Unsubscribe of Weekly sub & MCA

I am a bonafied customer of Airtel for the last three years and having its post paid connection.
But for the last some moths some subscribe charges being added to my bill such as "Weekly sub" and MCA services.
Despite of meeting on 121 to your officials the same have not been unsubscribe so far.

Now I request you to please Unsubscribe ( weekly Sub) and (MCA) hence forth, failing which i have to surrender...

Excess money paid not reconciled properly

I have been using a airtel mobile no [protected] for which I was paying bills regularly. In Mar 09 by mistake I have paid excess amount. During April 09 June Airtel changed my customer account number from[protected] to[protected]. In the process the excess amount was not transfered from old account number to new account number. Because of this every month my service was disconnected. I have made complaint over phone to resolve this....

Valid IMEI number is declared Invalid by Airtel

My newly bought Nokia 7210 mobile set has a valid IMEI number as checked by Nokia Customer Care. Airtel, however is asking me to buy a valid IMEI number.

Is it a fuss to market the concept of IMEI awareness???

Why the Indian mobile services dont have minimum sychronization between the manufacturer and the service provider???

deducting amount for VAS packs which are not opted by me

I am using Airtel Prepaid services.

Recently I have got to notice that there is an amount of Rs1.50 deducting everyday for VAS packs. I am getting 1 or 2 jokes in day for this amount I think.

But I never asked for this service.

I have tried to call customer care and after a lot of strugle, could speak with customer care exicutives for 2 times.

Misleading About new Plan.

I am using airtel prepaid no. since last year oct.
In last month on 28 oct 09 I have recharge Rs.70 for lower the STD call rate in which All std no. other than Airtel cab be call at 0.60 paise and on Airtel it charges 0.50 paise.
This month nov'09 I have recvd call from Airtel customer care that recharge with Rs43 for lifetime validity and on 21st nov 09 I have made recharge of same but at same time they Stop my last months...

Shifting

unsubscribe of spicy & funny jokes

I am not sure, who is reading this, but this is one of the silly or rather poor experience I came across while using AIRTEL. I got an SMS with full talk time on 500 rs recharge. I did recharge myself on line and it did not give me full money (as expected). I got balance of 453/- something....

Got a postpaid connection on last week of August (Just 3 months back). Suddenly on Nov 17th my cell phone got switched off and i found out that there is something wrong with my SIM card only. My airtel subscirber prepaid mobile number is.[protected]. I have not subscribed for any jokes. I am often distrubed by your SMS jokes for which I am being charged also @ Rs.1/- every time. I can send you as many jokes as you want by book loads for free. So I request you to avoid this pestering....
