Message received when i create my own plan "sorry! This top up is not eligible on your airtel digitaltv account [protected]-001. Please contact our customer care at thane toll no#[protected] or 12150 from registered airtel mobile (Toll free) for further assistance." when i call to above numer the call centre asist go to the website and create own plan due technical issue but on website there is fixed plans and i am not able to create own...

My sim no [protected] is still not activated even after 76 hours. I gave all documents yesterday morning. To my shock, I was informed this morning that my request for reactivation of my sim had been rejected since my Partnership Deed was not furnished.This is most absurd since this document was not communicated to me by Karan & Rohit of Airtel, CP office. I have filed a complaint with Consumer court for pathetic service. I will file a case for damages too since I have lost a lot of money as my clients could not contact me for 3 days already.     These were two transactions done out of which one refund is pending from airtel end which they told will be done in 5 working days which is still not done, I have mailed them almost 20-25 times.

      Airtel,
      I requested for airtel fiber internet on 19th july on the very same day when airtel executive arrived to collect documents and money, i entered incorrect CAF number but the transaction was succesful and amount of 2828 got debited from my account. My mobile no "[protected]", transaction id is "[protected]".Correct CAF no. was "[protected]", i entered "[protected]".i would like you to generate refund for the same.
      I have attached the screenshots of that transaction along with this mail for your reference.

      Please accept my sincere apologies and generate refund as early as possible, so that i can get my airtel fiber broadband installed.

        My postpaid mobile sim stopped working last Monday morning. I sent it to M 6 Cinnaught place branch at New Delhi through my office assistant. He was given a lost of documents to arrange to enable them to activate the new sim . Can u explain why should I need to offer documents for an existing old customer for replacing a defective sim which is again due to inferior service of Airtel ? Till date after nearly 60 hours, my sim [protected] is not activated. The manager of the showroom Mr Rohit & his assistant Miss Yogita have given the worst service ever faced by me in my 55 years of existence.They both did not have the decency to take my numerous calls too. I am writing to all newspapers & filing a case in Consumer court tomorrow.

          This is to inform that i tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] on 28th july 2020. On the payments page i chose UPI as the option and paid through my upi id on paytm. Post that anount got deducted from my account but i didnt recieve any message from airtel. I checked with paytm and they said the amount has been recieved by airtel and they provided me with transaction id too. Airtel claims they never received any payment even if when I'm ready to prove with the transaction number.
          This is mad on consumers part where companies like Airtel are looting the customers in broad daylight. Kindly look into the matter

            As of my subject line you may know I am an Airtel Prepaid customer, I had just expired today (29July 2020 at 5:39PM)my regular pack (Rs.558 which provides 3GB internet per day ) . To continue my services I did a new recharge of Rs.558 at 6:48 PM (Transaction I'd[protected], to get my new data i.e, 3GB per day . But it wasn't updated and it was still showing still zero (0GB). I am unable to contact Airtel Customer Care service to get my 3gb data of the day .

            In addition to this, after sometime. I did a recharge of Rs.19 at 9:45 P.M (Transaction Id[protected], validity 30th JULY, 2020) to check the previous internet pack status but still my 3gb daily data was not reflecting. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

              Sir,
              On 29th July, 2020 i made payment from my SBI debit card for a phone recharge of Rs.149 wherein the cash has been credited from the account but recharge not yet received. I got a message from Customer Care that recharge has been initiated towards my phone no. with a Txn ID but there has been no recharge benefits.
              Please look into this matter and let me know how i can get a refund for the same.

              Got the recharge within 2 hrs of filing this complaint.. Maybe there was some network issue wherein the servers operation were timed out but I'm glad that the recharge was made by Airtel.. Thanks!!!

                Dear sir,

                Very poor service we are facing since jun'2020.

                We made a net payment of rs.1746/- on 17/07/20 after all settlement of less rs.1199/- but still showing it is pending and calling regularly for outstanding amount of rs.1199/-.

                Our internet is not working today. We ask you, shall we start our work or shut down our office???

                We sincerely request you, if you can resolve this issue asap or please discontinue our services for future. We will see other option.

                  In april i tried reaching customer care, but no one was available due to lockdown. Finally, i got a call from their own customer care as my advance recharge was going to get over in may. I requested to put my number in safe custody, she told me that she has generated the request and a call back is arranged, i never get any callback. I was not much aware of the process so was not able to do it myself from the site or mobile app.
                  Once again in a few days, i got a call and i requested the same, they again said to arrange a callback and explained to me the whole process. I do not get any callback, neither do they give any reference number.
                  Meanwhile, my bill got generated, i started getting calls for bill payment. From everyone, i asked to put my number in safe custody. One of them in fact took around 30 - 40 minutes and said that my number is not in safe custody and nothing needs to be done.
                  But no change happened, i continued getting daily calls for bill payment. I then searched the internet and learned how to add numbers in safe custody and tried to do that, but it is now not allowing as the bill is generated.
                  If you see the data usage, i have not used it from mid of april.in may, i moved to my home town and it is even switched off since then.
                  This is just harassing a customer and unethical.

                  Resolution needed - cancel the bill that is generated and put my number in safe custody. I should not get any calls for bill payment or to renew my service.

                    I am very much upset by airtel today as iam trusting airtel and using this network since 2007 but iam upset today as i made a recharge of 50gb data pack showing limited and when i tried to reach the particular website i was trying it shows cant be reach i don't know but i request airtel please solve this issue as early as possible if this happens during emergency airtel users will be very upset more than me thank you airtel net for making me loose my time and duty today

                      My name is satish bagul, i am a customer of airtel dth (Customer id: [protected]) since last one year. It was all working fine until i upgraded my hd box to airtel xstream smart box. The new smart stb delivers very poor picture quality and i raised a complaint regarding the same with airtel. But the technician came and made some changes in the tv picture setting and said it was a mi tv problem not of the smart stb and my request is still pending saying that it will be resolved by 31st of july, but it seems like no actions are being taken from airtel regarding the same. Also airtel mentions in their promotion that the new smart stb does support the airtel smart remote app on android which works as a remote and can be used for playing games but that is not the case here, the said app is no more compatible. Worst experience of dth with airtel xstream box and customer care of airtel with no technical knowledge.

                      I had called local technician and he provides me with the latest available firmware update which drastically improves the picture quality and it is better now.

                                    With due respect that we are the residents of has installed some mobile tower house number - 636/2, paschim puri pocket 2 on their roof top. The said building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a school just nearly the said building. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. So please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible.
