I have purchased the IPhone3g 16gb from Airtel on 02/06/2009. I asked for return & refund of amount from Airtel on 10/06/2009.
But they are not responding my request.
Then I called APPLE INDIA CARE at [protected]
they are telling that You can get the refund from where you have purchased the product.
But Airtel people are not responding properly

post paid connection bill irregularity

Dear Sir,

It is most disappointing that i am using Mob no [protected] from past 03 Yrs and am paying the bill regularly.
This connection was earlier in CUG plan and on 30 sep 2008 (i left the company to keep the same contact Number ) i got the same shifted to my name, and there after paid all dues for which i was billed and no dues against my name are pending(excepting the current bill)..

I am not able to make calls from my Airtel prepaid Mobile to BSNL's WLL lines of [protected] series of Village Chandhan, Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). I lodged complaint with Airtel Customer customer care on 11 Jun 09 and reference number is [protected]. So far no action has been taken. Whenever i try to make call the error message is coming "Number not in use". I am able to make calls from BSNL, Tata Indicom, Reliance or Vodaphone...

The resignation letter was accepted & signed by Mr.Karthikeyan (Zonal Finance Officer). Even after E Mails to the concern department and officials we are not been considered for our settlement claims & Deposit.

Regarding Airtel Plug to Surf Internet Connection

Sir/Mam,
I Ashish Anand a resident of Patna bought Airtel's PLUG TO SURF device. I was informed by the Salesman of Airtel in Airtel office at Gandhi Maidan, Patna that the connection would give me a speed of 236kbps. But since the day I have bought this device and been using it I have never got a speed more than 10kbps and sometimes the speed is as low as 1kbps. This is surely against their words and much lower than their speed...

I am Airtel Mobile connection user for last 3 years. I have been very promptin payments. Recently as I was travelling abroad, I requested for internatioonal roaming. Airtel promptly told me to pay th security deposit which I paid immediately. Discripencry in bill always

I have a airtel post paid number i am using it since last 4 years but i am never satisfied with the servies by the services operator dnt know why does Airtel does it

is it that airtel has got many customers or Airtel does not value the old customer

In fact i am fed up with airtel but i cant change my number that is the reasons why i am with airtel still now

BLOCKED SIM

Sir/ Madam,

I regret to complaint that i purchased a post paid SIM No [protected] on 04 Jun 09.

On 11 Jun 09 the SIM suddenly vent out of service.
on contacting service center they said that since they made a call to my mobile to check my credentials and i did not answer. As such my no has been blocked.

On further asking them that OK i am now giving my credentials please release the blocking!...

ACTIVATION REJECTED

I purchased a new SIM from a nearby shop run by one Muruga at Reddiarpalayam in Pondicherry, who in turn had purchased the card from a dealer at Reddiarpalayam on Pondy-Villupuram Main Road and the phone number [protected] allotted to me was also activated.
