hi. im tushar from madhya pradesh my airtel mobile no. is [protected] and service provider is fooling me all the time now a days . it started from the day when they deducted 100 rs from my account and after trying so much i connected to customer care and i told them that i got deducted 100 rs for no reason and he told me that it wud come back in 2-3 days and it came back and just after that day they charged me for some games club subscription renewal although i did not activate any services and more after 2 days i got dedected 50 rs and got msg that some game has been downloaded that i did not download not got either but yet charged all 80 rs for no reason . and tnow when im trying to contact customer care call dont connect. and when i went airtel prepaid serves they said we dont know any thing now i just come to know thats how they fool customers.

    Sub:- Regarding to complain STD itemized bill of Post paid Connection

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am Deepak Bhupal Bist, my Airtel post connection no. [protected] using since last two year. Whenever I took that connection I had regularly got itemized bill,From month of July 2009,i got itemized bill but there is no any STD details mention in that bill.
    Lot of time I spoke with customer care executive regarding the same problem, they promised me it will be appeared in your next bill, but still problem is as it is. I have already paid July month bill, as per your executive commitment. Again you are sending me the same bill without details, that’s why I haven’t paid bill of Aug to Oct.
    I am really very frustrate, after spoke with you, I m not getting proper response. You have deactivated my services, which is affected my business. This is not my fault, that is happened from your side, I have facing lot of problem, Daily I am getting call from recovery department using rough language. If they are not stopped calling me I will make an action.
    So I requested to you without any interruption activates my service, and also want apologies later from your side, when I got both things I will clear all my due, otherwise I will take action against you. Whatever I have loosed in my business you will be responsible for that.

      I got a recharge of Rs.299 done to get my international call rates to reduce from Rs.9.20 to Rs.6.99 per min. I was told by the customer care executive that I would get a talk time of Rs.266, instead I got just Rs.172 and then also my call rates were 9.20 per min. I spoke to your customer care executives Ms. Rupali, Mr. Mangesh and Mr. Indergeet, everytime they said let us check the details and the phone gets disconnected. I didn't got any results yet and now even I can't speak to a Customer care executive at 121 as on pressing 9 it says send and SMS on 131 and disconnects the call. I would like my issue to be resolved asap.

        Hi,

        I am having a motorola Z6 phone bought during March 2008. My IMEI number is [protected]. When i called customer care.. they are not sure of what to do and even if we try to explain them, they just say go to registration centre or hang up.
        I also talked to the registration centre fellows on phone and enquired, they clearly mentioned that the registration is only for korean/chinese phones and not for branded phones like Motorola.
        They are able to understand the problem but not the airtel customer care.

        Request Airtel to look into this very matter ASAP, since it is very serious.

        I hav a MotoRazr 2 V8 phone. My IMEI number is [protected].
        I recieved invald IMEI messages but after i checked it on www.numberingplans.com, it displayed genuine and all the details showed up... The customer care are not sure of what to do, they just ask you to go to registration centre or hang up.
        I also talked to called up registration centre on phone and enquired, they clearly mentioned that the registration is only for chinese cells and not for branded phones like Nokia/Motorola.
        The airtel customer care dont get my problem...
        Request Airtel to look into this very matter As Soon as Possible.

        This is regarding my complaint (invalid IMEI for motorola) [Sub: IMEI number invalidity] on 25 November 2009. I got the reply from Mr.Rakesh Kumar of Airtel to send the contact details to [protected]@airtel.in. I had sent the required details to them, till now they not even bothered to contact me. Now the connection has been taken off from today, my mobile (its showing unregistered sim), Rs.8000/- mobile is a waste now.

        Dear M/S Airtel, just posting a comment to the complaint will not work in the long run. Necessary action needs to be taken on the compaint. Remember... you are getting your image tampered every passing day by not paying heed to the customers.

        Airtel is having one of the poorest customer care and customer grievance addressing. Thats all I could say.
        This is Dr.Rajeswar and my number is [protected]. My wife's name is Priya Natesan and her number is [protected]. We are from Chennai. I'm with airtel for nearly 6 years.

        My wife has a Motorola Z6 model with the IMEI number [protected]. Since today her phone is not active and says sim not registered. When i contacted 121 they asked me to check the IMEi number by sending an sms to 57886 with the first 8 digits of IMEI number. The sms reply was Valid IMEI number of motorola Z 6. Airtel customer is unable to solve my problem and asked me to check with a mobile service center. The mobile phone service center says its not a problem with the phone as it has a valid IMEI number but its a problem with Airtel.

        I have called many a times to 121 but they say they cant do anything and suggested me to change my handset. I paid Rs.9500 for this phone and today because airtel has not updated the database with this IMEI number the phone is blocked.

        What is airtel going to do for this? Why should a customer suffer for airtel's some technical database error?
        I am also suffering to same proble. I have a valid IMEI number from Motoralla. I called to Airtle Customer care and they told me that your IMEI number is valid ant don't worry from barring. I sent a massage to 121 writing IMEI 15digit no. when a reply received as this is a valid IMEI number but then too my mobile is barred by AIRTLE and they stopped me to contact any customer care executive too .. I dont understand AIRTLE is playing with us or what ?

        I have a chinese mobile already blocked by Airtel on 30th nov, 2009 at 3:30 PM, whereby we were told it will be blocked at 12 at night.

        What is the hurry for airtel if they cant educate the dealers how to un block the mobiles. To generate new IMEI most of the authorised centres did not have the FEED to do so.

        I stay in south delhi, and there is not even a single vendor who can remedy this, I ksearched entire Gurgaon on 30th but to no avail.

        Hi,

        I have a issue with the Airtel connection when using my Motorola Razr V8 with IMEI number [protected]. Airtel says this is an invalid IMEI but Motorola says it is valid and even when checked by sending SMS to 57886 I got the reply that this is a valid IMEI number. The issue seems to be at Airtel database and Airtel is not agreeing the issue. I've called the customer care and have escalated as well but no use including the manager's as they really try to push the issue out of there hand. I also have written a mail to '[protected]@airtel.in' and there is no response yet.
        Hope some Airtel person looks into this issue and help to resolve. My Airtel number is[protected].

        Airtel — IMEI NO.Is not registered

        I have purchased Fly E 105 With Airtel Sim card From Gyan Electronic jhansi up on 3rd Oct 2008. I have started receiving message that my phone will be stop working from 30th November 2009 since the IMEI number is not registered. In case, I have to continue with the same phone I need to contact some govt. office and pay some money which I don't understand.

        I feel cheated and this is like an insult to me that such a message is coming even after I purchase from renowned shop with proper bill.

        This is ridiculous on the part of Fly to have such issues. This has to be sorted out immeidately otherwise stop selling the Fly mobiles.

        Now I don't know what to do after purchasing a mobile for hefty price of Rs. 8300 and just 1 year only got completed.

        MotoRazr V8 — Sim is locked through the IMEI is valid

        I have a Moto Razr V8 mobile phone. My handset has been deactivated by Airtel as Airtel is saying that my IMEI number is not valid and I have to get new IMEI by paying Rs 199. I think the data base of AIRTEL is not updated. I tried contacting the Mototrola helpline , they told my IMEI is valid but the service providers have blocked my sim. AIRTEL please look in to the matter and rectify your database.This is the second time after Nov30th. please do something ASAP.Please do service to your customers.

        Suddenly, my mobile is not working, no incoming, outgoing, SMS services. After a few hours, it says Insert SIM even though the SIM is very much there.
        I have called customer care many times and they really dont have any answer for this.

          Hi ,

          I am S.Akilandeswari .My Husband is using AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile Phone SIM.Once the mobile was stolen and we get a Duplicate SIM.

          After 2 or 3 months when it is in usage (Nokia 1100) ,we get a information that "SIM Rejected" .So we went to AIRTEL Showroom in Spencer Plaza(Winner Telecom) .They replaced the SIM and charged 50 rupees we asked why we are getting this "SIM Rejected" message.They said some problem in usage of SIM.This happend in 16 November 2009 .(Mobile Nokia 1100)

          Some days later that is 23rd November 2009 we just changed the SIM to LG KP500 model mobile.That time the mobile gets switched off and switched on continuously.We tried with other AIRTEl PREPAID SIM.That time and all it is working fine.So we guess problem in SIM and went for replacement.Again they charged 50 rupees.We asked him why you are charging for this as this is a manufacture defect.He never mind about our words.So we paid the money and came back.He said the new sim will get activated.But still now same problem persist.

          Why they are not responding properly and why they are charging again and again when it is a mistake in manufacturing side ??

          We need our 100 rupees repayment for changing the card again and again.

            I am really disgusted with the messages i am receiving from 54321, 561234, 64611099, 64611050...I had been charged numerous times for some downloads in multiples of Rs.150, Rs.99 & Rs. 30 by this numbers. When i complained it to Airtel, Customer care hardly came up with any solution . Who's is going to give me a solution. On this messages I was also given a link http://gclub.in .

            It will be great if somebody deactivate this service . Airtel seems to have no solution.

              I wanted to complain about an Airtel employee named Nitin Pokhale who dashed on my car today while riding his bike. At a traffic signal chowk, Mr Pokhale was on the other side of the road. From the wrong side of the road he assumed that the traffic light had turned red and started crossing the road on his bike. As the light was still green the traffic was following (my car being one of them). Mr Pokhale dashed headon on my car denting the front fender. He fell down and bruised his knee -all because of his own fault. When questioned this fellow did not admit his mistake at all. Over and above he has the audacity to questions me 'what if he had broken his leg!!'

              A company of Airtel's stature must take this employee to task for irresponsible driving (that to while prominently displaying the company's ID card). The fellow does ot even have the guts to admit his mistake nor the manners to talk to lady. Hope some 'gyan' is given to him by your HR department as a part of your corporate social responsibility in making Pune roads safe to drive.

                Dear sir madam

                I have a corporate connection no [protected]. and i have made advance
                payment of rent for 1 year.

                Around 4 months back i lost my mobile and subsequently i requested for new
                sim card at air tell (Sheeba electronics) office at jail road new delhi.

                But till date i have not got the sim activated after repeated request at
                Jail road center and when i call at your customer care they don t give
                complaint no as my connection is not working. They always suggest that i
                should visit center and request them and time is passing by but nobody
                cares to take any action.

                Even after 4 months my connection is not working and i am losing on my
                advance rent.

                As per my opinion i have prepaid advance rent for 1 year that s why air
                tell people are ignorant and not taking any action on my request.

                Has my no. been allotted to sum other customer or what s the problem.

                    This morning i recieved a call from a fake number [protected] saying that I have won 10 Lacks in Airtel lucky draw competition and told me to check the number on the back side of Sim card i. e. 89914 and told me to called them back after checking. As I checked that each Sim card has 89914 number on the back side i called up on same number they said to depoist Rs 20, 000 in some bank account for Signing Authorither.

                    I also believe that no one give you free money therefore i spoke to them for a long time and told them u transfer first in my bank account then we will give u Rs 20, 000 back sir trust me.

                    Long time they gave me a miss call on my mobile...
                    Airtel team has to take a serious action on these kind of calls...
                    They gave me a e mail address to send my bank details on it..[protected]@gmail.com pls don`t respond to any e mails which you recieve.

                    Please go first to nearest Airtel office and check whether it is true or not...

                      I am a bonafied customer of Airtel for the last three years and having its post paid connection.
                      But for the last some moths some subscribe charges being added to my bill such as "Weekly sub" and MCA services.
                      Despite of meeting on 121 to your officials the same have not been unsubscribe so far.

                      Now I request you to please Unsubscribe ( weekly Sub) and (MCA) hence forth, failing which i have to surrender the connection.

                        I am myself Blessen Cherian from Lucknow and having the customer number [protected]. I have booked my connection through the phone that i have received from the sales department on Sunday 23rd November 2009 of Airtel DTH from this number[protected]. The person who called me was Vyshnavi and then later talked with her senior officer as he have stated that he is from the verification department. she have given me the details regarding the South Economy Pack and i have agreed for a deal.

                        The deal was of 1850 for 4 months free and 15% cash back to my Airtel DTH if i am using my credit card. They had forced me to make the payment through the IVR at the same time and i have agreed for that too. The promise that they made was on Monday evening. That day evening they had called me from another number as i was in the prayer was not able to pick the phone? The number was[protected].

                        Next day morning i have started calling from 9 am and they have replied my call after 10 am as they said that was there timing.Promised me to call me back with in half an hour and till aftrenoon i haven't received any call. Then i called them and they said sorry to not to call and promised me that they will fix it by 5pm. The all day i haven't went for my work and they haven't delievered... The again they haven't called me as i have called atleast for 7 - 8 times.Always they have treated me as i am out of the family. Again promised me to fix the item by 5pm-7pm. They said they will call me and they haven't. Again i have talked to them at 7:30 and they say the time slot is for 9am - 10 am. Whats this? Do u mean that i have to take leave for one week to fix my Airtel DTH. Who will pay my salary for my leave??This is not the way to deal to do busniess??You guys put the film stars and for what?? To cheat the people??? I have paid my cash and you guys are playing with that??? This same will be copied and listed to all blogs and let people know what AIRTEL DTH gives??? Mouth Advertisement is the best way to do business and it will for sure will make the people to think to buy from AIRTEL??? This will be forwarded to consumer court through the web and to will print this pain and will be forwarded to legal department too...

                        I book a new dth connection on airtel by phone on 2nd march and they collected payment on 3rd march and given me time for 24 to 48 hours but they are not given me connectioin till 6th march I call custemor care for 4 times but they told me every time that you complain has been forwarded and they call me in 1 hour.today they given me time for 10:30 am but till time they didn’t call me and they cheat me.while I booked a connection they called me 3 times that have you pay or ont yet but after payment they didn’t call me after 3 days.my recpt no is 24497 and signe by Mr Jay of ahmedabad.
                        Now I feel like airtel cheat me so don’t buy it online

                          Yesterday I got one call From Airtel Guy. His name is Kumar mobile No [protected]. He said one of my friend not paid the mobile bill .i said he s not in my my office, so please contact to him. Mean time that guy using some bad words. so immediately cut the phone. i raised the complaint to air tel regarding this ([protected]@airtelindia.com,nodelofficer.[protected]@airtel.in). But they are not giving Proper answer now itself. Today morning also i got the call from his(collection Dept Guy) number. i picked the i[censored] have problem with my friend means u can take a leagal action. But he again scolding me using "BAD Words". Today i am feel very sad . suddenly i goes to airtel Office . i met with one airtel officer Mr.Muthu - Port Deactivation Department. But i didnt get any solution from Airtel. So please take the complaint and take severe action to Airtel and hat guy. Mean time i thought they misused the datas.

                              I was having cable connection at my home for 10 years and the tata sky at my office .I plan to buy DTH for my home also .From the day first it was my worst experince.

                              On first day when it was installed the boy told me that our server was down it will start after some time. We were not given chance to check it. When it started what i see the picture was blur there was shadow on the peoples and we cant see the normal picture.The peoples in the program look like games elements. I call your call centre many times and register the complain with your dehradun office several times.After calling for so many times they send two persons they were in very much hurry and i think they know nothing about the troubleshooting.Why you people are appointing JHOLA CHAP peoples in ur company.Till now our problem is not solved

                              You people are giving so much advertisement for your product but what is the use.I will not suggest anybody to buy This AIRTEL DTH.
                              I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO FOR AIRTEL DTH. My intention here to right this is no one should not face such problems like this in future.

                                I have been using a airtel mobile no [protected] for which I was paying bills regularly. In Mar 09 by mistake I have paid excess amount. During April 09 June Airtel changed my customer account number from[protected] to[protected]. In the process the excess amount was not transfered from old account number to new account number. Because of this every month my service was disconnected. I have made complaint over phone to resolve this. In addition Airtal made several calls asking for payment and I explained the problem to all the callers and every one promised to resolve this.

                                Since the issue was not solved I made a email complaint in June 09 to resolve this. Inspite of several calls and reminders the issue was not solved hence I requested Airtel to disconnect my connection and destroyed the SIM (This was also informed to Airtel).

                                Now I have a legal notice asking for mony where as the fact is Airtel has excess money from me. The acknowledgement mail from Airtel is attached for reference.

                                When I called the mobile number in the legal notice the person on the other side was using abusive language against me.

                                Request you to resolve this and protect me from further harrasment.

                                  My newly bought Nokia 7210 mobile set has a valid IMEI number as checked by Nokia Customer Care. Airtel, however is asking me to buy a valid IMEI number.

                                  Is it a fuss to market the concept of IMEI awareness???

                                  Why the Indian mobile services dont have minimum sychronization between the manufacturer and the service provider???

                                  Why the Consumer is only to be harrased for no reason???

                                  Is it a sin to libe in India and to buy services???

                                  What our govt is doing to give the basic consumer right to people by which they can live a NORMAL life and mind their own works???

                                  MANUFACTURERS SERVICE PROVIDERS ALL ARE TOO FOCUSSED IN MAKING LUCID MONEY IN THIS BRIGHT ERA OF IMPROVED COMMUNICATION. THE ABOVE MENTIONED SPECIES ARE JUST ENJOYING FOOLING AROUND CITIZENS AND MAKING BILLIONS...DONT YOU AGREE??????

                                    My cell number is [protected]. While taking the connection. I was assured that it an corporate connection for my company. And 1500 mins CUG free. But from last 2 bills they are not adding my name in the CUG list and charging regular charge for the CUG numbers. I complained many times but they are not responding to it properly and they are saying they will do it. And once the bill is coming they are saying they will take care of it in the next bill.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have a complaint against Kerala airtel postpaid that I asked the plan in the application is Kerala Special 100 CUG Plan in Mobile No [protected], but they activated some another plan that they wishes. I have been contacting for customer care from 1st February 2011 and everyday the executives give me complaint ID against my complaint and not give any solution and sometimes the call reaches to amazing places...Tamil Nadu customer care...Karnataka customer care...Airtel postpaid customer care...land line customer care...etc... In short even though I made more than 30 calls to the customer care, i did not get a proper answer to my question and my call did not transfer to whome it should reach. After one month they transfer my call to a senior executive/supervisor.The nexecutive gave me the number of Nodal officer, tried many times to that number, attending the call and they heard my complaint, but they putting on hold to verify the details and not attend even after 30 minutes. But some they attend the call and told me that they will call back to me after 1 hour, 2 hour, before 06.30 PM, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, etc…. etc…..but they do not make any calls to me even after I called to them.That the 48 hours is not yet finished even after 4days
                                    The result was just I lost more than 100 rupees in many times and my valuable time. So
                                    Now, I have decided to turn against Airtel at any cost...as they were just playing with me transferring the calls...as they did not contact me within 48 hours as they told...as they did not my required plan offered...above all as they are CHEATING the customers like me..

                                    To the viewers of this...Please do not allow for any such cheating of major companies..they are getting huge profit from such cheating...When i infromed about this to a youth club, they supported me and we decided to write acomplaint to the consumer court from maximum customers and the good news is that another telecom company has offered us full support against this offering full expense for this.

                                    I would like to know what do the airtel guys say about all this.

                                      I am using Airtel Prepaid services.

                                      Recently I have got to notice that there is an amount of Rs1.50 deducting everyday for VAS packs. I am getting 1 or 2 jokes in day for this amount I think.

                                      But I never asked for this service.

                                      I have tried to call customer care and after a lot of strugle, could speak with customer care exicutives for 2 times.

                                      first time I explained the problem and asked their exicutive about why this service was activated eventhough I did not ask for it? The exicutive arguied that I have requested for the service. After a lot of explanation, he accepted to cancel the service and return my amount back. But They did not deactivate the service.

                                      2nd time again after 2 days, I have called the customer care services, as usual, after a lot of strugle, I could speak with one gentleman from customer care.
                                      I again explained the problem and requested to deactivate my the reported VAS service and return my amount deducted till date.
                                      He accepted for the same and said within 2 minusted, you will get amessage for deactivation of this service..but could not get any message tilldate.

                                      It happened oncepreviously also but at that time the exicutive was smart enought to help me by deactivating the service and returning my amount back.

                                      My concern is that,
                                      1. I never asked/requested for these type of extra services. Why the service provider doing some forcible business with their subscribers?
                                      2. Now days, it is a painful process to call customer care. When we try they give recorded tone advertising all their products and without giving an option of speaking with customer care exicutive, they diconnect it. We need to try multiple time for the same.

                                      I feel very frustrted, in the mornings when I see that message that My amount is deducted for that non-requested service.

                                      Please kindly look into the issue and do the justice to me.

                                      Today also, Itried and talked to customer care exicutive manager..and he says that he cannot refund my amount deducted and moreover saying that I myself activated tha option..
                                      This is the biggest scam happening I think...

                                      As an educated man, I know what is what when I get a message. I never gone for those type of extra packages...still they are stealing my money...
                                      What is it happened to uneducated people? They are really commiting a big fraud in these type of packages...
                                      It really needs to thoroughly enquired and funished this fruad master Airtel...


                                      I did not get any mail from this forum... I want to know how this forum works? is this really a legal consumer forum?

                                      Please resolved the cheating problem by Airtel.. Just don't solve the problem case by case by asking contact number. This is happening with many customers and several customers even do not care to ask for such small refund. But Airtel is minting money with this cheating mechanism..

                                        I have already sent a complaint letter last week regarding mobile number [protected] to cancel the same and adjust bill amount from my deposit Rs.300/- and Rs.600/- deposited with Digi Computers, Malleshwaram, Bangalore for another 2 numbers which has not been activated till date. I have not received any information either by post or by e-mails from airtel.Please treat this matter nost urgent.
                                        This matter has been discussed with Miss.Kala ([protected]) of airtel Bannergatta Road, Bangalore last week and on 24/11/09.

                                        I grossly fail to understand, when there are some many complaints against this particular mobile no:([protected]), why is'nt AIRTEL which is India's greatest brand not taking appropriate action against the agency using this number.

                                        I have been getting calls from this number and the female staff on the other end has been harrassing me, trying to follow up for payment of a mobile number which is not mine. In spite of repeated request and with bit of harshness that i would lodge a Police complaint, they dont seem to budge. They use unparliamentarily & absusive languages.

                                        The most irritating part is harassing with frantic calls.

                                        Reqest AIRTEL to plz take stringent action against such agency and to avoid using agencies for such Unscrupulous activity.
