customers getting cheated...

iam using airtel postpaid [protected] connection since dec 2007, initially i have enrolled for an yearly rental for 1299 and activated SMS 45 pack ( sms will be charged 10 paise) as i use around 600-800 messages in a month..in apr 09 i got bill of Rs 2847 saying that i have to pay one time charges of Rs1498 against my one year rental, when i called the cust care..they said 1299 plan has been upgraded to 1499.. so i paid the amount..then i...

Airtel Sim Card Activation

I want to complaint that two executives from Appco (DSA) of Airtel company came at my residence during their door to door campaign and sold me two AIRTEL sim cards and took two cheques of RS. 500/- each. They provided me the sim cards, one without number and one writing the no. on pack as
[protected] which they took on calling one of their telephonic conversation with person in their office.

But the period of about 2months...

m unable to make isd calls from 48 hrs, i ve complaint n they say we need more time, this not the first time.moreover call center executive are showing attitude, they have no knowledge and dey misbehave.

Charging me the internet usage charges which I have not used.

Dear Sir,

I am using a no. [protected] with a plan AIRTEL DATA CARD 99 GPRS PLAN
WITHOUT VOICE from last june 2008. Since than I have not faced any
problem in any billing problem, as it is clearly mentioned in my plan 99
GPRS. I have take this corporate connection for GPRS purpose & it was told
me that you have to pay per month 99 + tax thats all.

I am using Airtel Life time Prepaid service from more than one Year (April-08). My mobile no. is [protected]. From last 1 week, all services of this no. were stopped without any reason & intimation. Issue with the Refund

Hi this is Seshasayana Reddy, i have applied for the new broad band connection in Munnekollala, Marathally, Bangalore area.

since there was no fesibility of new connections or some other reason my application got rejected. so as for the Airtel policy they need to refund my application amount.

i have been calling and running behind them for the fast 4 months and nothing has happened.

mobile speed is too tooo slow

Receiving bill for deactivated service
