Today i recieved a call from Airtel Gurgaon bill region office employee and he started misbehaving with me. He started talking very rudely and very offensively to me. Seems some friend of mine was not paying his airtel bill so Airtel was now calling everyone he had called to tell him to pay up.

I have converted my pre to post as per the company policy on February 2009 to H15CUG 240 plan in Kormangala ARC no1, Bangalore. As confirmed by Airtel throuth SMS my credit limit is 3000.00 and unbilled amount is only 1100.00. On 20th of August amount of 2000 is deposited on the account against bill. With reference to the above mobile No. this company has been deducted Rs, 35/- in the name of mobile internet service which I found today. That this amount they have deducted in between any time from midnight tot this morning of 8 A M .

Therefore, i have asked customer care in this regard but they have not only blame me for the activation oe mobile internet...

I had submitted the documents for application for Airtel Broadband Internet connection on 17 August 2009, And they assumed me that they will install it in next three days i.e. till 2oth August 2009,

Recently I bought datacard (Rs.1000 as deposit).
