Respected sir,
Sub: - About the Customer ID & Recharge,
Complain for the Distributor as well as TSM.
I am really unhappy for this problem accruing from the side. I already purchase a Air tell Dish TV as on the 23/09/2009 from the Vashudev Ent, sector: 16, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, Cont No: [protected], [protected].
After that provide me a Customer Id: [protected]. But this Id on the name of Shri Ram Sing from UP. And they recharge in this Id (activation kit recharge + 1 year Value pack + top up 6 months Hindi plus) activation kit: recharge coupon sr no is : [protected]. Scratch card number: [protected]. After they open my new account Id is: [protected]. But the Balance not Transfer from the [protected] to [protected] as well as the Account also show by this number also. View card number is:[protected].
I also complain to your dealer as well as the TSM (Devangbhai, Chiloda, Gujarat) also. But still 15 days not solved this problem from your side.

I hope you this problem solved in a few time & gives me a reimburse for the investment my time for your process & invest my petrol etc.
