It is inform to you regarding My set with both sim has been lost dated 04.08.08. My moblie no. [protected], [protected] are both Postpaid. I have called customer care for both sim deactived. I purchased duplicate sim of both no. from Gopal telecom & communication, hisar, but both sim can not active after 5 days, so i agree and i received back Rs. 150/- them and return both sim them. I am doing to work as a office assistant and self business.

If you want to give me sim, I agree but sim will be active in very few time /ASAP.

I have lost my airtel SIM since more than a year. Then after i was forgot to make a complaint of lost of SIM.
Now i came to know that same number has been allotted to other person.
What should i do now........? Will it create problem 4 me in future.

    I have purchased a Nokia mobile phone E63 on 03.11.09. I am receiving SMS and recorded messages from Airtel saying that my IMEI number is not valid and I have to get new IMEI by paying Rs 199. I think the data base of AIR TEL is not correct. M/S BHARTI AIRTEL please look in to the matter and rectify your data base

      mobile connection — Not getting choice number

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have recently taken a new postpaid connection from your dealer Mr.Vinod at Aamby valley city near Lonawala (Maharastra).AT the time of boking your dealer told & promised me that i will got chice mobile number so I paid Rs.250/-deposite charges but he had not given me choice number. He register a self choiced number ([protected] ). When i asked him about that he told me that you have to pay rs.1000/- as a extra charge for choice number. I requiest to you sir that either change my mobile no. or please disconnect my cell.

      I have recently taken a new mobile connection (no. [protected] ). from your dealer of aamby valley city near Lonawala. at that time your dealer named Mr. vinod told me that i will get choice mobile number but as i ped the cost of 250/- rs He activated the above mentioned no. without asking me. i told him severl time that i did not want that number. please change that mobile number. but now he said that you have to pay rs.1000 for same. dear sir do the needful in this matter or please disconnect that connection as early as possible.

      mobile connection — not geting right information

      I have using your mobile network service from last 15 monts & i paid my bill time to time yet some time i got rs. 50 or rs.100 extra as a late bill charges.2 months before i paid rs 400 on date 29 of may yet i got 50 rs extra late charge. actually i paid my bill at Lonawala city near pune where no online service available and i paid my bill by cash & i also got message that i paid my bill that date yet i got extra charge when i asked that issue to your customer care he(mr.Vyas) had not given me right information. i have very bad experiance of your customercare. I think that is not customer care that is customer problem center . so please sir either reduce my bill or please disconnect my mobile connection as earyly as possible

      mobile connection — Exceptionally Poor Service

      This is with regards to extraordinarily poor service provided by your esteemed company- Idea Cellular Limited. I have been using this connection for past 2 years and do not wish to be associated with Idea for even a single day:

      3 weeks back, I requested for activation of blackberry services at my phone. The charges for same, INR 399/- were debited within 15 minutes and services were promised to be activated within 24 hours. Thereafter, in my repeated calls to the support center I was told that services will be activated shortly. However, after troublesome task of reaching the call center operator four times, I was told that blackberry services cant be activated on a pre-paid device and my money will be refunded within 48 hours.

      Now, In my repeated calls to the call centre(which takes 15-20 mins to reach operator), I am falsely commited that money will refunded within 12-24 hours. Several senior executives have repeatedly commited several timelines over last 2 weeks. I have no faith in Idea’s executive any commitments and therefore writing this mail as a last resort.

      I also would like to know about functioning of your support center, whether any customer escalation are recorded to or not. I am also submitting this complaint to consumer forum and TRAI and would also highlight to this fellow Idea users.

      This exceptional service quality over last 3 weeks(which has already consumed my enough time for mere INR 399/-) has left me with no option, but to switch providers.

      KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY AT EARLIEST.

        i take airtel broadband plan rs.555/- .,but after some wrong commitments due to some reasons i asked to please disconnect my no.[protected].i went to airtel office but they don't disconnect my no..finally after so much probelms i made a decission not to give your last outstanding.i.e.1800.but they raise the bill 2697.after 16 or 17 days i got phone from chandigarh to again start the connection by paying 1800 and change of plan.i had a wriiten letter of on eof your staff.that is ((all dues over after paying 1800)) only..from last month new plan is going good.i paid a new bill i.e 900 rs.after some days from airtel office continouesly from last 14 days i was getting a call to pay my previous balance.which is 897,,as cleared or adjusted according to your staff memebers as comitted and written reciept issued..the person who called me is ( Mr. Anil ) from chandigarh staff.his under staff is S.sarabjeet singh from ludhiana who collected the payment.

        Hi,
        I Ashok Gupta, my tele no. is[protected]. I am facing lot of problem with my Airtell connection. Last time I paid my bill when I faced a lot of problem. My phone is not working due to the construction of national highway at sarai chowk, faridabad. But I paid a non satisfactory bill, i got rebate of 700 which is just nothing for my rent. Now again from the last two months my connection has been hardly used for 20 - 25 days and your executives call me daily and ask the same reason which i discussed with the other tele caller. From the last one month I am asking them to disconnect my no. but they are doing nothing for the same, but to calling me daily 1 or 2 time. I have became mentally harassed and ill due to your tele callers, and if my problem will not get solved and some problem will occur to me, it will be your company fault. today an telecaller called me at 8.30 in the morning.
        so, I again request you to please solve the matter, and to prevent it for further discussion.

            Hi Sir,


            I am a resident of Pimple Saudagar, Pune and have a connection of Airtel Digital tv.
            Last week on 10-Nov-2009 due to bad weather the signal to my TV was Lost. I have made complaint for that in the customer care for the same, every time I make a complaint they promice to resolve the issue with in 24 hours and then next day i recieve a message that my problem has been resolved but nothing happens. I have spoken to the supervisor twice (One was a person name Neeraj ... ), but all in vain.
            I am frustrated by calling again and again. Please suggest me what leagal action I can take against them.

              This is to inform, that one of the RECOVERY AGENT ( APARENTLY A GOON ) named rakesh Called me and my family many times yesterday and today( 18.11.2009 ) at around 17.19 hrs from a No. ( [protected] ) using abusing Language and threatened me of DIRE CONSEQUENCES, if i do not pay the dues of My old Airtel No. ( [protected] ), which i have requested to disconnect in the month of July 2009 after i cleared my dues at that time and also informed them in AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ( 121 ).

                Sir,
                I am Richard Simon, resident of Kurnool Town, Andhrapradesh. I am an airtel prepaid customer using no. [protected]. This no. is activated in Vizag city of AP. I have been using this no. since 2yrs. On 18-11-09 evening in kurnool town a retailer near Municipal corporation office collected Rs.27 from me to recharge my no. with an amount of Rs.26 by easy recharge. Inspite of asking for change he replied me that the company itself has given him the right to collect one rupee on any easy recharge upto an amount of Rs.100. His response to customers is not good. Even he has got the support of the dealer. This is not a matter of one rupee but he is collecting from every customer. This is unfair and i couldnot get proper response from customer care and airtel outlets in Kurnool town. By the suggestion given by the customer care executive I approached the airtel office located at Bellary Road, opp. Balaji Hotel, and asked for complaint form which I could'nt get from them. Again I talked to customer care executive from the landline phone available in the office by dialing 125 which directly connected me to CC Executive. The executive Mr.Nagaraju told me to ask for feedback form and fill it and give it there, which also I couldnot get there. So I am putting a mail to you for necessary action. If such nuisance retailers are not punished the public will lose faith on the company's services and on the company aswell.
                Am giving the details of the retailer below, which I know about him. Hope I can get a positive response.

                  with 500 rs. deposite till now i am not getting any call or any postpaid sim card

                  I already paid 500 rs. (deposite 300 , and 200 activation charge).
                  He told us to airtel card transfer prepaid to postpaid within 4 days. one month over still no transfer.
                  I applied at shah communication office, Anand - vidyanagar road, Anand (Gujarat), India.
                  I requested their but they couldn't replay. I am not satisfies with the services. I want to my money get back, I want to close airtel connection. I am not satisfied with the airtel services.

                  2.Informed the J&K Airtel Nodal office of Mr Sandeep Rai on 05Nov and since then,have been calling them every day and had been given false promises.
                  3.Contacted the appellate office but the same false promises.

                    I have made complaints about promotional calls to M/s Airtel and registered for Do not disturb option long back
                    .How ever the promotional call from many are coming to me .I made complaints No: 20839112,[protected],20823532 dated 27th and 28th Feb 09 to M/s Air tel and also send them a mail dated 28thFebruary 09.As I got fed up with the calls, I wrote in Deccan chronicle recently .
                    Some of the phone calls I got are from[protected] from ICICI Prudential, [protected] from Naukri.com,[protected] from MrBaig of Ansan Infra, +[protected] from Mr Siddique . I have again forwarded my mail dated 28thFeb09 to Airtel at
                    [protected]@airtelindia.com and spoken to Ms Udaya. I am a patient of sic sinus syndrom aa, aged about 68years.I have an in plant of cardiac pace maker with me.
                    I request M/s Airtel to pay me compensation for causing disturbance to me and mental agony continuously

                    Airtel — getting promo calls despite DND registry

                    Despite being registered with DD registry with Airtell, I keep on getting unsolicited calls. Just now at 4.53pm I received call from ALFA INVESTMENTS for a Bajaj Alliance prodect, caller's name is AMIT and his mobile is. [protected] .
                    Yes, and everytime we complain the so called customer care people just cut an paste a standard response. In three complaints so far, I was given 3 new dates (4-2-09, 17-2-09 and 5-2-09) for resolution of my complaint. the first two did not result in any feedback so there is not much hope for the third one either. I have complained to the registry people in the government and am trying to take this case to consumer court.

                      Since we have started using the Connection , we have been using one package consistently but later suddenly realised that it is deactivated and we had been using the connection as per the previous package leading to the increased phone bills..........
                      When asked they say that that package is no more available so they cannot activate it .............
                      We have not told the company to change the package....... but it is done - dont know how...........
                      In the end we have increased phone bills

                        Respected Sir,
                        Lot of references were made to customer care office through telcon ,references were No. 761157 dt 27.07.2009, 90336281 dt 30.07.2009, 23521472 dt 25.08.2009, 23760146 dt 31.08.2009 , 24363704 dt 15.09.2009 & 25397044 dt 14.10.2009 to stop / disconect the connection of Land Line yet I am getting continuous Bill of Every month. The Modum of the telephone were also returned through caf No 176640 on 10.09.2009. Again on 05.11.2009 the matter was discussed with your office senior floor executive Ms Shweta & Customer Executive Ms Reshma through Refe No[protected] that unnecessary I am being now & then receiving Monthly Bill yet I have disconected the said telephone in the month of August2009 (Plz see my attachment of your bill number[protected]bill dated 9 August 2009 showing that airtel wants full & final payment up to 7 August 2009) which was already been paid on 28 August 2009. It is furthere stated that I have received a call from Air Tel on 3.10.2009 that your Bill has been wavedoff and no bill will be preffered to you in future yet I am receiving Monthly Bill every month , more over receiving calls from Customer care office of yours.
                        I have already sent E-mail to Nodal Officer/Appellate Authority on 5 November 2009.
                        As such please I request your goodself to look into this matter and save from mental tension and stop further receipt of monthly rent.

                          Airtel — No Network Indoors

                          I have been facing network problem indoors in my Airtel Prepaid since 3 months. I have been using Airtel for last 6 years. But since last 3 months the Customer service is PATHETIC to say the least. I have got 100's of reference nos. but till date no improvement. They said they will install booster, give us 1 weeks time , change your phone, change your sim. I wish i could change my no. but i cant since im using this no for long time. If problem persists i guess ill be forced to change it. I have sent mails to Airtel Customer Service & Nodal officers and forwarded mail to Sunil Mittal too.

                          Could anyone guide me on how to file a case / complaint against Airtel

                              Hi,

                              My name is Channdeep Singh & my Airtel postpaid mobile no. is [protected]. I have been a loyal customer to Airtel & availing their Broadband, DSL & Mobile services for quite long now. But, I have an issue here with my Airtel Postpaid Bill.

                              I signed up for Airtel Postpaid Mobile in Feb 08. It was a corporate plan as I work with HCL. It was an Advance Rental Plan for 1 yr & they charged me Rs 699. My monthly rental was zero. I was able to sign up for this with the Airtel's representative for HCL. Now, as it was a corporate plan, my internal company calling i.e. CUG (Company User Group) was free. Everything went well till 1 yr as the main reason for signing up corporate plan was being accomplished (of enjoying free CUG calling).

                              Now, after 1 yr, when plan expired, without any acknowledgement & notice, Airtel switched me onto a normal postpaid plan & started charging me a monthly rental of Rs 300. I came to know this after 2 months, when I started receiving calls for non-payment pf bills. When I contacted Airtel Customer Care, they told me, as your 1 yr plan has expired, so it has now turned into a normal Postpaid no. & that's why, you are now being charged this monthly rental. Moreover, when I asked them, how to renew contract, they asked me to contact Airtel's representative for HCL.

                              When I spoke with Airtel's representative for HCL, he says, he can't do anything about monthly charge & started ignoring my phone calls to him. I was very annoyed as this all was done without my approval & moreover, I did not get any notice through any mode of communication. Finally, after many conversations with Airtel Customer Care, they reveresed some amount & offered me a new 2 yr contract with some reduced amount. I got agreed.

                              It was all OK till here. Now, I carried on with my new plan & kept paying all the bills. In a few months, I felt that I am getting charged extra because my maximum calling was internal i.e. CUG, which was free as per my postpaid plan. Now, I reviewed my bills & found that I have been charged for even all my CUG calling. I reported this to Airtel customer care as my contact was non-existent with Airtel's representative for HCL as he use to ignore my phone calls. Customer care told me that the new 2 yr plan, I have been switched onto, is a public plan. Its not a corporate plan & so for, there is no CUG free under this plan.

                              Now, they said, they can't do anything & CUG will always be getting charged in these 2 yrs. So, this was an absolute breach of contract as they are now charging me for CUG as well. & the main reason for me to sign up for a corporate connection was to enjoy free CUG calling only. Upon this, I then went to meet Airtel's HCL representative in person, & he suggested me to keep paying my bills minus CUG calling charges. I told him, that it is not possible for me to figure out every CUG call from every bill & making payments after deducting CUG calling charges. & most importantly, doing this for 2 yrs. I don't think, it would be possible for anyone. Then, he advised me to calculate some average amount of CUG calling, which I make.

                              I kept doing this & now, few days back, I got a SMS for Airtel, that due to my previous outstanding, they have handed over my details to their payment assistance partner. I haven't contacted Airtel Customer Care & HCL's representative till now.

                              SO, I want to lodge a formal complaint here because of the following reasons:

                              1- Why I was not been informed & taken my assent, when my initial 1 yr contract was about to expire ?
                              2- When they offered me new 2 yr plan to renew, why they did not tell me that this this is a public plan, not a corporate plan, & I will be getting charged even for CUG calling ?
                              3- When I asked from Customer Care, the procedure to get this new public plan converted into a corporate plan (corporate plan, which means free CUG), they say me, that I will have to subscribe for a new corporate plan & all my money, which I paid as Advance Rental (Rs 1000) for this new 2 yr plan, will go in vain. Why ? Why I have to pay again ? Why you did not tell me that this is not a corporate plan & CUG will be getting charged ?

                                this is to bring under your kind consideration that I prashant sharma resident of 89 rajendra nagar colony dehradun is presently a subscriber of your airtel prepaid mobile services my contact number is [protected] sir from the past three days ie from 14th november i m facing so much trouble from your side as your company is automatically deducting my balance earlier it was Rs.162 rupees but you deducted all amount and said that i have subscribed for airtel services but you can go through with your recordsthat till date i have not ordered for any additional services that day your senior assured me that my amount will be refunded in 24 hours as it happened due to mistake from your side. my earlier complaint number was 584593 which your official kailash ji given to me and assured me that this will not happen in future but today when i checked my account balance again its showing only Rs 5 - instesd of Rs. 155 - which was very shocking for me then again i coordinate with your customer care with Mr.
                                sanjay he said that he can understand but he is helpless he gave me the nodal officer numberie [protected] but even after trying this number several times no one is picking it up so that i can follow up.

                                so you are requested to kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible as i am shocked that with such a brand name of trust Airtel is cheating their subscribers i am using airtel services since i have started using mobile but i am really very sorry to say that i am facing so much problem in this duration that in future i have to think about using airtel services.

                                Today i have recieved a call from your call center by number [protected], & mr. shahshi denied to return back my balance.

                                Please do the needful. otherwise i have to take some legal action.

                                Airtel — customer care playing with brand name of Airtel

                                this is to bring under your kind consideration that I M.P.SAHU resident at Kadma Farm Area, Jamshedpur is presently a subscriber of your airtel prepaid mobile services my contact number is [protected].Sir from the past three to four month i am facing so much trouble from your side as your company had automatically deducted my balance about Rs.70 for bolly services and said that i have subscribed for airtel services but you can go through with your records that till date i have not ordered for any additional services.That day your senior assured me that my amount will be refunded in 24 hours as it had happened due to mistake from your side.                                 I am very much agree with the user- 'prashant sharma'.Airtel is not only a cheat but also harassing people by providing bad Service. I felt 3 times the problem like Prashant & others & did n't get any satisfactory result from Airtel.


                                I tolerate twice from airtel but this time writing this blog to do good for the innocent users of india who are using airtel, when today(october 27th 2010) 67RS deducted from my current balance 253 RS what yesterday i recherged 250Rs at 8:30PM (26th oct) .

                                Without subscribing any offer alerts, today at 6.30PM i got arround 22 messages what i couldn't understand at all.

                                when i contacted instantly to useless customer cares of Airtel -afterlong time, they replied that i sent some messages 10 or more times for subscribing some particular alert what i never knows about that offer name.It was very surprising moment for me.

                                But The Truth i know very well i didn't touched my mobile or didnt activated or called or messaged to any one that day from my no.

                                It indicates Airtel & Those people don't have proper application or database to maintain user data & their activities.only they know how to deduct money from users account & cheat further again & again if you use.


                                I expected justice from airtel & told them to add the deducted money to my accont what i never knows & which is happened from Airtel end worthlessly. Limbless customer cares told that they cant do anything for user, as they have info that i requested any alert for many times.

                                But the god knows - who is true.I dont have any single message in sent items or outbox what they are claimed that - i sent to airtel repeatedly.

                                If any one read this & still using Airtel- I can reward that person as 'Shame less' & 'Disloyal' citizen of INDIA.

                                Before you realize any problems like me & get any dissatisfied results from Airtel. Be careful. Do like me my lovely dears...

                                  i bought a postpaid naumber ([protected]) on 10 august 2009. i sent a message regarding activation of special five plan and inquired to cousmer care about the activation they told me its activeted the number i included in the plan was hyderbad number . I bought the airtel number just for the sake of special five plan . but when i got the bill it was calculated @ 1 rupee/min instead of @50 paise/min . I told them that i will not pay until airtel won't calculate the bill acording to special five plan . I stopped using the number but still i get the bills and calls from the cousmer care . I still say what i said earlier but they dont do anything but in last few days they starting using abusive language and they also threatened me too many time . on 18/11/09 i got a call from cousmer care number[protected] from a lady she just started saying things i cant even mention . But is this the way airtel is giving training to their employees and if Mr Bhupinder Narula is still operations head i would like to ask him is this the way they are representing their compony by not giving the services and dealing in bad manner with coustmers. i would like to report this matter and if possible would like to forward this to the head of operations, AIRTEL in delhi .

                                    It is in reference to the mobile no. [protected] of Airtel in Bangalore city. The connection is in name of Amit Bhatia staying at 281/A 13 main 23 rd cross HSR layout Sec-3 Bangalore. The outgoing calls were barred on my number for two times previously and was told that there is one form UEF which is not received by us & you need to submitt it again. I went to the Airtel shop Arshita Communication #286 Konappana Agrahara E-city Hosur main road Bangalore 560100.The papers were submitted twice to the agency on request of customer care executive but again the calls have been barred.
                                    This number belonged to me in 2008 also and was requested for cancellation in Dec08 at Airtel shop in Jayanagar -4 block as I was moving out of city. The number remained active in spite of several requests & when I came back in Sept09 I had to pay Rs.700/-(+) for previous adjustment Rs.200 for sim card Rs.250 as security deposit & Rs.250 for reactivation. After collecting bills for two months the calls have been barred again.
                                    The new problem now as per Airtel shop personnel is that you have to pay Rs.1500/- as premium number charges due to which your calls have been barred it is not due to non- submission of any form.You have to pay the charges again as your number was deactivated once & again we have to reactivate it other than reactivation charges paid by you.
                                    This is unnecessary harassment to me & effecting my job also.

                                    Even after paying the bill on my no [protected] the phone has been not activated.. The staff at the CC is rude and not cooperative

                                      My(Priya Jacob) airtel pre paid NO.is [protected].I have recharged for Rs.100 on Sept-09.As my balance reached Rs 50 my balance is cut to Rs.-9.8(negative!!!).As I contacted the custar care it was informed me that my cricket live score was active!!!.I have never given the airtel any permission to activate cricket live.I never see cricket .With out my permission call charge balance was cut to minus level. Also in a prepaid connection how the company can cut the balance to minus level ?If so what is the meaning of prepaid connection?I want the satifactory reply for this .Other wise I have to go to Cusumer court for jastice!!Also I want to know the Name,Designation,phone number,E mail idof responsible in charge officer of Air tel pre paid connection.At custamar care is not providing any data of this.

Also in a prepaid connection how the company can cut the balance without permission?If so what is the meaning of prepaid connection?I want the satifactory reply for this .Other wise I have to go to Cusumer court for justice!!Also I want to know the Name, Designation, phone number, E mail id of responsible in charge officer of Air tel pre paid connection.At customer care is not providing any data of this.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am Mr. Amit K. Shetye. I have 6-airtel nos. & 2-friend's no. Mr. Nagesh M. Khopatkar & Mr. Satish M. khopatkar viz;[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected].
                                        Complaint no.1) Deduction of charges of services that we have not activated.
                                        Complaint no.2) Deduction of rupee per day without any information and reason.
                                        Also they are not accepting that fault is from their side only and directly blaming to me. I had gone in their Lower parel PENINSULA branch last month to register the complaints. But Customer care Executive didn't talked properly. He gave me only 10Rs. refund but actually charges cut more than that. Not telling reason behind this. I replied them I can make mistake but many people came here for the same complaints. So I want proper reason and refund of all my charges was cut. Stop daily deduction. No other companies do like this. Also this AIRTEL network is fully faltu......Please do the needful.

                                        AIRTEL SHOULD BE AWARDED THE MOST FRAUDULENT COMPANY IN TELECOM SECTOR IN INDIA" AWARD.
                                        Even when the Supervisor at their call centre has admitted that there was no request from my side for GPRS activation, still the same was done & my card was getting debited daily for Rs 20/-!! Same was the case for Hello tunes!! I HAD NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THESE SERVICES!!

                                        I am making a call daily to their call centre but no one is heeding to my calls!!

                                        ALSO THE CONTACT NUMBERS MENTIONED FOR NODAL OFFICER IN TRAI SITE & ON AIRTEL WEBPAGE ARE BOGUS! YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE ANY REPLY!

                                        WILL SOMEONE AT AIRTEL & TRAI WAKE UP & TAKE NOTICE OF SUCH FRAUDULENT ACTS!!

                                        I am also facing same problems with airtel. I have this number since 5 and half years so cannot change...

                                        But I think just by complaining on these boards will not help as the airtel people are just calling & saying we will look in to this and then do not respond... Can nobody can make a forum where we can complain and it will be taken to consumer court group by group so that the airtel guys will take our complains seriously..

                                        Just a thought... Even I am bored of airtels snacks & bits looting of money... They just start a service charge you & when u complain they say that they will rrefund but we don't receive any refund we just keep waiting and forget thinking that 10 bucks, 50 bucks is small amount lets forget but 10 bucks from 10 million customers give the company profit of 100 million and we get only frustration...

                                        Two times i have contacted customer care for deduction of charges for value added service which is activated unknowingly .customer care person told me that ur service is deactivated but still i am gettig messages of cutting the charges.pls help.
                                        Myself Varun Aggarwal is having Prepaid Airtel Mobile connection for last seven years with mobile no. [protected]. I have never requested for activation of any service and every time company is deducting balance from my number. Sometimes there is a deduction of Re. 1 & sometime Rs. 5/-. I have requested so many times at customer care no. i.e. 121 & 198 but they are just saying we apologies for your inconvenience and stopping this service. But every time after some days again any service is activated. Customer care executives are not helping at all. They are appointed there to just feel apologies. These guys are puppet in the hands of company. No one help i m getting from Nodel officer as well. In totality we are unable to stop this non sense. It has been observed that company has lot of subscribers now and don't care about the customers. Company is in the thought of that airtel is leader in communication sector and is having monopoly. If company can't care about his customers then i m sorry to say that it is the failure of company in terms of service. If my this problem can't be solved then i have to change the connection as i m very much fed up now from these charges. Hope this time i will get revert
