Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for Airtel broadband internet connection on 23rd november 2009 and paid Rs. 1800. The application number is SEF No. CH 955709.
The person to whom I paid the amount is Mr. Raymond (SO Code:SD 2103006, Mob:[protected],[protected]). He told that within 7 days I would receive the connection. After ten days had passed, I called him and asked about the connection. He told that there was some technical issue like the port was full and asked me to wait for another 1 week. After that time, I called again and he told the same thing, and this repeated for nearly 1 month. I was mentally frustrated. Then I called him and asked him to cancel the connection and refund my money. He asked me to contact customer care.
Then I called Airtel Broadband Customer Care and asked them to cancel my connection. They gave me a request number[protected] and told me that I would get my amount by cheque through courier by 28th december 2009. But I didn't receive the cheque. I waited till 5th january 2010, then called again to airtel broadband customer care. But They gave me a new request no[protected] and asked me to wait for another five days. I don't understand why they gave new req no, because when they gave first req number, they told that my application was cancelled and the refund was in progress. Whenever I call, they are giving request numbers only.
I am not blaming airtel as a whole. But I don't know why they are doing like this. By believing them only we are paying the amount. For the past one and half months i'm calling them often. My time, energy and money for calling them each and every time are wasted.
I request you to kindly do the needful.

Internet Connection — Not received the new internet connection

i have applied for new broadband connection on April 10 2009, through BSNL shoppe, @ chromepet. And they promissed that they will give connection within 10 days. I have received the land line connection after 40 days only, but i didn't get the internet connection till now and there is no response from chromepet exchange, they are failed to keep there words . And even the land line is also not working (Noisy, handset heat) after a week of installation. kindly organize to solve this pending issue before tomorrow.

    Hi

    I am an Airtel prepaid customer (number[protected] and have been hopelessly stuck with a problem with my tariff plan since 17th of December.

    Based on Airtel's offers I had recharged with Rs 77 on two occassions.
    1. Recharged with Rs 77 on 17th September 2009 - which would give a talk time of Rs. 10 and change the calling rates to 50p/60p for 3 months.
    2. Recharged with Rs.77 on 19th October 2009 - which would give a talk time of Rs. 77 and change the calling rates to 50p/60p for one year (not 3 months).

    I have messages from Airtel confirming the recharges.

    I had noticed that I am being overcharged for my calls and had raised a complaint on the 23rd of December 2009. I was incorrectly told that the plan was only for 3 months and I will have to recharge with Rs 36 to continue on my plan. I had corrected the person calling back, that there was a separate recharge for Rs 77 (Point No.2 in the previous paragraph) on the 19th of October 2009 which should have extended the tariff validity to one year (not 3 months). Since then I had raised several other complaints.

    I have since lost my mind trying to keep track of the complaint numbers that the Airtel Staff have been giving me. I have spent several hours with the call-center staff and multiple floor managers, but no one seems to have a clue about the problem. The floor managers seem to understand the state of the technical glitch, but fail to convey this to the Technical Department in the correct manner. As a result, the problem gets closed and my Tariff Plan does not get changed. What is most annoying, is that I don't get a call-back from Airtel informing me of the call status - I have had to call back on almost every occasion to find out the status and when I do, the floor manager attending to me tells me that my plan is valid for only 3 months and I will have to make a plan change once again. Every time it goes back to square one and I have to start ALL over again explain what has happened.

    I had even emailed [protected]@airtelindia.com regarding this and promptly received an acknowledgement saying that I would receive a response within 24 hours. It has been 3 days and I still have not received a response.

    I once again called the customer care and found my way to an arrogant floor supervisor who told me that the second recharge will not be valid as this is some "special recharge" that cannot be applied over another "special recharge" which is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! If one cannot be applied over another, then that should have been clearly specified when Airtel sends out broadcasts and not in a situation where customers end up finding out much later on.

    Someone from Airtel please validate if this is true.

    It has been 9 days and 2 days since Mr. Vinaj Chugh and Mr. Pankaj from Airtel's customer service team have responded, but there has been no attempt to communicate with me from their side. I have also sent my contact details to Mr. Pankaj as requested by him, but nothing has happenned as yet.

      Airtel disconnected Mob. no.[protected],-USB Modem- with no intimation to customer although my mob.no.appears on appl.form!! Not used to treatment like this,coming from Germany!! Airtel should have courtesy to call customer i[censored] have difficulty in address confirmation! Loss of Rs.79 plus my free time and transport costs from Kovalam to Trivandrum - Pattom showroom -
      Out of sheer courtesy expect AIRTEL to give 1 month free connection!!

      airtel internet services — Internet not working - Nobody taking action

      I have Internet services (GPRS) from Airtel. It is not working from past 2 months. I have logged the complaint 2 months back but there is no action taken yet. Also I am being charged for it every month. On calling customer care they hung up call or give false commitment to call back for resolution. Even the higher department is not satisfactory when called. Also they are quite rude on calls.
      We should take some action against these companies to avoid such problems in future.

I would like to inform you that past more than one year we are facing lot of network problem in our area (Chennai ¿ 600055 and also near by areas) only for Airtel. Also we are given lot of compliance through customer care but there is no any response.

        Voluntarily I can help to Airtel for any study or site field visit. Just imagine 6 months back Vodafone and Aircel tower has been placed in our area. After that lot o[censored]sers from Airtel changed their numbers to Vodafone and some people to Aircel. I don¿t want to change my number. My number and my brothers number everything in RELIANCE and HCL CUG numbers. We are working in this well concerned. So only we like ¿Airtel¿ because of Airtel also well concerned.

        Airtel is the No 1 in telecommunication then why you are loosing lot of connections in the main area in one of the Chennai city.

        I am waiting for your immediate response. I can be coordinate support to Airtel to grow up more.

        Airtel — No coverage in the middle of the city

        hi

        iam arvind iam using airtel prepaid. airtel advertises as full signal all over the state (AP) but in hyderabad which is the capital city of AP there is no signal near tank bund.

        i many times booked a complaint against this by calling their customer care but no use.

        earlier vodafone was also in same position but now they have installed new towers on some appartments and vodafone customers are now getting full signal

        but this airtel is daamm shiiit.

        my advice to airtel is to install new towers or else it will loose customers

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          My last employer, Bharti Airtel Services Limited , had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner on October 2009. My PF no is HR/GGN/10693/013169.

          This is January 2010, and I'm yet to receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently stationed out of Hyderabad, and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Delhi RPFC office.

            Airtel — STOP text messages from 5432101

            Hello,

            I am K.Veera Somulu, one of the Airtel customers with Prepaid number [protected].

            I am repeatedly getting text messages from the number from 5432101, surprisingly I could not stop the service inspite of sending a message STOP to the number 5432101.

            I was trying to call customer care for prepaid customers but I was shocked to hear no option where I can talk to customer care team. I am bit disappointed as I felt this situation is like a trap for the customers where they cannot get out.

            Yes even I am a victim to the situvation, some action has to be taken.Has your issue been resolved if so can u mention the steps to be taken to do the same.
            I would say we should deactivate Airtel number ASAP, becuase I am also got pissed of these kind of messages...then the company would relalise what happen when they sale our number to the vendor or may be they have started new service for earning money from vendor.

            We should be together and make step ahead against them

            WE CAN DO IT ...

              Hi ,

              I have lost my Airtel prepaid SIm [protected] during travelling from Taramani to Chennai Central station on [protected] . I have dialed in my number and somebody picked it also . but now there is no answering. I have complained in customercare to block it to avoid any misuse of it. But they are telling that the name and address i am providing is not matching with the data in their database. As it is prepaid i am not bothering about the SIm. But any misuse happend from this number I wont be responsible.

                Hi,
                Recharged recently my family's airtel mobile no.s [protected], [protected],[protected] for Rs.200 each( i.e. Rs. 200 for each mobile number). For all the three numbers i got recharge successful messages. But , the balance is NOT UPDATED in all the three numbers.

                It indicates balance is in some dedicated account which expires in February 07, 2010. For checking balance i have to use *123*4#.


                I want to know why this problem has occurred and what is this dedicated account 4?

                The dealer says this problem is happening to all the other airtel customers recharging in bangalore, tumkur (my Place), etc.

                I request airtel to Please look into the matter

                Thanks for the reply. Still NO person from Airtel has contacted me, As indicated by me in the earlier post, recharge i successful but am unable to have any outgoing call facility from my phone [protected] as the balance indicates 10 paise only.

                the purpose of recharge is lost here.

                Would i have to recharge again?
                What guarantee do i have that the recharge would not go to some other "dedicate account"?

                I have 3 year validity on the number (ends on march 2011.). The 3 year recharge was taken under the impression that i would be free from running around for recharges at awkward times for keeping the number. Of what good is the validity period when i have to go about recharging every month???

                This is the second time that Airtel has misguided me into doing things that cost me more than initially thought. Earlier being conversion of my plans from 50 paise to now (1 re. per call and also 1re for sms.)

                I would obliged if the amount is transferred from the dedicated account to the main balance.

                    I am a Chanel partner for Airtel prepaid since last 10 years in andhrapradesh.last 4 months back i got notice for comercila tax department of andhra pradesh for vat tax. in this notice they are asking me to pay 4% vat tax on suk's,recharge and easy charge it will comes up to 80 lacs tax only. local company people and responding timly. what can i do sir ? am waiting for your possitive reply.

                      Hello i am a dental surgeon (dentist) working at my own dental centre
                      cheema dental implant centre 213 model town jalandhar city punjab , i bought two pre paid airtel numbers for my business [protected] and[protected] , a call from company about verification of name of owner is recieved by me on number[protected] and c all for verification on another number[protected] was recieved by my assistant.
                      2 days after my boyh numbers are disconected and now when i try to call my number the computer gives a tone please check the number.
                      after this i approached prince telocom model town jalandhar from where i purchased these numbers he told me to contact airtel office , i left my office speciaally for these numbers and reached bmc chowk airtel office there i talked to a singh gentelman he told me to go to first desk there was a lady who checked tmy number and told me that these numbers are black listed as you are running more that three airtel prepaid numbers , surprisingly i told that lady that i own only these number except one post paid airtel number [protected] , she talked to his senior on phone that nothing is possible with these numbers talk to your dealer from where you bought these numbers.
                      i told her that if there is some other number on my name let me know because i never bought any prepaid airtel number before except [protected] which is now no more with me i left the number and sim is with me and the number is now working with any one else.
                      she was so rude and the i asked her name and tolh her i will make a complaint of you she told me do whatever you like. Her name is Rajwinder and working at airtel office BMC Chowk jalandhar.
                      so discusting and rude behaviour, gave me mentol agony , my business is stuck due to non working of these numbers.

                      Airtel pre paid mobile service punjab india — my cell phone 9779330030 and 977330034 are disconected widhout any reason

                      Hello i am a dental surgeon (dentist) working at my own dental centre
                      cheema dental implant centre 213 model town jalandhar city punjab , i bought two pre paid airtel numbers for my business [protected] and[protected] , a call from company about verification of name of owner is recieved by me on number[protected] and c all for verification on another number[protected] was recieved by my assistant.
                      2 days after my boyh numbers are disconected and now when i try to call my number the computer gives a tone please check the number.
                      after this i approached prince telocom model town jalandhar from where i purchased these numbers he told me to contact airtel office , i left my office speciaally for these numbers and reached bmc chowk airtel office there i talked to a singh gentelman he told me to go to first desk there was a lady who checked tmy number and told me that these numbers are black listed as you are running more that three airtel prepaid numbers , surprisingly i told that lady that i own only these number except one post paid airtel number [protected] , she talked to his senior on phone that nothing is possible with these numbers talk to your dealer from where you bought these numbers.
                      i told her that if there is some other number on my name let me know because i never bought any prepaid airtel number before except [protected] which is now no more with me i left the number and sim is with me and the number is now working with any one else.
                      she was so rude and the i asked her name and tolh her i will make a complaint of you she told me do whatever you like.
                      so discusting and rude behaviour, gave me mentol agony , my business is stuck due to non working of these numbers.

                      With due to respect i am cusomer of airtel prepaid. my no is [protected]. many serive activate in this number without my permission. finally i call to customer care many time & told him/her to drop my service & in further no service activate on this number without any permision. but last few days daily activate service (Rs1 Per day)form airtel company. finlly i take the decision i put this case in cusomer court.KIndly solve my problem to avoid harsment both side.

                        i have airtel prepaid connection on my nokia5800 mobile.i can activated gprs on my mobile.i can subscribe Rs,95% rate cutter also.my rate cutter have 50mb to browse free & validity ends in 31 january.still i have 20 days to go end validity & 50 mb avail browse freely.
                        but they reduce my amount on my account for the past 5 days.they autometically reduce amount & free space on my account.i have 20 days to validity expire & 50 mb space to browse freely.but why they reduce amount & free space on my account.
                        i can formate my memory card & hard reset my mobile number of times.but still problem aqquires.
                        i can contact airtel customer care.but thuey dont know why this happend.plz help me
                        In Airtel 2G Services thay blame people. I Recharged 8 Rs Card for 50 MB Usage. I Finished up 42 MB Remaining 8 MB only available. Now I going to Click 10MB File Means They Took Amount for 2MB before 8MB Loaded. for example i will Search in Google and If Click any Site how can i know link is 8MB 0r 10 MB. So They Blame Everyone. be alert people.

                          Airtel one of the leading telecom provider is literally cheating . I do not regret to use the word "cheat" because this is not happening just for me but for many people out their and with many of my colleagues.

                          The story goes like this :

                          Even though my friends warned me again airtel wrong commitments , it trusted Airtel brand name and applied for a new airtel connection , after inquiring in the near by airtel relationship center , I was informed that there is no feasibility in my street .

                          How ever I received a call from the agent names Shivanna from Sri Adhithya Sai Associates who's office in Basavngudi . He came to my house checked the feasibility and mentioned that he can pull out a line from corresponding street . I gave a check of 5000 the next day[07/10/2009 ref : TBLR0034112] . And the agent just dissapeared.

                          After 3 weeks when I called airtel they mentioned that there is no feasibility[What the crap ?] and mentioned that I will get my check back in two weeks.

                          After two weeks I called and gave a complaint[ref : 26463574] , I got a response saying that I will get it with in 45 days .

                          I waited for 45 days with patience and called after that and logged another complaint [ref : 27686156] , I got a response saying that I will get it in 7 days and todays date is 11/1/2010 and its almost 3 months .

                          May be this is cheap tricks of the the sales people to increase their figures . But its really irritating and I am not alone , here are few similar threads :

                          How ever it is strange to see that Airtel customer service team is unable to retrieve my details, even after providing the application number and complaint numbers in this post .

                          Airtel Broadband — Amount Not Returned

                          I have Applied for Airtel Broadband Internet Connection at Nizampet Road,Kukatpally,Hyderabad.

                          They Took Advance From Me saying Installation will be Done Free if Paid 1 Month Rental In Advance.
                          I have Paid the Amount But Installation Has not BGeen Done,saying there Is no Fesability.

                          I have Asked them to Return the Money back In June 2011 But till date I have Not Recieved any Cheque From them.
                          When I Complained to Customer Care the Said that their Systems Are Getting Upgraded and will get the Payment soon.I dont Understand When They will Pay,Its Nearly three Months.

                            Below is the detailed complaint i have regarding Airtel. I am feeling like i am getting to much harassed by Airtel People. Customer Care don;t listen and work. Sales Guy don;t work the way customer want.

                            This seems to me that I am talking to some wall or something. I am not getting any reply or seeing any action.

                            Does Airtel works like this? I got much better services in NCR Delhi/Gurgaon.

                            Here In Bangalore, I am facing so many issues to just get internet connection. I am surprised that None of your Call Center Guy & Sales Guy even understand the customer needs. They work in their own way as that suits them without bothering about customer.

                            Please take appropriate action against all the responsible person, I have person names & contact number who all are dealing this issue.

                            I have applied for change in ownership for landline connection (Phone Number – [protected] in my name – Ajeet Singh Sachan) around 20 days back. And also requested for adding additional services (broad-band) with that connection.

                            We got reply that, once your ownership request would be processed you would be able to change your plan.

                            Surprisingly My plan has been updated and bill has been started without enabling the service (broad-band). Also adding to surprise we didn’t receive any confirmation call from customer care for appropriate service got installed on given location.

                            We have made call to Call center various times and every time we received the different response by each one even after providing reference number (REF Number[protected].

                            Hence my request to you is please acknowledge the complain and take action against those who are responsible for this.

                              We were allotted Fifteen Post Paid CUG connections (AirTel A/c.No.[protected] by Airtel having Mobile No. [protected] To [protected] wef.[protected] and it is in our use. We are making their payments in time against their bills.

                              Our complaint is that M/s.Airtel has allotted 3 numbers ([protected], [protected] and [protected]) from the above lot to some of their other customers without our knowledge. Due to this we have lost the sequence numbers of our CUG.

                                Sir,

                                I have airtel digital TV set top box . But there is a problem from last 4 months that unvisibility of channels like star maza,mi marathi,zoom,9x,star channels,etc.

                                I have complainted to customer service numbers, but still action not taken.Hence slill i have not recharged my set top box.

                                I was away in Europe for a few weeks and coming home I found that most channels are not viewable and the connection is breaking up all the time. I sent the HELP Sms and got a call but could not hear the person who called and when I called back did not pick up. Their call centre tells you to wait but the call drops all the time and so you cannot register your complaint. I eventually got a call from their Customer service after sending an email and they accepted that they are facing connection difficulties but after some improvement the situation is the same again. I am seriously considering changing service providers. Maurice Thomas

                                  I had taken a new airtel connection in Orissa in july '09 giving my address and id proof along with self attested photograph.the form was filled and all documents attached by the franchisee in my presence. Now after over 6 months I have come to know from the customer care that my number [protected] has been issued in some other persons name. The greatest problem is that my id and documents has been used to give connection to some other person, which as a matter of fact cannot be confirmed because the customer care is not giving me any details whatsoever about it. I am in a total fix, as i am using a number not with my id and someone else might be using my name for wrong,illegal things. The airtel customer care is not ready to give me details if any connection is being used on my name.

                                  i want to get id proof of all airtel prepaid users for kind some information so how can i get it please help me...
                                  Even I have the same problem as stated above. The number which I had purchased was under my name. for few months the number was not in use & again I started using the number. The number is still in use, but Last year i got to know that the documents attached to the number which i'm using is not mine. so the number is not under my name. Someone else has been using my documents for a different number. How can this happen? I had to face lot of problem becase of this & even now the number is not in my name. IFf anyone can fix this issue from airtel please post the airtel E-mail ID so that i can contact you reagrding the same. This has given me a very bad experiance with airtel.

                                    I, Prashant Verma, Managing Director of Shivalik Institute of Management & Technology, Saharanpur, wants to complaint about the network of Airtel. Actually our college campus is new which is statrting from 20 august 2014 and the institute is situated only from 8 Km from the city but in that area airtel network is not available means there is zero network of airtel. As the college is new & about to start from this session, hundreds of student will study in the college and many staff members are also there so in this respect we need a good network coverage as well as internet connection is also required. we have contact to local airtel office many times but they said they are not able to give support so i need you to please look into the matter and kindly resolve it as soon as possible. we will be very thank full to you.

I GAVE A REQUEST TO AIRTEL, AT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER TO CONVERT THE SAME NUMBER TO PRE PAID. AT THE CENTER I WAS REQUESTED TO FILL IN THE NECESSARY FORMS TO COMPLY WITH THEIR RULES.HENCE I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL THE FORMS DULY FILLED WITH THE RELATION SHIP OFFICERS AND PROVIDED MY ELECTION CARD AS PHOTO IDENTY AND ADDRESS PROOF AS IS REQUIRED BY AIRTEL.

                                      AFTER TWO DAYS I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE AIRTEL RELATION SHIP OFFICER MR . ROHIL WHOSE TELEPHONE N0. IS [protected] ON MOSQUE ROAD FRASER TOWN BANGALORE WHERE I SUBMIITED THE FORMS, STATING THIAT I HAVE TO PAY THE ENTIRE OUTSTANDING ON MY POST PAID NUMBER [protected] TO WHICH I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AN PAID THE ENTIRE DUE OF RS. 1200/-

                                      TWO DAYS AFTER THIS MY PHONE WENT DEAD WITH OUT ANY INFORMATION FROM AIRTEL
                                      FROM WHICH I REALISED I MAY HAVE BEEN MIGRATED HENCE I MIGRATED TO A PRE PAID CHARGED MY PHONE AND STARTED USING THE PHONE AS A PRE PAID CUSTOMER WITH THE SAME NO. [protected]
                                      AFTER ABOUT 4 TO 5 DAYS SUDDENLY MY OUT GOING WAS BARRED. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL AND WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD NOT SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS.
                                      IWENT BACK TO THE RELATION SHIP OFFICE, QUESTIONED THEM REGARDING THIS AND RE SUBMITTED THE FORMS THIS TIME MR. SAJID TOOK THE FORMS AND SAID THAT HE WOULD DO THE NEED FUL
                                      AFTER THIS MY INCOMING WAS RELEASED
                                      AGAIN ON THE 12 OF DECEMBER BOTH MY IN COMING AND OUT GOING WERE BARRED WITHOUT INFORMATION FROM AIRTEL. ON CALLING CUSTOMER CARE TYEY TOLD ME THAT THE DOCUMENTS WERE NOT RECEIVED.
                                      I WENT BACK TO THE RELATION SHIP OFFICER MR. WAJID RE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS. WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE FORMS WERE SUBMITTED AND AGAIN RE SUBMITTED THE FORMS WITH THE ELECTION CARD XEROX COPY .HE GAVE ME A STAMPED COUNTER FOIL ON WHICH HE HAS WRITTEN THAT (THIS CUSTOMER HAS SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS THREE TIMES).
                                      ON THE 12 TH OF DEC I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE TO MR. SHIVAKUMAR SUPERVISOR WHO TOLD ME THAT THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS AND SENT FOR VERIFICATION. SINCE THE VERICIFICATION DEP'T COULD NOT FIND THE PLACE HENCE IT WAS BARRED. (I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER AIRTEL NO. OF THE SAME ADRESS IN MY WIFES NAME WHICH IS WORKING FINE YOU CAN DRAW YOUR CONCLUSIONS REGARDING VERIFICATION) THIS CONVERSATION WITH MR. SHIVAKUMAR IS RECORDED BY ME AS PROOF TO SHOW THAT AIRTEL HAS RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS.

                                      A LITTELE WHILE LATER I CALLED AIRTEL AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE SENIOR WHEN MRS> PRATIMA FLOOR SUPERVISOR COME ONLIN AND SAID THAT i HAD NOT SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS
                                      (I HAVE ALSO RECORDED THIS CONVERSATION)

                                      BY EVENING MY NUMBER [protected] WAS FINE BOTH IN COMMING AND OUT GOING WERE RELEASED
                                      SICE THIS WAS STRANGE I CALLED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE SENIOR THIS IS WHEN MR. DINESH FLOOR MANAGER CAME ON LINE MY SPECEFIC QUESTION TO HIM WAS HOW MY MOBILE NO. [protected] IS FINE NOW AND THAT I WANT A PERMENANT RESOLUTION
                                      TO THIS. MR. DINESH TOOK SOME TIME VERIFIED EVERY THING AND TOLD ME THAD THAT THERE HAD BEEN A PROBLEM WITH THE VERIFICATION DEPATMENT AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND I WILL HAVE NO BREAK IN SERVICE FROM AIRTEL IN FUTURE. HE FURTHER TOLD ME THAT AIRTEL APOLIGISES TO ME FOR THE IN CONVENIENCE CAUSED AND WOULD ALSO GO AHEAD AND INVESTIGATE THIS BLUNDER AND TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAIN THOSE INVOLVED IN INCONVENIENCING ME EVEN TO THE LEVEL OF SUSPENSION IN THE VERIFICATION DEPT.
                                      HE ALSO SAID THAD HE WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY TO CONFIRM THAT ALL IS WELL(THIS CONVERSITATION IS ALSO RECOREDE BY ME)

                                      SURELY ON THE 14 HE CALLED ME TO CONFIRM TO ME THAT ALL IS WELL AND I WILL HAVE NO BREAK IN SERVICE IN FUTURE.


                                      ON THE 5TH OF JAN 2010 WHEN I WENT TO GOA MY MOBILE PHONE STARTED SHOWING SIM NOT REGISTERED

                                      ON CALLING AIRTEL I GOT THE MESSAGE THAT MY NUMBER IS IN RECYCLE FOR NON SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS.

                                      I WANT MY NO. [protected] BACK


                                      1. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS 3 TIMES RELATION SHIP OFFICE OF AIRTEL IS WITH ME IN THIS THEY HAVE SHOWN ME PROOF THAT THEY HAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS. MR. ROHIT AND MR SAJID RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS WILL CONFIRM THIS I HAVE ALSO MADE SAJID SPEAK TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FROM AIRTEL RELATION SHIP OFFICE IN MY PRESENCE

                                      2. DISCREPENCIES IN CUSTOMER CARE MR SHIVAKUMER CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS AND SENDING SOME ONE FOR VERIFECATION AND MINUTES LATER MSS. PRATIMA SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS

                                      3. MR. DINESH FLOOR MANAGER OF AIRTEL COUSTOMER CARE CONFIRM THAT ALL ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AND THAT I WILL HAVE NO BREAK IN SERVICE AND APOLOGISING ON BEHALF OF AIRTEL.

                                      4. ON THE 4TH NIGHT MY NO. GOING INTO RECYCLE

                                      PLEASE GET MY NUMBER BACK.THIS BEING MY BUSINESS NO. AND ALL MY CLIENTS HAVING THIS NO. IT IS OF GREAT INCONVENIENCE TO THEM.

These are the biggest crooks with highly inefficient service. I even wrote to Sunil Mittal'e id but that also was responded by one of the call center guys, as usual, without any meaningful response but a mere copy paste. This company is going to be see bad times very soon.
