I have bought airtel broadband 2 month back & already facing issue with dish signal. After logging 2 complaints, all closed without any technician reaching my place, I logged a complaint for wrong closure & then, a fourth for no complaint on my previous 2 complaints. I am working with airtel pvt ltd under franchises sree Krishna agencies since 21.01.2009 as collection executive in chennai.this is airtel collection center he processing icici, Vodafone also, where we dont have hr department who can solve our salary issues.

De barring the facility without any information

We, a corporate company has 21 AirTel mobile connnections, landline and leased line connection for our Internet purposes. We use to receive the mobile phone bills only after the due to of payment and the same has been informed several time and request them to waive the late payment charges but nothing has happened, instead, AirTel has de barred some facilities without giving any communication and Information.

Network Problem not solved out

I got a Airtel GPRS connection on 31st Oct-09 (Mobile Office - monthly plan - Rs. 500). After 4 days of good network availability, suddenly my Airtel GPRS connectivity started facing network problems. I am from Sector - 13, UE, Karnal, Haryana - 132001. I am using handset - Sony Ericsson W300i.

cnn and bbc channels blocked

my airteldigitaltv id[protected] with a balance of Rs.870/= as on date.
The 'english news plus rs.35' ( CNN AND BBC channels) were blocked. Calling the customer care no. has gone waste. Simply the recorded version of instruction is going on repeated again and again for so many times in no.[protected] and nobody is coming on the line even you press 1 ,2,3,4 and so on. Sending sms message is also another headache. Whatever...

SECURITY REASONS

Dear sir/mam
I want to bring it to your notice that someone could take ut my call details without my permission. I am shocked.What's the secirity of a customer in your company. ACTIVATION OF SIM

I am Raghu Gantasala. I have bought SIM 4 years back. At that time they didn't ask any address proof for SIM activation. So I have't submit any address proof.

Recently 3 weaks back Airtel people suddenly stopped my services incoming an outgoing with out intimation. They say's that to submit address proof.

I went to Airtel office and submitted address proff 2 TIMES. But they did't activate...

unsolicited sim messages

Please refund 3 rupee per message for all the unsolicited sim messages you have sent out, which has depleted my credit. I am most annoyed about this. I was in credit for several hundred rupees, when I went to use my phone today there was only 30 rupees left in credit. I have not used my phone for some time.
Also do not send any more messages.

Please see below communications which I have been having with Airtel DTH on my new connections purchased on 25th October 2009.

I am now sure, that i didnot purchase DTH connection, but I paid money for buying harrassment from Airtel.

IMEI Number

I am having prepaid Life time free incoming calls Sim card connected to Nokia 1200c handset. It is a branded handset running under warranty period. I have recieved two time SMS from airtel stating that my handset IMEI number is invalid. My mobile Number is [protected]. I have shown the handset to nokia service centre and airtel franchisee service provider also. They also shocked about airtel SMS. I think this is only to grab money from us....

Airtel poor connectivity from Sanjivani Tower at Naval Base, Kochi

I am staying in Naval Base, Kochi and I have two airtel connections (one post paid and one pre paid). Interrupted service because of backend wrong package selection.

My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is [protected]. I had logged a complain no 1439718 regarding all my services has been blocked on Friday 6th 2:30 PM. When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 32 hours since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet which had to restore by 16:30 today. And mow they are asking for 1...
