Airtel VCC incorrect tariffs

I also have a similar case. I bought Airtel's VCC of Rs.550 and was told tht calls to Australia mobile numbers would be charged Rs.3.99 p.m. However when I placed a call the next day, I was charged more than Rs.8 p.m. I called customer care to verify the same and they told me it was a technical fault and the error would be rectified withing 4 hours. Its been a week & I am still being charged Rs.8 p.m. I have placed almost 10 calls...

Airtel: Range Problem

My contact number is [protected].

I am a airtel customer since last 2 and a half years. there is a continuos range problem in the area of Virar to Vasai. (Dist: Thane).

There is literally no range or at maximum only one tower on my mobile at home.

I have already complained this several times to cutomer care, but no hopes.

The customer care promised to reesolve the problem in 48 hours....

REFUND OF CHARGES PAID FOR INTERNET CONNECTION

I have applied for INTERNET (Broadband) connection vide my application No. SEF No.HY199131 Dated 04.04.2009 under 599 plan. Not getting refund for the activation fee paid at the time of getting the connection

It took me about i month to cancel a cell no. and now after temprary cancellation of the no. before the current billing cycle, airtel wants to drag the billing cycle till the next 8th statements, so that the actication fee of Rs. 500/- paid at the time of taking the connection gets adjusted.

I feel they delibrately harrasing their customers.

Do not Disturb Service

Sir,

I have an airtel mobile post paid connection for almost 2 yrs. I had registered for DND service in May 2008 with airtel. But I still recive these unwanted calls from variious companies like banks, insurance, travel agencies etc etc. Inspite of 3 reminders to airtel they have still not been able to solve my problem, the executives promise each time hat within next 24hrs these calls would stop but they have been unsuccessful...

Identiy proof mismatching

activation of new prepaid connectiion

I had procured a new prepaid Airtel Connection on 19.08.2009 Through a Dealer at Perungudi. The Connection got activated the same day. But from 19.08.2009 night 10.00 pm the mobile itself was not switching on if it was working on the new prepaid connection[protected]. Airtel HTC Magic

I had bought an Airtel HTC magic from a Airtel India in Kerala through its dealer. After buying I found that the phone is restricted from sharing its EDGE GRPS with the PC and its Bluetooth is restricted from data transfer. Also some of the features like gmail/Google Maps are restricted to be installed in this. As a product HTC Magic these was allowed world wide and these restriction has been not communicated to me at the time of the purchase....

Unable to view any chanels, since aug 26th

Hi,

Fraud in name of Airtel representatives - Broadband subscription
