

                      Airtel Postpaid — False Billing charges

                      Hi Sir,

                      have been facing a serious problem with my Airtel post paid connection billing. Every month they are charging me Rs 120/- reg registering a Wap service called GamesClub.in

                      For the past four months i have been receiving SMS from Airtel 54321 saying -
                      "Thanks for subscribing GamesClub.in.You've been charged Rs.30. Enjoy http://gclub.in"

                      and

                      "You have been renewed for GamesClub subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 30. "

                      I am receiving 4 such sms every month. so totally, they were adding extra Rs 120/- in my bill every month.
                      This comes in SMS-Others category of my detailed bill.

                      Every month i will be calling Airtel Customer Care and registering complaints against this issue and they did apologized me in the beginning and assured me that this will be repeated and told me that this amount will be adjusted in the next month bill.

                      For one month they did like that, but later whenever i call them and say about this, they will say like - "We will raise waiver for this madam !!"

                      I do not know what actions they have taken, none of the things have changed..It continues till this month.
                      So i stopped calling them and this month i have directly gone to the Airtel Showroom at Annanagar,Chennai and explained them the issue.

                      I demand an explanation for the happenings and immediete discontinuation of the specific service from my mobile.
                      The showroom manager assures me, the service will be immedietly and will be sending an e-mail to the orresponding team to adjust the amt in my next bill.And he asked me to pay the remaining amount in my due.(I was charged Rs 240/- extra for tat sms)I did pay the remaining before my due date but till now am getting calls from airtel customer care asking me to pay the remaining due Rs 240/- (tat sms charges).

                      Even after explaining the problem, they are not accepting their faults and threatening me to pay the remaining amt. An executive (girl) called in the morning and i told her i was instructed by the Airtel office guy not to pay the Rs 240/- and he would have sent an e-mail to the corresponding team and i ask her to search for it. Also i did tell her i will be going to that same office and get it cleared. She kept the phone then.

                      But in another one hour i got a call from same number and a different executive called me and he asked me to pay the bill in a rude manner. He was not listening to my problem and when i asked him to cross check the complaints/queries raised on behalf of my number, he replied in a very rude manner saying its not my job and u need to go and get if you want.

                      In my life time, i have never seen or heard of this kinda worst Customer Service anywhere.
                      They are not finding any values in thier customer and not listening to their problems.

                      I request the respective officials to take some rigoruous actions against this forgery. And please let me know where i can register a legal complaint against this service provider, if required.

                      Kindly accept this as my complaint and do neccessary actions so that they wont keep cheating other customers.

                      Thanks for your action.

                      I was contacted by Airtel Customer Care service on 2 days before and they assured me to adjust the amount that was wrongly charged towards my account.

                      I was given a Reference Number - F[protected] as a proof for my interaction with them.

                      Hope the assurance will come true in my next bill..

BUT STILL NOW NO ANY CHANNELS FROM THIS LIST HAS BEEN ADDED TILL NOW....

                        I THINK FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER IS NOT VALUABLE FOR THEM FOR AIRTEL..
                        WHY AIRTEL IS DOING RUDE AND UNRESPONSE BEHAVIUOR WITH THEIR CUSTOMER.
                        I THINK AIRTEL COMES IN THE LIST OF TOP 10 COMPANY OF THIS WORLD.
                        BUT FROM FEW MONTH THE BAD AND WORST RESPONSE IS COMING FROM AIRTEL.

                        PLZ DO SOMETHING AS FAST AS U CAN OTHERWISE U MAY BE OUT FROM THIS TOP 10 LIST.

                        PLZ ADD THESE CHANNELS AS FAST AS U CAN.


                        AND PLZ RESTART UR QUICK VIEW AND ON SCREEN BALNCE SERVICE.

                          i am rohit nanda from jalandhar airtel customer from last 7-8 years aprox with moble no [protected] .i am faced a big hrrassment by airtel from last few days . i am recharge with 25 rs vas card ( for free sms ) on dated[protected] after loded card racived confirmation msg from airtel that ur card is loded and also got free msg but on very next day i am charged for msg i complaint customer care for this but thay are helpless same day i mail to customer care as well as nodel officer that not even make a call to me after 3rd reminder i make a mail to apeel officer but after 12 days of making regular complaint i dont racive any call from them . these type of customer care are bad mark on any company . today on[protected] i again loed a vas card but same things happen again . plz forwed my complain to everyone so thay beware from AIRTEL .

                            Myself Farooq Ahmad, a software professional running my own software business in Lucknow-UP. I am using Airtel Broadband connection since Jun 2009 and paying my monthly bills on time. Now I am shifting to a new location in the same city and need Airtel service to relocate my connection to this new location. In this regard, I had placed online request to customer care (Request No.: 1641310), but Airtel technical team are refusing my request and saying that we are unable to shift your broadband connection to your new location due to line is choked, while a broadband connection is already running on the same location. It is own by my new location landlord (landload name: Mr. P D Pandey, Broadband Id: 4017726). I had provided my landload broadband id to customer care as reference to locate the address and connection availability for my shifting, but Airtel Technical team are rigid to not shift my broadband connection to my new location.
                            To get the real picture of connection availability on my new location, I just send an online request to Airtel for new broadband connection, and it is shocking to me that they are ready to provide new connection on the same location where they had already refuses my shifting requests. When they come to my house to collect documents for new broadband connection, I just discuss my shifting issues that were conveyed from technical team, and then they are saying that new connection is possible but shifting is not possible. It is again shocking to me, why this kind of practice uses from Airtel. It is totally unfavorable to customer. Now if I am going to get new broadband connection they are paying 300/- more for the same plan (my current plan is a unlimited 2mbps speed for 699/-, according the new connection the same plan will be for 999/-).
                            Now my first question is why Airtel is not shifting my broadband connection, and ready to provide new connection with the same plan for the same location. I think, they are trying to increase my monthly bill changes. My second question is if shifting is not possible due to line chocked, then why the line is not giving any problem for new connection.

                            What is the status of my complaint? I am still waiting for your response. Today i got a phone call from Airtel and they said that we are unable to relocate my connection. If it is true, then i would like to cancel my current connection (phone no.[protected] ASAP. Before taking action on my cancellation request, please send me written note stating the exact reason e.g. Airtel is not able to relocate your connection due to free line is not available. I need a written note from Airtel on my complaint & request (cancellation of current connection). I don't believe on phone calls which i have been getting from Airtel customer care team since last 15 days. One day i receive a call from Airtel and caller was telling that they are able to shift my connection on my new location but it will take 3 working days and i need to pay my all dues. as per instruction, i have cleared my all dues but still i am waiting for Airtel technical team who will transfer my connection to my new location.
                            Please tell me how many more days are required to shift my connection. OR how many days are required are needed to cancel my existing connection.

                            No, my concern listed 6 Aug. 2011, is still in pending condition, it is not resolved. I am still waiting Airtel response on shifting of my broadband connection. I never met any technical team from Airtel related to my concern during these days. I dont know what is the exact status of my request.

                              I have been using Airtel for a very long time from June 2006 onwards - hence I have over 5 years of relationship on this account number with Airtel .

                              But over the last 6 months my experience on Billing and your customer service team has gone to worst .

                              On my airtel fixed line I got Iptv plan changed on 25th January 2011 to Rs 1299 plan ( unlimited) – this includes IPTV , unlimited internet , and voice services. Along with this plan I had a ten cricket top up for Rs 30 per month.

                              The total including service tax comes out to Rs 1466 per month from 25th Jan onwards.

                              Iptv plan 1299

                              1329
                              tax 10.30% 136.887

                              Monthly Total 1465.887



                              My billing cycle is from 23rd of the month to 22nd of the next month and bill generation date is 24th of the month.

                              From 24th Feb 2011 bill onwards - Airtel started charging me double billing ( this has been confirmed by Airtel customer care team on 121 phone line)

                              The plan changed which was done from 25th Jan 2011 onwards was NOT done properly by Airtel customer service team and they activated double plan ( Iptv and broadband plan ) on the same bill.

                              They added broadcast TV charges of Rs 1927 and DSL usage charges of Rs 199 from bill date 24th Feb onwards.

                              This wrong billing continued in the bills of 24th Feb 2011 , 24th March 2011 , 24th April 2011 .


                              In may 24th and June 24th 2011 bill there was even more confusion since nothing was properly mentioned in bills.


                              During April I spoke to the Airtel team on customer care line 121 and they said they will give me a waiver from subsequent bills.

                              IN 24th May bill Airtel team gave me a waiver but even this waiver was given on the WRONG PLAN and WRONG AMOUNT.

                              The waiver given to me in 24th May bill was 1299 + 1299 ( 2 months) , but it should have been given on the amount of Rs 1927 + Rs 199 ( X 3 times for 3 months) = Rs 6378 ( approximate estimate)

                              I again spoke to the Airtel team on 121 line and told them about this.
                              They assured me it will be resolved.

                              In the subsequent bill of 24th June they removed the monthly charges of 1299 and added some other strange charge of Rs1329 + 199 which again was wrong.


                              I feared late charges from Airtel and had faith Airtel will correct their bills and I paid the wrong bill of Airtel as follows :


                              INR
                              24th Feb bill 14th March 3727
                              24th March bill Received 7th April 2594

                              Total 6321

                              Whereas the net and correct bill from 24th Feb 2011 billing date should be as follows :

                              24th Feb 1466
                              24th March 1466
                              24th April 1466
                              24th May 1466
                              24th June 1466
                              Total 7330


                              Hence the next payments till 24th June payments to be made by me should be Rs 1009 only and for 24th July bill should be Rs 1466 on top of this. Total Rs 2475

                              However the current outstanding as of today -6th August 2011 - which is showin in my account Rs 6900 is totally wrong on airtels part.

                              I highlighted this matter via complaint request number 1798190
                              On 4th August to Airtel team and they said someone from backend team will call me back but the call back never happened.

                              When I called Airtel line[protected] they told me that this complain no. is resolved and all these charges of Rs 6900 are actually CALL CHARGES !!! Which is again a big lie from the Airtel backend team’s side.

                              I have never made any calls from the Airtel line to this amount and no bill from Airtel for the period of 23rd Jan 2011 till 24th July 2011 shows I have made any calls of this amount.

                              LASTLY I WOULD REQUEST AIRTEL NODAL OFFICE AND AIRTEL APPELATE OFFICE TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.

                              I ONLY OWE AIRTEL MAXIMUM TO MAXIMUM RS 2475 ONLY BASED ON ABOVE FACTS AND NOT RS 6900 WHICH ARE SHOWN IN THE AIRTEL BILL. PLUS AIRTEL SHOULD UPDATE THEIR BILLS PROPERLY AND SETTLE THIS MATTER.

                              You can call me on my mobile number [protected] and settle this matter.

                              I have tried calling manier times to Airtel helpline 121 ,[protected] and[protected] but no one seems to listen on those lines and they refer to backend team and say I will get a call back but the call back never comes.

                              Also when they give me the service request no. like on 4th august 2011 – and I call to ask the service request number status they give me the issue is resolved – but it is actually resolved WRONGLY and not with full attention given to facts and figures.

                              I owe Airtel only Rs 2475 and if Airtel would have not done the wrong billing mistake from 24th Feb bill onwards this case would never have happened. Airtel should own up to their billing mistakes which the call center people admit but cant seem to do anything about it since their system shows them only billing for last 2 months and they can see full history.


                              I am waiting for resolution of this matter by Monday 8th August 2011 otherwise I will have to goto TRAI and other consumer interest bodies.

                              Hi,

                              This is a serious breach of personal banking. I have given Standing Instructions to Airtel to debit my card. As always they have done the impossible.

                              I had travelled to the US and since my limit is 7000, I exceeded by 600. As a policy Airtel billed me some amount from my unbilled amount and I received a SMS saying that my card will be debited for 8340. I was Ok with it. Even then knowing Airtel I called and verified the entire thing. I spoke to Imran Mujawar (Supervisor) and ascertained all details. I also asked him to confirm that I wont be billed both amounts. He did so.

                              Despite this I have been billed both both amounts of 8340 and 7601.32. When I called up asking for a reversal as this has now eaten up my limit, Vikas Shaikh and Siddhavi Husseini (both Managers) mentioned that it would take 7 days. Both of them promised me callbacks but no one seems to be least interested.

                              I would be anyway going to the Media but thought to bring it to your notice as well.

                              Please assist in taking this forward.

                                Airtel has yet again charged me of false mms even when I have changed my cell phones connection settings.
                                I have already deleted Airtel MMS from my mobiles access point. But still the phones log is showing outgoing mms since last night on 5/7/11.It has again happened today in the evening on 6/7/11. Also deducted Re. 1 per day. It happens as soon as Airtel sends some stupid message from this following number: 5919823. As soon as the incoming message comes with the above mentioned number the following minute I find the phone log showing weird phenomenon of outgoing MMS which I have certainly not send anyone.
                                Last time also after i had complained some guy from Airtel called on my cell saying that such things are not happening because its not showing on their record. One more thing Airtel has also activated Airtel Picture Post jokes on my number. As far as I remember I have never activated such services & I never will then how come these services keep on get activated from my number without my knowledge. This time I don't want any illiterate call center guy calling me and giving me lecture. I want all the weird services stopped at once and no balance deducted. My cell number is [protected]

                                I want to lodge complaint against false MMS charges by Airtel. This incident happened without my knowledge or consent. I recently discovered that my airtel prepaid mobile was getting money deducted by some mms sent from my mobile to "Airtel MMS". I was shocked to find that because i have never ever sent any mms from my mobile. These mms were sent from my mobile for more than a month or so as i found on the phone log records. In every alternate day 3 mms every sent one after the another. Moreover the service providers were also deducting a lot of my talktime balance. Adding insult to injury the phone itself has lost the ability of checking balance. I demand that this faulty mms business from my mobile should be stopped immediately and the balance inquiry command should also function properly. Airtel has digested more than 50 rupees by playing such fraud business on my phone. I ask the company to return my balance talktime or else I will lodge even more complaints of them elsewhere.
                                I assume this message is just to cover up the blunder committed by Airtel. Well I am not at all pleased with such sweet talk because that Airtel MMS fraud business has not stopped till now. That very thing again happened again on 18/06 & 20/06 and most probably will happen again, all thanks to the Airtel team. I want absolute result & I am not going down with this flattery.

                                  I have bought an Airtel 3G datacard on July 05, 2011 from one of the outlets at Croma, Ghatkopar. On installation of the exe file at my laptop and running the same as guided i was not able to get the internet connection and system kept prompting that there is no network access. On inquiring with the customer care and regular follow up for 5 days the internet connection was restored.

                                  Now as the validity of 30 days on the 3G was about to get expired i have charged the number with 3G plan of Rs.675 - flexishield plan - (1.25GB) from a local vendor who have shown me that my transaction was successful and i have also received an sms on my 3G that my transaction is successful and which also showed me the transaction number towards the confirmation of the recharge. However, after that the internet worked for only one hour after which i am not able to get the internet connection.

                                  I have called up the customer care for this problem for atleast 5 times and they assured me that by August 05, 2011 i will get a call from back office and my problem will be solved. They have also send across a request number after registration of the complaint. However i have not received any call from the back office. Whenever i call the customer care they are giving me separate status every time. One of the executive told me in the beginning that there might be a problem and they will look into it and assure that the balance is appropriately credited to my account which might not have been done due to some problem. On calling for next 2-3 times the executive told me that there is no recharge of Rs. 675 to my number (however i have got a transaction id and a message of recharge successful on the number). On calling on August 06, 2011 i was been told that my balance has got over after the recharge of Rs. 675. Now how can the balance get over after using the internet connection for 1 hour without running any download.

                                  I appreciate the quality of internet and the speed, but how can Airtel be so bad with their service? Now I am planning to stop using my 3g datacard and will advice my fellow friends who bought the same on my advice. I don't know how do airtel promises best network access and providing best customer care services when a customer has to approach you every time after every single transaction.

                                  I bought an Airtel 3g datacard and charged it for Rs.675 - flexishield plan - (1.25GB and flexibility after that)after 9 days it said no balance and you have to recharge - I hardly used interned and did not download anything.

                                  After which I recharged it for 450 and for my dismay it finished in one week. Worst of all is a 200 Rs recharge after that which finished in 2 day!!!!! I have been using broadband since past 9 years and i very well know the usage pattern and the time frame.

                                  Also, when I ask the customer care the usage pattern- they have no clue how to answer me. And to find balance - the idea given by customer care is that remove the SIM from datacard, put it in mobile and see!!! how can Airtel be so insane?

                                  I appreciate the quality of internet and the speed, but how can Airtel be so bad with their service? Now I am planning to stop using my 3g datacard and will advice my fellow friends who bought the same on my advice.

                                    Things like this may happen, not necessarily Airtel's fault, maybe dealer didn't forward the papers! Visit nearest Airtel Relationship Center and submit papers over there, they'll take 2 hours max. to activate your number.

                                      I am an airtel prepaid customer and my number is [protected]. I am a student from Malaysia, recently arriving here. I bought my BlackBerry Bold 9780 in Malaysia, created my BlackBerry ID there and it works just fine. But I could not connect to BIS here. I have activated my BIS plan for Rs.399, and have received confirmation sms which states that my plan is activated. Then I have registered multiple times my device to the wireless network through Host Routing Table. I did receive message which states that my device is registered to the wireless network. But when I try register at Airtel Blackberry webpage (airtel.blackberry.com), it says that my device have not been registered yet. In my device, there is the BlackBerry logo beside 3G (it is in capital). I could browse throught Blackberry App World, but not Internet Browser. In the service statuse, Blackberry Internet Service is "not connected" despite having the logo beside my 3G signal. I have called 121 for more than 10 times, and they kept on asking me to do the same thing which I have repeated for more than 10 times. Then, they dropped my call. This had been happening a lot of times. I believe Customer Service have no right to drop my call just because they can't solve my problem. This is against airtel customer rights. Airtel has been a very big problem for me. The purpose of buying a Blackberry mobile is over if there is not blackberry service! Their customer care is pathetic and they have no value of the customer queries.

                                      I've tried deactivating my plan and reactivating it, but still there is no solution. I have spent nearly Rs.500 for a service which I could not get.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

                                        AirTel — I want my money back

                                        Hi
                                        Iam here to complain about how deeply iam disappointed about Airtel and its customer care. on 5/2/2011 i got a message at 7 A.M on my mobile saying call cost as 112.80 and balance as 0.20. I had about 113 INR in my account as balance. I called customer care at 7.15 A.M to know why was it deducted, the guy said it would take 4 hours to update from his side, i said ok i called back at 12 PM again came the same reply.

                                        i tried again on sunday got the same reply, i tried talking to senior people( who knows) 1 guy even told me that the customer care was something like [protected]@yahoo.com wow wat a surprise( he thinks iam too stupid since iam with air tel it seems), i was surprised since i thought air tel customer care was good. Here comes the next part i called on Monday,within this period i made a point not to recharge. i got a assurance saying my money would be credited but nothing happened.

                                        I called them again on tuesday,the best part is even now they could not give me a answer as why my amount was deducted!!!!!. and one of the senior official told me to wait for 48 hours i said for the final time i will wait.

                                        The drama still continues on the 5th day today thursday i got a message saying the amount has been credited please check your balance, i was wonder struck atleast i got some thing back but when you see the balance its the same 0.20 paise.

                                        I dont know what to say if you cannot know why you have deducted the money for then whats the point in having a customer care network, boasting as number 1 in india iam Appalled at the service, the people and the whole of Airtel as an organisation.
