I am a customer of Airtel Digital TV since 6th May 2009. My Customer ID is [protected]. When I went to Airtel office to inquire the plans of Airtel Digital TV on the first day, Gurpreet Singh the sales person of Airtel Digital TV, who told me that in 'MEGA Pack Rs.2000' Airtel is offering 'ESPN Plus' top-up free for 2 months, which will get activated after 1 month of the installation. It was installed on 6th May 2009. Now, its 15th July 2009 and I hav'nt got 'ESPN Plus' activated yet. When I talked to Gurpreet Singh, he said that he has not told me about free 'ESPN Plus'. After that I gave a complaint to [protected]@airtel.in but their reply was as under:-

Sir, I still have the voucher with me, on which sales person-Gurpreet Singh told me the DTS-Plan. every thing is written on it.

Hi
I had applied for getting my prepaid connection converted into a post paid connection but till date i have got this done all i m getting is a lame excuse and false commitments from Airtel executive which shows an unprofessional system process .
Airtel executive had been to my office on 25th June and collected the necessary documents and a amount giving me the Airtel SIM.
After that he said a verification executive will be coming to my place on friday and he doesn t turn up he calls me on Saturday he comes to my residence and does the verification again on monday i get a call from the airtel executive(Mr.Suresh) that he wants to meet me at my office but he doesnt turn up on monday and calls me on Wednesday and fixes a appointment at 2 PM where in he again doesn t turn up .
I approached the customer service for an update they said that in 12-18 hours it will be done which till date has not been done.
yesterday i escalated this to the supervisor (rajlakhsmi ) and she commited that it would be done in 12-18 hours which again was a false commitment . Yesterday evening again i call up the supervisor and he said that i will get a call and will be done in 8 hours .Today at 2.00PM i called up airtel i get a very bad response from (Shewta ) on this she has committed 4 hours and now i get a call from airtel saying that they would come for a verification again .
what is this scene or rather nonsense . I am a very old customer of airtel and i had never changed my number . Perhaps my number would say that.
If i don t get my connection done by today i would disconnect airtel and sincerely would not recommend airtel to any people i know .
This shows how unprofessional and a false commitments airtel would give that too when Airtel is a king in Mobile network .
Could you get this done by end of day because for tomorrow morning i have made up my mind to throw my airtel connection and get into other service providers .
