My mobile number is [protected], Airtel AP Circle.. I have registered for DND on 15th of feb. My services got activated on 1st of April 2009, 45 days after registering. It has been more than 225 days since my services got activated and I have registered a complaint with TRAI and also with Airtel. But there is no response or action taken. My Registration number is S[protected]. whenever I call Airtel customer care, they give a new deadline telling that my problem will be solved.. I have complained more than 30 times from past 7 months. Recently Airtel has stopped my services to call customer call,and I am calling from other network, I am being charged and if I call the customer care for 3 times, they are barring the services to call customer care. Kindly help me to solve my problem and I need a compensation from Airtel for wasting my precious time and making me to call from other numbers repeatedly..

Hi My Name is raj i am also using air tel mobile services my no is [protected] i have activated my DND services before 4 months it has been activated but still i am getting commercial messages from air tel and some marketing compnies i have complains many to customercare but always they told me your problem will resolved after 15 or days like this but there is no necessary action they taken yet. now i am bored to call them can anyone tell me that where i can go for higher authorities, i don want want to call airtel anymore regarding same. be careful from this cheated company i think they sale customer data, they can activate DND but cant stop massges and calls, i got daily abput 3 or 4 commercial calls and masseges from airtel

sir, please help me, i took an idea sim in this month with no. [protected], and i think 5 or more times a same message is coming with the name - AD-AIRTEL, containing these msgs :

"your bill dated 09-jan-11 of rs. 1679 for your airtel fixedline a/c no. 15863697 is due for payment on 28-jan-11. please ignore if already paid."

what is this ... i dnt have any airtel connection and my idea no. is new, then hw they can sms me like this . please do something fr me, otherwise after tomorrow they will msg me little diff. frm the above, they will surely going to add the amt after due date ...

pls do somthing fr these kind of invalid messages and calls.
Airtel is such a fraud. Even though you're registered in DND in airtel it'll not show in National DND wrbsite of TRAI. This is because they are not actually registering. Try booking complaint in airtel website. you'll not be able to submit. Thats how Airtel have designed things to make customers not to register for DND. So no use in shouting at these peoples. Its TRAI who should act.

    Wrong Information Given by Airtel Customer Care (Tamilnadu). I have rechared my mobile number ([protected]) with ec 64 rs (1 second pulse rate). But i have not satisfied with this scheme. So i called to customer care and asked to cancel this 64rs (1 second pulse rate). One lady told me to recharge 119rs to change my plan as 10 paise to airtel and other mobile for 50 paise std 1 rupee. I recharged my mobile but it goes 30 paise for airtel. Again i make a call to customer care and asked "Why you given a wrong information to me?" that lady cooly replied i will transfer your call to sineor officer. I am waiting hardly more than 30 minutes no higher officer attended my call. I end my call and again make a call to customer care. At finally one supervisor (Parvathi) told me "If our side mistake we will solve this problem with in 24 hours."

    I am using Airtel Service more than 7yrs but today i am think Airtel Customer Care Service is so POOR. So i am waiting to see the soultion.

        dear sir
        i m the prepaid customer of airtel mp region
        my no'r is [protected] . i got the recharge done on my mobile
        through icici internet banking , the amount paid was 400 Rs
        i got a message on my mobile that the recharge amoun should be either
        50 or 100 or 200 or 300 or 333 or 444 or 500 or 1000, the message had come from
        555555 so for making the recharge of Rs 500 , i made another payment of Rs 100 through
        icici net banking but the recharge of 500 Rs has not taken place the recharge has
        only taken place of Rs 100, so please be kind enough to look into the matter to resolve the issue

          Myself Arun Singh. I had Airtel-Mumbai postpaid mobile connection. My mobile no was [protected]. On April 16 2009, I requested for termination of this mobile connection through a mail. I didn't receive any confirmation from Airtel then again on April 30 2009, I sent one more email to Airtel:

          Hi

          This is Arun Kumar Singh the postpaid mobile customer of Airtel mumbai. I would like to request you to terminate the services of the mobile no [protected] immediately. The reason being i am shifting to bangalore and think this no would not be beneficial over there. So please action on my request and cancel this mobile service.

          Then I got one mail from Airtel:

          Dear Mr. Singh,

          Thank you for contacting Airtel.

          We understand from your previous interaction dated 16 April 2009, you had requested for cancellation of your Airtel number [protected].

          Your request for cancellation has been forwarded to the concerned department. Kindly quote the Service Request number 21512900 in any future communication about this request. We would revert to you by 19 May 2009.

          You can also know the status of the Service Request number by dialing *121# (toll free).

          There is no outstanding amount in your account and there is an unbilled amount of Rs.386.80/- as on 30 April 2009 which does not include the current usage, roaming, rental and discounts, if any in your account.

          Based on the above mail I paid the outstanding on the above mobile connection Rs. 464 appx on-line through my HSBC Credit Card.

          Between 8-10 May'2009 I received calls from Airtel Anti-Attrition Department to confirm my cancellation request. I told them that I don't want to continue with the above postpaid connection as I am planning to move to another state. They told me that the above mobile number will be de-activated with 24 hour. Over the same call they offered me if I want I can keep the same number with pre-paid connection after paying Rs 50 As a service charge. I told them to cancel the above post-paid connection and send the executive at my residence to collect Rs. 50 for the pre-paid connection. I thrown away my above postpaid mobile sim after finding that services terminated between 11-12 May 2009. They told me that within 24 hr a executive will come at my residence but nobody turned up as of now.

          I raised the complaint about this through a mail. Then I got one more mail from Airtel on 11 May 2009:

          Dear Mr. Singh,

          Thank you for contacting Airtel.

          As per pervious interactions, you have expressed concern over delay in postpaid to prepaid conversion for your Airtel number [protected].

          We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same.

          We would like to inform you that your concern has been forwarded to the respective department. Kindly quote the Service Request number 21588628 in any future communication about this request.


          Please be informed that we would revert to you by 26/05/09.

          Also, you can know the status of the Service Request number by dialing *121# (toll free).

          For further assistance, mail us at [protected]@airtelindia.com

          On 13 May 2009 again I got one mail for Airtel:

          We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same.

          We regret that you have decided to cancel your Airtel mobile number.

          The turn around time mentioned in our email is the maximum period required to process your concern and we request your co-operation till that time.

          Your concern over delay in cancellation has already been forwarded to the concerned department. Kindly quote the Service Request number 21588628 in any future communication about this request. We would revert to you by 26 May 2009.

          There is no outstanding amount in your account and unbilled amount of Rs.35.00/- as on 12 May 2009 which does not include the current usage, roaming, rental and discounts, if any in your account.

          Further, please be informed that there is no security deposit in your account.

          Furthermore, we would like to confirm that we have received your payment of Rs.464.46/- on 11 May 2009 towards your bill dated 06 May 2009.

          After this I stopped interaction with Airtel but In Sep'2009 I got a shocking mail from Airtel :

          Dear Mr.Singh.

          Thank you for contacting Airtel.

          We understand from your previous interaction dated 12/09/2009 , you have expressed concern over receipt of bill after cancellation of your Airtel number [protected].

          We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same.

          We would like to confirm that your concern has already been registered with us and Service Request number for the same is 28485298.

          We would revert to you by 07/10/09.

          The mobile number has been disconnected on 19/09/2009 due to Zero Usage.

          We are not in receipt of disconnection request from your end and unable to find bill payments from bill dated 06/06/09 to 06/09/09 for the monthly rental has been calculated for the billing period as per your usage and hence you have been charged accordingly.

          There is an outstanding of Rs. 2642.97/- in your account . We request you to make the payment at the nearest Airtel Relationship centre to initiate further action. The forthcoming bill will reflect the payment and outstanding, if any in your account.

          My previous neighbour whose mobile no I have given to Airtel as an alternate number now getting a calls from Airtel enquiring about me and asking for a payment. I am pissed off with Airtel. Today on 14 November 2009 I got a threatening mail from Airtel that my O/s on my disconnected mobile [protected] is Rs. 2796.87 and if I will not pay this o/s they will go legal against me.

          Mail:

          Ref: A/c. No. '[protected] Cell No. [protected]

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          We wish to draw your attention to the outstanding of Rs. 2796.87 /- in your account referred above.

          In the past we have given you enough reminders to pay the said amount despite that the matter still remains unresolved. Since you failed and neglected to pay the amount even after receiving the intimation regarding the probable legitimate action against you, we are now compelled to take the matter legally. Please clear your outstanding within 7 days after receipt of this mail, otherwise, we shall have to initiate the legal action.

          However, you will appreciate that we are extending you this final opportunity to make full and final settlement of your account. We urge you to take this as our final intimation letter towards settling your account & closing the matter amicably.

          Now I don't want to spare Airtel.

          Post Paid — delay of payment forwarding

          My self Sourav Neogi one of the Vodafone customer(Vodafone no-[protected]) having a problem with the inconvenience service of a Vodafone mini store named Simran telecom situated at 1b, Raja subodh mullick square.kolkata -13, due to paying cash against my Vodafone bill from last 2months.
          On last[protected] whenever i have paid 900/- against of my last bill (July ‘09) today[protected] i was informed that i have to clear my outstand dues to get avoid the inconvenience of service through your warning alert before calling. I was felt very much disturbed to know that. I must to know why I should suffer with this kind of problem for again and again. Here with this complain I requesting you to please take the needful step against that particular mini store which I’ve mentioned above for unnecessary delaying of proceed a payment.

          Airtel Post Paid — Prior Reminders & Do Not Disturb

          Hi,
          Im the Airtel user since long ago and was having a bigtime problem with this service provider as i have enrolled into Do not Disturb but still iam getting Unknow Messages from some different numbers & websites and no one is taking care of this issue even after taking to Representatives & Team Leader's many times but still not resloved and also i have infomed them many time not to send and prior messages before my last billing date which is 27th of everymonth but im get the WARNING messages every month 5days prior and do not want to get the messages infomed to a Team Leader Rajkumar trice and he assured me many times will stop but still not yet resloved so i hope this is going to be fixed by you.........ASAP

          Airtel — Harrassment of bil payments after connection has been terminated

          Dear Consumer Complaints forum,

          I was previously living in Pune uptil August 2010 and duly cancelled my Airtel broadband and home phone connection - all outstanding bills were paid and the equipment was returned to Airtel. I have since moved out of Pune to another city and Airtel constanly call me asking to pay them for monthly bills for a connection that does not exist! It has been over 8 months now and it has reached a point of harrassment where we are constantly bombarded with calls and threatened. Kindly help

          AIRTEL POSTPAID MOBILE — mobile bill more

          Sir,
          I m having Airtel postpaid connection.I activated Mobile office with Rs 98 per month plan last month on 7th july.and used internet.But Airtel people are telling that I have not activated that pack and are charging 20 kB per 30 paisa .They have given me a bill of amount 1600 for the last month out of that 1100 is for internet usage.I cant pay my bill like this.I have the proof of the SMS that i sent to customer support for the activation of the services.

          Airtel Mobile — Harrassment over phone

          Hello,

          I am a grieved customer of Airtel Mobile phone service. I took a postpaid connection in October 2011.
          I actiavted a basic postpaid connection plan of 99 Rs. and a 2 GB GPRS plan of 98 Rs for airtel no. [protected].
          I took this connection from my Company premises through an airtel agent called Kishor Dhapse.
          He confirmed me the same day that both plans have been activated as mentioned above.
          But after a day or two, i started noticing huge unbilled usage on my number. I contacted airtel customer care and asked the reason.
          They said that dont worry its simply unbilled usage. Real amount will be reflected in the bill generated at the end of the month.
          But I was not satisfied so I called them again and asked about the Plan activation.They said that only 99Rs plan is activated and other plan activated is 0,[protected]@10KB, with Usage charges:10ps per 10Kb.

          I was outraged and I conatcted my agent Kishore Dhapse. He said its not possible as he himself has filed the information, so, a 2 GB GPRS plan of 98 Rs must have been activated.
          I kept following up with them. I even turned off my Phone's data mode still the bill was getting incurred at as fast rate.
          I kept contacting airtel n they kept on incurring false bill. I didnt make even a single call from that No.

          The airtel customer care centre said that they are not responsible for any plan activation. I said ok.. I even asked them that when my phone's data mode is off, how come my usage is increasong on its own. But they didnt answer. They just field a complaint with complaint ID 40514861 saying they would revert back soon with the resolution but no resolution was provided. I refused to pay the bill unless the correct bill and resolution was provided.
          They emailed me saying the connection has been disconnected.

          In a 15 days span they generated a bill of 1640 Rs. for no/minimum data usage.
          Such is the pathetic airtel service.

          Now after 5 months, they have hired some agent who calls himself a police officer and threatening to file an unbailable offence against me.
          Can you imagine?
          This is the way these telecome companies launder money , by harrassing their customers.
          They are not answerable to anyone but we are.
          That person who called was very rude and was not listening anything. He claimed to be a police officer.
          The number he called from is [protected].
          Please look into this matter urgently or I will have to file a real case against these false calls.

          If possible, make sure you keep the soft copy of the bills for ur records which you are getting from the service provider.

            THIS IS REAGARDING THE COMPLAIN OF MY AIR TEL PREPAID CARD .MY CELL NO IS [protected].ON 12/11/2009 IN THE MORNING I HAVE RECIVED A MESSAGE OF JOB ALERTS ,WHICH I HAVENT ACTIVATED& SO MINE Rs/- 10(TEN ) HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM THE A/C.

            THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME ON 5/11/2009 I HAVE RECIVED A MESSAGE OF INTERNATIONAL ROMMING & Rs /-30(THIRTY) HAS BEEN DECUTED FROM MY A/C.NO SOONER I HAVE CALL THE HELP LINE NUMBER (121) & THEY HAVE AGREED THT ITS HAS BEEN MISTAKEN FROM THE AIRTEL SO THEY HAVE BOUNCE BACK ME Rs/- 30.

            SO THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I AM COMPLAIN & NO FURTHER ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLES SAY THT THEY WILL BOUNCE BACK ME THE MONEY ......BUT STILL I AM HAVENT RECIVED.

            THERE ARE 63 PEOPLE (RELATIVES&FRIENDS) USES THE AIRTEL SIM CARD....SO I HOPE U WONT LIKE TO SPOIL THE GOOD IMAGE O[censored]R ORGANIZATION.I WONT KEEP QUITE CAUS IT WASN'T MY FAULT .WAITING FOR UR ACTION & REPLY.

              This is regarding my post paid connection of Airtel mobile number-[protected]. I am using this number since last 4 yours and having good track record of payments usage of avg. amount INR 1500 to INR 2000 pm. Just on Oct 2009 at beginning i got a few SMS from Airtel to submit the documents reason this is TRAI regulation, for updation of address, they need the documents, othe rwise fix up an appointment for the collection of documents call as at [protected]. So, i called up on this number to collect the documents from my home, but the airtel representative responsed to call me back after talking with his senior, whether Govt bank statement is valid or not for address proof.But he did not call thereafter.

              on 20th Oct 2009 i submitted my relevant documents in Radical Communication, lajat nagar delhi and called to customer care within 4 hours it was activated again at the end of the day it displays sim card registration failed. I called to customer care department many times from other network with paid service and holds me on line for a longer time, but the result is i am unable to see your details.
              really it is very bad service from airtel after a several calls and given my alternate number for calling me, but it is not happened.

              Bur for this disconnection i have not received from SMS or call from thier end.

              Again on 13th Nov,09 I visit to Radical Communication to ask for the reason why my conection is disconnected, they replied my document is not submitted and pending. I surprised, because the document was submitted on 20th Oct,09 in the same Redical Communication. again they asked for the documents and filled the form, photo and documents along with a cash receipt of Rs 220/- saying it is towards unbilled amount showing. I paid it on cash and they promised it will be activated on 14th Nov,09 at evening . But so far it is not activated.

              I called on the numbers provided by redical at 7.00 pm , they replied to call me on my alternative number- [protected], but they did not. there after they did not picked up my calls and holds it for .... and keeping busy.......... saying i am out of office etc...................

              I am really unhappy on thier service and respond and spent a lots of time and money for this my old post paid number. At least they should understand the needs of customer and valuable time, if they don't theyhave no rights to mis commit and mis guide.

                Airtel Prepaid — wrong deduction of charges for gprs

                i have airtel gprs 98 pack which validity ends on 8 march & continue deduction 98 Rs. was charged for next month after midnight for april, i havent stopped pack inbetween i was downloading at midnight i was charged as non 98 pack consumer for 83 Rs. I complaint to 198 costemer servrce what should i do now
                Airtel Prepaid mobile service is deducting unnecessary charges from available balance. and when lodge a complain in CS they are giving so many excuses aginst the charge.

                Airtel Prepaid GPRS — GPRS wrong amount deduction

                I have my mobile number [protected] with internet GPRS connection of 98 rupees pack and i am using this facility from last one year with no problem but since last week my amount is regularly deducted and when i called customer care they told me you are downloading mp3 from site which is not free

                let me tell you i am using that site from last one year and still there was not deduction(with 98 rupees internet pack) from my airtel amount but since last week my amount deducted with 40, 26 and 6 rupees approximately.

                I requested customer care dept to look in the issue but there is same response.

                Kindly take immediate action and let me know the problem and why my amount is deducted from my account.

                    This is to inform you that we had installed the Airtel connection on May 2009, since then we are facing a lot of problem.At least 20 times our internet is not worked and also 6/7 times our telephone connection not worked.As on today our phone & internet is not working. We made a complaint on 26th May Complaint No.33134314.
                    Being an office this has not only been extremely inconvenient for us, we have suffered loss in terms of work time. We have also had to spend a lot of money getting and using alternate broadband connection / Data cards. Still now our problem has not solved.

                      Dear Mr. Sudhakar (Customer Care), Ms/Mrs. Vassim Unnisa(Chennai Nodal Officer), Ms/Mrs. Radhika Ramesh (Appellate Authority),

                      This is great gift you give for an Airtel Loyal Customer like me who has been retaining this number for the past six to seven years. Out from the blue, all of a sudden, without educating the customer about this absurd rule (check the mail below from Airtel) you disconnect & deactivate my mobile no. [protected] which has a balance of Rs. 435/- and a validity which runs until mid of 2011.

                      Buddies I am an NRI who frequently visits India. How come do you expect NRI's like me to keep up with your absurd overnight born rules.

                      You should keep the customer educated on it, a simple line like "Validity until 2011 subject to no usage clause" when customers check their balance would have helped customers like me to follow your absurd rules.

                      Play the game with the rules and then hit your legal goals. I for sure can say this rule has been floated recently as I always retain my mobile in saudi arabia and switch it on after four five months when I am back in India and it has been working fine until now. And I specifically look to it that my validity is extended way ahead to retain my number during my visits out of india. But you have stabbed me in my back with this absurd rule.

                      [protected] is just not another number for me, it is my identity in my mobile world that you have stolen without any intimation.

                      Ofcourse Intimation can't be there when it is a matter of stealing!

                      Check the history of this number, check how much money has rolled over in these past 6 to 7 years on this number and alas you give this sort of treatment to a very loyal Airtel customer like me. It is an indigestible proposition.

                      People around the world in my circle know me only by this entity in the mobile world when I am in india and all of sudden you disconnect it citing your absurd rule and I come to know of this rule only when I get hold of you people by sending reminders and then I also come to know that you have put it for sale, isn't it a theft of identity?

                      I know that I have to go through the steps to get my grievance solved by Airtel but I am addressing to all three steps in one go the Customer care, the Nodal Officer and the Appellate as a last ditch attempt to save my identity in going for sale as I am in Saudi Arabia now and I have also put a CC to my family friends in India to educate them on this absurd rule of Airtel at least they be protected and if you are not going to restore my identity to me I am never ever going to touch any Airtel product for my life. That's for sure.

                      Airtel — deactivation of mobile no without any consumer fault

                      Igot an offer of a STD pack (Rs. 1050/ Monthly) from an airtel executive keeping in view of my STd calling.He told me that as per the STD pack i shall get discounted time on STD calls.He also told me that tht the pak shall stand for one month and shall be deactivated and if i like i may get it activated from next month by talking to an executive only.However to my surprise when i went to an airtel point in order to pay my revious dues i came to know that the pack was charger for two month i.e 1050/ were over charged.the person sitting over there confirmed and told me that the amount shall be waived off and i was asked to pay the remaining dues and I paid the rest of dues.I paid the said amount.From very next day my cell was suddenly deactivated and when i contacted tey told me that waiver request is pendind and they cannot allow my no activated.My no. shows doesnot exist and his i embarrising for me despite the fact that company has done the mistake by continuing the pack for further one month.I am harrased, embarrsed.I am a vet doctor and my patients are paying the price for the mistake commited by airtel.The dealing mangers are saying they it will take time.Tell me why and how long shld i have to suffer for what i have not done.My number is [protected], my cel is still deactivated totally for the last 2 and half days.Who shld i call and what shld i do.Help me pls.

                      Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number — Wrong billing

                      I am having an Airtel post-paid number and been charged against my own number and voice mail number while I was on international roaming. Since I have not made any of these calls (obviously how can you call yourself), I have requested Airtel to revisit the bill, but they simply refused to do it, as it’s on international billing and it can not be done.

                      Also no explanation provided on called number discrepancy. I would not recommend anyone to use Airtel.

                      Airtel prepaid mobile — Deactivated SIM despite validity till 2010

                      I am an NRI and travel to India every year 2-3 times. I purchased a prepaid connection with validity of 2 years in 2006 from a dealer in Sama,Baroda. The SIM number being[protected] and the number being [protected]. I recharged in 2008 for a further validity of 2 years and my validity was till Nov 2010. I had sufficient balace when I left India in Feb 2009. When I returned on 8th Sept. and tried to activate my SIM, it did not get activated. On enquiring from customer care at fatehganj, I was told that the SIM had been withdrawn and awarded to someone else because it was not in use for 6 months.I had given this number to airlines/ railways/banks/agents/distributors and friends. I was shocked when I called the Nodal office in Ahmedabad and was told that ' nothing can be done'. I called the Appellate Officer Mr Mrityunjay and he also regretted and asked me to complain to TRAI and Consmer Forum. The new SIM card of AIRTEL is available for Rs 50. The least AIRTEL could have done was to deduct Rs 50 since the validity that was dispalyed on my mobile was till November 2010. How can AIRTEL withdraw a number when a) validity was till 2010 b) when I had balance in my account c) No intimation has been given to me regarding deactivation.

                      I want to sue AIRTEL for damages as my bank and personal information may be going to a third party. I would like to warn all not to subscribe to AIRTEL as they are irresonsible and do not care for customers.

                      Please let me know how I can address my grievance to TRAI.

                      Airtel — Deactivating my mobile number without valid reason

                      Hi,

                      To give the quick overview of the issue, my number was in postpaid and was requested to migrate to prepaid as per the mail sent by Corporate services team.
                      I had provided necessary documents along with the reply to them, and THERE WAS NO FORM FILLED BY ME and neither asked by corporate team to fill it.

                      Now when I check with the customer care I get a reply saying the number is deactivated permanently due to incorrect FORM filling.
                      When I have not filled this FORM at all how could that be wrong??? Then I would like to see the scanned copy of the FORM which AIRTEL customer care is talking about.

                            Airtel — caller tune not found/found

                            ihad to get a caller tune on my friends mobile of her song on her mobile
                            the song is already as a song in 1 mobile but cant be they say that they dont have it
                            the other mobile is pre paid while this one is post paid
                            copying by * or calling customer care gave me wrong caller tunes and loss of money
                            can someone help me

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I and my father are having AIRTEL mobile connection under CUG tariff plan. I wish to put up a complain on AIRTEL company, where there is intentionally wrong levy of charges(rates) of my postpaid connection as against rates given in my intoduction letter. No one is solving the problem since last three months. Last three months I have been mentally harassed my repetative calls from AIRTEL Company regarding bill payment and disconnection of my mobile connection to me and my dad. I am even trying with Nodal agency and Appelate authority of AIRTEL (TRAI), but in vain. I have not paid two months bill , which I intent to get setoff against the excess amount paid for the wrong levy of charges. Company customer centre and all the affiliate agency are not responding till three months of my query.
                              I am having all the proofs and have also send to the company but till now no one has responded. I want the credit of the excess amount paid retrospectively. Please arrange to redress the issue since being a sincere employee, I am not in a position to concentrate on my work. I could be contacted at [protected]. Please Help.                               Dear Sir,
                              I have a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel. I had been outside India on official visit for six months. I have been paying the monthly bills for first 4 months through internet payment. I had missed the payment of last two months since I faced some difficulty through epayment in Airtel site. After 2 months my Airtel connection was disconnected without any intimation/message to me. My cell was on international roaming. After that when I tried to make the payment through internet it said the number is invalid and it doesn't exist. Later after coming to India I made the payment and the person who collected the money told me the sim will be activated within 24 hours. Later they said you need to give identitity proof etc... when I agreed to do that also they told one representative will come to give new SIM within 2/3 hours and it will be activated immidiately. After 3 days I haven't received any call from AIRTEL regarding this rather I have made more than 50 call to the centre who had sent representative to collect the money. I am about to go out of country again and unable to get connected through my phone number.

                              Please suggest.

                                I have purchased a Fly company phone with dual sim and dual IMEI numbers. on 12.11.09 I received the message that my IMEI number is not valid and I have to get new IMEI by paying Rs 199.                                 FLY DS100 — rejection due to invalid IMEI

                                I have purchased a Fly company phone with dual sim and dual IMEI numbers. on 12.11.09 I received the message by AIRTEL that my IMEI number is not valid and I have to get new IMEI by paying Rs 199. I am requesting you to look in to the matter and update your Databse with cell phone companies like airtel, BSNL, Reliance etc....

                                I completely agree with the above complaints. This is because I also own a new E63 Nokia handset and I am also getting calls and SMS from Airtel. How can Nokia Priority dealers sell mobile phones with invalid IMEI numbers. Airtel has to look at this seriously and relieve the pain of its customers.

                                the same is happening for my phone. Its a moto ROKR and its IMEI is valid. Other sim cards are working fine on it but my Airtel sim has been blocked on this handset because of the IMEI issue. I contacted the airtel people and one of the customer care executive said that the IMEI written next to my connection is 000.. but on sending SMS to 121 i got a reply stating my IMEI is valid.. None of the officers have responded to mails or calls since the past 10 days.. Pathetic service from the part of airtel.

                                This is quiet the same concern i have against my phone i am using an Motorola Razr3 V8 and have a valid IMEI number as per all the websites and SMS options i have including 121 - Airtel who verify that my phone's IMEI number is valid but still my phone has been blocked today.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I had applied for getting Airtel broadband connection on 5th October 2009. I have paid Rs.2600 during submission of application for 3 months (unlimited Rs.800/month plan). But subsequently my application was rejected on 7th October siting feasibility as reason. I logged a complaint and was told that I will be getting my money back within 15 days from the date of cancellation (7th october). But till now I have'nt got back my money.
                                  I request you to please do the needful and return my money at the earliers.

                                  Everytime I give a complaint to Airtel, I only receive a sms message saying that the issue will be resolved in 10days. I dont want anyone to call me. Please return my money at the earliest.
                                  Also before taking the money please check for feasibility. You are keeping your unfortunate customers money for more than a month. Are you going to pay interest for that?

                                    I am using Airtel Mobile Office and I am paying Rest. 10 Per day for this service when I used for this service, since last 2 days airtel is charging with us Rs. 10 per day and 30paisa per KB sir, when I talk to customer care they told to me I have lodge your compliant and after next day airtel is charging with us as Rs. 10 /- per day and 30 paisa per KB I again talk to customer care about this matter but they told to me I can not refund your money which is deducted by us.

                                      Hi, I have been using Airtel postpaid for last 2 years. Recently I have converted my number to Airtel prepaid.
                                      4-5 days ago I talked to prepaid customer care to activate Airtel GPRS in my number. I asked them the best deal for Gprs connection which support my mobile (Apple Iphone 2G). They told me to activate the Service 'Net on phone' with the plan of Rs.99, which gives me unlimited surfing for a month.I activated that service but after I did that I tried to surf & it was not working.So I called again to customer care & now they told me that Apple Iphone doesn't support Net In Phone Service.So they deactivated tha service,returned my money and told me to use Mobile Office service for my Iphone. They also told me that if I recharge my number with Rs.95 I would get 100MB free for surfing and downloading for a month. I did everything,I have activated Mobile Office service,recharged my number with Rs.95 for 100MB.But after doing every little thing now I am having a terrible experience.Whenever I surf in my mobile my available 100MB decreasing (which is normal) as well as my money has been deducting from my account.I thing this is terrible.I called up customer care,technical department of airtel looking for this solution.But they dint help me out of problem.Every time I surf in my mobile my money is deducting from my account.I need to use Gprs,but I don't know what to do now.Will appreciate a lot if someone can get me out of this terrible problem.
