Airtel Xstream Fiber number [protected]
The website of Airtel States that Broadband connection will be activated in 48 hours. When I contacted the agent on 10th Oct, the same thing was confirmed. I made the payment for 6 months subscription on 10th and then waited till 14th October when i got only excuses from the Airtel Team that their team member were not well, they have having shortage of router, etc. On 14th afternoon, I raised a complaint with Airtel on [protected]@in.airtel.com and till date i.e. 24th Oct, the only update that the request is in progress and they are working on this. This kind of service level is not acceptable when timeline is attached for refund. It hardly takes 5 minutes to know the status of the completion of their work.
I want my money to be refunded immediately.

    Airtel — New broadband connection ecaf:[protected]
    While booking service support team didn't checked the service availability in my area but sales team forced to do the payment to start the process which to be completed in a day as per sales team; I had done the payment and submitted all my documents on the same day. Now i didn't get service for their service unavailability in my area and my payment is almost more than 15 days with no response for refund

        Dear concerned Team,

        On October 21th, 2020, i have made of RS.2828 payment twice as first payment got failed and amount also debited from my account. Hence paid second time. Both time amount got debited from my account. So totally i paid of rs.5656.

        They told i got my amount refund max in 72 hours. So far my amount not got credited to my account. I paid through IDBI net banking, so i contacted IDBI customer...

        ROADS WERE DUG UP, pits as close as 3 steps from each other,
        The Airtel guys have come, done Their work and left
        No body cared to clean it up
        Let alone Fixing the roads.
        We park our cars on the side of the road now there’s Big pits and MALWA on the road side And Bricks stacked up,
        where do we park our cars?? At Airtel office?

            I applied for broadband connection on 17 October but till now no installation of broadband. Even if I call 121 everyone answer is will be solved in 24-48hrs but it's already 7days * 24hrs. All false print made and no request has been solved. Still waiting for the broadband to be installed.

              Hello I'm facing problem in getting the connection. I was a proud airtel broadband customer around 5years back but after I shifted to my new home which is around 3km away from that old house(where it was available), I applied again for a new connection but the executives say that there is no line in ur area this is so unfair I was trying from last 5years and getting similar reply we have plenty of flats and houses near us I guess most of them are in need of a good broadband connection but airtel is refusing to put their line in my area.
              This is a shame that airtel is neglecting there customers who were once a permanent one.

                  I have used Airtel DTH before 3 months, and discontinue, but they are daily calling me and asking sir what is the issue, why you have not recharged you DTH, while i have told them that i will never want your services in future and never call me again, but they daily called me 1-2 times in a day.

                  So take some action against DTH

                    Hi, I made a transaction of Rs. 3268 on 16th Oct to Airtel. I got a message on 22nd Oct that the transaction was reversed but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. Please look into this issue.

                        I ported in my two numbers in airtel in family plan (I have two number + Airtel DTH). Since I ported in into Airtel I am not able to use the VoLTE service of airtel. I reported on 21 Sep 2020 regarding the issue and expected date was 29 Sep 2020. But issue is remained same. after this expected time was extended two time 3 + 3 working days but issue is remained same.
                        An Executive suggested me to replace the SIM, I did that, I replaced the SIM last week but issue is still same.
                        I called to 198, then executive told me that our technical team tried to reach you but you did not respond.
                        And executive told that SIM is VoLTE enabled but when I insert this sim in my mobile there is no option to enable VoLTE call, while I have a prepaid SIM of IDEA, IDEA SIM shows me the option to enable VoLTE call.
                        Why it is not available with Airtel SIM, are you sure that you are providing VoLTE service or are these services are specific?
                        During the call I am not able to use my mobile internet, as you are aware mostly peoples are working from home and phone and internet is a lifeline these days.
                        Due to this disconnection of internet during the call, I am using another phone with prepaid SIM and have spent extra money for the calls only while I have a good plan of Airtel with platinum member ship.
                        Why I spend extra money for call?
                        So, finally my question is this only when this issue will be resolved?
                        Will it be resolved before I port out to another operator?
                        Actually, I can't give more extension on this because you have taken too much time to resolve this tiny issue, I need the solution ASAP.

                          The company has charged me for the time of NO SERVICE. I was transferred and connection was uninstalled on 7 July 2020. It was reinstalled on 7 September 2020. Total amount is about ₹1800. The company refunded only ₹711.

                            This is regarding your Tower near LIC office Razole 533244. The building in which is the only one which is 5 stories in your tower vicinity. My bed room gets higher emf due to the alignment of your antenna towards my bedroom. Can you either change your antenna alignment or operate at a lower sar because there are many kids below 7 years in this particular building.viz Dattatreya Avenu
                            e. I know that temf is safe but what we are unsure is the effect on growing brains. We as a society should not contribute to the behavioral problems of our next generation. Thanks .

                                Telephone no. 4983332 of airtel has been installed at my residence. we are paying around 1000/- per month for some old scheme and getting only 100 mbps speed where as we are supposed to get 200 mbps. Despite repeated complaints airtel customer care closes the call by saying that you ll be called back. Thus Airtel is cheating pn us by charging more money and not providing required services. Customer care informed that the airtel has kept this pending since 2019 and kept on charging more than the required amount
