      Consolidated itemized bill

      I have 5 lines under my relationship number. For the first year Airtel gave me consolidated itemized bill for all my 5 numbers. This year for the last 9 months, every month i ask them for one single bill for all my numbers and they will give 1 number 5 times or 1 number last 5 bills etc. Have to keep writing to them at least 5 to 6 times every month to finally get a consolidated bill....

      I am not getting any internet connection since today in my postpaid number, which i use in my 4g dongle of airtel. I have been writing to facebook, twitter airtel customer support but no reply, no call backs from them. Restore my internet connection at the earliest, otherwise i will have to disconnect your services.

          This is to bring it to the notice of the isp provider for claiming to be fastest 4g coverage and reach, its really not up to the mark.

          *indoors zero coverage to make calls
          *outdoor very less net speed to even launch a page
          *need the 3g/4g coverage extended in existing tower

              Airtel — my 10 year old phone number allotted to someone else in just 3months

              I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 10 years plus. I recently was in gujrat for 9months. before 3moths ago my sim corroded and it's shoes no signal.
              Due to covid and the sim was on my mother I'd, and it's not safe to send my mother out during corona I complained airtel care evening and they denied to give the sim without my mom presence where my mom lives in Andra Pradesh. My work location is Gujarat.

              I tried to apply when I'm in home and it was already alloted to someone else before a month ago.

              This number is update in all my bank accounts, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 10 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks & regards,

                I've visited Airtel care centre in new Bowenpally Hyderabad, they charged me 650/-rs for first recharge after MNP, now my new sim is activated but there is no recharge available, I've proof o[censored]pi transaction, location proof, the store lady said there is no bill for recharge as it is online and due to covid there is no physical copy

                  I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through the airtel thanks app on 7th April 2020 and received an SMS with a Transaction reference and I also have a bank statement. The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                    I am a senior citizen of more than 78 years of age & have undergone heart bye - pass surgery. Have Airtel Mobile connection [protected]. Already paid the charges up to 07.05.2021. For the last 1 month, there is no network connectivity. due to that I am not able to receive any calls & OTPs, which is causing me a great loss & inconvenience.
                    I have complained a number of times, but no action has been yet taken to restore the connectivity. Earlier Airtel was providing best services & any complaint was attended within hours.
                    I once again request you to take an urgent action to restore Network connectivity.

                      I recharged my phone today with 349 so amount deducted from my bank. I received message also about the recharge has been initiated to your mobile number. But when I check balance in my phone it says 0 balance and phone not recharged.

                          Sub: Complaint about new Internet Broadband Connection not activated from 26th Nov, 2020 till date, service request no. [protected].
                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I am writing this letter to inform you that I am highly dissatisfied with the Airtel internet broadband connection service not activated even after 2 weeks of installation.
                          I raised a request for a new Airtel broadband connection and completed all the KYC and payment process on 26th Nov. I have paid the connection fee and also advance rental. The installation engineer visited the site on 27th Nov and completed the installation process by laying the cable and installing the router. Thereafter the engineer was not able to activate the connection citing technical problem at server end which is beyond his purview.
                          Thereafter, he expressed that he as well as his area manager is not getting any response from backend team even after 4/5 days of follow-up and also said that he and his team will not be able to help anymore and asked me to raise a request for same with the customer service helpdesk.
                          I have contacted the Customer Service Helpdesk on 1st Dec 2020 and made necessary request for restoring any technical issue and activation of my connection at the earliest. Thereafter, I have made several calls daily to the customer support but there is still no solution to it. Every time assurance is given by the customer support team that the connection will be activated within 24 hours but till today there is no response neither any follow up by anyone from Airtel team.
                          Magnificent advertisements for this Airtel product have been installed in and around my area as the superfast internet, and i would say there is no responsible team who can work at least to activate the connection. I am also not getting appropriate support from the sales team as well.
                          I am highly dissatisfied with this attitude of Airtel internet broadband connection service and many of my important works is been disturbed. I have promptly completed all formalities and I have also made timely payment of all the necessary fee.
                          If this is not re-solved at the earliest, I will be forced to take necessary action and might knock the doors of consumer related authorities.

                              I am an NRI working in Dubai and Visit my native in India once a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card in my last visit to India in the month of January 2020. My SIM No is[protected] H1 128K and Mobile phone no is +91-[protected]. I was just trying to make an international call from this SIM but while using this SIM, it doesnt indicate any mobile network in Dubai. Now I am about to complete my continuous stay of 6 months outside india getting this SIM card from Airtel and hence I wish to use it and top up further to keep my SIM active.

                              This time also I had kept sufficient Credit balance on my SIM ( more than Rs 400/-) while leaving India in April -09 so that I could use it from Dubai just to keep it active.

                              I am an NRI working in Dubai and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card in my last visit to India in the month of April'09. My SIM No is[protected] H 3 and Mobile phone no is +91-[protected]. It was explained to me by the Airtel Agent that I need to make a call of atleast Rs 200/- in 6 months to keep the SIM card active. So I was just trying to make an international call from this SIM but while using this SIM, it doesnt indicate any mobile network in Dubai. Now I am about to complete my continuous stay of 6 months outside india getting this SIM card from Airtel and hence I wish to use it and top up further to keep my SIM active.
                              I simply request you to look into the matter and provide a satisfactory service to NRI customers which is lacking badly with Airtel as of now. Kindly let me know the status oy my SIM card and advice accordingly how to keep Airtel SIM with me for further use in Indis without any pain.
