Dear Sir,
This is regarding the Mobile connection which my sister was using . Cell no is [protected] which name in the name of my sister But i m the user of it , Bcoz of aome financial Problem , we was unable to Paid the bill of Rs. 1630/- , Today we got the call from Airtel call center Telephone no 67404814 , First Miss Swati was spoken with my sister , there is some misuvderstanding from my sister to who's online but instead of clarfiying the identity miss swati was started using bad language on the name mother & sister , I sister was confuse & she came to know that stranger person was talking with her ,
In some after hot conversation swati was disconnected the phone & again she got the call from same no Mr, Rahul was given a call & he started the abusing language with her , & was saying that we will go to the loyer.
Instead of talk abt settelement of bills they was abuse my sister , Again i was called
on same number Miss Neha was answered the call when I was asked for rahul & swati she said the they both are on conference call , they can't attened the call . she was taking them side , i have call recording of mine & neha's conversation , that she was saying that we will terminate the Rahul , & she was instead of listing to me & she was taking Swati & rahul's side . i was again again telling her that i want to speek with rahul or swati but was totally refused to give the call to them. Collection people are using really bad language with customer its not way to handle the customer.
My sister was very nervous after listing these kind of language.

Subject : Disconnect the Airtel telephone connection
Respected Sir,
We are unable to continue the telephone connection. So kindly you to request to disconnect our telephone connection. Our telephone no is 43237992, Account no. 11978587.
And we are already settle the bills upto month of the may and we sent the letter dated on[protected] to the Airtel office that we have metined that disconnecting the telephone connection.
Recently one person from Airtel has called and told me that I have not paid the bill and if I pay that then disconnection would be approved. I thought I might have used it some days in the billing cycle, so I paid Rs.250 (full amount on that billing cycle), he collected the dated on[protected]. But still even now I am getting the phone calls to pay the bill for further billing cycles. And that person has taken the telephone, modem everything to us.
Please take this complaint as soon as possible
