My dad had made a recharge for the mobile number [protected] on 20th september (Sunday). But his money got debited twice. There's no proper response to either calls or emails from airtel. Please refund his hard earned money. Have attached email screenshot proofs of the debit. Please refund

    I paid rs. 598 rupees on amazon for my airtel recharge number 27 august2020. But payment was decline on amazon and recharge has been cancelled. Today is 22 september 2020 still my amount not refund from airtel payment bank.

      fiber broadband not installed but installation charges deducted

      I would like to inform you that from past four days i have been struggling with your local service provider for my airtel fiber connection name - ashwin vyas (Service provider) after multiple times calling him he is still not able to answer my calls. I also tried to get help from local airtel office here they refused to help in any manner i have already paid installation charges and still no one has came for installing it. I will sincerely...

      I had submitted an mnp request from bsnl to airtel and the required kyc documents on 18/09/20. I have received the following message
      "dear adithya null, validations of your documents for porting your mobile no. 82xxxxxx86 could not be completed successfully. For more details, contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken or the nearest airtel store."please help me through the process as i have paid money at my local store for this. Four days have passed and no response from airtel. Please help asap.

        Dear Sir Madam

        This is with utmost pain I am writing to Airtel that since last 6 days my issues are not being handled by AIRTEL team properly.

        I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel in May month. Mobile number is [protected]. Every thing was going on fine. But I got message that Rs 454 is pending for payment at Vodafone.

        I went to Vodafone store in CP and made the payment. The outstanding due there shown was Rs 150 which I paid immediately on 8th September 2020. Payment receipt attached for your reference.

        However on 16th September my phone got disconnected without any call or reasoning. On enquiring with Airtel they said payment at Vodafone I'd pending. Which I checked at Vodafone and nothing is pending

        Your staff at Pusa road Karol bagh especially Saurabh jain and Manish Mishra gave me sim yesterday saying it will start in 4 hours which didn't happen till today.

        On asking they were mis handling my parents and talking to them disrespectfully.

        I am absolutely gutted and made biggest mistake of my life to change to AIRTEL.

        I have been asking if there are any dues I am ready to pay but where do I pay?? No one has that answer too.

        Please get my phone number activated or else I will escalate to TRAI and DOT.

            The engineer who was to setup airtel broadband in our home said that he can't setup due to non availability. They should have informed about this earlier before we made a payment. Daily we have to call the engineer whether he would visit us or not that day. He is so reckless about our setup and sometimes he doesn't even pick our call. We are so weary of calling the engineer. Look into this matter as soon as possible. Transaction reference number :[protected]

                Today i purchase a new dth connection of the airtel and i make payment online 1492 by using coupan code adtv10. After 3:00
                The company executive call me and ask to pay 160 rs online without any reason. I deny to pay and ask why i give money to you. His reason is superflous. After some time i got call from the person who ask me to otp which is send by airtel. I give the otp to person after 3 min i got a reschedule message to[protected]. I can connect call ti customer service. But they not respond to me. Plese help me and sort my problem shortly

                  Dear airtel team,

                  Today morning i made payment of rs.1768 from kotak bank car to airtel to initiate my new broadband connection but i after debiting the amount from my bank side payment got failed. Please guide me through the future process. As i made call to the concern executive for broadband they said to wait but again i got a message to proceed with payment for xstrem fiber net please help me with this.

                    Hi,

                    I am in roaming right now and for a specific location there is unstable internet. I have raised complaint as well. No one is having a similar answer to questions. Everyone have something new to talk about. I spoke with laxmi from nodal team and she assured that someone from network team will call still no one contacted me. My complaint was on hold as they were not able to find location. If location was not found then why was i not contacted???
                    I want some strict action to taken as everyone in lying in airtel and not ready to give services. But they will not even reimbursement as it is their failure. Please raise it high priority if any service provider is not providing services then they should be waiving off the bill for that duration

                          This complaint is against airtel telecommunications. I have tried following up with the company innumerous times and even though it's been 3 months since i have been behind this, the company has done absolutely nothing to resolve my issue.

                          As per the airtel fibernet plan available on airtel website, i contacted the company for a 300 mbps broadband connection, more than 3 months back, on june 12th. Company sent someone to check the feasibility of the connection in our area and the advance amount, rs. 5306, was collected from us by this person. Before paying the amount, we did inquire whether we will be able to receive 300mbps itself and he replied yes.in the evening, the installation personnel came and finished the installation. When we checked the speed, we found out it was only 40 mbps, way lesser than the promised 300 mbps. As per the installation guy, we contacted airtel office. They agreed to cancel the subscription and refund the amount as they do not have the telecommunications infrastructure to provide the promised 300 mbps speed in our area. They informed us that rs. 300 will be deducted from the amount we paid, which we could not understand why, but, we had to accept. As per airtel's request, i sent them every single document that they asked for, including copy of a cancelled cheque, for them to make the refund through a bank transaction. Upon sending the documents, airtel informed me that they have initiated the refund transaction and provided me with a receipt number for further tracking. However, i have been tracking and tracking since june and there are no updates!

                          When informed of this failed refund transaction, airtel demanded me to share my normal and credit account statements, which i shared twice with them even though these are confidential documents. Even after this, without providing me with the transaction id of the refund they made, so that i can follow up with my bank, they are claiming that i have received my refund, which is highly irresponsible and fraudulent.

                          I'm fed up of sending them mail over mail, calling them 24*7, hoping for a resolution to my issue. I request consumer complaints to take strict action against airtel and to help me get my money back. This is pure robbery. Companies like airtel are stripping ordinary people off their consumer rights!

                                    I am using airtel mobile and thru airtels services entitled to use airtelxtreme website. Last several days even though i have very good internet connection of 40mbps the site always errors out stating check your network connection.

                                    I have tried clearing cache etc but it does not help. I even tried using 2 more browsers but it gives same error.
                                    I hope airtel looks into this issue and fixes the same.
