charging high, wrong information

My number is [protected] inthe name of Rupesh Manwatkar.

In my mobile total bill was showing Rs.929 on 31st of july, customer care called me and asked me to pay Rs769 something, must be after deduction of sms charges which is free . once i told the difference he said then to pay Rs929.

Later for two days bill that is on 02/08/2009 they have shown me the bill of Rs.268 for which I have not called anybody for so...

Company is demanding money for poor services

I have converted my sim from prepaid to postpaid. At the time of conversion company done it immeiately after a weak my sim has been blocked. When I asked with company they told me due to non verification your sim has blocked. Again they send for reverification and again they are unable to verify.

Automatic activation of Value Added Services

Dear Sirs,

I have been using my Airtel postpaid connection (Delhi) [protected] for the last five-six years. But for the last three months, since April 28, 2009, I am being charged for around 50-60 different Value Added Services, which I never asked to get activated on my account. Neither did I ever download any services from my mobile nor did I ever give my consent to anyone for such useless services to be activated on my number....

I am a subscriber of airtel prepaid . From 4 year. Rs 3 is deducted every day from my prepaid account towards THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as VAS. But I have never asked for this service. Where they I was assured there will not be any further deductions. But once again my accounted is debited of Rs.24.The thought for the day message is from 290603. I feel cheated and helpless. A/c Balance being depleted by unsubscribe VAS Messages

I opened a message, it said "Congratulations on selecting Hello Tunes"!!! - I checked my account balance Rs.45/- was deducted immediately. After much hassle and emails I got the balance restored. Airtel is using low down deception to cheat customers.

Unwanted VAS Subscription

Dear All Respected,

I have read all the complaints against Airtel services and am very disgusted to state that even I am a victim of their unsolicited ways of extracting money from their customers.
