Received SMS from SMS regarding talk time of Rs 88 after recharge of Rs.88. But when I recharged for Rs 88. git talktime of Rs, 77 only. SMS which is received from airtel is misleading or wrong SMS. Company is giving incorrect infromation as well as incomplete information to the consumers and net net they are cheating the customers.
Before this also, I got SMS from airtel stating the talk time of Rs. 50 after recharge of Rs 64 and will get the benifit new second rate i.e. 1 paisa per second.
After recharge I got Rs. 00.00 talk time. I have the same SMS for your reference, if needed.
I request to look into this matter as we are saving our paisa and company is taking unnecessary charges from us.

    My number is [protected] and I got a msg from airtel about some bolly subscription.i never clicked subscribe but airtel started charging me rs.10.I dont want this service and i never used it plz unsuscribe this service from my number.I didnt find any unsuscribe link on that site.
    I also have same problem & they are not even providing any option to Unsubscribe.
    Why they taking so much care without knowing person's "mood" ???????????
    I also got same message from last 3 months.
    Initally i ignored it. but it's too much now

    till now i have not activated any such service why is it so................i have deactivated this service being i have not activated in any past time but yet iis it so..............please deactivate it now.

    my mobile no is [protected] n some bolly subcription service is getting activated itself n everytime they deduct some amout..i cant find any link for its unsubscription..please unsubscribe it forever.
    My number is[protected]. I never subscribed for any service. I was getting messages about Tamil movies. To unsubscribe, I called *321*44#. The menu didnt even appear for a second. I was prompted to enter an option. And now Airtel Bolly has been activated and Rs 10 has been deducted.
    Please remove my subscription for this service ASAP.

      I am Sukesh T N , an old customer of Airtel Telcom.And i had an IRIS SIM ([protected]) which has been used by my Wife,and calls from the mentioned mob number to my personal number [protected] has been completely free.But from today onwards free service has been Deactivated.I had informed to customer care,but they are saying that your scheme has been changed to 50 ps/sec .I want complete explaination why you had changed my plan without informing me.So u had cheated the customer,thus you will definitly loose your coustomer. Please do reply,after that i will launch a complaint to INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM.

        This is regarding a mobile connection which my sister applied for 10 days back. The Airtel representative guaranteed that it will be on in next one day but as even after one week the connection was not on and after regular daily enquiry at Mobile Store, Varun Path, Mansarovar from where I have purchased Mobile same day & they gave this Airtel coonection as well, after one week they told me that request for connection has been refused. But the thing which irritates me is that for one week they kept on telling that server is done, it will be done in 2 hrs, we have sms ur no's to do on priority etc excuses. Now when they have already refused my request to take connection they are not able to give my sisters photocopy of driving license as now a days we all know how the sim's are issued in these companies and used for wrong practices. The Mobile store is also responsible as they potray there image as one stop shop for mobile requirements i.e.mobile, connection, accesories etc but when I went there to complaint none of the staff were interested to listen or help as they are concerned with selling of mobile phones only.

          Dear Sir,
          The Airtel company has installed a Airtel Tower in our Permises the Customer ID: CHI 125.
          But the Rent for same has not been Received for a long time, after complaining so many times through phone and as well as Directly to Office also, There is No Response .
          Kindly do us a needful as soon as possible. Thank You

          Airtel — Change add. given in 2007 and not completed till march 2009

          My father is a airtel user since 2004, and on an average is paid Rs. 2000/- a month to airtel .

          On 12th march 2009 suddenly their outgoing was blocked reaoson given by the airtel customers care executives that sir you had given a request of add. change in 2007 and it's not completed .

          The worst customer care center i had seen in my life .
          I wold like to put forward an request to have tower on land .any company can contact on [protected] or [protected]@rediffmail.com
          I am the legal Licensor for the “Airtel Tower” Erected by M/S. BHARTI INFRATEL LIMITED, during December 2007.

          As per Legal agreement Clause 3.1, I was receiving License fee for use of Licensed Premises used by Licensee from March 2008 till May 2009 and the License fee was with held by paying authority without any prior intimation to me ie The Licensor.

          After several correspondence with BHARTI INFRATEL LIMITED ,Chennai – 28, INDUS TOWERS,Chennai – 97 and PROVENTURE PVT LTD., CHENNAI – 86 and also my personal contact at Chennai with INDUS TOWERS LIMITED CHENNAI, The above mentioned Officials released Licence fee with effect from June 2009, and I was getting regular payment till Nov. 2009.

          Again Payment authorities of BHARTI INFRATEL LIMITED stopped payment from Dec. 2009 onwards without any intimation to Licensor.

          After my personnel contact with INDUS TOWERS LTD., at CHENNAI. They informed me that further payments will be arranged by their COIMBATORE Branch.

          But as before I was directed to contact BHARTI INFRATEL LTD H.O.So I send all the details through registered post to
          1.M/s.BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.,New Delhi-30
          2.M/s.BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.,Gurgaon-01
          3.M/s.BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.,Chennai-28
          4.INDUS TOWERS LTD,Chennai
          5.PROVENTURE PVT LTD,Chennai.

          Still no actions been taken from the above said authorities.
          Till today I am (Licensor) safe guarding. The Airtel Tower and valuable Electronic equipments worth about crore of Rupees .
          Expectin a action at the earliest.

            I am an air tel customer with number [protected], i called customer care for details of my balance depletion due to some service activated on my mobile without my knowledge on 18/12/09, I was not given proper response from the agent Mr Hari
            who attended my call. he cut the call without considering my complaint and even didn't tell his full name. This is not the first time that i have been charged for such type of stupid services but every time i called i didn't get any response and every time they blame on me that i had select that service which i never did.And the answer is like Govt. deptt. (kar lo jo karna hai iske alawa)but my query didn't get rectified each time. Now i am fed up from all these kind of things and if this time i will not get any response then i have to disconnect my all air tel connections so please Sir help me and take proper action against the irresponsible agents.

            DEBIT OF BALANCE FROM AIRTEL
            wrong debit of balance([protected])
            DEAR SIRS,

            I HAVE BEEN USING THE MENTIONED NUMBER [protected] SINCE LAST 1 YEAR & MORE. BUT SINCE LAST 3-4 DAYS MY ACCOUNT BALANCE HAS BEEN DEBITED WITHOUT ANY USAGE. THE FOLLOWING AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT :

            1) FIRST TIME IS 16 DECEMBER AT MORNING 7:55 MY BALANCE WAS 135 NEAR ABOUT DEBIT 41RUP & NEXT DAY 17 DEC 2:00AM 96 R. IN DEBT 27.30 NEXT DAY 18 DEC 8:00AM DEBIT WAS 36:30 AND TODAY MORNING IS DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT DEBIT WAS 23:60 BALANCE IS THE SAME SHOWED WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY USAGE.





            SO IN TOTAL A AMOUNT OF RS 128 HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY USAGE.

            SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY CHECK THE ABOVE DETAILS & REVERT BACK MY BALANCES OF THE ABOVE OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION.

            HOPING FOR A QUICK & POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE.

            Airtel — balance deplition

            Dear sir
            I request you to please do the needful as since the month of september/october 2009 I have not used my mobile no [protected] but today I have checked my balance it is short by around 400 Rs I have talked to the customer care manager Mr Bajaria (if not mistaken )regarding the deplition issue but in the month of october my balance was around 400/- and today when i have checked my balance there is only .20 paise in my account the executive said that I have used some cricket packs which I have never subscribed and the customer care executive is denying to refund the amount hence request you to please do the needful for the same

            airtel/prepaid connection — Balance depletion

            I took airtel prepaid no [protected] .i am really disappionted with the services being provided ...RATHER NO SERVICE BEING PROVIDED ..... FIRST MY NO. WAS DEACTIVATED NOW MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEPLETED...I got my no. recharged for 59 on 12 oct 2010 around 7 p.m....but when i checked the balance on 13 oct morning Rs.50 was deducted for no reason....there was no outgoing call ..no service requested from our side but still they deducted the balance .......i want airtel to credit the depleted balance otherwise i am left with no other option to switch to other network

            Airtel — balance depletion on prepaid for gprs (when not used)

            im using airtel prepaid number is [protected]. the facebook site shows that 0.facebook.com is free on airtel live. i used 0.facebook.com site for 5-10 minutes on 10.03.2011 and my balance was deducted by one rupee so i stopped using it and deleted the settings of airtel live and switched off my phone. next morning i switched the phone on and found 59 rupees deducted from my acount and the balance was zero. on contacting customer care they told me that i have brosed net and some sites which i never did.
            they first cheat with facebook (which still shows that facebook is free on airtel) and then deduct the balance for nothing. they are duping the customers.
            they refuse to even cooperate

              actually i have a prepaid sim card (friends pack) of Airtel company and that gives facilities of calling 5 friends who are using airtel sim cards @0.15p/ min. also SMS charges to any other networks 0.15p/sms..and other networks calling rate Re.1.00/min..
              My validity was getting over so i called Customer care for helping me for what amount should i recharge with so that i get 1year validity and i had also specified that my scheme should not change.I called Airtel customer care 4 times to confirm (because all executives give differents ans. So its better to check again and again) and then trusting on them i recharged with Rs.256 with zero balance and i got 1year validity. And after that i saw that ma calling rates for 5 airtel friends changed to 0.30p/min and Sms charges 0.20/ sms..i called customer care and the response given by them did not satisf me.. they apologised me for their mistake and told me that now they cant do anything for me and i will have to continue with this scheme..but i want the same scheme which i was using..Its a mistake from their side and not my mistake..What should i do to get my same scheme back

                i am a defence employee and i was using airtel prepaid no [protected] for 6 months.However i wanted the same to be changed to post paid connection with same number. For same, i gave all my documents including serving certificate my photos duly attested and my application form with old prepaid sim to Sales officer of bharti airtel limited of pathankot region,Mr Rippan sharma, for the same on 19 Nov 09, as desired by him. However inspite repeated requests and reminders,the individual was unable to start connection on the new sim card.Now, the individual more often does not pick my calls or keeps giving lame excuses.i Have lost quite substantially due to the this erratic behaviour of the firm employees towards its customers.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have to say that I recharged my mobile through Rs.96 GPRS pack on dated 8th December, 2009 which gives 2 GB free between 12:00 am to 8:00 am and 100 MB extra in original balance. That night (9 Decmber, 2009 between 12:00am to 8:00am) I used not deducted in my original balance. Again next day (10th December, 2009 between 12:00am to 8:00am) I used, my total available balance has been deducted while I checked dialling through *125*3# , used only 123 MB.

                  I contact to customer care against my deduction of balance Rs. 72 on 10th December, 2009 at 7:24 am. Conversion happened with Mr. Dilip Kumar, who given me Complain No.: 70400 and told your problem will be solved till 14th December, 2009 at 6:00 pm also an alternate number ([protected]) has been taken.

                  Since a long interval has been given to solve this problem and I again contacted to customer care executive Ms. Reena, who also gave me a complain no.:[protected] and will be solved till 15th Dec. But till date, my problem not solved.

                  Again I recharged 17 December, then again deducted my main account balance.

                  I am still feared that if I recharge my mobile, then balance would be deducted. Now in these days I am trying to contact with customer care, but no any options is being given to direct contact from Airtel Service.

                  I ask, why tells lie with customers during conversion and does not work for customers.

                  Tell me what should I do to get returned my balance? Why happens these types of deduction?

                  I am 100% agree from above complaint.It happened also with me but could not complain against airtel. I have taken now new service of Idea

                  Now in these days really airtel is creating problems. Perhaps due to many mobile service provider airtel is not getting sufficient money back. So, this idea of deduction may be fruitful for them. Because of many people in our country belongs to village & they still can't complain through any medium. If they know, they can contact only airtel customer care, but airtel is not giving service for direct contact.

                  I am also not satisfied with airtel and never suggest to any body to take connection of airtel
                  It is often seen airtel only promises, it will be concerned, noted and aplogised. But it is true their reply hapens in words & mouth and they will never pay back to customer's loss, inconvenience and all those thing which is created by airtel service provider.

                  They really pick pockets to the customers and their aim is alwyas cheating to customers.
                  After all over the observering to mobile service providers, Airtel has been looter in these days.
                  Above complaints & comments are real and authentic. I also dislike the service of airtel. They will never pay back because it happened also with me. I also lost Rs.30 without any reason. So, now I am in new sim service of vodafone.
                  Airtel is really harassing & cheating to the customers. Only they reply postive but action speaks negative. I am agreed from above complain.
                  Airtel is really deceiving to customers in the the service Rs.96 plan of GPRS. If you have balance in your main account, then it is sure your balance will be deducted. If you have no balance, then GPRS will run without any deduction.

                  Really airtel is cheating to the customers. I am also a part of above complaint. I was using GPRS on dated 28th December, 2009 between 12:00 am to 8:00am. I lost of Rs.95 from my main balance. While I have already recharged GPRS pack of Rs.96, which has a promise of 2GB free internet access.

                  I am also asking the solutions, how to get back my balance.

                    Following is a complaint on which no action was taken

                    To [protected]@bharti.in

                    I had bought Airtel Freedom pack as you call it on 04/11/2009 at Trichy in the state of Tamil Nadu and was alloted mobile No [protected] through a retailer with whom documents on identity and address was submitted.

                    On 04/12/2009 outgoing calls were barred with the automatic voice message stating '"Documents not yet submitted contact your nearest retailer".

                    On Contacting the retailer he stated docouments were submitted to Airtel on 04/11/2009 itself and airtel representative was called upon and then reactivated after an hour.

                    Surely airtel or its employees did not care to keep the service going even after one month of submission of documents and the system had automatically deactivated the service.



                    But the funnier part of the service was when airtel customer care when contacted reported on 15/12/2009 that the sim was damaged due to entering the wrong PUK No. and therefore i have to purchase a new sim with a different mobile no for Rs 49/- submitting the documents again.

                    Never such a thing as entering the wrong code has happened as we do not find time for such a thing and the mobile handset was in my shirt pocket when the caller received voice message at around 10 pm of 14/12/2009 stating that my mobile no does not exist.

                    I had made a successful call on the evening earlier of the same date.

                    When I happened to see my mobile hand set the next morning I saw the status "No Service" on it. When swithched off and then againg switched on the cell message was "Sim Card Registration Failed" which then turned to "No Service"



                    This speaks of your defective product or an intentional temination and knowingly or unknowingly the irresponsible attitude of customer care

                    I therefore request you to refund the balance amount in my prepaid and report to me regarding the mode of repayment.                       Before two years ago airtel introduce scheme for govt. employee.10, 25 airtel to airtel and 30, 50 airtel to others. Now Airtel send sms that they will charge Rs.1 per day as rent from september 13 2009. While recharging Company charge Rs.50 per month as rent and besides that Rs.30 P.m. for prepaid mobile.
                      It is illegal. Once scheme accepted such penality charge by company. When company get lot of customer they charges such new charges. It is not sign of good company. It is cheating.
                      Airtel is going to charge 1Re. per day for govt offer who have 10 paise airtel to airtel, 30 paise other mob.while giving this offer they didn't told this.now airtel is applying charges which is CHEATING.I am sure customers will go for another company's sim.it's Airtel's loss.airtel says it's telecom company but its not a sign of reputed company.U people are loosing your customer's faith on you.Very bad.

                        This is to inform you that AIRTEL people disconnectedall my incoming &outgoing services......knowing the fact i have promised them that i will pay the bill on 12th Dec.09..then also they disconnected my incoming without informing me......due to which i have faced lot of prolems.n decided not to go for airtel now n switched to another network........So now i m getting calls from Airtel (Collections)n they are literally abusing me.....n forcing me to pay the bill........So i m requesting you guys that i will pay the bill but in installments as its really high amount.So kindly look into this n revert on this number .

                          Hi,

                          I had requested the cancellation of broadband connection [protected]. After the cancellation confirmation I got several calls from airtel asking whether anyone in my circle was willing to take up my connection.I said a NO to this and requested the airtel executives to cancel my connection.This was 6 months back.3 months after so-called cancellation the airtel people started calling me up for bills.The reason I got the phone disconnected was that I had shifted to some other place where Airtel did not provide its services.I always told the executives that I had cancelled my connection.
                          Suddenly I got a call from an extremely rude person that the airtel people had sent me a notice on my old address and I must pay my bill by 19th December to avoid coming to the court in Delhi!
                          I asked him to give me the phone number of the person who was responsible for sending notices.He gave me Keshav Sharma's phone number([protected]) .This person picked up my phone and said 'Keshav here' I tried to talk to him but the moment he heard that I had some query regarding my airtel bill he replied that he was not keshav. I called him up for the second time and the same thing happened.I finally called up the customer care department and they said that in the logs for my connection it has been written that I had requested an ownership change for my connection.This is an absolute lie and nothing less than robbery!!
                          I have reported the situation to an airtel manager .The complaint number is 27625116.

                          I am Dr.Thahir. This is a complaint regarding my Airtel no.[protected], 2 months back i called Airtel customer care to disconnect my connection as i was shifting to a new address. I got a call after 3 days that your connection is disconnected and if you want a new connection to your new address, but i said no, But for this 2 months iam getting my Airtel bill stating the outstanding amount. I called one month back on[protected] regarding my request given a month before, they are saying that my connection is still active. My Service request no. is 26903962. Again for this month i got a bill . I kindly request you to look in to this matter.

                            Dear Madam/ Sir,

                            This is regarding fake bill issued for mobile# 0-[protected] along with legal notice.

                            I have closed Airtel, mobile post paid account in the month of May, 2009. And I was issued with 'No Due Certificate' on 20th of May, 2009.

                            Few months later, I started receiving calls from 'Airtel Collections Team' to make the bill for months of June to September. In-order to avoid further inconvenience, have provided all the required information and asked them to check with their team.

                            Surprisingly, on 8th of Dec, I got a legal notice over e-mail with a bill of Rs 2367.45 from Corporate.[protected]@Airtel.in
                            I have replied to the stating the discrepancy and called over the contact details provided. Later I received mail from same team to ignore the mail (legal notice) and assuring they will rectify the problem.

                            On 16th of Dec, 2009 I got same mail (legal notice) from same team and signed by 'Girish Hegde'. I contacted 'Sanjana @ [protected]/Girish @ [protected]' for follow-up; however team was least bothered to look into the matter and take responsibility.

                            In my life, I have never came across any team with worst corporate etiquette and no proper governance.

                            I'm facing mental harassment and forced to seek justice not only for me, for entire consumer. This is not just worst customer service, is customer harassment.

                            I request for justice and guidance.

                            DEAR SIR / MADAM,

                            This is george from global force i was using a post paid number since 6 years[protected] coimbatore, and i had a dynamic credit limit of 12, 000 / for my perfect payment all this years.
                            Last 4 months i had a problem of over usage of bills and i had compained several times to the collection agents of non usage bills problems and i stopped using the mobile after that, , , , my regular bills was above 1800 to 3800, and i was paying with mpay.

                            after several problems and complaining i met with an accident and was bedridden for 1 and half month and after was 1 month outstation for a month that was reported to the customercare person that i wont be in station.when i attended the last call.

                            AFTER IN THE MEDIUM 1 WEEK THE PAYMENT COLLECTION TEAM HAVE CALLED ALL MY CUSTOMERS AND RELATIONS NUMBER SEEING MY ITEMISED BILLS AND MORE THAN 25 PEOPLE WHERE CALLED IN THE FALSE NAME OF CALL FROM COMMISIONER OFFICE AND BEEN TREATENED FIRST OF ALL. AND THE NEXT WEEK ALL THESE PEOPLE WHERE CALLED AND TREATENED THAT ALL THE NUMBERS I WAS CALLING WILL BE BARRED FOR ALL MY CUSTOMERS.

                            FIRST OF ALL UNLESS I AM A GOOD PAYER I WONT HAVE GOT A CREDIT LIMIT OF 12, 000, AND U CAN CHECK MY LAST PAYMENT TRACK, RATHER THAN SOLVING MY REPORTED COMPAINTS TREATING A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS IS BAD .

                            1 . The payment collection team calling all my customers in the name of call from commisioner office is criminal.

                            2 . calling all my calls and saying that there numbers will be barred is again fraud thing they have also treaten, , that my customers bsnl.vodapone and other service providers number will be barred is again a criminal activity, do these people think customers are fools.

                            MORE THAN 28 PEOPLES WERE CALLED AND AND TREATENED IN NAME OF CALL FROM COMMISIONER OFFICE THAT 2 CALLS ARE BEEN RECORDED FOR YOUR HIGHER OFFICIAL PROOF, AND FOR COMPLAINING.now I AM BACK IN CITY AND AM READY TO PAY EVEN HIGHER BUT MY PROBLEMS HAVE TO BE SORTED AND THE PAYMENT TEAM HAS TO APOLIGISE TO THE CALLERS THEY HAVE MADE OF MY CUSTOMERS.

                            RATHER THAN SOLVING THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM, CHEATING AND DOING THESE KIND OF ILL TREATMENT SHOULD BE RESOLVED BY YOUR END OR THE CUSTOMER WILL TAKE ACTION ON THIS kind of criminal activity .

                              my mobile no. is [protected]. i have taken a 89 pack of internet on 15dec.2009.after that i dialed *567*11#.a message came to me that thank you to subscribing aitel pack.the message told me to take 1hour for activation.message setting did not come as thecustomer care executive told me. after that i send message 'MO' to 52567 several time in 2to 3hours of interval. 2 customer care executive did a positive response and give me the request no.[protected].but i have not received my GPRS configuration setting. i am using nokia6233.

                                i had earlier logged complain that my incomings calls n incoming msgs were nt recieved frm 11th Dec 2009 midnight which was been soughted out on 13th noon, bt now in my cell love combo pack has been activated for which charges are also deducted will u pls inform me how is it possible when i m nt able to recieve msgs on 12th Dec how could i activate those services on 12th Dec 2009 n i called up many times to customer care executive bt they keep on hanging the calls, what kind of service are u providing...
                                i dont want any activation in my mobile n next time if it is activated i have to take strict action against this

                                  Eventhough I have given for payment of bill through ECS it is suddently stopped. They have disconnected the International Roaming for non payment of the bill. It is their responsibility to collect the bill amount from the Bank. I am now in the USA and not able to use my mobile eventhoug I have made all arrangements it to be through. I am put to a lot of inconvenience and also business loss because of their callus attitude. Kindly redress my complaint.

                                  I had Airtel Mobile connection for past 7 years..For past 7 years my payment has been getting debited from my Credit Card...Recently..from Jul'09, Airter startedcalling me saying they could not debit the amount from my credit card and asking me to visit their shop. When I started enquiring in one of my calls with their Representative.,.I understood that they have messed up with my account details and some other credit card number is updated against my name and obviosuly my credit card bank holder cannot pay on that wrong CC number.

                                  The height of frustration is when they started telling me that I am not paying the Bill amount ins spite of their problem; And after based on my conversation and complaint they took the complaint saying that I have changed my credit card number :( ..after which I have requested them to Disconnect the connect immediately..but they kept the connection hold saying I did not pay the amount for last three months ..I have asked them to debit from my Credit Card as they did past several years...

                                  Has anyone faced the same issue? Is there any use in going to consumer court? Pl let me know..

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I have been using Airtel landline and internet at home.

                                    Account Numbers being 14554240 and 14554239 for my landline and internet accounts

                                    I had to shift my residence on 1st Nov. I approached Airtel at a later date asking if they have connection facility in the new residence (Vivek Vihar, Sector-82, Noida) and they immediately said they dont have a connection. So I requested on the phone for my connection to be cancelled and asked for the next steps. They refused to tell me what I need to do and they were following up only for my payment. When I told them that please tell me what I need to do they were still insisting on only payment to be made after that they can tell me. So I called them to my office and made the payment. I realized that the amoutn was an increased amount to cover the till date payment. I was hoping that my account will be closed after that. Ironically, I am getting a message from Airtel to pay further amount. Airtel has been calling me and harrassing me and attimes I am receiving mroe than 5 calls per day.

                                    Even while I was a customer, they used to call and harrass me even before the payment due date.

                                    I would reckon that Airtel customer service has been very bad

                                    They have been eating my peace of mind. I would request you to please initiate action right away and save millions of people and let strong message be passed to such Giants.

                                      I am from Jaipur. I have Airtel Digital TV. Airtel agents are doing fraud for their benefits. When our balance was completed we recharged it with Rs. 600/- & not made any changes in plan. But 2 days later a call came from Airtel explaining me about some plans, I was busy in meeting so asked him to call later & disconnected. But now our DTH is not working & customer care is telling that balance is negetive. I don't understand how my balance came to -53.97/- in just one week. Customer care says that our plan is changed thats why it came to negetive balance. So their should be proper check on the agents who are doing such practices.

                                        On my cellphone No. [protected] with prepaid lifetime incoming service from Airtel roaming charges at the rate od Rs.99 have been deducted for 4 months from credit balance in my account during visit to USA. Roaming facility was neither reqested by me and the cellphone was switched off during my entire stay USA. Airtel should refund the entire deducted amount and the local staff are not helpful at all.
