ON MY SIM SOME BOLLYWOOD SERVICE ARE ACTIVATED.I DONT GIVE U THE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE PROPERLY. WHEN I PUT THE BALANCE IN ON NO. THE MONEY IS DETECTED BY AIRTEL ACTIVATED SERVICE.
THE SERVICE IS NOT STOP BY YOUR "STOP&START" SERVICE. SO PLEASE STOP THE THAT SERVICE FORM MY AIRTEL GSM NO. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    Respected Sir/ Madam,

    i'm Evelyn, working in a private company. For the past 1 week i am geeting annoying calls from [protected].       After all my afforts to stop the Promo. SMS on my phone, From Airtel side it has deactivated the services of my mobile No. [protected].It was a trouble of Billing also, has a GPRS Extra charges.

      Thanks for a nice support.These are the services of Airtel.

      Airtel Mobile — Promotional SMS

      My no [protected] is registered on Airtel DND vide reg. no S[protected] on 04/07/09, then also iam getting promotional sms like AIRTEL DUSHERA DHAMAKA. Till now i have got 12 such sms within 5 days. I have even called there Customer care no 5 times and getting the same reply every time that you will not recieve these sms again, but all in vein.

      I want the company to take immidiate action
      I developed a reflex in recent months when I use my Airtel postpaid connection, if any sms comes I'm sure it is someone who's asking me to buy a flat in cheap rate near NCR, or astology or personal loan etc. etc. If I see a call is coming from a unknown number and on the other side a female voice I become sure of some loan/credit card request and before she could finish I thank and disconnect her.

      I tried Airtel's so called 45 day DND/govt. rule blah.. blah... but nothing worked at all but my reflexes are doing great :-)

        respected sir, i 'm a neurosurgeon and working in a medical college. i have three airtel connection by my name from last five years. i'm depositing my bill regularly. fromm last few monts,my monthly post pauid bill was high as per my expections. i inquired from airtel exchange,yhey said " i have changed my plan that i want to pay for all messages that were free of cot to me for last five years."" after this rubbish explanations, i ytried to convert my post pain connnection to prepaid connection as my number of patients would be suffered otherwise. but your Cheema Chowk branch ,Ludhiana has harased me alot again. their mismanagement ,poor hospitality, ignoranat behaviour has given me a bad experience.kindly take a strict action against this branch so that you donot lose a number of customers

          Sir/Madam,
          This is to inform that am Using Airtel Service since 5 to 6 years.. Based in Nasik.
          Frequently am facing problem in Network Range not avail.

          Am working in VE Commercial Vehicles Limited. There are more than 1000 peoples are using Airtel service.

          Need support to serve better to our customers.

          Air tel Network — Range problame

          My full address is 106/3 Bhai Bandarkar Machimar Vasahat, Capt. P.P.Marg, Badhwar Park, Colaba, Cuffe-pared, Mumbai - 400005. I am stay at sea face area. I am using Airtel sim from August - 2006. Very poor Network in my house. For the talking come out from my house every time. But other network is full in my House. And the same problem is my other freinds. So please solve the problem.

          Airtel Cellular Service — Outgoing calls and Connectivity

          I'm unable to make any outgoiung calls since last 4 days. I'm getting SMS that 90% of services are restored though.
          Why pre-paid custoemrs are notgiven 4-5 days extra validity period if services are down with no fault of consumers but that of service providers itself?

          We are situated in punes best area, M.G.ROAD, WHERE AIRTEL IS NOT ABLE YTO PROVIDE US GOOD COVERGAE, OPPOSITE TO AURORA TOWERS.WE AHEV BEEN STRIVING AHRD SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS TO GET THE COERGAE PROBLEM SOLVED FROM AIRTEL BUT STILL NO PROPER FEEDBACK FROM AIRTEL.WE AHVE AROUND 150 USERS IN OUR PREMISES WHO ARE FED UP WITH THE COVERAGE PROBLEM.WILL SOMEONE PLEASE GUIDE US TO FILE A COMPLAINT AT T.R.A.I(The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of India) WHEWREIN AIRTEL IS NOWHERE CONCERNED IN SOLVING OUR PROBLEMS.NEVER FOUND SUCH A WORST SERVICE.SEMS LIKE AIRTEL WANTS TO SHUT ITS SERVICE IN MAHARASHTRA.VODAFONE SHOULD THINK OF TAKING OVER AIRTEL FOR NETWORK SERVICES.THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR THEM(VODAFONE) TO PITCH WITH THE BEST OF THE SERVICES AND PROVE THEIR METTLE TO AIRTEL.

          Airtel Mobile Service — network problem

          Airtel cellular service — unnecessary charges for IM

          i have been charged for Rs.50 every month towards IM subscription, i have never suscribed for IM, infact i dont know what is IM, i have done complaint to the service provider every month as soon as my Rs.50/- is debited from my A/c.uptil now i have made total 8 complaints (since last 8 months) but they have ignored me.
          please take this issue and do the needfull

          Airtel — No Airtel Service in Nashik

          Iam Hemant Shinde from Nasik & my mobile no is [protected]. Since 8 days, the Municipal Corporation has disconnected the power supply of the towers belonging to Airtel and some other service providers, network has been adversely affected. This is causing connection problems and thereby, loss of connectivity. One wonders whether Airtel officials have approached the Municipal Corporation regarding this issue? ? ?             Dear sir,


            My name is praveen,and i hold airtel prepaid connection,and my no: is [protected] . i have been recieving jokes through SMS everyday from 5432101 . I don't want any message strictly from 5432101 regarding fashion tips ,spicy jokes or any thing else. I am trying to stop this service from many days I spoke to many customer executives on Air tel but no one helped me out to unsubscribe this service. Daily 1Rs. is deducted from my account please help me out to stop this service as soon as possible and get all my balance back.It is very very sad that air tel (Which is considered to be one of the best mobile service provider in India ) is gaining profits in such a pathetic way by tricking their valuable customers ..

              This is in the regard of converting running Airtel connection (i.e.[protected] into CUG connection with the plan of RS. 499/-. We have already taken four CUG connections with the name of Genius Publications. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. We have already made a complaint regarding this many times. I have requested for this on 20th July’09 but we did not get any response from AIRTEL side. This number is still chargeable when we are making call from CUG numbers.
              Mr. Trilok from which we have taken this CUG connection is not giving any response from the last 5 months. He is working in INDIRA BAZAR Airtel Shoppe. Now we would not pay any amount if again it would be chargeable.

              Now please have a look over this matter ASAP.

              Airtel — no response for cug connection from airtel

              i contacted outlet for cug connection from airtel,they are taken my contact no and 2nd day i got a call but i was in a doctor chamber i was not recieved the cal after that nobody was contacted me,but while working i was contacted another outlet in manglore ,i got a reply u should give all the documents to the outlet we r not going to collect it from your office that is not our job.
              it means their is no representatives from airtel.

              Airtel — Convert into CUG

              I want to convert my Airtel number into CUG plan of the company. But an executive of the company informed me that currently they are not converting into CUG plan for an uncertain period, because an employee is not available. whereas the company offers CUG plan. please resolve the matter.

                  I have taken two prepaid mobile nos from Ijaz Ahmad saying that he is an airtel executive from Malad Branch on 22.11.2009 and still on date no card is active.                     Hi,

                    I'm Abdul Rahman Mohammad, Airtel mobile post paid customer since 1.8 Yrs.
                    I'm the victim of Airtel Fraud and lost almost everything except life.

                    This is because,
                    Aitel is not at all bother about the customer security.
                    Customer data and his calling information can very very easily shared to any body at any time by the airtel staff for the sake of some bribe.

                    The most IMP thing:

                    AIRTEL STAFF CAN SHARE CUSTOMER INFO TO ANY BODY AND THERE IS NO TRACE MECHANISM AT AIRTEL TO FIND WHO SHARED CUSTOMER INFO THE UN-AUTHORIZED PERSON.

                    My Case:
                    My Contact details and My billing Address and My Calling Numbers and Call timings ...etc all together with Itemized bill information is shared to other person without my knowledge.

                    I always receive my monthly itemized bill though mail and I got same for the month July.
                    But Another (original bill) copy of the same bill is issued to other person without my knowledge.

                    It is not like he stolen my login and password. As I didn't shared with any body.
                    The other person knows only my number and got my itemized bill printout in his hand.
                    I shocked....!!! .
                    I Called Airtel customer care 121, found an irresponsible answer.
                    The answer is, we don't know how the information shared, may be you shared the password and other than this it is not possible.
                    How can I make them understand that I didn't shared the password as I too didn't remember or keep it, I will get new password every time I login and delete the password sms.
                    He also told strongly that there is no way to trace who login to which number from their staff.

                    The other person proudly boasting and shouting he have such links with airtel that he can grab any body's information at any time if he is an Airtel customer.

                    What a great challenge towards poor Airtel security......!!!!!

                    The only chance is he (the other person) moves very very close with Airtel staff. Im confident that the Airtel staff missused their logins.They got my information through their logins as they authorized and shared it to the other person.

                    Bad luck is Airtel does not have any tracing mechanism to their staff logins. So They can very easily share any information to any body.

                      My friend is using airtel post paid connection for quite long period and he was satisfied with the service but last few months he face issue with the service.His no.([protected]).Whenever someone call him, it is always found out of range or not reachable or directly disconnected .He raised so many complaints regarding the same by calling custumer care executive .But it was not actioned yet.The purpose of having mobile is to reach the person in urgency.But because of this network issue, if he is nearer to the person who is calling him, the caller would get only not reachable voice message.Please action on this as soon as possible

                        My customer ID is[protected], I am really astonish regarding the unprofessional service from Airtel Digital TV, my set top box was dead on 21st November 2009 and I raised a complaint in customer care on 21st November 2009 and my complaint no’s is 1524255,1514820 till today no one has turned up to my house to check what has happened exactly and while calling and calling again and again I am getting non sense answers from customer care that set top box adapter are not in stock, when you all are starting such business firstly you have to take care of customer service and complaints or otherwise stop this business refund customer money so that customer could go to some other excellent and branded (TATA sky, Dish TV etc..) service provider and enjoy whatever he has spend, you all are not suppose to spend our hardened money in advertisement to make false business you can pay lot of money to film stars for your advertisement and you don’t have device to keep in stock , I am really pissed off due to such ill-mannered service and dirty management.

                          my number [protected] was continuosly having serious disorders since its installation jan..2009.Most of the time my net remaind out of order.No body usually picks up local airtel office phone. i have frequently lodged complaints with their local enginers or so as Mr. Tajinder ji and mr. Manveer ji and at 121.Even at the time of installation i had problem with p.c secure.in the end i have to sort out pc secure complaint by paying to private softvare person.even sometimes our complaint was not properly registered.in the month of september2009 . Ihad problem of NET DISCONTINUDE.ALMOST DAILY.MOST OF THR TIME WHEN PHONE WAS ALSO NOT WORKING WE HAVE PROBLEM TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT.AIRTEL PERSONS SHOWED THEIR INABILITY TO DIGNOSE THE PROBLEM.With my repeted requests in sep.2009 and Oct 2009,i requested 121 customer care exicutieves that plz see if you are unable to provide me unintrupted promised quality service then plz cancel my number [protected],AS I GOT THIS NUMBER FOR FREE OF MONTHLY RENTAL WITH AIRTEL BROADBAND.,and plz compenset me for the month of sep BROADBAND BILL .We ARE LIABLE TO PAY IF WE ARE GETTING THE PROPER SERVICES FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER.Our bussiness and reputation bore a GREAT LOSS due to daily FRIQUENT NET DISCONTINATION.Anybody can varify my complaint and request of compensation of bill by looking at my complaint record .Inspite of my repeted requests they didnot cancel my number.                             Dear Sir,

                            I am using Airtel Prepaid number for the past 2 years.

                            For the last 3 days I have been charged Re.1 for the Jokes Service. (23,24,25/Nov/2009)

                            I had not subscribed for any of the services. When I called up customer care to know about the details, the response from customer case executive was not good.

                            He told me that, it has been activated through OBD. But I dint accept any service from OBD, usually disconnect whenever i get a OBD call without hearing.

                            You could think that this case usually happens as subscriber says he has not activated, even if he activated himself.

                            If I accept that this service is activated through OBD; as per TRAI guidelines dated 4th September 2009, the subscriber cannot be charged unless the operator receives consent from subscriber via telephone/fax/E-mail/SMS.

                            But no consent was received from me.

                            I am not giving this complaint because I have lost Rs.3, its because it hurts many low balance subscribers.

                            Many subscribers get frustated and switch out from Airtel.

                            Such OBD compliants happens mainly in Caller Tunes.

                            I need proper explanation on OBD activation and want to know which content provider has charged me.

                            If possible the my amount can be reimbursed.

                            I want explanation about the poor response from Call Center Executive.

                            (I called on 25th Nov 2009 at 11.30 P.M)

                              Airtel is really going from good to bad to worse. .i have experienced similar problems of GamesClub being activated on its own. When i send STOP to 121 it says there are no services active and yet after a few days, my Rs. 5 get cut for GamesClub. This is not expected from a company like Airtel.                               Yesterday, I got a message that I have been charged Rs. 10 for subscribing for Airtel Radio and Rs.10 was deducted from my balance. Whereas I had not subscribed for any such services.
                              Last week, my hello tune was changed without any intimation to some not so good sone, again charging for the service without my request.
                              This is not appropriate to charge for service that we have not requested. Is there a way we can stop this or where can we take this complaint further, and can we get reimbursement of such unwanted charges.

                              got a call on 23 april 2011 by 6.30pm asking for a address proof & i told the
                              same thing which i have given while taking sim( driving licence) but they told
                              address is not matched the reason for same is yet to know. i visited customer
                              relation cente in belgaum on 25 april 2011by 11 a.m they did not even took a
                              copy of address proof & said that compliant was not necessary saying that you

                              The same day i called customer care they too told the same thing.
                              But this number was recycled to someone else while i am using it since from
                              last 5 months,but on 26 april 2011 it was suddenely disconnected without even
                              notice to me.

                              (June 29, 2011) One morning i get a message from airtel:

                              "Dear Customer, you have been charged Rs 60 for this service. Now you can enjoy browsing(upto 1GB) for 14 Days."

                              Just on the previous day (June 28th 2011) I recharged for Rs 98 which I do every month.
                              I complaint on 29th morning itself calling customer care, they say they don't have information on how the balance got deducted, and said they'll get back to me on June 30th. I ask them will they refund my cash, they say they will if its their fault.
                              They never did get back to me, so I call them up on (July 1st), now they say I've activated an internet pack via phone dialing *567# . I never did this, I kept telling them i have no reason to do this cause I had already activated my monthy gprs pack a day before, but they keep insisting I activated the service.

                              I'm sure I never subscribed, I've no reason to complaint if i did, let alone post this complaint here.

                              Again if some service gets activated without my consent, Airtel will eat my cash again, and if I complaint, they'll just tell me I activated the service...

                              There is a games club, full track, and Airtel Gyan activated on my number, which I have not subscribed for. I am really tired of having such subscriptions being activated in my mobile without my consent. I tried calling customer service to deactivate, but they kept me on hold and then later informed me that the server is down. I was also charged for customer service call, which has not even rectified my problem. I tried calling again, but there was no response. I tried to deactivate using SMS service. It showed the services to be deactivated, but when I tried to reply back with the options provided - received a message stating "sorry not a valid option."

From last 10 days daily one service is getting activated on my mobile with out my request like ASTHA and GCLUB. on complaining to custmer care, they blaim that it have been done from airtel live from user.
                              on airtel live there is only account maintain for postpaid only. so either only account user can do it or any person can go and register for the same. I dont understand this concept. I have well internet connection at my home and office then for what stupid things I go for mobile internet. I use mobile only for communication porpose not for playing the games on internet.

                              I got the call from Airtel customer care on 01-Sep-11 and I got the message of deactivation from 54321 on 10.20 am on same day with ref ROVAD[protected].

                              BUT I am very much surprised that again that same day 01-SEP-11 01.26PM, I got the message of gclub service is activated with charge of Rs.2 and I am getting charge for same gclub from the day (30/SEP/11) I complained to NODEL officer also. But nothing ishappening.

                              So from 30-SEP-11 to 01-Sep-11, I got charge for Rs 6.

                              Your *121# START/STOP service does not work. It reply as no value added service is activated then I dont know how daily I got this service activated message.

                                In Airtel Mobile service, I have unknowingly activated the service of Cricket. It gives all kind o[censored]nrest while in office in other places viz sending lots of sms from 54321. every message cost me Rs.2/- and I am at a loss of Rs.30/- daily.

                                I requested Airtel auhthorities to stop this service long time back. Still they have not obliged my request.

                                My Airtel Mobile no automatically activated cricket and friends chat service. I was tried to stop this service with customer care. First I sent a stop request to 121. Customer care replies the list of services to stop. when I replay the message to 1210 "Message sending failed" after a 5 min again customer care replies "We have not received any input from you". I never seen this kind of worst service at any where. They are cheating their customers with this add on services. De activating these services is very tough to reach the customer care.

                                The service for my number [protected] got in the name of chitra, Annanagar, has been stopped suddenly and the sim is just asking for PUK CODE.

                                WHen I call customer care they say this call is chargeable but no one picks attend the call and still charge me...

                                AirTel — stopping service

                                I have been receiving messages from Airtel 54321 on my mobile no [protected] saying that I have been renewed for Dance Club service when actually i have not subscribed for the same. As of now, I have been debited Rs 40 and the message keeps popping up after ever few days. Customer support people are unable to help me out as even after telling them, this irritating messages keep coming up. I m totally disappointed with Airtel as I feel they are cheating me. I m planning of approaching the Consumers Forum now.

                                i am using airtel mobile service. my number is from andhra pradesh and presently i m in kerala. i dont know when and how kingfisher calender calender is activated on my mobile and i am losing balance rs 5/- on daily basis. when i called to 121 they denied to take my complained to stop this as i am andhra costmer. and when i callled [protected] yesterday i was unable to connect executive after selecting the appropriate number i was recieving a message '' dial *123# from your airtel mobile for more details of your balance" i tried five times and lost my balance in calling customer care as i was on roaming.
                                i again i called 121 and told them the story they asked me to try *121*5#. i did the same and recieved the sms that i have no active VAS service. i have saved all the messages in my inbox and all the calls i made to 121 and [protected] and making my mind to complaint this matter to district consumer forum.

                                i request this forum to look into the matter and please sort out the problem.

                                everyday airtel cuts 5/- and 3/- from my account...I have also tried to call customer care, sent msg to 121 to stop service.but still the same condition.my account no [protected].I have lost 30/- in total.plz refund my money back to my account otherwise I have no option without shifting to any other network...this type of automatic money reduction is unbearable.

                                  Dear Sir(s),

                                  This is regarding my request for change of plan from 512 kbps to 4 mbps via request number 34895454. Here is the chronology of the case:

                                  10-July- Logged the request# 34895454 for change of plan. I was told that this will be done by 15-July
                                  14-July - I got a call on my cellphone from Airtel, informing me that plan has been migrated and I can check the bandwidth increase by switching off and on the modem. As I was at work at that time, so did checked this during evening, but bandwidth was still 512 kbps only.
                                  15-July - I called up 121 and spoke to Veer Vikram Singh and he told me that this wil be done in 24 hours, i.e. on 16-July
                                  16-July - I called up 121 and was told that this wil be done in 24 hours, i.e. on 17-July
                                  Since then I have been calling up 121 daily (except for Sunday) and each time the agent and their supervisors (Mr Anwar, Gaurav, Bharat and today Ms Aarti and Amrita) are giving this 24 hours resolution assurance each day. So, from 14th July onwards I am getting this 24 hour resolution assurance and this has been shifting each day.

                                  I am sure, that all these are mere assurances and nobody is actively looking at my service request and that is why it is not getting out of this eternal 24 hour cycle.

                                  I have been an Airtel customer since 2001 (for my mobile), and my interactions regarding my mobile phone account have always been good. But this broadband issue has been a very bad experience to me.

                                  Request your help in early resolution of the same.

                                  I am in Greater Noida within Delhi NCR region.

                                    As per the Lok Adalath order dated 25.09.2009 (Pre-Litigation Case No.275526/2009) we have paid Rs. 30,000/- as full and final settlement to Airtel. After my first complain i have been told that this problem would be solved within one week but no action has been taken till yet .                                         Dear Sir

                                        I became tired of customer support service of Airtel Prepaid. I was subscribed for 2 unwanted pack (1. GameClub, 2. life_pack) which i dint choose to activate and actually I am unable to get benefit of those services/packs evenafter paying Rs 60 for those unwillingly. To deactivate those unwanted packs i called so many times to customer care service 121 but i never be connected to any CC executive then i called to GPRS Helpline Executive at 12118. Although I m pleased to talk them but they are helpless to solve my problem that is to deactivate those unwanted packs permanantly. I am using Airtel only for Mobile Office to utilize internet on my Mobile phone from last 3 years.

                                        I request you to pls deactivate all service packs activated on my number and to improve 121 facility.

                                        I am using Airtel Service since 6 years. I was subscribed ( actually Renewed ) for unwanted pack GameClub Subscription which i dint choose to activate and charged Rs. 30 for that. To deactivate these unwanted pack i called so many times to customer care service 121 but i never get a satisfactory reply from executive there. Executive name is Sandeep Sathe ( GPRS helpline Indore Center ). Although I m pleased to talk them but they are helpless to solve my problem that is to deactivate those unwanted packs permanantly. I am using Airtel only for Mobile Office to utilize internet on my Mobile phone from last 7 days.


                                        I request you to pls deactivate this service pack and please not repeat this problem again.
