This is with regards to an online recharge I did using Axis bank account which I usually do. When I checked for the plans with my phone Number I did see the plan of Rs.599/- which includes data and calls/SMS and I recharged for Rs.599/- on the 11th of November and I did not get the recharge credited to my sim. My phone number is [protected].
I tried several times to reach out to Airtel customer care, but other than IVR options I could not get through to a human. If there is no way to contact them directly other than just going on with IVR options, it is very frustrating.
And further since I had to use my phone to make important calls, I again recharged on the 13th for another plan which is Rs.399/-. This recharge came into my airtel account and I am currently still using the same. However, the one that I recharged for Rs.599/- on the 11th has neither been refunded to my account or being credited to my phone number. I request that my recharge of Rs.599/- which is debited to my Axis bank be refunded immediately. I did see on the web that the recharge can take till 7 days and I waited to see if I would get the refund, but I haven't received it yet.
I hope my account is credited with the amount of Rs.599/- immediately as the same was deducted from my Axis account but ultimately it did not reflect on my Airtel account.
I have attached a copy of my bank account online snapshot too with greying out unwanted information other than the one's that show up about recharge.
