Sir, I have purchased a Airtel Xtreme Set top Box from Airtel Distributor Named Irfan, Hindupur his Mob No is [protected]. He charged me Rs 4300 for installation on 13 Jul 20 and 6 Months recharge but the distributor has blocked my Customer Id in the box and not recharged the recharge amount and not responding to my phone calls and very irresponsible towards the customer. He is not recharging the set top box till date. Kindly take serious action toward him and recharge my set top box at earliest. I further spent Rs 300 to get my Customer id from other distributor and came to know my customer id is [protected].

    My airtel number ([protected]) was on my dad's name, but because of some system problem from airtel company, it got registered on somebody else name.
    Now my sim is damaged automatically in the mobile, I filled a recreation form, and my no was supposed to start after 8 days. Its 20 days now and my no. is still not working. What the hell should I do? I need that airtel no. [protected].

        I have been using airtel landline plus broadband for years.in june this yeae my plan was changed from 599 to 899 without informing me and without ny consent. I have called their no 121 hundreds of times but there is bo way you can reach to a person. On everything they send you airtel links. Even on their airtel thanx app there is no way to make a complaint. I have been paying all the bills before due date according to my earlier bills. They are charging me more as per their own wish. I searched for their email id for complaint on net and sent a mail refarding the same. I got a call today after 3 -4 days and they are doing me a favour of waiving rs.200 as if it is my fault. I was told by the executive that its my fault that i have made the complaint late. I should have called them earlier. Well i have called them n no of times but its of no use. They have levied rs..800 on my account on their own. Whereas no one can change the plan without the consent of the customer.

        Now I habe received a mail from their end that they are disconnecting my services.This is ridiculos. First they charge as per their wish and then instead of correvting their mistake they are disconnecting my services.

          I recharged my prepaid sim thrice for 219 pack due to technical issue. Only one recharge of 28 days is reflected in my account. What about the debited amount.?

            I have been struggling to get help from airtel customer service and airtel presence. Its been over 4 months now that i am reporting network issue with airtel postpaid that i am using. I have reached the airtel customer care and airtel presence several time. I have been made several promises by this team. Karan p from airtel presence specifically is a fraud who promised me a compensation and made me purchase airtel xstream and now he is just running away. I have been requesting a manager call to escalate but no response. They will literally give me missed calls and disconnecting phones if i pick up their calls. They also made a fraud of selling me the xtreme fiber and the airtel presence scammer karan p promised me to compensate for the network issues and fraud of selling me the wrong product. I have several call recordings and airtel presence chat since months now. I even complained about threatening calls from their regional service providers and local vendors, but airtel customer services just don't care and continue to fraud customer. Many other consumers are complaining, who posted to my posts on social media.[protected] is the most recent service ticket open fro network issues. There are several more in the past and even had a network team visit from airtel that acknowledge network issues.

            1) Network Issues
            2)FRAUD sale of Xtreamfiber
            3) False promises by Airtel Presence rep Karan P. No resolution and denial of Manager/Supervisor
            4) Harrasment and threatning by Airtel vendors and regional manager, supervisor Murugan is the proof.
            5) Issue open over 4 month and no one at Airtel cares.
            No response from Nodal officers. If you reach their customer service they say that a supervisor or a manager will call. Nobody calls back. One of the representative today said that they don't have supervisor and managers. there is no way for them to contact a manager. I have dropped emails to Nodal and appellate officers and even tried to call. no response there as well

              I am paying for the 4G network of Airtel but even can't get the 2g networks which makes the calling impossible to someone. How can such a telecom company in India is doing fraud with a lot of people like me. Stop it's advertisement and it is one of the worst network they should accept it. Such a pity even a Airtel homepage took 5 minutes to be opened and sometimes showed the network connection error.

                I am writing in here against Airtel India, I am customer of Airtel since Nov 2019, and ever since the purchase of my Airtel postpaid connection I have been facing the worst network speed problem. I had called up on the customer care services and explained, at first they told the issue would be resolved within a month of time
                I waited, there was no indication of any improvement, I am paying for the connection but ai am not given the speed, they have allotted the data..but to use it one must have a good speed..I want to use the service and use it up to the mark...But I am not able to do as the speed is so bad.
                I have been calling in on the same issue after November, but there was no resolution give till date. I am paying for the services and I am not getting what I was promised . I want a prorated refund. As because of the mistake and lags from internal network errors which is from the network end I am the one loosing money.
                I have been calling every month many times and when I told the network team of airtel that I am going to record there call, they stopped calling me and since March 2020 my complain is still in progress with no updates, if asked they are telling site upgradation is happening and we cannot tell when it will be done..I have lost too much money due to Airtel bad network speed

                The backend team, they have a problem in there end, and I am not ok to pay for services that I am not receiving. I need a complete prorated refund on my number.

                I have maintained all the Call records during my conversations with Airtel Customer care and there supervisor. Please help me get justice, I condem Airtel's Ads as they are giving fake information with respect to there speed. They should be banned

                I have lost nearly 6300Rs.

                  Worst experience airtel is of no use and even the customer support is unprofessional. Please never ever take airtel connection if you love your time. Today only i recharged my dth connection (Prepaid service) but still no channels are visible though 1 day is still remaining for recharge, i reached customer support for help but have received a reply stating to wait for 48 hours. They are forcing me to pay extra and have such many instances. Kindly check and help

                  Received this message but still same code 6 error is appearing, I will diffinately discontinue Airtel services and recommend everyone to avoid Airtel connection

                    I have been complaining about voice cracking issue from last two months on to customer care of airtel, but every time they say to complain using airtel thanks app or some other way. All they say is in vain as i am not able to register a complaint from last two months due to their negligence towards customer's complaint.

They have demanded 1999 for policy purpose and after that again they demanded for 3710 i have google pay both the amt because they said it will get refunded and after that again they demanded 4250 so i got the doubt on this guys.                         My airtel fixed-line no: [protected], account id:[protected]_kk. I called up airtel customer care service and informed that we would like to disconnect the service, they informed us that they will do it.
                        There was due of last month's payment (July 2020), then we informed them we will be paying this bill with a fine, but we don't need connection anymore. And the customer support people agreed to that.

                        Now we received another bill, with august month combined, they haven't disconnected, but we were in a dilemma like its already disconnected and we stopped using airtel. Under the above circumstances, please cancel/disconnect my services with fixed-line no: [protected], account id:[protected]_kk.
                        Please provide us a solution for the same, we have send themthe mail again, but havent got any kind of reply from their side.

                        Sorry, Its not resolved completly as we have asked for a checking in the bill amout, its not done and its still the same, which is not fare.

                          I am currently out of india and my indian airtel prepaid sim card is rejected. There is enough balance and validity on the sim. When contacted customer care they are asking me to visit the airtel store personally to get a new sim but i will not be visiting india until the end of next year and i need my sim activated for otp purposes. I can send my family members to the store but they say it’s not acceptable. Please help me reinstate my airtel sim

                              Hi,
                              Recently when I was trying to get my AirTel sim recharged for Rs379 pack, on 13sep2020, the amount got deducted but the transaction failed.

                              There was a Rs379 pack expiring on 13Sep2020 night. Existing pack had 4GB of internet available in the morning 0f 13Sep2020.

                              When I call the customer care executives, they keep saying that I've used internet few days before. Whatever the datapack offers has expired and I've used in excess which amounts to exact Rs379

                              I've spoke to 3-4 different executives viz., suma, manasa etc. Each one gives a different explanation for the same Rs379 of the same number. Few say that I've used internet after the amount got deducted and hence it wont be refunded. Few say, I've used excess internet and hence amount got deducted

                              As per my knowledge, each session of internet deducts some amount immediately after the session ends. It wont be charged days later or prior.

                              Since the pack was active till 13Sep2020 night and had a 4GB internet on 13Sep2020 morning, I dont understand for what reason my amount is not being refunded.

                              Upon asking for internet usage details (usage amount, price of the usage, time of the usage) my call is being disconnected after putting me on hold. Happened with 2 executives.

                              Need help in getting my refund

                                I initiated the recharge of rs 98 on 16 september 2020 and it got deducted from the bank account but on the final window it showed transaction failed/gateway timed out. Now my recharge is not done and the amount is also deducted. Kindly look into this.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I will try to explain you my problem and hope action will be taken on it.

                                  The issue:

                                  1. On 11th sept 2020, i have submitted the request for airtel xstream fiber broadband service. Also, i have paid the amount 3036/- on that day only. After that, i got the application number i. E. [protected]. They said that on 14th sept 2020, your connection setup will be done by eod. Also, they said, i will get a call from technical expertise for the setup.

                                  2. On 14th sept 2020, i allied up airtel xstream fiber customer care and they said our technical expertise will call you in 72hrs but as per the text message, they will call me in 24hrs. But i haven't got any call from the customer care.

                                  3. On 15th sept 2020, i was tried to following up on customer care and local service provider but they didn't respond and resolve my problem.

                                  4. On 16th sept 2020, i was tried to following up on customer care and loral service provider but they don't resolve my problem again.

                                  At this stage, i am having a hard time explaining your teams.

                                  My problem:

                                  1. My connection setup is not done yet and i have already paid the amount for the same.

                                  2. Airtel's expertise is not resolving my problem. I continuously following up with them regarding my problem.

                                  3. My job is depending on broadband service and if i'm not getting this by today then my organization will be fire from my job.

                                  4. Even i'm not able to request for another connection because i don't have the money.

                                  5. If the connection setup is not done by today then please give my money now so i can request another service.

                                  I can understand the current situation and even i'm not shouted on the customer care while discussing my problem.

                                  I hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      My mobile number is [protected], i have recharge on 20 july 2020, with 698/- 2 gb per day, but internet speed is very slow and unable to contact with customer care executive.
                                      Mera mumbai ka sim hai abhi lockdown ki wajah se rajasthan me hu. Internet speed bahot slow hai, koi customer care adhikari se baat bhi nai ho pa rahi hai, mere sabhi kam atke pade hai.

                                        From morning, my airtel sim network has gone and no mobile is detecting the sim card. Have called to airtel customer care to help me replace it with a working one, for that they asking me to pay for and get a duplicate sim card by visiting their store. If there is some damage with sim card is airtel is not responsible for it. If this is case why we are paying monthly as a recharge if airtel is not taking care of such small thing. I need proper response for this.
