airtel Rs 61 gprs plan is not working

Hi, I like to share my bad experience for using AIRTEL GPRS. On 6th september I subscribed Rs. 61 pack for gprs internet pack that offer 25 Mb free daily usage for one month. First day I have faced no problem. But when I access next time a few days later then it costs rs 143 though my total usage were near 24 Mb. I contacted the gprs related customer care executive. He admitted that the deduction was done wrongly. He promised to refund that...

Disconnect Service

My connection is still active in spite of my repeated requests to disconnect it. I requested to disconnect the service on Aug 17th 2009 once I was told that there is no possibility to transfer my connection to another place, when I was shifting house. I shifted from Sher-e-punjab (Andheri East) to Bhawani Nagar (Andheri East) , Mumbai.

My Phone [protected] was stilen on 6th of Apr 09 & same day i lodged a police complaint.subsequently next day i.e. 07.04.09 morning I submitted a deactivation request to Airtel, Shastri Nagar , Adyar customer care centre for deactivation.

No valid contact email

I tried to contact airtel through the email address given by them care.[protected]@airtel.in but they are not receiving emails and they just bounce. This is violating all TRAI norms, as also illegal otherwise. Please advice me where to write regarding this. Also all telecom companies are violating even basic norms like having complicated bill formats to try to confuse subscribers. And Airtel is still the best telephone internet provider in India....

deactivation of bhakti tashan services

inspite of many complaints regarding deactivation of bhakti tashan this problem is still unsolved.since last seven weeks rs.20 is being deducted from my balance.every time imade acomplaint iwas assured that this will not happen in future and balance will be reverted back to me.but four days ago date,13.09.09 again rs.20 has deducted.please help me.otherwise ihave to take some action....

Airtel USB MODEM Tourture

I've taken USB Modem on 29th Aug 09 from Bannerghatta Main Road Airtel office Bangalore by paying Rs 4000 ( four thousands)

On 10th Sep 09 connection has suspended without my notice when i contacted Airtel customer care they intimated me that Verification department ordered them to do it.

Then i requested Airtel department for Verification Customer care lady informed they will be coming my home on Saturday...

deduction of negative balance from my digi tv account

on 14th september i purchased one air tel digi tv of 3 months subscriprion free package. on 15th september the customer care officer of airtel digi tv send a sms on my mobile number regarding negative balance of my digi tv and he also advised me for immediate recharge. Unable to retrieve MMS

I received a message from Airtel to use my mobile number and login with a password they sent on a particular http site so i will be able to view my mms. But it says wrong username and password. my number is [protected]. And it is very irritating. The Customer Care says there is no service like that anymore. So, why does airtel keeps sending such useless messages then?...
