We are retail shopkeeper named M/s M.S.Enterprises. The shop is located at an address: Maa-Girija Vihar Colony, Narsingh Talla, P.O. Lamachaur, Tehsil-Haldwani, Distt. Nainital, Uttaranchal State, India. Pin 263 139. We receives Airtel Prepaid Sim from the Distributer/Propritor M/s Raj Telecom of Haldwani. It regret to say that we sold a Airtel Prepaid Sim No.[protected] bearing Airtel Connection No.[protected] through Airtel Prepaid Admission letter bearing Sl.No. 1208391, to the customer named Shri Ramjeet Chaudhari S/o Shri Shankar Chaudhary, R/o House No. 76, Village Kamluaganja Mehta, Kamaluaganja, Haldwani, District-Nainital PIN-263139. The affixed a passport size coloured photo of his own. In addition, the customer submitted Photo Copy of his Voters ID bearing Sl. No. ULT 6065247 bearing address as aforesaid and other relevant details. The customer put his L.T.I. Impression on the said ID. Same as got verified by US and M/s Raj Telecom and Shivam Enerprises in the capacity of authorized Signatory (Mob. No. [protected]). The customer have alos submitted photocopy of his Ration Card. It also bears the aforesaid formalities. Aforesaid ID was rejected on the grounds (i) That the Photo of the customer in the Photocopy of Voters ID is blurred and invisible. (ii) In the ration card, the seal of the issuing autority is not stamped on the photo of the customer.
It is submitted that prior the rejection of the ID, Airtel authority may demand the original ID from the customer and verify the photocopy of the ID from the orignal one. The representative of M/s Raj Telecom returned the rejected ID to us and directed to return the rejected ID to the customer. He further directerd as to ask the customer to submit the ID of some other person so as to activate the SIM sold to him.
It beyound my thoughts as to how a geniun person should activate his SIM producing the ID of some other person.
It is requested to issue definite directives to selling agents so that the genuin customer may not suffer in future and to accept the ID which is now in hand of M/s M.S.Enterpreses.

I haven't subscribe for speed flirt service from Airtel. Eventhough I get daily message "Thanks for using Speed flirt subscription service on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Re 1. Enter fun Zone http;/igmobi.com". Please stop this type of services. My number is [protected]. Thank you

Airtel Prepaid SIM — unnecessary subscription without asking

I am using a pre-paid airtel sim, ([protected]) but since last few months without prescribing un necessary subscription are activated and a huge amount is deducted every month. 3 to 4 times I unscribed them by contacting your customer services. But all in vien. Immediately some other thing is subscribed without my concent. Yesterday Again i-e on 15th May'09 when after trying atleast 8 times to stop these useless service I called your customer care to stop this, I was promised that it will be sopped and yes I got the message that all active services have been stopped. But surprisengly this morning i-e 16th May'09 again sms was received that some hollywood service was activated and the money was deducted from, my account. Again on calling customer care, some Mr, Tarun apologized and assured me that this will never happen again and gave me the complaint No. 117354. Immediately after this one more service Sale alert was renewed and the amount was deducted.This all has become unbearable now. Any how, I will throw this airtel sim in garbage but in future make it sure that no one in my nears & dears will go with this fraud Airtel company and if desired i will approach CONSUMER COURT.

Airtel — Stop hollywood subscription service

My mobile no is [protected], From last two months I am getting message "You have been renewed for Hollywood subscription service from Airtel . You have been charged Rs 3/-" , without doing any subscription. Please stop this service and don't cut the subscription fees.

    Dear Sir,
    I had postpaid connection from MP & right now I am in Maharashtra. For 3 or 4 months I cant go to MP and I wish to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid. I contacted customercare many times they are unable to provide correct information.
    Please provide me information how can I change my postpaid connection to prepaid from Maharashtra.

    Dear Sir,
    I had postpaid connection in Maharashtra and I wish to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid. I visited your galary fr the same. I applied for the same in writting but the same is refused by your representative & asked to submitte the Pan Card Xerox / Residence Proof etc. I said that this document have already with you when I applied for the new connection from you and now I only want the change from Post Paid to Pre Paid & Stll if you need the documents again then please give it in writting but that also they refused. Please provide me information how can I change my postpaid connection to prepaid is it necessary to submitte the documents again when it is already submitted at the time of getting conncetion.         Airtel Customer service is very bad. and they are not bothered about there customers.

        I requested on 18th June for BB activation. after many follow ups, like begging Activated on 25th june.

        After activation, they suppose to setup in my handset along with software, still they are not hellped.

        Every day i'm calling 5 guys including top managers, they say today tomorrow. but they are not bothered about my problem.

        pls. think. Who is using blackberry ? all top officials maximum.

        For top level people they treat this way. what about the normal peoples condition.

        fewmonths back i had net work problem, i faced similar situation. i fot for 6 months to rectification.

        i'm using this number from last 10years. so i'm unable to change to other providers.

        AIRTEL IS ONE OF THE WORST NETWORK AND SERVICE IS VERY vERY BAD. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BOTHER ABOUT YOU for months.
        I am facing a similar issue. My Blackberry handset's trackball is not working since 25th July. Airtel Blackberry customer service mentions regarding a TAT of 72 hours to revert with an engineer. Today when I called, they said the SLA allows you to reply by 14th August 2009. Is Airtel serious about service?
        How can someone have the audacity to say talk about SLA with 15 days TAT. Will you refund the rental you charge for Blackberry service for this period???

        3. With the kind of business i give, If were a Vodafone customer in Mumbai, I would have a Relationship Manager handling this for me. I wouldnt have to use such modes.

        have airtel connection, and I want to take blackberry services, I bought blackebery airtel handset, and want to activate the blackberry services, I came to know from 7070 that my phone is barred due to non payment of my bills, I checked with airtel they said you have no outstanding, I found myself between 121 and 7070 and airtel dwarka non-competent staffs, my outgoing incoming every thing is working fine but in airtel system it is showing barred, I asked them to remove barring as i am unable to activate my blackberry services, but airtel customer service department is loaded with full of junk staffs i tried all my efforts to contact nodal officerh VIA ophone, mail but I think he is super , he dont have time to reply and sort out my problems..

        Simply I hate AIRTEL Staffs...They are real !!!

          On line Purchased – Airtel DTH

          I was purchased Airtel DTH 9 July 2009 and get installed on 11 July 2009.
          After installation found problem with hardware and account was also not activated.
          Installation person said that replace the hardware and activation do today.

          While I was asked him, why this problem was happed then said that online purchased was problem.

          Next day 12July 2009 called to customer care and told the problem then registered complain and said that tomorrow hr 17.00 will be resolve but I was wait till 21.00PM and again called to customer care n told full story. Customer care person told for tomorrow and discount the phone even not listen our problem.

          If you call to customer care take each call takes 5-7 minutes to reach customer care person after that he was talk to you. It means have any problem then you ready to pay INR 100 to INR 200 in call and also not granted to solve your problem.

          Today was 4th day and still not solved.
          I was suggest don’t purchased by online and I hope direct purchased may be same.

          On 26/08/09, I made an online payment through ICICI Net Banking of 2200/- for the purchase of Digital TV. but since then I have not received any confimation from your side which I expected badly. I also failed to talk to your customer care executive on 12150 as the call never gets through. Now I am in a doubt, whether it was a wrong step by me to pay online rather than cash at shop.

As I contacted Airtel DTH CC on Toll free number- [protected] and talked with Madam Renka, she promised me that by tonight their installation team will contact me. And I was surprised that within 02 hours they called me on mobile. And they asked me whether I want to install it today (29/08/09) itself. But as per appointment given previously while purchasing I requested to install on 31/08/09.
          I will update my next experience after it is done. Hope everything will be fine.

          Today is 02/09/09. No one came for installation. That Rajkot person now not attending my call.
          Talked to Customer Care Supervisor ( Rahul ). Given all the details. He told me that within 48 hours problem will be shorted out. I dont know when this 48 hours will finish.
          Should I move to Consumer Court now?
          The conection has been sccessfully installed at my home yesterday(05/09/09) at 1500 hrs.
          But the difficulty I faced was really painfull. You have got such a strong suport for your customers but the people involved for installation are so bad. Please do the needfull so that peple like me, who has got great faith on Airtel do not face such problem in future. Here I am giving you the details which may help you for the same.

            From 14 june 2009 airtel started a service without my subscription on my prepaid no.[protected].They send 2 or 3 msgs per day and deduct Rs3 each.I was in roaming but finally i stopped that service on 12july2009.The service is stopped but around Rs130 which are deducted from my account still not refunded.It is my humble request to airtel to pay attention on this case.

            Airtel Prepaid — Services added without my knowledge

            Hi,

            This is regarding the airtel services added with out my knowledge.
            My Airtel number is [protected] ,i have never requested for any airtel services still they added the services to my number and the money got deducted when ever i recharge the next time .Many times i called to customer care and told them to deactivate all the services and i am not interested for any airtel services in near future also.They replied saying i have requested for the services which i never did.

            I feel this way airtel is making some quick bucks by charging the services which we never shown any interest .Please help me to take necessary action on this.
            i already lost around 100-200 bucks for their stupid services.
            i am also a prepaid customer of airtel i am also going in same complaint the money got deducted without being suscribed this is very bad thing as i called customer care they told me that they will look after it but they dont
            after complaining they block my customer care call
            more than 3 to 4 fashion tips message every day with deduction of Rs 1 per day on no [protected]

            though it has not been subscribed.
            i had kept zero balance for a week during that time no such messages were seen.
            i request you to sum up the deductions and so far and repay me the same
            also i request you to stop such non subscribed deductions immediately.

              Dear Sir,

              This is in refernece to the Airtel Internet connection I had applied on 9th July 09 for my residence through the authorised Airtel Sales agent. I had applied for a modem & connection with INR 700 which have been installed. I had also paid INR 300 for the instrument provided for the landline connection. However, this has not been provided to me till now and the sales agent does not respond to my call neither does his supervisor.

              Moreover, I was promised that the connection would be activated within 48 hrs which took more than 72 hrs for the same.

              I took airtel broadband plan and there was one bill due because I left the place and I paid the bill and requested to disconnect and they said they will disconnect.but they send again second bill. I am now not putting up at that Place and already requested to disconnect one months back.

                This is to bring to your notice that I am an Airtel Mobile subscriber (Post Paid Account Number[protected] . I have this connection for the last over 7 years or so. I have been raising the issue of poor network coverage in Sukhdev Vihar area and it has not been resolved for a long time. The network has gone weaker over the time resulting in frequent call drops; connection errors when attempting to connect to others; incoming calls not getting through and my number coming 'unreachable'.

                I first made a formal complaint at 121 in December 2008. Early January 2009 I received a call from their representative that the problem has been fixed. However in real terms there was no improvement. It has only gone worse.

                Several attempts over last few months to report my problem have, it seems, not been enough to attract attention of the airtel officials. When I had expressed the desire to unsubscribe from Airtel the retention team (falsely) promised me waivers and free airtime which was never actually given. A promise of a Rs 200 discount in my bill was offered on one occasion and on another a discount of Rs 150. But later when I asked them how to avail, I was told that those were only offered by the executives and does not have the clearance from the company.

                Finally when I wrote to appellate body I received a call on 6 June and I was informed that my problem can not be rectified immediately however my inputs would be considered in future planning. The person admitted that the rectification of the problem involves investment on part of the company and hence not a priority at the moment.

                This problem is not Individual specific but area specific since many others on airtel network in this area and near by colonies face the same problem.

                I am not surprised as to why Airtel does not want to do anything about this problem since poor network only means more profits for the company. I for example end up making 10 calls in place of 1. OR when an incoming call drops, I have to call back few times to complete the conversation. Which of course means a higher bill and hence more profits for you.

                I request you to take up this issue seriously. I should be allowed number mobility so that I am not made to suffer on account of high handedness by the service providers.

                Being a responsible customer who has paid all her bills much before time and never faltered, I demand better service against what I am charged. When I am paying service charges, why do I not get satisfactory service. I also demand a full refund of all my money by the company if the network is not improved in next 7 days.

                airtel, post paid mobile connection — poor network connectivity

                There is very poor network connectivity of airtel mobile networg in Ghoda Camp, shahibaug, ahmedabad, 380004 area. Non availability of network and wrong connection is very common.
                This is to bring to your notice that I am an Airtel Mobile subscriber (Post Paid) . I have this connection for the last over 7 months or so. I have been raising the issue of poor network coverage in CBD belapur sec-9 area and it has not been resolved for a long time. Since past 3 months there has been no network in my locality .

                I first made a formal complaint at 27 March 2009. Early April 2009 I received a call from their representative that the problem has been fixed. However in real terms there was no improvement. It has only gone worse.

                Several attempts over last few months to report my problem have, it seems, not been enough to attract attention of the airtel officials.

                This problem is not Individual specific but area specific since many others on airtel network in this area and near by colonies face the same problem.

                I am not surprised as to why Airtel does not want to do anything about this problem since poor network only means more profits for the company. I for example end up making 10 calls in place of 1. OR when an incoming call drops, I have to call back few times to complete the conversation. Which of course means a higher bill and hence more profits for you.

                I am putting here the various references numbers against my complaint .

                Being a responsible customer who has paid all her bills much before time and never faltered, I demand better service against what I am charged. When I am paying service charges, why do I not get satisfactory service. I also demand a full refund of all my money by the company if the network is not improved in next 7 days.
                I wanted to bring in notice of the company that the service provided by the Airtel employees is really pathetic.Inspite of registering the complain 10 times still no action has been taken from their end. My mobile no is [protected].It has been 3 months i am falling up with the Airtel officials but now i feel that they are least bothered about the client's basic requirement.I had a talk with Ms. Neelam, Mr.Kanwar Malhotra, Mr.Rajat and the manager of Post Paid section. Lots of commitments were made by them but they didn't even had a courtesy to reply back about the progress of work and i am still struggling with my network problem. My card is a corporate post paid type. I will ask my company to forgo with Airtel sim and go for some othe sim. It was really a tedious experience with Airtel and will suggest everyone to avoid it.

                Airtel Postpaid Connection — Connectivity

                My post paid number is [protected]. By proffession i m a doctor and i have a clinic in Mahveer nagar, jaipur. My clinic is in Basement so there is some connectivity problem. Every time i got disconnected coz of this proble.
                I ll request you to look for the matter.

                Airtel Postpaid Connection — Net work inavailability

                We are facing a lot of problems while making calls & getting calls due to in availability of Net facility which is happening in every where. We have made a lots of complaints through customer care & we will get an answer the problems will be sorted out in week time & the same is not happening from the past 2 years.

                We have checked by changing our mobile Instrument to avoid this problem. But now also facing the same problem. When we are using prepaid connection there is no problem in anywhere. But I do want to use the same Number which I had given to so many peoples as my reference.

                Finally a week back we got an info that we can change the SIM CARD & check out. No we have to approach any AIRTEL customer care centre. But there is no hope which can be sorted out.

                  Is there any one in Airtel who takes care for the customer complain as it looks like the company has too many customers and they done need any more or they just want to take their customers for granted

                  Is this the way you work, even after confirming with me that your technical team is going to visit my house to check the network issue no one shows up .


                  Do you expect us to come back home and wait for someone who is never going to come...


                  This state's how pathetic is Airtel's commitment and customer support ...

                  On 20th May 2009 I had write to your nodal office and looks like those guys are not fit for the job that’s been assigned to them. It’s pathetic on the part of Airtel for not responding to their customers. I have even called the customer care multiple number of times the only response that I receive is “we will get back shortly” and I have even attached is the last mail that I received from your nodal office.



                  If the nodal office team takes months to reply back, then what is the reason to have them in first case. Do this company works on its commitment or is it that everything is a gimmick . Just because you are the biggest service provider in the country you cannot take your existing customers for granted and do not even bother to look into this issues.



                  I have even heard from my colleagues about the poor customer and network coverage service of AIRTEL



                  Actually I am sorry to say this, The cobbler next to my house has more commitment than AIRTEL.

                  I had moved to the my the address mentioned below on 26th of December 2008 and found out that the network coverage of Airtel inside my house is roughly nil, on 28th of December 2008 I logged a complaint with Airtel customer care for my cell phone number +91 [protected]


                  Issue faced : As soon as I come inside the home my phone gets into the SOS mode. I need to get out of the house to take any call of make any call.

                  If a phone connection is not available when you require the most I don’t think there is any reason for maintain it. There are also call drops and due to this my monthly bill has also increased drastically.



                  Action taken by me: Called 198 customer care and they gave me a ticked number and said the issue will be resolved within 2 weeks time and they will call up for check up of improvement if the service, which did not happened and after 2 weeks when I called them to check the status and they said that they don’t have any update on the same and after that whenever I called them they gave me new resolution dates and push it . They are not ready to listen to me and whenever I call them they tell me a different story. The 198 complain department keeps on promising that it’s going to be rectified within the resolution data which has never happened till data which is about 5 months.



                  Every time I have to call them to find out the status and once in a while after getting blasting form me will call me back . This is going on since 28th December 2008 and now last time I called them to find the status of my complain again they have given me a resolution data as 20 of May 2009,



                  Today I am writing this mail as I am frustrated and fed up the kind of service that Airtel is providing.



                  More over every time I call them they generate a new case number so that the old case number is closed.


                  The current case id is : 27411651

                  In the last 5 months I have raised more than 7 complain and nothing has helped for the resolution.



                  I would request you and your team to help me to get out of this situation as the number that I have is from last 3- 4 years and since I work for the support industry I do not want to change my number. This issue of network coverage is taking a trip on my service as whenever I am at home my phone becomes not reachable and I need the face the consequences for not been reachable when required.

                  Kindly do the needful to get this network coverage issue resolved at the earliest .

                  Hello All, I have been complaining about the network coverage issue in my area and also frequent call disconnection . I have tried calling customer care and they were creating case and closing on their own but no proper update .So many customer case created for this issue by Airtel customer care.                     After see these all complements from customers I want to discontinue my landline no right now.
                    Because I already have mtnl line of terrif plan of rs. 100 p/m.in my home.(only in coming line)
                    Now After watching so much of complaints, I am afraid of pay new 1 day of Bill rs. 11.00 only

                    In my society mtnl’s brodband line for internet is not possible, and airtel people start
                    hurry for internet connection (only now this month is free and from next month I have to pay 1000 rs. for installation charges etc.etc.)
                    as per my knowledge airtel people already lead cable connection all over society for 1000 of
                    Tenants.
                    Actually society negotiates with Airtel company and airtel give us a free airtel landline this
                    is a fact story.(outoff 1000 tenats only 450 tenants get conection with airtel .)
                    now I have to beware from airtel.

                      i am an Airtel post-paid user. i planned to change it to pre-paid..for that purpose i have been going to the airtel showroom(Reach telecommunication in Anna Nager east, Chennai) manager Mr.Senthil in person for the past 20 days... He is not responding to me properly..He even told me to complain to any higher officials about this and do whatever you can..the situation is aweful...Mr.Senthil is not attending my calls for any query and he is giving missed calls.Even the customer care officers are not replying properly.
                      i am wasting my MONEY as well as my time by going to the showroom to ask each time to this transaction from (post paid - pre paid). i need some kind of compensation from airtel's side.
                      Airtel's officers are proper.. i have already lodged a COMPLAIN against this manager to the customer care officers, but there was no proper response.
                      So tell me What to do?? Answer me??????

                          Hi,

                          This is in reference to the discrepancies in my bill duration 26 Apr 2009 to 25 May 2009.

                          I was on roaming between 15th May to 17th May to attend marriage to Gujarat. On 15th may suddenly i got messages like 'Thank you for downloading JAVA games. you will be charged ...' First time i ignore the message but it keep coming at regular interval. I have checked my mobile; no application was running on my mobile. I have also restarted my mobile but messages are coming at regular interval. I have restarted my mobile 4-5 times and than put on silent mode. On second day i found around 40+ messages regarding 'Thank you for downloading JAVA games...' on my mobile.

                          I was worried that why is my account been charged unnecessarily when I am not downloading anything. Hence I called up the customer-care Gujarat and Maharashtra and complained about the same. I was told that from my account JAVA game has been downloaded. I tried to convince them that i have not downloaded JAVA gamed as i have no GPRS activated. They told me that JAVA games are downloaded from airtellive. So i told him to block my airtel live as i am not using that at all.

                          I called up the customer care again after 2 days and was told that this may be an issue with the Airtel WAP service, and I need not worry, and that when my Bill will be generated then it can be waived-off by Customer care. My outgoing service was also closed due to excess of credit limit.

                          After My bill was generate, it has more than Rs. 2200 charged extra under VAS services. I called up the customer-care, but I was told that the amount has been charged as I would have certainly downloaded something. I was very upset with the Customer-Care handling of the issue as they are not ready of help at all, when they themselves said earlier that I need not worry and it can be taken care of.

                          I recieved a call from customer-care, and have been told the same again, that I've downloaded these stuff and there's nothing that can be done. I am clueless now.

                          I've been using this connection from approximately 4 years now and have been paying my bills properly, whatever is the amount. But I would noy pay any amount that I've no knowledge o[censored]sage from my side. This must be an issue in your system itself.

                          I have already paid my call charges + monthly rental + applicable taxes for the billing cycle 26 apr to 25 may. I told customer care to give me some kind of proof to convince me that downloading has been done on my mobile than i am ready to pay remaining bill for that but they haven't reply me yet.

                          I want somebody in Airtel to take this resposibility and make adjustments in the billing as well as make sure that such issues don't happen in future. I've also looked up the internet and found a lot of people with the same issues.

                          Airtel — VAS Billing

                          My airtel connection no [protected]. i am deactivated my GPRS service on 09th-Jan-2009, and it's automatically activated on 21-Jan-2009. i am given complaint for the same on 22-Jan-2009, 24-Jan-2009, 27-Jan-2009 and 29-Jan-2009 (with some bad words). In my Jan-2009 Bill, thay are Charging 590 Rupees for GPRS only. Regular GPRS usage rate is 0.30Ps for 50Kb but the bill was done for 1.00Re for 100Kb. i am called the customer care for the billing issue from 11-Feb-2009 to 20-Feb-2009. Till now they are not solving the Issue (i am also not paid any amount for the bill).
                          On 11-Mar-2009 i am received letter from Sankara Narasimhan (Deactive Collection). for the non payment they will proceeding legal action.

                            I am a post paid consumer having mobile number [protected].I received a bill of around Rs.1800/- in the month of April, 2009 which is far excessive considering my average bill of around 1300/-.My complaint lies on following grounds:

                            1.Are we bound to pay the bills raised by the service provider ?

                            2.In stead of listening our complaint, can they close our incoming call facilty just to compel us to pay the bill or face the consequenses of disconnection rendering us helpless and sends wrong massages to persons making a call as this is not a valid number.It is a case of blackmailing by closing the incoming call.

                            3.A number of drop call occured while making a call due to poor services by the service provider.

                            4.On complaining they give us the details of calls made but sir is it possible to remember after 2 months on which date and at what time and how many times we have made a call to that number and regarding the duration we talked.This is the most disasterous loopholes which service providers frequentlu use for excess billing.

                            5.While a bill of particular month is pending and after knowing the complaint, they should approach to the consumer and deal with his griviances amicable and carefully. but nothing was done and they went on raising the bill and disconnected all the facility.Atleast incoming call facility should remain active so that they can speak to the aggreived consumer.since continuance of incoming facilty does not create any financial burden on the service provider.

                            I am a practising Charteted account and have been facing a lot of difficulty dye to this since all my clients, relatives and friends have this telephone number, If I silently pay the bill, my connection will be restored but this is not the solution of this problem.

                              On[protected] i purchased a data card from airtell dealer in Pathankot [punjab] to use internet while roaming.At the time i approched dealer TALK ZONE i have been told that their is no data card available with them so they have to arrange it from AMRITSAR from some other airtel dealer and for that i have to get my laptop with me and also i have to pay some adv.Sir, inspite of some adv. i paid him full amount i.e. rs 4999/- and asked him to arrange it as soon as possible.When i came home dealer rang me up and asked that there is no card in AMRITSAR .There is only one available with them which is been used for two three months and if i buy that he will get it the next day.I asked your dealer that if that card works i have no problem in buying that.Sir, next day i had been to TALK ZONE and gave them my laptop to load the software from cd with the card .That person tried to load it what couldn't load it and said i should take my laptop to some software person to get it loaded.I paid him cash for the sim i.e rs 500/-and toke all the things to a software loader .When he saw the card he said this will not work with my laptop because this is an older product and needs pcmmc slot which is not their in all new systems like mine, and for my system companies are now supplying usb data modem for the latest systems.
                              Sir, at the same moment i went and told all the problem to the dealer and asked him to get it bchanged because it was useless for me.The dealer told me to come next day morning and after that he started giving excuses to come after three days, and then company is not changing it i am trying to change please come after 15 days.
                              I followed him for 9 months and then i thought of putting a case in consumer court but one of my friend asked me to first talk to you people for help. Sir, please help me to come out of this problem as soon i will be greatful to you.i am giving my details and card no etc to follow up my problem.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I had subscribed to Airtel Coporate CUG number[protected]. During subscription I had paid a refundable deposit for Rs 500. In Jan 2009 the number was changed from post paid to prepaid and I was informed that the refundable deposit would be returned through cheque within 60 days. I regret to inform that the same is not received till date. I have brought this to the notice of concerned officials but to no avail. The last complaint number is[protected]. I tried calling the customer care yesterday but, after getting connected I was informed that till 16th they would not be able to confirm the status due to some system update.

                                  Airtel in this case has not been forthcoming in addressing the issue. I request you to advise Airtel to refund Rs 500 with an interrest @ 12% on the amount and compensate with Rs 10, 000 against the harassment.

                                  airtel cug — change of plan RA 25 CUG SOUTH TO RA300

                                  I am having airtel postpaid plan in RA13CUG 25(SOUTH) bill plan..my mobile number is [protected]...Kindly change my bill plan to RA10 CUG 300 (SOUTH) and do needful...

                                  i changed my ECS from ICICI bank[protected] to IDBI bank ([protected]) on 10.09.2011 through ECS updation form to
                                  Airtel office at Chrompet Vetri theatre. But the change was not yet updated (Confirmed on last month and today through Air tel customer care (121).

My mobile no. is [protected] i subscrip the Bhakti bhav on 06.07.2009 . & immediatly Rs. 20/- deducted my account & i emmediatly talk to customer care and that gya say i recd god wallpaper & bhakti tune from Aritel but i stil not recd any wallpaper of god, ring tune and whatever u provded in scheme from Ur side & u also dedcuted Rs.5 /- from my account on 12.07.2009 it means U r service is down & i unhappy with u r service

                                    My mobile no [protected] pl by oversight my daughter surfing in net ur airtel people has activated

                                    some wallpaper/bhaktibhav and deducting Rs.10/- every week which is not atall usefull to me. You

                                    please make deactivate immdediatly. And make any activations you please take their (subscibers)

                                    concent/confirmation before activation and don't give unneccessary troubles to your valuable

                                    customers. Thank you. I don't have any option to deactivate. Because i have already consulted ur

                                    show rooms and customer care so many times. You do the needful. Otherwise I have to think for

                                    going to opt other companies services.

                                      i am facing recharge problem of my Airtel dish TV, which is with one year plan of 2600 rupees.After one week my service is stoped.My customer ID is [protected].My first complaint number was 825160.i didnt got any solution but from airtel side this complaint was closed.i put secong complaint & number was 826676, i didnt got any type of solution, then also this complaint is closed from airtel side.i already given mobile number of engg.who atend this installation i.e [protected](avinash chauhan).i contact on [protected], prashant suryvanshi([protected]), he told me we will give standby setup.but still i didnt get still now.Is this type of service Airtel are providing to customer?for each & every time i am calling from my mobile, but no responce from Airtel side.each time i get different reasons.now its completed 7 days but still my service is not resume.I was put mail on Airtel on mail on 11 july 09 but i didnt get any responce still.i want urgent base action on this issue.

                                        This is to bring into your notice that i(Ms. priyanka Nandwani) is a customer of airtel and is using [protected] as my airtel contact number on 30/05/09 Mr. Manish came to me to collect the payment and I gave the cheque of Rs. 2500/- and he settle the bill for Rs. 5000/- As you can see the attachment with the receipt number 1680792, then he called in the evening and said that If we give cash the number will be activated on 4 hrs and he came and took the cash rs. 2500/- and i mk stop pay on my chq as i ws told
                                        by collector manish said that when he will give the cheque back in a day or two as we cannot give two receipts for the same number in a day. then he will give the receipt for the cash. Then after two days of tracing him he said as ur ac is settel on 5000 rs so that that we need to deposit 2450/- more and our number will be activated we did that also and he gave us the receipt for 2450/- you can see that it is attached with the mail. I have paid the whole amount and my number is not active till now . after wasting my 25 days to track my pay when asked from manish he said that as airtel has not given my salary i have kept your amount with me. He did not even give me the cheque back and give me receipt of the 2500/- cash that he took I warn you that my number should be activated within 24 hrs. or i will go to the consume court. If Anyone does not pay Airtel's bill they do not mind barring the phone and now you guys don't want to activate my number. I warn you again that I have the receipts with me that you have got 4950 as the whole some on which my account was settled and your guy agreed to activate my number and I will go the consumer court i am not reverted my Monday.
                                        -- and after all this discussion i spoke to nodal officer gulshan around may be 3 times in day ..i explaind him dat i m tracking my pay from 25 ays ndalsomanish used abusive lang with me nd my family ..i aske help 4rm my areas SHO also but accoring to them airtel is not responsible for anything..nt for delaying my pays nd nt for abusive lang used by airtel collector manish en i aproched applette officer 2ndlevelof c ser ..they also sd same thing ..dat we cant do anything ..

                                        now ..my question to airtel

                                        if airtel is not responsible on their executives behalf then who is responsible ..
                                        nw i m completly frustate wid airtel.nd their services ..i[censored] guys can do anything dat is great ..if not plz reply asap ...coz i hv all records of airtel careness wid me nd my pays
