I am resident of aashiana apartment in mayur vihar Phase-1, delhi-110091, I purchase airtel no [protected] around 6 months before but in mayur vihar it dosnt work. i complaint for this 3 times but they said that we are doing work on it & the problem remains the same. I never use my cell at my home.

Please solve this problem...

I have a spouse connection([protected]) for which I have given a TOC and have submitted all required documents in FEB 2006 and till date it is not updated.(I would have resubmitted alteast 6 times in different ARC's as requested by Airtel CC Managers)

In the last three years I have requested the same whenever some official calls me from Airtel call center. Each and every time when I stop my payment Airtel collection manager...

I was using Airtel brodband internet connection in chennai for 2 years from 07 to 09 and moved to bangalore on Aug 09 and placed a request for shifting of connection. Since the Area to which i have shifted is awaiting Airtel connection, i had no other option to cancel the connection.

For cancellation i think it is an herculian task with Airtel broadband. The Customer care does not seem to have enough knowledge...

I receive a call daily from 290601 at around 7.30 - 9.00 IST as well as a message and balance gets deducted
I have called customer care many times but of no use, they are not able to solve this issue


Please cancel this scheme as soon as possible. It is irritating me....

hellooo i m using airtel friendz card of no [protected] from past 1yr the call rate was 15p for 5numbers and that numbers can be changed anytime and the daily rental was 1rs... from last month airtel started special 5 for normal airtel customers which changed 5rs for changing 1number, call rate was 20p and daily rental is 50p, so bcoz of this i gave a complaint to airtel customer care they told ur profile has been reseted and now u r enjoy...

Indian telecom regulatory board TRAI had introduced a feature to all the mobile operators that if the customer wishes and activates the "do not disturb" feature(to be provided free of cost) then no promotional calls/advertisement SMS should be sent to that number.

Despite that critical information such as company details, address, residence address, family members details etc are circulated to vendors. I got calls...

1. I was cheated first by an agent who came to my place made false commitments n gave a wrong plan details n sold me 3 sim cards n promised intercalling between these 3 numbers would be free.He gave me his number n did not respond to my caals.
Moreover Airtel Customer Care service denied the fact by saying that its an agency agent and have got nothing to do with him n denied to compensate

Later i had to visit airtel...

Respected Sir, I want to unsubscribe airtel wap services from my mobile [protected], as this has become a big headache for me everytime the balance amont is being debited(20/-).I have tried so many times but of no use.So many people have been suffering from the same problem.I don't know what the Government is doing?
