Pl. refer below.
1. My landline no. is[protected] Faridabad) from Airtel.
2.My Ourgoing calls were barred on 5th of July,2009 without any reasons.
3. When I called up 121 it replied (answering machine said " no dues pending," Now I spoke to their call center rep. on 121 only, they confirmed that outgoing is barred due to non payments.Then I gave the proof of payments -which was paid online on 29/0609 of Rs1335.00 thru credit card and given the SMS recvd. on my Mobile from Airtel.ie.A/c No.14859242,Transaction Id-864374 dt29/06/09, 07:00:02 PM.
4.I called up again and again for complain on 121, Now they confirmed the payments but showed their ignorance for the reasons of problem. They gave me some landline no. to lodge the complain but surprisingly that no. never worked. Then they gave me complain ref. no. 21737122. and many more nos. whenever I used to call them.
5. Till date My complain was not attended. And my Outgoing were barred since 5th July,2009.
6.Meanwhile I requested to disconnect the phone -thru login on the net on their site-they never responded rather called me for the payment.
7. Now they kept sending the bills for the Phone which was not working- outgoing were barred since 5th July,2009.
8. From July 20,2009 onwards they started giving calls for non-payments of bills,rather they started chasing me 5-6 calls a day.which was really harassing. It is still happening now and then.
9. Till date they have sent one more bill for the next month.Without realising the issue they r unnecessary creating troubles for the customers who have been with them for last 7-8 years.( I have two more landline connections from Airtel and everything is working smooth,but now I am thinking of surrendering them too , its is really paining )
10. So Anybody from Airtel is listening have some care for customer then respond with a sense of care.
