This is with reference to the telecon i had with Mr.Saravanan, in customer care, regarding my internet connection.
My internet connection has been disconnected due to non payment, the payment due was been due to the misplacement of the cheque, given by me for the month of September or October , there was no track record for the cheque, which was given by me, and due to this, my internet connection was been disconnected often and where i was in a state to give all the details of the cheque , whenever my internet connection is getting disconnected, which created huge mental agony to me for more than 20 days i was been put into this mental agony, finally, Since, I was not able to take this torture,I have registered a complaint regarding to this and by the end of the month the cheque was been found and was been presented in the bank , when there was no fund.
Due to this incidence, the payment record of mine is highlighting with the pending amount ,for the bounced cheque, which i was ready to do the payment and when the collection centre called up , i told them to take the payment either after 9.p.m on weekdays or morninghours on sundays.
But, so far no one has turned up and my net connection was been disconnected, no where i am responsible to take this inconvenience, so, i requested MR.Saravanan to through my connection and do the necessity to take the payment from my side, the response received by me as a customer, is no way ethical.

SO, I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO DISCONNECT MY BROADBAND CONNECTION, DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. BEING A HUGE ORGANISATION, IT IS IN THE HANDS OF AIRTEL TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER RESPONSE

Airtel Broadband — poor customer support and poor response
I got new Airtel Broadband connection a month back, with the plan of Rupees 750 unlimited and with 50 free calls. And i got that months bill saying Rupees 799 unlimited and no free calls. Seeing this i called the customer care and complained about the plan on 31st may 2008 (complaint number[protected]. the customer executives said they will look after the complaint and you will get call within two days. But i did not get any call regarding my complaints, so i called them today[protected]to check the status and they said we already called you and solved the problem. but i didnt get any call and i did not get any response. I said to the customer executive officers that "you people mentioned one plan before giving the connection and you changed the plan without giving any prior notice if you gonna continue the same 750 plan i will continue with the plan or else you please cut the connection". the person who is responsible for this please take action..
