sir, ihave a lifetime airtel connection from ap statei m roaming in gujarat and i wentfor a recharge of talktime
i asked the dealer to charge rs.100 talktime and he did but the message sent didnot give any talktime balance but instead it said that i had to avail some hellotunes worth rs.90 instead subsequently i had recharge afurther rs110 and finally get rs90 talktime on my no.
i am an old man of 64 and i need talktime...

Over Billing

I wanted to use GPRS service on my phone so I called Airtel 121 services there one Customer Service Executive said I can get GPRS service (Airtel Office) @ 199 with unlimited use. am facing a negligence and lack of information from Airtel. I own a airtel postpaid corporate connection.. suddenly i am facing high bills from the last 3 months.

SMS PACKS

There is a cricket sms service activated on my moblile No [protected]. This service was not activated by me but a daily charge of Rs 5 is deducted from my balance. Inspite of many complaints to customer care the service is not deactivated by the company.

But after visiting website there is no response from other side and saying go through airtellive to unsbscribe bollywood fusion.

I had airtel broad band connection[protected] from approximately June 2006 to somewhere in 2008.For first I used to get the bills correctly and I paid them without fail. But after one and one year I changed the house and updated the address to respective department. They shifted the connection also. Bikini Rich alert - balance deduction problem

I am getting message from 10 days from 54321 saying - "You have been renewed for Bikinichartalert-3day free subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re1.

This message comes everyday and re.1gets deducted from my account.

Problem of Signal

I am staying in Ashiana Upvan , Indirapuram , Ghaziabad since April 09.

I have Airtel Postpaid Connection , to my surpise I never get propoer signals in my society /house , sometimes I have to move to balcony or some spots within society to keep talking

Receiving unnecessary push messages from airtel live

I am Receiving unwanted and unnecessary push messages from Airtel live and every time i receive the message 1 rupee is getting deducted from my account .
