Hi,

I was in booster plan of 30p and 50p and 100msg plan which had a validity of 6 months untill April 2010. I had to travel to bangalore for casual trip. So I recharged with a roaming booster 99. When I returned to Chennai. My normal plan was not working. I tried to reach the customer care representative, I was only reaching the automated machine. After 3 days I reached the rep on 02/12/09. spoke with Devi she sd the Roaming booster was converted to a normal local plan. I told her that I want to go back to the old plan.She said that I have to be in this plan for next 1year.

My losses: I lost the old plan, Im losing money on every message and call I make.

Please do the needfull.

    FORCEFUL ACTIVATION O[censored]NWANTED SERVICES LIKE MATRIMONIAL ALERTS , JOB ALERTS, CAREER TIPS ETC.


    I'm a subscriber of AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICES and my MOBILE No. is [protected], and for the last one month I'm facing a lot of problem with unwanted services being forcefully activated and imposed on my phone thereby deducting the amount unilaterally from the balance without my prior consent. I made several complaints to customer care regarding this and they assured me that these unwanted services would be stopped with immediate effect. I personally spoke to Customer Care Executive several times, but still as on date this problem persists.

    It's really surprising that without taking the customer's permission how can they register customer's number to unwanted services. Without any reason they are deducting balances regularly in the name o[censored]nregistered services like MATRIMONIAL UPDATES, JOB ALERTS, CAREER TIPS etc.

    This unauthorized charges should be stopped immediately.

      Sir, My mobile No. is [protected] obtained in Delhi in 2003, with AIRTEL lifetime validity prepaid facility.
      Whenever I move out of Delhi, the OUTGOING SMS facility from my number stops working. I had complained to Airtel 121 on three seperate occasions and on each occasion, after 48 - 72 hours I received a confirmation from Airtel that this has been rectified. Hoowever, this has NOT been rectified. The 121 complaint system does not work from outstations unless I call the Delhi number, which is charged at STD rates. The option to speak to the Customer Care Officer does not come in the IVRS opening menu and one has to go through at least 6-8 menus till this happens. Thus I have spent over Rs. 200/- only on making fruitless conversation to Airtel representatives who keep on placing the call on hold for long durations. Finally the problem has NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. Where can one meet some representative of Airtel to have the problem sorted out?

      I HEREBY WANTS TO BRING THIS INCIDENT TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT ON 10 AUGUST 2010 I TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO SEND ONE O[censored]RGENT OFFICIAL MESSAGE TO MY COLLEGUES BUT INSPITE OF MANY ATTEMPTS IT WAS NOT THROUGH. THEN I CALLED UP AIRTEL CALL CENTER AND SPOKE TO ONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES MR. PRADEEP AND INFORMED HIM ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. BUT HIS REPLY WAS `YOU CAN NOT SEND THIS MESSAGE NOW AS OUR SERVER ISS DOWN`. BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP HE DENIED AND REQUESTED TO SEND THIS MESSAGE IN THE MORNING. WHEN I ASKED FOR ANY HELPLINE OR SPEAK TO HIS SUPERIOR. HE GAVE ME MR. VIKRANT PANDEY`S NUMBER.

      I TRIED TO SEND THIS MESSAGE IN THE MORNING ALSO BUT WAS NOT THROUGH. IT WAS AN URGENT MESSAGE RELATED TO OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS. BUT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY COLLEGUES ON TIME AND I HAD TO FACE DEPARTMENTAL ACTION.

      COULD SOMEONE CONTACT ME AND CLARIFY WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM ?

      Airtel — non functioning of airtel prepaid mobile

      i had bought a pre paid airtel number [protected] 0n 21 dec 2010. however after 7 days the incoming and outgoing calls have been barred because my form and id proof has been misplaced and not reached the agency where it is required. i had also bought another airtel number on the same day, and all the forms and id proof for that have been verified and the mobile is working fine. how is it that one form reaches and the other doesnt. its been over 20 days now...

        I have submitted all the documents two times one at retails shop and one at saidapet airtel office. My outgoing is blocked.

        Please activite my prepaid card which was taken few months back and kept idel for some time. Now i recharged the same with 50Rs today, But still it is telling no balance in account, Please look in to this request at the earliest

          I had paid Rs. 1750/- for recharging the coupon for airtel digital tv to M/S Jai Ambika Electronics at NARORA. But recharge coupon has not been provided to me as these coupons were not made available to M/S Jai Ambika Electronics at NARORA by distributer of Buland Shahar. The services have been observed not satisfactory. Please do the needful for this. This is for your information and necessary action please.

            Phone Landline connection with internet not shifted

            My self, Sanjive Kumar Gupta R/o B-182, Sector 48, Noida having Mobile No. [protected], a consumer of Airtel Landline connection with broadband connection having no[protected]. I am earlier residing in G-109, Sector 41, Noida, now I am shifted to B-182, Sector 48, Noida (nearly 200 meters away form my old address). I have submitted a request for shifting on call centre of Airtel on 06.11.2009 vide request no[protected], another request on[protected] vide request no[protected], another request on[protected] vide request no. 26769169 and many more which i cann't remember.On first request I have told from the representative that in next 6 days your request will be answered but no one turned up. Subsequently, every time I called to call centre, I am told that there shall be a visit which is due from technical team after that the connection will be shifted to new address. After a long time from my first request with regular follow up, finally i have got a call and got information that the same is not possible as there is no network while my new address is only approx. 200 meters away from my old address.I have taken this connection in November, 2004 on the request of there Executive after surrendering my old BSNL Connection no. 2502932. I am a regular customer of Airtel since 2004 and have made all the payment on regular basis to Airtel with no defalt. Through this complaint, I hereby further request to Airtel to look into the matter and do the needful and it a no network area, so why the customer will suffer while airtel have many other options like Data Card, WLL etc.Kindly do the needful and oblige.Sanjive Kumar Gupta[protected].B-182, Sector 48, Noida – 201301 (U.P.)Email : [protected]@yahoo.com

            I requested and made payment for IPTV. After approx 10 days and several reminder some one from installation team visited home. The person was so rude
            in behaviour and he said he would come after 1 haur, but not come yet.

            I am like crying now for Airtel services, it's my 2nd experience with Airtel landline.
            Kindly help me to get it installed.

            Hi, Even i am having the same problem. I am Rohit Manchanda with Airtel Landline number[protected], and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I put shifting of my Airtel Wi-FI connection (Request number 376272) from my old address H.No- 746, Sector 19A, Near Max Hospital to my new address WZ - 1271, 4th Floor, Nangal Raya (West Delhi) on 13th Sept 2010. I have been calling up the customer care desk time and again so get the updated status. Everytime i am being given an assurence that our representative will come to collect the related documents, but no one has turned up yet. I am using my airtel connection from Jan 2009 and i am a regular connection of airtel. This is really pathetic service that i am having.

            Airtel — Shifting Request - Pathetic Service

            After shifting to a new house, made a request to Airtel to shift the phone.

            First Request Made: Aug 30 (strangely, this SR doesn't even reflect in their systems)
            Second Request Made: Oct 15 (no one called us and they marked it closed after a few days)
            Third Request Made: Dec first week
            Shifting Done: Evening of third request
            Disconnected: Next day

            In the meanwhile, I paid the bill for Aug till Oct. On the day of shifting I had made another complaint saying how it took lot more than the 7 day SLA for sifting and how Airtel owes me money (whereas they were asking me to pay the Nov bill as well!). Now, they have disconnected the line demanding payment for Nov and the complaint is "being looked into".

            So you take more than 3 months to shift a line and am expected to pay the bill of 1500 a month all this while? And after doing a shift more than 100 days later, you disconnect the line the next day for non payment?!

            Way to go Airtel! Congratulations on stooping lower than a customer would imagine you to.

              we are from arni which is in thiruvannamalai district. In our area we have no proper signal inside our home..So that we cant get any calls and msgs...We have given lots of complaints from different numbers.. There was no response and no actions... So kindly take any action....

                We are purches the Airtel TV DTH Box on Date[protected] from the dealer Tirupati Electronics , Balaji Market , Jamner , They are given product warrenty of 1 year from the purchase date, they are not issued any coditional (Terms and conditions) that time

                Now we have problem with the signal or cable connection from last month , when we told to dealer about this problem he asked to come with Set of Box to them , we gave him on[protected], he told it will repair with 10 days, but it not done in one month after one month he is asking for Rs.1000 to repair this ,

                Please help us From this kind of cases

                Airtel — Collecting extra amount

                Dear sir/ Madam,

                i would like to introduce my self as unsatisfied subscriber of Air Tel.

                As i was a subscriber of your service, why i have mentioned i was because with out any previous intimation my land

                line & broad band as be disconnected from 10th of September.

                Months of july & august my Broad Band plan as been changed with out my knowledge. I was asking for Explanation.

                In the month of September,immediately my Both the serviced as been disconnected At that time My Out standing bill

                Amount was 2,846/- for two months.When I was called by SREE KRISHNA AGENCIES agencies by miss. Nalini and she send an Collection Executive

                Mr.Vimal to collect the amount,I was told by the Collection Executive Mr.Vimal that i can pay my one month Bill and my service

                will be activated, I payed him the amount of Rs,1,424/-by Cheque Receipt no: SKA CH[protected].Cheque no.179057 Dated on

                17/09/2010.AFTER TWO DAYS miss.Nalini called and informed me that my cheque as been Bounce, the reason she said was

                SIGNATURE MISS MATCHING. and she again send the Collection Executive Mr.Vimal and took Rs.2,846/- cash Receipt no:

                SKA CH[protected] And i was told the cheque which as been bounced will be couriered to me within 2 days .And on 20th of Sep.

                they have re-Deposited the cheque and and took that amount also.When i call customer support when i spoke to on Shalini ,

                also my complain no:38685084 They told that my line as been Can celled as per my request,I was shocked ,I gave a request to

                withdraw my broad band and they disconnected both.I kindly request you to Activate my lane line and make sure my extra amount

                taken by the agent returned back.Today on 20th Oct i have received a cheque of rs.111/- (one hundred and eleven) Taking my Rs.1425/-

                and paying Rs. 111/-

                I Don't Know How to react.

                Airtel Dish Tv — extra money collecting

                I am a airtel dish antenna user, I need only telugu chanals for which I was advised to pay 1650 rupees towards one year subscription, I was not provided
                any acknowledgment for my payment of subscription. afterwords I ricived a SMS message to my cell that the subscription is only 1589 rupees only,
                thus 61 rupees extra money colected from me. by Madhu Cammunications, 7-93/7A, chalapati steet. SOMPETA.

                  I had applied for a new connection with a Rs.7000/- rental plan alongwith the EPABX with 32 lines at 6/73 Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi. The site was under construction so the box was not installed. I had received a call from airtel office last week that if your site is complete then we will proceed with the work, I had confirmed the same from our site officer Mr. Vicky he said that the site is complete you send the airtel person to install the EPABX the same I communicated to Mr. Vipin ([protected]) sales man airtel.

                  Yesterday your guy name Ehsaan ([protected]) visited the site for the very first time & said that there are some work still left & described to our electrician to complete it then we will install rest of the things.

                  I received a call from some of your Area Manager Mr. Vikas Giridhar regarding the same & he literally shouted at me that if your work at site is not complete then why you have called our guy to install the box. The wording he use (Aapka kaam poora nahin hai aur aap hamare ladke ko chaar chaar baar bula leten hai) he misbehaved with me. I had not asked him or Mr. vipin to send anyone there for 4 times. I told Mr. Vikas that please low your tone of conversation but he continuously shouted, Mr. vipin knows everything as he was on conference. This is the way airtel is dealing with there customers. Airtel is doing good business but does it mean that you have the authority to shout at the customer ?

                  This kind of customer support at the time of installation then what will you people do afterwards.

                  I am sending this mail to know what was the reason for having so much hostile. Kindly take necessary action.

                  AirTel — Misbehaviour of airtel staff

                  Dear Sir/ MADAM

                  I have applied for the porting facility service with the airtell as i have vodaphone connection, But my company has a tie up with Airtell so i have to get my number ported so that i can cliam the reimbursements accordingly. But I am being following up with Mr Mohit His no is [protected] (airtell staff) and his boss Mr Vinod ([protected])from last 2 months for the above mentioned service, i have given all the requisite documents to them, mailed them my statement of accounts, have been calling up reguarly . But all in vein. Today i called up Mr mohit to confirm the status , and to my surprise He said its not possible for him to get my number ported into airtell nither his boss will be able to do so, his words he used were" Madam aap apne aap kaam karo lo, mene aapki naukri nahi kar rakhi, " and when i asked him to return back my documents he said that " aap apne aap aa kar mere office se leja o, I am not your servant" . I am really sorry to say if these kinds of words are used by your staff, then i would say I am happy to use vodaphone service. This is really disguting and shameful on the your part to hire these kind of people who dont have basic curtesy to talk to there customer.

                    i want to say that i have a dealer of AIRTEL last one
                    year. but the company did not provide us any parmanent add metrial
                    like grow board.this reason my sale o[censored]er company is low as campare to
                    other dealer. sir we going to start new scheme for customer from our side
                    like free mobile downloading when customer purchase new AITEL
                    connection and OTHER COMPANY.but it will be possible when from yourr side u give
                    us havely add . so pls do some thing on this matter so that we grow

                    dear sir i made complaining by last one month to add a channel 198 movies now hd i made nearly 50 calls till date but so far no responce from u r side my set top box no is [protected] in the name of jagdish.its very difficult to contact customer care number as they are asking to send sms call to 54325 so u r representative will call us but so far no proper responce as i got yearly package so i unable to disconnect as my nearly 8 month viewing is pending.

                    In June I requested for a new channel. Called up Customer Care guys thrice, they gave me complain no. 10393313. It's been almost two months now and the channel is yet to be added. Yet claim that it takes 5 days (max.) for a new channel !!! WOW !! I feel like I am doing something BIG !!! AIRTEL,,,,,,,,,,,,ting titi ting ting

It is spiritual channel not to any language, state, cast or tradition. This the channel look all over India. This is the channel see about 3 million brahmakumaris devotees every day from 3.00 AM to 9.00 P.M.in India at about 1 million devotees from other countries.The Airtel has not been recognised its highness.                       My mobile handset is Motorola Z6 which has valid IMEI no. I checked by sending the first 8 digit to 121.But Airtel blocked my handset saying it has invallid IMEI. When I called they said they cannot do anything. Why I can do?

                        Good Day,

                        Please to inform you that i have logged several complaints regarding my airtel sim using in UAE. My Airtel number is not working in UAE, however before i used to it for several years. There was around 500 RS in the sim & while i check the balance from UAE it shows, only -3.34 RS. They responded twice stating it may be the problem from UAE telecom, however the same problem from bahrain & saudi too. For your ready referense i have mentioned below the airtel call log referense numbers.

                          I purchased the Airtel digital TV connection on 11 June' 2009 (Customer id: [protected], Order no. 3940016) and it got installed and activated on 13 June' 2009 at the month end of June (near 28 June' 2009) It started giving Error code 4 for all the channels then I followed up the matter with the Airtel customer care and they asked me to perform several things myself (like detach the cable from the set top box and connect it back, wait for some number of hrs., take out the card and clean it put it back etc..) I did the same but unfortunately it didn't helped me to resolve the issue.
                          To address my work related requirements I went out of India and was not able to follow up, I came back on 29 Sept'2009 and found the same status of the problem, again I followed with Airtel customer care by dialing number of times but no representative was logging a complaint, finally on 8 Oct'2009 complaint was logged
                          (service request number[protected] and again no resolution till 28 Oct'2009.
                          On 28 June'2009 I was able to see few channels, That day itself I called customer care and informed about the resolution and asked for the waiver of 123 days for unavailability of the service (service request number 1316845) but the same has been closed without giving the waiver to my account.

                          I am totally fed up with this now and hence raising a complaint, please help me to resolve the matter as soon as possible, you may call me on the mobile number [protected] in case need some specific information on this.

                            AIRTEL Customer Cheating Center?

                            In September one of Airtel franchisees, may be, contacted me to migrate my number [protected] to postpaid saying many benefits on that. They collected documents for that. Then without any information my phone was deactivated. When I contacted they told they will bring new SIM. After three days they gave me the new SIM and activated. At that time my prepaid balance was around 380/-. They told that amount will be adjusted in my postpaid account.

                            After few days I got sms saying my mobile will be barred outgoing calls, reason is documents. Again they collected documents and reactivated. Then I requested on17th October for migration to prepaid due to all problems I had. That time there was balance about 180/- and I am informed that I will get a cheque for the amount within 45 days. My number was migrated to prepaid and again I made it as life time validity by payment of Rs.53/-.

                            Again without any information and reason my life time validity mobile deactivated on 11th November. I contacted Airtel Customer Care centers and 121 from another phone. Unfortunately did not get proper response. Sometimes executives became angry also on phone. Now the phone I used to call 121 is rejecting access.

                            14th I went to Airtel CC Center near ECIL, the executive told me that my mobile will activate by Sunday evening or on Monday. Unfortunately nothing happened.
                            15th November Airtel sent an email asking me to remit Rs. 412.40 as a balance to reactivate my number.
                            16th I remitted the amount at RTC X Rd Airtel Center. But not activated saying they did not receive the amount.
                            20th I received a bill for the same amount Rs.412/-. And their email says to remit billed and unbilled amount to any of their center with documents for reactivation.
                            26th I went to RTC X Rd center and they gave me another bill for the same amount and told phone will be reactivated by 3 PM.
                            28th again I visited ECIL center, and they told by before 8.PM phone will be recharged. Since they have my documents they didn’t ask documents.
                            30th I received an email saying, revert my new SIM number. Not received the amount Rs.412/- paid by credit card.

                            I want my phone to be reactivated with life time validity.
                            In this regard I spent lot money to make phone calls to Airtel, sending many emails and travel to visit Airtel centers many times from September last week onwards.
                            Who will compensate lose of time, money, inconveniences and mental tension?

                            Hi,
                            This is Prem Kumar. I have Airtel connection from pas 3 years. 10 days back, I migrated from post paid to prepaid. I had submitted Voter Id and Indian Bank pass book as Id and Address proof at Aundh Relationship Centre, Pune, which are the documents required as per KYC guidelines.
                            However, on 13th August, I got message that I need to re-submit the document. On enquiring, there was no proper response as to why the document was rejected. Feeling disgusted about the response, I decided to re-submit the document since I have already posted the number on my resume. I again submitted the same documents at Baner Exclusive Outlet by afternoon on 14th August 2009.
                            However, service to my number was discontinued on 18th August without any intimation from Airtel. On contacting 121 through my other Airtel connection on 18th August 2009, I was assured by the service manager that the documents are received by Airtel. Verfication will be completed and my number will be activated within 24 hours. Reference no for the same is [protected].
                            Today, I visited Bavdhan/Pashan Relationship Centre for confirmation. However, on contacting Customer Care from Hotline no, I was shocked to hear that I need to re-submit the document again since Airtel has never received the document. I spoke to one of the supervisor who arrogantly replied that if my number has to be activated, I need t o re-submit the document. He was not in a position to listen to my conversation. He also told me that 121 customer care is different from hot line nos.
                            Above all these, no one from the customer care was ready to take complaint from my side. I got a reply that for documentation, complaint cannot be registered.
                            My question is:
                            1) When the document is submitted when purchasing a SIM, why was the same not verified by the executive at the relationship centre?
                            If the documentation was checked, there would not have been problem of repeated harassment to the customers.
                            2) When a document is returned for various reasons, customer has all the rights to know why document was rejected. However, no one responded properly. Everyone kept on telling that neither the reason is updated in the system nor the document can be returned to the customer.
                            As a customer, I have all the rights to get back the rejected document if I need to re-submit the documents again. In this case, the reason was not known and the document also was not returned. What if my documents are misused for illegal activities?
                            3) I had re-submitted the document on 14th August and the same got rejected again and the reason is still unknown. Shoul d I continue to re-submit different documents again and again until Airtel is satisfied.
                            If, in the first instance, the reason for rejection would have been known to me, I would have submitted the required document. As a Bank employee, I know the documents required as per KYC norms and I have submitted the same documents to Airtel. However, till this time, the rejection reason is unknown.
                            Service to the number is discontinued without the fault of the customer. Why should I, as a customer, is harassed? Dont you think that Customer care executive should be penalised since the documentation was not checked before forwarding.
                            I want a proper response from Airtel. I am going ahead with filing a case in Consumer court for all the mental harassment caused by the executives at Airtel.

                              i am agree as per discussion and she send one guy with a airtel form which is to be filled by me for new connection.
                              I filled the form and provide the required doc. with an amount of Rs 700 which is activation charges.and get a confirmation call from Neha([protected] ) that she got the payment with required doc.

                              Now she is still not provide me new connection. i tried to call on the given mobile no but she is not picking the call.

                              Someone by the name Neha as called me with a plan saying it will be a zero rental plan with 30 paise local all network and 1 rupee std. I have filled all forms and paid RS 700 to the guy who came to my place to collect the money. This plan was suppose to be activated on my existing no within 2 days but nothing of that sort have happened till now its been 5 days now.                                 I have Airtel prepaid subscription.I have been observed that periodically my balance has been deduced from my account without any notice or with my concern permit. For this deduction I got SMS from your company that " Dear customer you have subscribe ---- of service and for that we are charging you Rs.--- ". But the fact is I have not subscribe any services, So I would like to ask you a question that, Why are you deducting money from our prepaid balance? This is actually a misconduct of business between the company and customer.
                                I would like to ask you why your company deducting the money from our account without our notice. When we enquired on the customer care number, they are not given proper answer to our query. For a time being they are depositing our deduced amount back to our account and ensure us that this thing will not happen again and we have unsubscribed you from this service but after about a week or 15 day same consequences are happening.
                                I again inquired about the same mischief, same conversations are happening and after that I got my money back. But if supposed I am not so vigilant each time then your company will steal our money with our notice and consent.Many a time it may have had happened that you have deducted money from my balance and I haven't notice that or have not checked my balance.How could I trace that and take my money back. Please stop this stealing.
                                I'm writing to let you know that AIRTEL SUCKS... it's the WORST service provider who does not CARE about the Pre-Paid CUSTOMERS... Nobody knows what they are doing... Why do i say so... because my phone number[protected] was de-activated with out any RESOLUTION... despite consulting Customer Care and visiting Airtel Office many times... my query was not resolved... and now they have completely BARRED my number and pushed it to re-cycled status so that is cannot be re-used...

                                I have also tried consulting NODAL OFFICER to get HELP on the same and never received a reply...

                                If you GUYS are the right people to approach then, i request you to please HELP me... I need this number re-activated...

                                    I have a Motorola V8 (RAZR 2) handset. Recently i received messages regarding having a valid IMEI.It was stated to message my 8-digits of IMEI number to 121.
                                    I received a message informing it is a Valid Number . Still my SIM got deactivated.
                                    I approached the Mobile Store showroom as instructed by the Customer Care Executive.
                                    They say the mobile handset is authentic and the error lays with the Airtel guys since they didnt take care o[censored]pdating the information.Could you resolve ASAP.
                                    When there is no software in place to update the airtel user information why put your customers at stake and so much of inconvenience.

                                    The Airtel Guys Service personnel in Customer Care doesnt have any information regarding that nor they provide proper information regarding whom to contact.

                                      My mobile no is [protected] (airtel) and i have two complaints
                                      1. i have activated unlimited surfing on my phone by 450/- recharge but still whenever i browse any website through my mobile browser i always get a message from airtel saying thank for using airtel and some rupees have been deducted from your balance for browsing, wha the hell is happening, i want my money back

                                      2. i got a message from airtel saying "Thanks for downloading MercuryMeltdown from Airtel. You have charged Rs. 99. Bollywood Pics Everyday - *321*555#"

                                      Airtel — Charging for downloading games

                                      I am using the Airtel Sim No [protected] and loaded Rs98/ for serfing net.By mistake I downloaded Java game and for which still they are looting me everyday @rs50/- inspite of my request to stop downloading. I have not been given the connection to my mobile for internet facility.I visited severa times at CITY CENTRE, Salt Lake, Service Centre.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and save me from further looting by AIRTEL.

                                      Airtel — WEB BROWSING CHARGES

                                      My mobile no. is [protected](AIRTEL) and I have 2 complaints:

                                      (a)I repeatedly keep getting a message from airtel that says thank you for browsing and this much rupees have been deducted from your account, even though I don't browse even a single website from my mobile!
                                      This has been going for the past 3-4 months.

                                      (b)Some time back, I got a similar message from airtel that said thank you for browsing and sum of money around Rs80 have been deducted from your account, and this time too I didn't browse even a single website!What is this?How can you deduct such a huge amount of money, without any reason!

                                      This is intolerable, I want my money back!

                                      Airtel — Deducting charges for Java games

                                      I have been repeatedly deducted money from my account for the act that never happened. I have been charged(robbed) Rs 30 (thrice), Rs 50 (once), Rs X . The last one, I don't know the amount, I recharged for Rs 50 and now it says I have minimal balance. Rs 30 and Rs 50 are being deducted for Java games downloading and renewal of some crap. I was refunded once after my first complaint via mail. But the rest of the charges are not even being attended, I did report them.

                                      It could have been a mistake once, but more than four times couldn't be a mistake. I would like to know what is the exact problem. If this seem to be some error with programming I would like to offer my extended support to look at the code and fix it. Because no stupid would write a code to deduct everytime. Even if it is so, when the first time you addressed the issue, you could fixed the code to just not deduct any amount for Java game crap, because it's not just me who has the issue, there are tons of people. I find it to be a cunning plan to rob.

                                      Think of this, every few days a pick pocket robs Rs 30 from you. What would you do, write emails, call police customer care (that to spending more of your money)? Wouldn't you slap him hard the first time so that he never thinks of robbing? I would.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Recently due to security reasons prepaid mobile services were discontinued in Jammu and Kashmir and companies started converting the existing prepaid to post paid. Recently I got my mobile converted to postpaid and from the day one deductions started from the amount as paid for the plan Viz99 and now very little amount is left and I being told to recharge the same from any of the retailers of Airtel . Is it not possiable to pay after the completion of the month as is done in case of BSNL customers. Secondly retailers do not have facility of recharge with them . No body listening except Airtel is busy in converting the prepaid from postpaid and start deducting the charges.
