I bought a Blackberry 8520 (tie up with Airtel) mobile from Airtel Relationship Center, Kamla Nagar (address: Airtel Relationship Centre, UA-28, Bunglow Road, Jawahar Nagar and contact numbers:[protected], 41530457, [protected], [protected]).
It already one week passed they didn't submit my Airtel Perpaid Enrollment Form that's my BB service is not activated. Today I got sms that says "We have no received your Airtel Prepaid Enrollment From. Kindly contact the Airtel Relationship Center or Dealer from where you purchased your Airtel Mobile continued services."
Ms Payal who dealt the BB phone which I bought and also filled the form and handed over to Ms Payal with the documents required (Photo, Pan and Voter ID with signed where it was needed).
Now problem is Airtel's BlackBerry service is activated i.e. not working in my BB cellphone and when I contacted her, what she says, "I will contact in 10 minutes" but she doesn't call me at all. So I myself phoned several times to her but the same reply again (she says - I'm busy with some other customers so I will call in 10 minutes.). As Airtel guys always say the same things to their all customers whey a customer call them. Really it's so pathetic service.
Since I the BlackBerry service is not working on my phone I can't call 7070 (Airtel BlackBerry Customer service).
So with Blackberry services there is no use of this phone it's like a dummy box and they are wasting my time and money both.
Please help me to resolve my problem.
Note: I'll never mind if you ask me to send the mobile number which is being used in my BB phone I will provide you.

Airtel — I am unsatisfied with AIRTEL customer care
This is selva kumar from chennai working in LM wind energy pvt, ltd... we are frequently facing the issues form AIRTEL customer care.we have 12 CUG connections with airtel...Every month we are approximately paying around 10000 to 15000 rupees to airtel.Past two weeks before we have given the change of address to airtel regarding of shifting our office to some other location...From that day they are disconnect our connections frequently without any informations...Sameway they disconnected on yesterday evening at 6.50pm...we are dealing with our customers throughout INDIA...From yesterday evening we can't able to speak with our customer...also we couldn't able to get their calls too...
TOTALLY WE ARE NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH AIRTEL FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH...
