      Wifi calling is supposed to be free yet i am being charged for it when my device shows up on your site as compatible for wifi calling and all the options on the phone are enabled for it.in my family we have been using airtel for the past 14 years and have got our issues resolved on time so we have stuck with airtel. But regarding this issue, we have got no answers inspite of calling customer care, which is also now charging us for calling, the maximum time spent calling customer care goes on waiting to be transferred to the next person. After being on call for almost 30 mins we were informed that we will get contacted by someone from your company but it has been 5 days now without any information regarding why we are being charged for wifi calls when everything has been enabled for it. Finally we wrote to your nodal officer 4 days ago and still have got no reply.
      This is the last attempt to try to get our issue resolved and if this doesn't work then we will be switching over to another network which is offering better service. This is really pathectic "customer service" that your company offers to its customers.

      No one has contacted us and this shows how much Airtel values their customers. Waited for a whole month and still have not received any answers from Airtel regarding this issue. My family will be switching to another network provider and we will hence forth discontinue using Airtel and their services.

              I had taken a new connection of airtel broadband on 25jun. I had paid an advance of 2828. I have cancelled the connection on 12th july because of bad speed and connection. Now neither am i able see my refund status anywhere or call customer care directly to resolve this issue.

                I have tried to recharge for₹598 to my airtel mobile number [protected] on 23.7.20 at 9am using airtel thanks app account ([protected]). Amount ₹548 deducted (After deducting ₹50 from wallet) from the bank account. But it displayed as failed transaction and you will receive the debited amount. So thereafter i have added money to the wallet for ₹600 and again recharged for ₹598.
                So far i have not received the repayment ₹548. Can you tell me when can i receive it?

                  I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs.450 twice (900rs) using airtel thanks app on 19th July 2020 and Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.i received an SMS as

                  Payment Failed: Your recent transaction for Airtel Mobile Number: [protected], Amount- Rs. 450.0 and Txn ID[protected] has failed.

                  Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                      My Mother is using airtel services from more than 10 years and now she is finding it annoying when airtel blocks her both incoming and outgoing calls, she doesn't know to contact customer care as she's aged and only knows to receive and call through phone, she even doesn't know to read messages. And when we try calling her, phone is being blocked from incoming calls also, and when I try to write a complaint through mail they say that this mail is not registered in my Mother's number and no response even if I mention that I am complaining on behalf of my Mothers number. Really annoying with the kind of service airtel is upto. In case if my complaint is not handled at the earliest I need to change my Mother's network provider and also have to bring this in social media so that others don't get into same problem after using airtel.

                                      I subscribed for airtel xtream 999 rs plan and pre-paid 3 months advance but after payment the installation team informs me that there is no fiber optic connection in my area.

                                      I am looking for a refund of the entire amount and an apology from the sales team.
