Dear sir/madam
i have been recieving msgs from a number on my both thecell phones simultaneously which seem to be coming from a person using airtel friendz chat. please block this sender or let me know how to block this person so that i would stop receiving msgs from him.

i hope you will kindly take the action as soon as possible as receiving such msgs on cell phones is very scary.

Changing to the higher rental plan without intemation the coustemer

Respected sir/Madam

I Abhilash Pothen a coustemer of Airtel broadband of Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal ) dist.. using the land line form 8 years my Land line no is [protected] and my Account No is 11733824
and having the rental plan of (449 + service tax.) that bring my bill to 495 monthley... but from few month they have change my rental to (549 SURF plan ) without intimating...

m vinita and i hav airtel net connection..
i hav to change my plan i.e. i want the new plan of 699 in which 2500min. free landline fecility is there...
for this i have to register on ur web site but as the email id is noted incorrectly so i cant register there...

my original id is " [protected]@yahoo.in" but by mistake "s" is been omitted from the word "friends"...

Airtel is sucking Customers

Dear All Customers,

Airtel is by default enabling its chargeble Value added services like WAP, Airtel Live, Downloadings as default features and violating TRAI Rules.

As per TRAI guidelines, "No Value added service should be enabled to a customer until his explicit consent". You may download the same from TRAI website.

Airtel charged me Rs. 3000 extra for this unwanted Airtel live,...

Nokia 6303([protected])

I too bought a new 6303 and sent a sms for free data usage of 3 months.

I did sms " MY DATA" to 543210
and i got the reply that the service will be activated within 24 hrs and it has nw become more than 48 hrs the service is till now not activated,...

Unwanted SMS

Dear Sir,
I am using the airtel prepaid with no. [protected] (Chennai). The trouble is that i am recieving unwanted advertisement SMS which to my surprise are also getting charged. Without utilising the services of the network effectively my prepaid top up gets emptied out.
It is very annoying that sometimes the no. of such SMS is more than 50 per day.
Kindly let me know how to stop this ad SMS.

Hi,

I had bought a Airtel Data card worth Rs 4200 (including sim charge) on 1.11.08 for a airtel showroom located at NandiDurg road, Bangalore. (It was delivered at home). my airtel number is[protected]. i mailed to airtel customer care for so many times, that i am not able to make outgoing calls since i migrated from postpaid to prepaid number. but they did not take any steps to solve the problem. i do have all the mails that i have sent to them. please show me the way through which i can sue them, relly i am mailing to them like a mad and they are not replying to me.

Im complained about ur poor network coverage to local airtel office as well as in the customer care center from the last two years. Airtel Fake billing for unused service

I have an airtel postpaid connection and two months back while i was sleeping i got nearly 30 messages saying thanks for downloading ........you have been charged..... like this. I have never used airtel live site in this connection and even i have unlimited gprs plan under my connection still they charged me 1200 rs for the service that i have never used those services, after that i asked them to disconnect my connection the very next...

Wrong Information Given by Airtel Customer Care (Tamilnadu). I have rechared my mobile number ([protected]) with ec 64 rs (1 second pulse rate). But i have not satisfied with this scheme. So i called to customer care and asked to cancel this 64rs (1 second pulse rate). One lady told me to recharge 119rs to change my plan as 10 paise to airtel and other mobile for 50 paise std 1 rupee. I recharged my mobile but it goes 30 paise for airtel....
