horrible service -- not disconnecting and sending bills

My name is Sheetu Nijhon and I took the aitrel postpaid no [protected] on 1st Sep 2008 in pune. Since then I was experiencing a lot of network issues and i left complains with coutomet care also. I personally went to the airtle office and complained. They always use to assure me saying that its will be ok in a month but it never happened.

Airtel Customer care employee misbehaving

Hi,

Today i recieved a call from Airtel Gurgaon bill region office employee and he started misbehaving with me. He started talking very rudely and very offensively to me. Seems some friend of mine was not paying his airtel bill so Airtel was now calling everyone he had called to tell him to pay up.

Activating wrong Plan without notice of customer

I have converted my pre to post as per the company policy on February 2009 to H15CUG 240 plan in Kormangala ARC no1, Bangalore. I received from a reply that i cannot covnvert pre post as per my request, i need to go to any of the general plan and change thru company Airtel contact person. Blocking of outgoing calls without information

As confirmed by Airtel throuth SMS my credit limit is 3000.00 and unbilled amount is only 1100.00. On 20th of August amount of 2000 is deposited on the account against bill. In spite of all above My outgoing call are blocked without assigning any reason or information after 3.0 O'clock evening on 30th of August. Unnessarry delay in Installation in Broadband Connection Inspite of repeated Commitments,

I had submitted the documents for application for Airtel Broadband Internet connection on 17 August 2009, And they assumed me that they will install it in next three days i.e. till 2oth August 2009,

Worst speed for High cost

Recently I bought datacard (Rs.1000 as deposit).

BSNL GPRS pack (1 month - Rs.230) speed is better than Airtel Datacard (1 month - Rs.999). The dealer said, "you may not be near to the tower. Try to surf near airtel tower". Good Idea!

After 12 days without my knowledge they simply disconnected the service due to address verification report. They never enquired my local address.
