I purchased Nokia E63 handset from Asmi Teleshopee at Pune (Contact No.s Harshad [protected], Shop +[protected] on 15th October 09.

I tried my best to set-up my e-mail account [protected]@vsnl.net on the handset. I could set-up the same but i am unable to send e-mails from my vsnl account. I visited the shop the persoon claiming to be from Nokia (Name - Rohit Raut No. [protected]) did tried his best but could not solve the problem.

When you visit Airtel ship they claim they have no clue about it and Nokia people (Although Rohit is trying to help) are not responding now.

What is the use of bbuying such handset if i cam see only incoming mails and unable to send outgoing mails?

I need somebody to help me else i need my money back.

If i do not get any resolution, i do not mind lodging a compliant in the court of law.

Nokia — Outgoing mails not working

Nokia E63 keeps announcing their messaging services as alternative to blackberry

I bought a E63 just for that but beware , the service is horrible compared to blackberry

The outgoing mails dont work at all ! ( Not entirely correct , but it has stopped working for more than 10 days now)
The customer care is pathetic, we get irrelevant responses and nobody knows what is going on


If someone is trying to buy a Nokia instead of blackberry I would advise you dead against

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I Prashant have used Airtel No : [protected] for almost 18 months and later on due to some personal problems have stopped this connection from the month of July-2009.

    In the month of April-2009 for activating international roaming i were been told by their Vile Parle, East gallery to arrange for the payment of INR 6,500/- as security deposit which they have promised to adjust my future bill`s. So, accordingly I have arranged for the payment but neither this amount have been adjusted in all my airtel bill`s and after much pressure have adjusted INR 829/- towards the last and final bill. I were been told that the balance amt will be returned to me thru courier within 45 days but till to-date i haven`t received the refund so, were been in regular touch with your customer service on [protected] according to whom refund payment already have been processed on 11 11 2009 but neither this amt have been credited in my account nor i have received the payment on my mailing address so pls help me to obtain refund from their end as Airtel never bothers to revert.

    Airtel/Post Paid connection — No response since 28.12.07

    One of their customer care executive has offered me for conversion of my prepaid number to the postpaid number. For this purpose I have paid Rs. 399/- to their sales executive after filling up the form on 28.12.07. He promised me to send Post paid sim card on 29.12.07. But there is no response from there side. I have tried to contact them on daily basis but all in vein.

    Airtel/Post Paid connection — security amount not refunded.

    I withdrew my post paid mobile connection about two and half months back. Executive at Airtel office, Solan (HP) told me that my security amount will be refunded to me within 15 days, but, no refund has been given to me till date. If Airtel doesn, t settle my account within next one week then I have no options except filing a case with Consumer Court. My cell No. was [protected].

    Airtel Postpaid — NOT REFUND THE REFUNDABLE SEQURITY

    This is GOPAL KUMAR([protected]).I want to know, why that refundable sequrity is not refund from last 10 months. A Postpaid Airtel SIM was purchased by me on[protected] for net use only.Due to Negetive Verification after correct address, my that number([protected]) was disconnected, which was purcheded from CHOPRA COMMUNICATION (Sirsa)HRY.After the compaint of that matter no any type of satishfication answer was gave by CHOPRA COMMUNICATION. So pls attention of my this problem.I hope u'll try your best as possible as.i'll thankful for your help & also promote to CONSUMER COMPLAINT ORGANISATION.

      sir i am useing my airtel no last 2 year no-[protected] smoothly but due to some problem sim hasbeen show invalied and i d'not want take any now no so when i go to airtel customer care for purchase new sim for same no then i shok i know by coustomer care that this sim register any other name and address when i used regularely used this sim since by last 2 year and every time i take feed back to customercare through my details . so end i want to know that what is the process of re issued my same no

        Hi,

        I had purchased Airtel DTH TV in April 2009 in Bangalore and then after 5 months had shifted to a place called Hosur which is 40Km from Bangalore and it is in Tamil Nadu.

        Below is the complaint,

        1) Raised Service Request for reinstallation but NO SUPPORT in HOSUR. Had called Airtel DTH Customer Care many times and also got feedback call from Delhi but still NO ACTION is taken. Its nearly more than a Month had gone.

        Am left helpless on whom to contact to get this done completely and resume watching TV.

        2) Different customer care persons telling different charges for reinstallation.

Recently I discovered that a suspicious person is using my phone illegally without my knowledge or concern, both suspicious domestic as well as International Unsolicited Phone Calls for his/her personal use, which may create an illegal trouble in future course (past 2-4 month till date).             I am a owner of a mobile Phone No.[protected] of AIRTEL since 2004 till date. I purchased a pakage of Ramzan offer on 14/11/2009 for Rs.786. I was told that the offer is for a complete period of exhausting the amount. To my surprise the offer was discontinued on 13th October, 2009 saying that the validity date is expired. I used for Rs.4,00/- and odd up to 13th october,2009 and the balance amount about Rs.300 and odd was taken away by the service provider called AIRTEL saying that the validity date is expired.
            It is a complete cheating on a customer and I want the company to reimburse the unutilized amount on the above said package immediately.

              The service given to me is very poor.

                Hello Sir,
                I was using Airtel broadband connection[protected] in Noida. I have asked the Airtel person who came to my home to collect the bill amount to disconnect the connection. He said it will be disconnected.

                After the I shifted from Noida on end of September. Recently one person from Airtel has called and told me that I have not paid the bill for September month and if I pay that then disconnection would be approved. I thought I might have used it some days in the billing cycle, so I paid Rs.920 (full amount on that billing cycle). But still even now I am getting the phone calls to pay the bill for further billing cycles.

                Please take this complaint as a formal complaint.

                Subject : Disconnect the Airtel telephone connection

                Respected Sir,
                We are unable to continue the telephone connection. So kindly you to request to disconnect our telephone connection. Our telephone no is 43237992, Account no. 11978587.

                And we are already settle the bills upto month of the may and we sent the letter dated on[protected] to the Airtel office that we have metined that disconnecting the telephone connection.

                Recently one person from Airtel has called and told me that I have not paid the bill and if I pay that then disconnection would be approved. I thought I might have used it some days in the billing cycle, so I paid Rs.250 (full amount on that billing cycle), he collected the dated on[protected]. But still even now I am getting the phone calls to pay the bill for further billing cycles. And that person has taken the telephone, modem everything to us.

                Please take this complaint as soon as possible

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is regarding the Mobile connection which my sister was using . Cell no is [protected] which name in the name of my sister But i m the user of it , Bcoz of aome financial Problem , we was unable to Paid the bill of Rs. 1630/- , Today we got the call from Airtel call center Telephone no 67404814 , First Miss Swati was spoken with my sister , there is some misuvderstanding from my sister to who's online but instead of clarfiying the identity miss swati was started using bad language on the name mother & sister , I sister was confuse & she came to know that stranger person was talking with her ,

                  In some after hot conversation swati was disconnected the phone & again she got the call from same no Mr, Rahul was given a call & he started the abusing language with her , & was saying that we will go to the loyer.

                  Instead of talk abt settelement of bills they was abuse my sister , Again i was called
                  on same number Miss Neha was answered the call when I was asked for rahul & swati she said the they both are on conference call , they can't attened the call . she was taking them side , i have call recording of mine & neha's conversation , that she was saying that we will terminate the Rahul , & she was instead of listing to me & she was taking Swati & rahul's side . i was again again telling her that i want to speek with rahul or swati but was totally refused to give the call to them. Collection people are using really bad language with customer its not way to handle the customer.

                  My sister was very nervous after listing these kind of language.

                      My IDEA net setter no.[protected].I had given a complaint for device for not working properly to AIROLI IDEA shop. They have taken my device on basis of repairing on 5/10/09.I went to shop to get my device but everytime they say me that device they have not received from company.Since last two months many times I go to shop & I get same reply, also when I contact to customer care center they tell me to contact shop only not to care center.My device is with shop & IDEA have sent me two months bill for which I have not used service.I want to disconnect service immediately because Reliance net setter I am using has not given me such trouble.Idea shop in AIROLI ask me to pay full bill before disconnecting service.They at this moment suggest me why I had not given request for 'service stand' at initial.My question is...............
                      1) If shop people know the option for disconnecting service,why they did not tell me that time?
                      2) If customer care center & idea shop are not able to solve the problem, why they were asking me to contact each other without providing me other access to complaint,like higher authority number.etc.
                      3) After giving comlpaints many times,why they have not taken seriously?
                      4) WHAT A SUCH POOR SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY IDEA GIVING ASSURENCE FOR BEST SERVICE ON T.V.CHANNELS & MEDIA.

                        i am a airtel postpaid user from last three years, last year i take a addon connection on my basic mobile nimber [protected] my addon number is [protected]. From last year i am countinously complaining to airtel that i have a serious problem with my addon connection that(there is call from U.P east airtel suscribers that we have made a miss call to them , that's why they are calling) after facing this problem countinously i made a complain to my opprator (Airtel customer care ) but there was not a proper response from them they always tell that this can't happen you must have made a call . after many request to arring a call from technical department there is no response from customer care. i am facing a very hard problem from Airtel , please suggest me how to get rid from this irritating problem

                          On our mobile in mid night many unwanted calls come which give tension to us , they said that we got your number from site and they abuse and talk in very unsence . The one number is giving herewith for your reference from where we get call in midnight around 1.23am the no. is[protected].
                          You are requested to tell us the way how we will get releif from these type calls , otherwise we are bound to lodge the complaint against your company.

                              Extra Charges

                              I submitted a complaint asking to cancel jokes which I didn't subscribe too. Someone from airtel called me and said that it will be deactivated. It still hasn't. I want justice!! My number is [protected]. I have been getting charged for about a month. I keep getting joke messages and getting 1 rupee charged. I will take airtel to court since this problem has been occuring with millions of customers....

                              We applied for a new Airtel broadband connection in Mogappair West on 23 rd November. They have sent an executive after a feasibility study that connection is possible and he took all the documents and Rs. 500 promising that the connection will be provided in 3 days.

                              We called the executive after four days cause we didn't get any connection. He replied that since we are bachelors we have to pay an extra Rs. 1000. We paid that amount to Mr. Anand ([protected]) after he promised to activate the connection within two days.

                              After waiting for three days we called Mr. Anand and every time he would terminate the call saying that he is on a bike or he will call back in 10 minutes, but he never called. So we called the customer support at[protected] and inquired about the status. He told that the capacity is full in that area and it will take atleast one more week to lay a new cable. We are just pissed that all these days we have been cheated by the cheater Airtel company people, and we were putting a lot of efforts and energy just to get a broadband connection. So I just cancelled my connection and waiting for the refund. Never know when it will come.

                              Why the heck did they do a feasibility study without checking for the capacity and take the money in advance? I would say never believe what these guys say to you and pay them only when you get the connection. Airtel i[censored] are listening try to be honest with customers. Don't belive that you can cheat all the customers all the time.

                              I am never going to use an Airtel product and will flay them in every broadband forum.

                              how hard is it for you to search for newly applied connections from that particular area with the name given by the person who posted the above message.and yes...you people were too busy to give a reply when they called and you are saying that YOU will get in touch and resolve the problem. what a joke...
                              since the consumer no longer wants your service...the best you can do is to refund their money.
                              and whats with the bachelors have to pay Rs.1000 extra??get your heads scanned..

                              You spam every complaint with the same text whatever the complaint is, and you also expect to provide phone numbers, and email addresses on a public board. Why should we believe that you are acting genuinely to an email since you dont respond to our calls personally?
                              I have an update. Airtel sent us a cheque for just Rs. 500/- saying that that is what we have paid for connection, but we paid 1500/-. Mr. Cheater Anand ([protected]) kudos for good dirty job on behalf of Airtel.

                              Airtel - Broadband — Airtel didnt provided broadband connection even after 2 months

                              Hi All,

                              I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on Dec-12-2009, never got any connection.

                              I stay at KK Nagar, intially they said it is possible to provide connection in that area. So i gave them 500 rs/- as advacne and gave all the proofs and signed the documents.

                              Even after 2 months I didnt received any connection, despite of calling them regularly.

                              Yesterday only they refunded my connection money, after taking it to the notice of higher official and reason cited was connection is not feasible.

                                  2 days back I received call from Airtel Live stating that the you will not receive any massage from airtel live from today onward and Airtell will not cut any charges, but yesterday I recharge my account and after that again I received same massage from the airtel that the you have been renewed for Bollywood Fusion subscription from airtel and you have been charged Rs 15 everyday,
                                  I am not using any service from airtel; there is neither mobile office activated nor GPRS or Airtel live on my Mobile,

                                  I am Airtel user since last 2 years. Recently I started using Airtel Live after I received the promotional call + SMS from airtel telling me that this services is free. For few months it worked fine my bill around 500 / - . since last month I started getting bills 1200 / - when I called the customer care they told me Airtel Live services has become paid .how can any service become paid with out intimating about.





                                  I have logged many complaints to airtel. Customer care call guys call and just tell we can’t do anything in this.



                                  I have logged 3 complaints + 1 email to Mumbai head office but no one is listening to my view.

                                  I am currently using Airtel mobile ([protected]). I have subscribed for joke subscription using Airtel live option. So the cost for the same is Rs.7 per week. But i am not getting any joke alerts what so ever after subscription. But Rs.7 is being deducted every week. I have repeatedly called the customer care for unsubscribing the joke subscription but I never get any response from the customer care.
                                  I had similar problem with Airtel. In January 2008, I requested them to activate the GPRS facility to surf the net. I was not satisfied with the speed, so I got broadband connection at home and One week after activation of GPRS I sent them request to deactivate the GPRS facility. I got SMS that the service has been deactivated.

                                  I was not receiving the physical bills due to some problems, so I was keep on paying the bills as they asked, by assuming there is nothing fake. In the month of March 2008, I noticed that I did not use my phone too much but the bill amount was too high, Then I logged into there website and noticed that they were still charging me 499 per month for GPRS.

                                  I called them lot of times sent emails to their nodal officers too, but there customer care agents were dropping the calls after listening to my problem and there was no response from nodal officers. Finally in the month of June-July 2008, I became too harsh with them. After the fight with them, my billing was stopped. From Feb to June, I paid 2500 + taxes to them for the service which I never used. Anyway, I received some money back from them, but I did not verified whether I got full or partial. Atleast they stopped charging me further.

                                  My suggestion, don't activate GPRS facility.

                                  On 31.07.2008 and 02.08.2008 I received some unsolicited SMS from Airtel Live stating that if interested I can download the stipulated messages for which cost will be deducted from my account. After reading the messages I deleted them as I was not interested.

                                  To my shock and surprise I found that Rs.50/(Rupees Fifty only) & Rs.99/-(Rupees Ninety nine only) were deducted on the above mentioned two dates even without downloading the messages. In this regard, when I contacted the Customer Care Office at Palayamkottai, they also had confirmed after verifying with their records that there was no downloading of the said messages’s contents, but they cannot help me out in giving credit of the unauthorized deduction and they advised me to approach the head office. Hence this letter.

                                  Please note that I have read the incoming message only and not downloaded anything as given in the messages. Please ensure that I am given credit of 149/-(Rupees One hundred and forty nine only) unauthorized deduction from my account for no fault of mine.

                                  If I am not given credit of the same, I will be constrained to approach appropriate authorities to sort out the issue.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My Airtel number is [protected], I have taken this new number along with the blacberry mode 8520 just for the use of blackberry under the plan 299 monthly, The prepaid balance during the last month went below 300 and after that my blackberry service has not been activated back.
                                    I have made regular complaints to Airtel and they always play the blame game and blame it to the blacberry services in India. Airtel is asking me to switch over to post paid, with the normal offers wherein the monthly expenses goes more than 500 per month. Why should we switch to the postpaid and pay more for no fault of ours. Its Airtels fault of not been able to provide the service and they should compensate the same.
                                    Hope this complain tightens the screws of the top management in Airtel and solve our problem.

                                    I use Airtel Broadband connection since an year now with bill plan 599/-.
                                    My usage varies from zero to low.

                                    My bill every month comes out at Rs. 723(599 + taxes)

                                    This month they have sent me a bill of an outrageous amount of Rs 3645. I have rarely used my connection.

                                    On calling customer care, they say they will check with their technical details and that it must have been my usage which is ridiculous.

                                    I had taken Airtel Postpaid connection in Aug 08 and because of all the network problems I decide to shift to Prepaid. Had submitted the forms on 4th of June 09. I was told that by 6th June 09 number would be functional. Its 16th of June 09 and still no proceedings.

                                    I have tried calling 121 with no solutions. I had logged a complaint No is [protected] – to some one named Sujata (Escalation Exec). This complaint had SLA of 9 hours after which it was closed with out a solution given to me. I came to know after wards that I was given a solution from them to Visit ARC – Fort (Mumbai). Well is it a solution I doubt.

                                    The nodal officers numbers given on website are of no use as no one picks the call or the number is too busy to be answered. The email id given when I had mailed at that I got an error Disk Quota Exceeded for this Inbox.

                                    Also Below are the emails written to [protected]@airtelindia.com and their replies. The two reference nos.[protected] and [protected] haven’t been reverted yet for over a week and it’s written to be reverted with in 24 hours? Now that’s the service given by Airtel.

                                    I am so frustrated with Airtel customer service. I have moved to Gurgaon from bangalore. I have made repeated requests to Airtel for deactivation of my blackberry service plan from my bangalore no. [protected]. First request made by me was on August 26th. 22 DAYs over and i still continue to get msgs from them that they are working on my request and i continue to pay for the service which i am not using.

                                    Even i bought a BB curve 8520 5 days back to use BB services. The airtel guy said that your internet services are way better than other providers. I chose the prepaid plan as I have not much of outgoing expenses.

I switched over to airtel from idea just because i've heard ur services are better.

                                    20 days back i have activated blackberry email service on my blackerry 8520.My blackberry is airtel locked original phone bought from the mobile store in Hyderabad 3 months back. I selected Rs. 299 unlimited email plan and after selecting the plan instantly Rs. 299 was deducted from my prepaid account. When i called up the call centre for activation they told it will take 24 hours to activate and it will activate automatically. The next day the mail service did not work and I called up the call centre again. They asked me a to do a procedure for registration of handsetand I did that procedure on my handset Still my blackberry emails did not work. They said they will escalate the matter to the higher authority on a priority basis.

                                    Everytime when I call up customer care people say they have issues with the prepaid server or handset is not getting registered.

                                    This week when I called up the call centre and asked again they said that my blackberry is not getting registered with them due to technical problems that is the reason I was not able to receive any mails on my blackberry.

                                    I am fed up with calling call centres everytime. Deducting amount and not providing the service is cheating. Airtel is making money on the cost of customers.
                                    I bought a BlackBerry curve 8900 last month nd was using Idea initially but as Airtel offers BB services in prepaid also I switched over to Airtel prepaid nd from last 1 week I've registered for the BB service plan of 299 but cant access the personal mails nd not even the BlackBerry messenger...Now, even the customer care people arent connecting me to the executive...Airtel really cheats alot...for them money is more than the customer's satisfaction...
                                    I totally agree with these people and these are the same reply which they give every time.. i bought my new airtel prepaid on 29th Jan, i applied for my blackberry Rs.299 plan on the same day itself, first i had issues with the plan selection, i was not able to select the plan, when i called them they blamed me for not doing it properly. After tht i selected the plan with the same way then they deducted my balance immediately that is 30th, since then i am waiting for my services to get activated. and every time i call the service centre thay make me do those stupid steps of taking the sim out n restarting(which doesnt solve the problem coz, the services arent started from them ) and then finalyy they come up with a promotional offer to migrate to a postpaid connection. They always tell me to wait for 48hrs and then my problem will be solved..

                                    I am a prepaid airtel customer [protected] and i have applied for prepaid monthly blackberry plan 299 since december. In month of Feb, for reasons best known to airtel (they claim it is insufficient balance) my connection was cut off on feb 21 and since then i have been harassed by airtel customer service executives putting me on hold for long time and giving evasive replies, rude personnel at airtel customer service centers (lower parel mumbai) and simply no solution to matter even though complaints are made to nodal officer, apellate etc. I have now written to DoT wiht complaint. It is 10 days now and still there is no solution, instead rude people at customer service are forcing me to shift to postpaid because of which my billing will increase substantially. I dont want to go to postpaid. I prefer prepaid and when i say this they treat me like im a beggar and shoo me away. There is simply no responsible reply frmo airtel executives and i am now even going to lodge complaint with consumer redressal forum.
                                    What is worse is that while it is clear that it is a widespread problem at their end, they are going on and on asking me inane questions such as "where did you notice the problem" (their own executives are confirming that it is a pan - india problem) and "did you check your handset" (their own executives confirm that it is a problem at their end) and "did you check your sim in another handset, etc.

                                    Rubbish... its just a ruse to buy time. other than that they have no intentino of clearing the problem. I have written to consumer redressal forum and DoT, let us see what happens. I am also trying to find someone with contacts in DoT, if there is anyone pls let me know.

                                    I wanted to take Rs. 899 internet plan for my Blackberry phone. As soon as I send the sms for the activation of this plan my money got deducted from my balance .I send the sms for activation of internet plan on 19 february 2010 and today is 14 march 2010 and til this date my internet plan has not started .                                     Very sad to say that until this day[protected], this black Berry internet plan has not been activated by AIR Tel. The amount of Rs 399 stands deducted.
                                    Normally this takes only 24 hours to activate a plan of this kind.
                                    Request you to kindly take this up with AIR TEL , BANGALORE.

                                    Even after making complaint to 121 / 7070 / 198 there is no solution. If Airtel, Oldest Cell Company, is not technical competent enough to provide Blackberry Services they should not accept it in first place.

                                    I have had a nightmare as I ported my number to you as I was told that your service and network is good. While I agree that your network is good but I must say I have had terrible customer service from your customer care advisors. I select language English on IVR I get connected to an advisor who refuses to speak in English and asks me to speak in Hindi only.

                                    I called 3 times to your customer care and the advisors are asking me to call 7070 and when I call that number it gives me a response that I am not registered and hence not authorized to call that number so please call 121.
                                    I spoke to Mansia one of your advisors this morning who was rude and said he can’t help me so I asked for supervisor but he refused to give me a supervisor. He too was telling me to call 7070 and I tried explaining that I tried calling that number and I told him what response I am getting but he was not willing to listen and said that this is the number we give customer’s, I can’t help you any further.

                                    Where do I go from here? I came to Airtel due to poor Network and Service from BPL and I think I have made a mistake. Please revert back failing to which I will have to port out my number from you as I can’t accept a regular service on a Blackberry.

                                    Though I newer activated any service on my cell phone even then I was getting some SHAYARI sms automatically for last few months. Today morning I received a sms that I have been charged Rs 1.0 for subscribing SHAIRI service while i never subscribed for such service.                                     This is a very disappointing stage that i have called Airtel call centres, and Blackberry customer care, and nobody knows how to activate mms on my number [protected] and my bb handset is bb bold 9900..from last three months im trying to get mms activated but their are so uneducated people that nobody has an answer. This is so disgusting services blackberry had. their is no support for customer.

                                    Blackberry — BLACKBERRY 8520 NOT WORTH

                                    I have purchased blackberry handset 8520 white color from Vijay sales Goregaon (West) on[protected].This particular handset is in warranty period of 18 month.
                                    As your company product has not perform well and giving problem in period of 1 year only. As I was facing lot of trouble to reach your service center located near my residence, because of timing of reporting issue to service center is from 10.30 to 6.30 which get clash to my office timing. As this all service center should open on Sunday so can customer reach there on weekend off. After I drop my office for one day and submit my handset to blackberry center to get issue resolve earliest .As they have found some software issue first and started my handset updated and make me wait there for 30 min all most. After that updating also same issue occurred in front of them so they have inform me that this must be hardware issue so you need to submit your handset for 10 working days. And we will call you once it will get resolve. As I have submit my handset on 7th may 2012 after that I was trying to call at service center repeatedly but as number mention on customer unit receipt is switch off and engaged and email-id is getting bounce. So again I have to visit there personally and I try to collect information about my handset, they have informed me that we will call you on the same. As on 16th may I received call from service center that your handset will get repair but for that you need to pay us 7200Rs which is I hope not the current market value of this handset correct me if I am wrong.
                                    So I am completely harassed with this problem occurred with my handset and all this trouble face to get it resolve. And lastly I mantel y disturbed so much after I come to know that I have to pay Rs7200 to get this issue resolve. As it has been just 1 year of purchasing this handset worth Rs9790.
                                    Due to handset is tampered it will not cover in warrenty as i recived tis responce.But still i dont understand how can such big brand handset hardwear get failed in year of period.
                                    I have recharged my blackberry 9530 storm with the 100 rs weekly Internet pack. 1 day ago.

                                    rs100 has been deducted from my main balance and it also says that 100 rs Internet has been started on your device...

                                    whenever i try to open the browser it says your device does not have any browser configuration service book entries.

                                    i have contacted 7070 but they never answer the call only answering machine.
                                    please help, i too feel as if i have been cheated.

                                    I have the same problem. I activated Rs129 BB plan. I got the confirmation message, however, my plan was never activated and I kept calling their customer services to either refund the amount or activate the service. But, nothing was done and definitely their customer service is the most useless customer service i have ever seen.. After 5-7 days of continuous trauma their customer service gave me they tell me that your balance was not deducted so we cant refund anything, proving me to be a liar. Later, I again tried to activate the service today (11/29/12), again the balance was deducted and guess what again the service was not activated and their dumbass customer service reps tell me that again "we have forwarded your request" kindly wait for 24 hours...so which again proves that they are good for nothing. Airtel is ripping off its customers they are bloody THIEVES!!! I am going to lodge a formal complaint against Airtel in TRAI and Consumer court. AIRTEL owes me compensation!!!
