please block the SMS's that I have been receiving. It's really irritating. However, I was the one who subscribed those SMS's in the Internet. However, I receive lot of SMS's which is irritating. Speaking to the Customer rep did not yeild any results. I request you to block the SMS's ASAP.

A special note regarding the Customer rep Mr. Abhinandan from Bangalore. Worst behaviour. Worst Customer service I received in my entire life from this gentleman.

Airtel — SMS service blocked

More then two month has pased, still SMS services has nbot yet been started, as well roaming gets stopped as soon as it enters out of his home town network. Wats the exact probs??

AirTel — Unwanted SMS from unknown nos 9831697439

I m getting sms from [protected] no but i dont know who is this. whenever i tried to call back the no is switched off. Help me i m very frestated from this.
I have also received the same kind of sms. Everytime I get this kind of sms Rs. 5 is deducted from my balance. Then I have to report it to the customer care and then they refund that money to my account.

my mobile number is [protected]. From last seven days the outgoing nincoming of messages is blocked o my number n am trying to contact the executive on 121 but am not able to. so plz see to it n resolve the problem.

I called cust.care on 16/04/2011. for release my sms block they taken complaint given this ref.no CLSMS[protected], 16/04/2011. he told before 19/04/2011 your problem will be solved.

then i called on20/04/2011 again same thing, ref.no CLSMS[protected],20/04/2011.

I called on 26/04/2011 CLSMS[protected],26/04/2011.

WAT A SILLY, EACH & EVERY PERSON GIVEN DIFFERENT COMPLAINT NO. BUT WHO WILL GIVE THE SOLUTION ?



BUT PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED. WAT CAN I DO ?

    i have received many times the same message on [protected] from airtel i.e "thank you for using (alert services)subscription service on airtel stk. you have been charged Rs.7." i also called customer care but it was of no use. i am a student. please consider my request and do something, unsubscribe this service.

        sir,
        I bought new airtel post paid sim after submittinting all required documents. It went all normal but after a month, one fine day when I recharged second time after two call it stoped working. When I went to airtel show room they say my sim will not be activated again as it may have negative varification, but I confirm you that no one did the verification telephonically or personally at my house or office address.
        How can such a reputed compay do this to any customer. I have used airtel earlier when I was in New Delhi and Dibrugarh also my brother is using it for eight years now. please help in getting my sim activated. My sim no is [protected].

About one and a half month ago i got one msg. stated "call tollfree no.5432160 to know abt friends voice chat service" i just called on the no.to know abt the service.But i was not intersted in the service.so i hanged it up.i haven't pressed anything to activate the service.At that time i have no balance in my phone.So nothing happen with my balance that time.But on the next day when i refilled my Account after 2 to 3 hours i got the msg. stated that u r Frinds voice chat id is so and so.then one more msg came that u will be charging 30 rs a month for this service.my they have deducted 30 rs.frm my account.At the same day i called Airtel customer care no. 121 and talked to one of a customer service representative i forgot the name and told abt this incidence happened that Friends Voice chat service is activated on my mobile and i dont need it.he understands my problem and told me that your service is deactivated and in the next 24 hrs your balance will be refunded to your account.I think it will be happen so i m happy with his words.but it wasnt happened.again after 24 hrs i called to the same no.and talked to another person.he told me the same thing again.and i was agree with him.but again it wasn,t happened.so i was very disappointed.Finally on the last Day i got this confirmation that your money will not be refunded.i wasnt happy with this but i was sure that it will not happen again because my service was deactivated as far as i know.but it wasnt like that.after a month when i was in mumbai they have deducted 10 rs. for 10 days because i wasnt having sufficient balance.Now this time i was very frostrated.because i was in the roaming in that time.And i cant do anything abt it.I want to know how to stop this and how can i take legal action against it in consumer forum.Please Guide me abt this.I m looking for your positive reply.Reply me on my Email address.

              I have already contacted airtel customer care for changing the combo plan to WEST-Surf 549 without any permission or request. Combo plan was working well according to my need . After repeated complaints done to airtel customer care no action is been taken. Therefore i ask you to take immediate action of this complaint otherwise i will not be responsible for the upcoming bill

                I am the user/subscriber of Cell No.[protected] and my outgoing was barred in the morning of 15.10.09 as one of my bills were unpaid. I immediately made the payment of Rs.2600.00 sector 12, Noida and this payment was also confirmed by an SMS received on my mobile and your customer care told me that my barring will be opened within an hour. But unfortunately the barring was not opened after an hour and then again I contacted your customer care after every hour but they were not able to unbarr my outgoing calls. The next day the same position existed then I talked to some senior at your customer care, his name was Amit then he too assured me that within 6 hours my outgoing will be opened but that commitmment also failed In the night I again talked to Ms.Meenakshi some senior at your customer care and she again assured me that by 12 noon next day my outgoing will be okayed. But much to my dismay my outgoing till this time (18.10.09, time:12.45 pm) is still barred. yesterday being deewali I could not send SMS or even wish my realtives on this happy occasion. Just now I talked To Ms.Meenakshi at your customer care(Ref.No.[protected] and again she told me to wait for some time. This is a continous harrrassment process which I am facing. I asked your Meenakshi at Customer care that my rental of this period should not be charged as I am not being giving the services from your company and she told me that it will be done but then I asked for reference number and now even when she is on duty there she doesnt talk to me. Please note that I shall not pay for the rent of this month and I have suffered almost Rs.10,000 for continous harrassment and not being able to celebrate Deepawali in a decent manner. Please send me cheque/DD for the same otherwise I shall be forced to take legal action action against you and recover my amount due on you.                   I had purchased Airtel DTH way back in july 2009, the first month all the channels were working properly now for the past 3 months lots of channels are not appearing at all or have lots of distortion . i called up several times on airtel dTH CALL CENTER AND i was lucky once in 15 tries to get thru the call ...(airtel call center problem) and conveyed my complaint to the engineer the engineer just told me that satellelite has come near /close to the sun so it is a natural problem it will be rectified automatically after 12th of october ...but to no avail.............then i called up again to call center but most of the time if you select technical complaint option ........then ring goes then after some time it either hungs up or the IVR respond to call back later as the executives are busy...........
                  but then i selected IVT Option recharge option to talk to executive so i got thru and conveyed my complaint so i got the complaint number 1225927 but they closed the case in two days without resolving it at all.....engineers problem

                  now whom should i talk to as I have been using TATASKY at my native place and i am very happy about it now it is just the last try if someone from airtel can resolve my issue it will be great...otherwise who cares neither airtel nor mine I will switch to other DTH providers.....

                  i completely agree that AIRTEL service is worst in the busines, that is coz there are some irresponsible Airtel DTH officers who are not ready to take the ownership.


                  in short don't go for AIRTEL DTH.

                    Delay in instalation

                    i bought airtel DTH from the dealer Liability sales corporation, sadar Bazar, Jhansi,U.P. on 16th Oct 2009.Before purchasing the DTH I asked the dealer that tomorrow is Deepawali , will you be able to install the DTH ?and this I asked atleast 4-5 times and he assured me after talking to costmer care center that on 17 the DTH will be instaled by 10 am. I cancelled all my appointment and waited for them till 12 noon. I phoned them and they assured me to installed before 2 pm but no one turned out. then again I phoned at 7 pm but they were making us fool. At 8 pm i received a phon call from costomr care centre that they won't install today. I and my family become so upset because whole day they made us fool . atleast they have told us in the morning that they are unable to install to day , so we may be mentaly prepared for next day. but for irresponsible bhehavour of the center we totaly lost our DEEPAWALI festival.

                    Middle class tendency is to bring some thing new to home in deepawali and feel the joy with the family.
                    but sorry to say this year Airtel destroied our deepawali badly.

                    I home the action will be taken against them, Otherwise I take the further action.

                    I have applied fo Airtel IPTV on 29/04/09.
                    A guy ( Mr Nardan came to my place to collect that money.
                    But till date IPTV ser vices are not installed, I regret my decision to go for IPTV. Local cable would have been much better, because of services,
                    MR. Nardan never took my concern seriously .,
                    He never heard my grievence seriously.
                    He just keep tellimg me tomorrow[protected].
                    And that 2morrow never came.

                    they told me delay s due to problem at back office, so it will tbe installed by saturday ...

Till date , I have not received any call from airtel and also register the complaint on 12150 against complaint no. 3265226 for the same but now customer care executive said DTH will be install on 12th Jul. I would like to request to you , please do not sale the product with false commitement and now cancel my this connection turn charges to me on high priority.

                    Secondly i never suggest to any one for AIRTEL DTH at least in my company or my relatives.
                    have paid for airtel digital connection 2 days ago..they promised to install the device within 24 hours..its been more than 56 hours and i havn't heard a word from them..even they are not picking my phone..

                    I want to register a complaint and find a solution to my problem. My name is V.Avinash and my mobile number registered with Airtel is +[protected].

                    I had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on August 25th 2011. I was told that the installation would take 2 days. The agent also mentioned it might take upto 12 days in the rarest of rare cases.

                    As of today (September 8th 2011) I haven't received any verification call from Airtel, I have visited their office at least 5 times but haven't received any positive response and executives at the Airtel complaints helpline[protected] are only registering my complaint but aren't providing any solution.

                    Please let me know what am I supposed to do in this case.

                          I have an AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile connection No : [protected] in Early July 2009. On 18 Jul 09, I paid Rs. 100.00 for an AIRTEL Recharge that an Airtel dealer did from his Mob No : [protected]. He says he got a success msg. However, I got ZERO Talk Time for this Recharge. The Success Msg Ref No is now not available with the dealer as he deleted the SMS to make space for more SMS.

                          I took up the matter by EMail with Airtel Customer support / Nodal Officers etc, but no one is resolving the problem. They ask me to contact the delaer. The dealer said he got a success SMSand so I had to pay hime Rs. 100.00. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED FOR THIS Rs. 100.00 RECHARGE. PLEASE HELP TO GET ME ADDLN FREE TALK TIME.

                          I want to upgrade this Complaint to the AirTel Higher levels. Can anyone please give me the EMail Id of the CEO / MD of Bharti AIRTEL ?

                            The mobile phone companies provide several services mostly paid, through simple SMS or through net, sometimes SMS comes and by mistake the reply is sent and service starts, it is very easy. The company starts charging. But when requesting to stop there is no way other than through Customer Care, which will never, listen or obey. There is no proof of telephonic request. So the process should be reverse. The TRAI should make sure that company should not cheat innocent users. Even DNDC will stop promo ads for some time but will not stop so called SERVICE, daily horror,scope, caller tune, jokes and many more money squeezing services.
                            I am using Airtel prepaid since 10 years. By my unlucky I replied oneSMS from 55382 and getting menace.

                              I bought Airtel Digital worth 1750/- Diwali Offer on 13/10/09 from Sun Telecom, Airtel Relationship Centre, Kolkata - 68.

                              I wanted South Super Value pack (Rs.1750 for 6 months validity - Diwali) Offer. But I came to know due to mistake of your Relationship Centre, they have activated different package. The same was reported to your customer care vide complaint no. 1222044, but so far no action has been taken.

                              STB was installed yesterday i.e, 16/10/09 night with some unknown package.

                              You are requested to please activate "South Super Value pack for 6 months"

                              None of your telephones are working properly.

                                AIRTEL mobile number is [protected]. My problem in my sim is as follows..

                                1. I switch off my mobile (sim is inside the mobile). Now a person is trying to call my number, that time the person receives the recorded voice like this "number is currently not in use". (But actual recorded voice should be 'Number is switched off")

                                2. A person is calling to my mobile, I am busy so I reject the call. That time the person receives the recorded voice like this "number is currently not in use". (But actual recorded voice should be "number busy")

                                I raised this issue to AIRTEL prepaid customer care. My complaint number is [protected]. I didn't get proper response from customer care. Everything is perfect, so we can't do anything for your query.

                                Still I have the problem. AIRTEL has the responsibility to fix this issue. So please do needful as soon as possible.

                                  i recieved message from company that on recharging with rs 23 recharge call rates will be 40p to local airtel and 75 p to others, and 75p std .but after recharging it was not so, and on making contact with customer care executive i came to know that i will be charged rs 1 each for first two airtel local calls DIALY ,and rs 1 each for others two calls DAILY and first two calls for std will be charged at rs 1.50 DAILY AND after that i will be recharged as said above. I recharged my phone earlier with rs 165 and my call rates were reduced to 40p to local airtel and 75p to others for 6 months and this recharge was declared null. Now i am suffering daily loss of rs 4 without any reason. customer care executive was helpless on this issue. Kindly help me out. my mobile no is [protected]

                                    regarding re-submission of ID-Proof and Address-Proof. After a few days an Airtel employee came to my residence and collected personally these documents. However on 7-10-09 ,my above cell no. was inactivated by Airtel.On 8-10-09 I visited Airtel Shopee,Akurdi(Pune) and on advice of Airtel executive I again filled a form and submitted address-proof,id-proof and photograph.The executive assured me that my cell would be reactivated within 4 days.But my cell was not reassured within 4 days. I again visited the same executive on 14-10-09,15-10-09.Each time she told me that system was down.
                                    At the time of diwali I am facing great hardship ,it is requested that my cell may kindly be restored immediately along with a compensation @ Rs.1000 per day for the inactivation period.

                                      I(Dhananjay) have bought Airtel Prepaid Simcard from The Mobile Shope Banshankari 3rd Stage on 23/09/09 and i have submitted 1photo, PAN Card and Address Proof(Rental Agreement), but after 10days they have deactivated my both incoming abd outgoing calls by telling that my form are not submitted. where as i contected dealer (the mobile shope) they told me to go to airtel office and airtell office are telling they not recieved form. the mobile shope have given me reciept form whic shows that airtel sales team has collected the form.
                                      when i contected airtel office they are not responding properly(jayanagar,Bangalore) than i spock to customer care they promissed me to resolve my problem in 2working days, after 3working days once again i spoke to custome care again the promissed me that they rectify withing 24hr but till now nothing they have done.

                                        customer care me call karne par new settings ke liye sms karne kaha gaya to maine Handset ko RESET karke phir se settings mangai aur apne mobile par save kiya phir bhi ye problem door nahi hui hain aur abhi
                                        bhi mujhe charges lag rahe hain isliye aapse mera nivedan hain ki meri problem solv kare
