Hi,
I booked a request to upgrade my existing broadband connection to airtel smart fibre. After that, 1 airtel guy visited my home and asked me to make a payment of rs 3536 (Screenshot attached) before starting the installation. After making the payment, he told me that your landline number will get changed. But i told him that i do not want to change my number and only want to upgrade my plan. So after talking to some persons, he told me that it is not possible and cancelled the request and told me that refund is initiated and will be credited to your account in couple of days. But today its been almost 10 days and i have got no message of cancellation request and no refund. Whenever i tries to connect to customer care, after wasting lot of time, it suggests me to visit airtel thanks app and there also, no category present for this type of issue. Its really a unethical behavior on their part.
Please get this issue resolved at the earliest.
