I recharged on my airtel mobile no of ₹149 on 15 july 20 but it was deducted from my bank account and airtel website showed it as an error...! Moreover trying to call customer care... This is the worst customer care services ever in india of any company... You trying to call to talk and airtel doesnt hve the direct call option and frustrate u with their airtel plans and offers and force u to listen...! There is no direct contact no to executive of airtel...! Pathetic

I am sharing the transaction id of airtel which happend today 15 july please track the id the refund me the amount in my account

    I have apply for broadband service 21 may 2020 and paid 4434 rs but didn't received and service i asked for disconnection of application and refund (25 may 2020). From customer service they said it will get refund in 45 days after 45 days when i asked for refund customer service representative said your disconnection request service got close.

      I am not ale to open my sites and its making loss for me i am not able to do my work everytime i open sites most of the time i am showing this page and in mobile i an sseing sign in request lots of time what the hell with you network

        On 3rd of july i recharged the airtel prepaid number - [protected] with the help of airtel thanks app by paying through amazon pay upi of ₹548/-. The recharge showed up successfull in the amazon app but not yet recieved the services that come to that recharge by the provider. Then i contacted almost for several times with both amazon and airtel about it where amazon said that they have done it successfully and airtel concer team had confirmed it to them and where as when i contacted airtel they told that there was never a transaction took place please contact amazon. Now a customer is being pushed off from both the companies blaming each other and my money got stuck now. Please help me solve my problem.

          I recharged for rs. 598 through airtel application but airtel recharged for rs. 558.in return i asked customer care and they say it is non-refundable but we recharged as per their instructions
          Customer service center refuses to give me proper advice and refuses to do so i ask them to respond to me please

            I booked new broadband fiber connection on 15th june 2020. After that i got a call on 3-4 july 2020. And all process like 3 months adv payment, wire line & modem they installed. For that 4-5 people came. Now today's 15 july 2020, but my connection is not activated. Since last 10 days i had 5-6 complaints and its showing and saying like it will be resolved in next 24hrs. Before this i'm not using any airtel services, first time i chose airtel. See to new customers they are treating like this than i'm thinking abt future. And from last 2 days i seen brouchers for same connection plans on my area as well as my home also. Airtel is doing advertisement. Finally i compliment yesterday to remove all these things and give me money back, so they told it will refund on next 7 days. But today i got again 2 msgs like engineer will come nxt 24 hrs, so now i'm frustrated. Atleast they should tell me the reason.

            I will never ever use airtel in my life, my offc performance decreasing bcz of internet issues. Worst services from airtel.

              Hello,

              The advertisements that you people are showing on television since 1 months are false or true?

              According to us you people are showing false advertisements.

              The reason why we feel so is that our small problem (I. E. Our airtel bank account got dormant sines 12 months) is yet not being resolved then how you people would be able to complete all false promises that you are making to people through advertisements.
              Like we have the best network, best service, etcc...

              Kindly solve first our problem asap.

                Hi,
                It is very disappointing to experience such trauma, after being a loyal customer to airtel for the past 11 years.
                Please refer to various complaints ref#[protected] and 26623114.
                The issue is about the excess amounts being collected through various incorrect solutions given by your support team on help calls.
                Am having one family connection + dth + my another post paid despite my regular monthly bill payments i started getting additional due amounts showing in the airtel thanks app. I ended up paying all the shown dues but it still shows the pending amount.

                When i reached the airtel support call, i was informed that its due to dth connection, which is in fact dead and i don't use it. But i still get a bill of additional 350/- per month despite having a 153/- monthly plan.
                After all my efforts of paying an excess amount the team was not able to resolve and hence i asked for disconnection of dth.
                To this they again asked me to pay pending due of 1612/- and i paid instantly. But it still did not resolve my problem and does not allow me to debundle or remove dth connection accounts. It instead asks for another pending amount of 1200/- within one hour of clearing all the dues.
                Please refer to my payment transactions and you can understand my pain.

                This is so disgusting that in this era of technological advancements, airtel is still struggling with old methods of billing disputes and disappointing the old loyal customers.
                I hope someone senior will look into my issue and resolve it once for all.
                Please disconnect my dth connection by all means since i've already paid an excess amount.

                Hi,

                The billing issue still remains and the additional due amounts are generated despite making all the payments.
                Mail to nodalofficer shows no solution.

                Need to escalate this issue as more unwanted amounts are being extorted w/o resolving my billing issue.

                  I have subscribed to airtel broadband on 3/7/2020. The charges for subscription was rs.3, 536/- but they disconnected my subscription on 6/7/2020. They have informed reimbursement will be done within seven days. Its already 9 days passed and there is no progress after repeated queries too. Kindly rectify

                      I am a subscriber of airtel dth since last few months. I have been recharging the subscription every time on the day of expiry. I did it today as well but an amount of rs 15/- was deducted as idle maintenance fee. This is not correct & should be reimbursed. Moreover, this point was never disclosed by any of the airtel employees.

                        Dear airtel,

                        I am taking the new broadband yesterday (13th july 2020) from airtel store.
                        Location: kapadia ind estate, chakala, videocon building, shop no 1, 2, andheri - kurla rd, andheri east, mumbai, maharashtra 400093.

                        I have already visited the store twice after multiple call-in call-center stating the issue.

                        Issue: the internet is not working. Giving a speed of 0.05mbps. (Technically less than 3g in 4g and 5g services).

                        Either you provide the service or request you to process with the refund and cancel the subscription.

                          I am from new vikas colony, srinagar road pauri, pauri garhwal. Sir/ madam airtel data not running properly since 4 days.. Due to this online classes of our children are effeced as well as i am unable to attand my online art classes.. There are too much disturbance while connecting net.. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.. We are happy customer of airtel.. But facing this problem since 4 days..

                            We had applied for a broadband service from airtel, where we had took the 100 mbps 799/month rental plan. The agent arrived, and had introduced a better plan. He gave us a 5.3k for 6 months plan with a speed of 60-80 mbps. He also said that we could cancel at any point of time in that 6 months.

                            We agreed, and when we bought it, we had seen that the speed was 4mbps and not 60
                            (He lied), so we wanted to issue a refund.

                            He had said the refund is going to be there in 45 days. We are still trying to call him but he's not responding. Is there any way to directly complain to airtel about this agent?

                            More than this, i want to cancel and have the refund as soon as possible please.

                                I have done a payment to add the amount in airtel money using the airtel upi in the last saturday.
                                The payment was successful but not reflecting in my airtel money account. The vpa is airtelmoney. [protected]@icici and the transaction is[protected]
                                Transaction time 11 july 2020 06:45 pm and the amount are 570.

                                    I am using airtel sim past 13 years but now suddenly my no is coming out of service from past two hours even i am not able to contact customer care no i did once but once again i tried it will not connecting even i am not able to send message and u sing internet just i am afraid about was my sim was hacked or something went wrong please help me out this just i am submitting this for i cannot face foether problem becoz of this its just that...

                                      I am using an airtel number [protected] since many years. There was a network issue and i complained mANY TIMEs but the issue was not resolved and hence i decided to port out from airtel. When i sent message for port out, i received a call from retention team and the executive gave me an offer of bill amount under 200 rs and the officer assured me that they will resolve my network complaint as soon as possible. The network issue was not resolved and the discount given to me was also removed and i got a high amount of bill for which i complained and airtel told me that the offer was given to me for only 1 year. I asked them to listen to the call recording as i was not told for this. I complained mANY TIMEd to CUSTOMER care but no satisfactory response was given to me. In spite of this, airtel has hired executives who do not know English and they were unable to understand what i have sent to them on email and what i am complaining about. I sent email to appellate authority but the executives there are more ### who repeated the same thing and they did not check anything, I paid 1500 rs which was the legal amount and the rest invalid amount i complained to waive off which they did not. They also suspended my number which i was using for so many years. I am facing a loss because of Airtel and they don't even bother to call me to understand the issue. I gave them my another number to get in touch with me but they did not.
