Ownership of a SIM

I had purchased one SIM under my name four years back and had also submitted the related documents.

Today when I called customer care,upon telling my name I came to know that the SIM had not been registered under my name.

It has been 4 years and it would be very diffficult for me to change my SIM and impossible to change my name.

Please look into the matter and help me solve this problem....

Change of internet connection to a different address

Hi sir. My name is Ramganesh and i am from chennai. We in our organisation 'the professionalss' have been using the airtel connection from the past 3 years and using 8 CUG connection. Last month we changed our office to ashok nagar from valasaravakkam. And requested for the change of the connection to the respective address on 28th august 2009. They said that it will be done before 17th september but still they are not responding...

Before the last two months I got an sms which describes an offer that,
Daily 100 sms free only at Rs 1 daily.. That 1 rupee takes for the first sms we send... And also this is for life time... And also they gave a number to activate this offer.. And I called that number, again they said these all things in malayalam......

Unnessary Billing

HI ,

I am Yogesh , I changed my prepaid number [protected] to corporate (199) post paid, through Tele Star Communication Pvt . Ltd.

I have included 3 numbers in my CUG group which are [protected],[protected],[protected].

Now i had recieved my bill in which Rs.900 is extra included, call on all CUG numbers are included in bill.

So kindly waive off the extra amount and included above mention...

Return my money back

Airtel is making millions of money by deducting unnecessarily amount of money showing that user is using their service Airtel Live, if they actually not. Yes its true. Airtel Blackberry curve 8250

Recently I bought the Blackberry Curve 8250 from Hypercity, Malad. I have activated the GPRS on it but it is not working for some reason.
Every few hours I call Airtel customer service at 121 and for the past 4 days to solve this issue but I have been shoved from pillar to post and nothing has come out of it. i recently shifted from my postpaid no.
