I want to know how the bill is calculated. And if I'm being charged for the data roll over, so if I have the unused data from last month and the data for the current Bill cycle. Then why I'm being charged extra other than my monthly rental ?. I need to know about this please. Thanks for considering.

    Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chromeand IE).

    I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one. Airtel.in and redirect every site traffic.
    It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this [censored]bag of a site especially after a fresh recharge. What if i had an exam form to fill online? Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one. Airtel.in for more than 10 hours?

    I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
    I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

      It has been more than 2 years we have been complaining about poor indoor connectivity at h. No. N-19, dr mukherjee nagar, delhi-110009. We are having 8-10 airtel connections. A year ago one of the executives of your co. Visited the premises and assured to redress the issue but no result till date.

      Pl look into the matter on priority. Moreover airtel is now a days convassing for zero complaint and you should come upto the satisfaction. Else we shall be constrained to shift to zio whose connectivity, networking and service is excellent in our area

          Hi my mobile number [protected] is showing no service. We tried by restarting the mobile device, reinserting sim card and also we tried the sim on different phones but the issue is still remain same. My mobile is registered all the places and am not able to any transaction as am not receiving any otp messages. Currently am staying in abroad please provide me immediate solution.

            I have recharged my two mobiles [protected] and [protected] for Rs399 and Rs.449. on 19.07.2020. the amount was deducted but not recharged. I tried to get help from you. It is not at all possible to reach you.

            In all the numbers no number is trying to here my problem. But you are trying to make me recharge.
            Do you have any single number to contact in person?
            You are advertising, "you want to become zero question network"
            You are unnecessarily sending SMS regarding online recharge without customers' consent.
            But you are not ready to send single SMS regarding the payment failure

            OK, what I want now?

              Hello sir/ madam,

              I have waited for 7-10 days and have observed that the failed transaction recharges 329 [379 pack] towards [protected] and 49 pack towards [protected] from my thanks app account no. [protected] have still not been refunded to my account.

              Being a loyal customer as a family for airtel this lack of due diligence from your end is appalling and takes back significantly on my trust.
              I request your urgent attention on this matter for us to have a continued reassuring relationship with the enterprise.

                Hi,

                I booked a request to upgrade my existing broadband connection to airtel smart fibre. After that, 1 airtel guy visited my home and asked me to make a payment of rs 3536 (Screenshot attached) before starting the installation. After making the payment, he told me that your landline number will get changed. But i told him that i do not want to change my number and only want to upgrade my plan. So after talking to some persons, he told me that it is not possible and cancelled the request and told me that refund is initiated and will be credited to your account in couple of days. But today its been almost 10 days and i have got no message of cancellation request and no refund. Whenever i tries to connect to customer care, after wasting lot of time, it suggests me to visit airtel thanks app and there also, no category present for this type of issue. Its really a unethical behavior on their part.
                Please get this issue resolved at the earliest.

                  I have been using a new airtel 4g pre-paid sim since 1st week of june. Until about a month ago i was getting the speed o[censored]p to 4 to 7mbps when i measure it using speedtest.net application. Since last 2 weeks the speed has been very badly hit and is pathetic now at 0.57mbps to 1.2mbps when i measure at different intervals of the day. This does not support me for work from home nor my kids who need to take online classes.
                  There is no option through which you could reach out to customer care to explain the problem. I feel stranded on a network that claims to be india's best!
                  I need this to be fixed in the area i'm working at expeditiously. Pls help.

                    Hi,

                    On apr13 2020, i had made 6 translation to airtel against monthly bill (Inr 597). This was due to application error. However out of 6 transaction 3 has been reverted. And 1 had been paid for the bill.
                    Remaining 2 transaction is not reverted till date (Inr 1194).

                    I have been following up with their team for last 3 month. They have closed 2 tickets already without resolution. Airtel confirmed they couldn't track the payment, hence i followed with my bank (Icici) and received confirmation the airtel confirmed that these payments are received by them.

                    I shared these emails and my bank statement with airtel 2 days back. I am receiving mails to share the details of the transaction regardless i have provided all that they asked for.

                    I request, you to look into this matter and help me recover the amount

                      Dear sir,
                      This is suresh from kuturu village of kunavaram mandal of east godavari dist, andhra pradesh - 507121., sir, we are using only airtel here in my village, almost 30 plus villages are using this airtel network but we are facing very bad signal problem in my area. I requested so many times to airtel but there is no help from them. They just say this email is not registred with airtel. Thats it. And i tried to register but its not working. I posted in twitter too... But they are not responding. Please sir.. Please improve our area signal strenghth. Thank yo so so much

                            For the past 4 months i opted monthly subscription and the days were reduced between 28-29 instead month. Today i did recharge to my account [protected] for my pack that quoted rs.610 and upon paying got message with 28 days subscription instead of 31 days.
                            I formally registered complaint with @airtelpresence and received information call states that 3 days reduced to compensate idle maintenance charges verbally. The referred imc not reflected in their bill. I demanded invoice for deduction and representative disconnected call.
                            Therefore i concluded deduction is illegal and want to know the law pertaining to the idle maintenance charge which they never did it the equipments provided for. My connection.

                            I want the deducted money to credited into my account back. Kindly acknowledge my request

                            Received call from unknown mobile[protected] asking about my complaint in threatening tone and says that the issue will not resolved until i need to recharge more amount to retrieve the stolen credit days. And when unasked him to send me details and he said he will not do and whatever my challenge will never resolve

                                I have requested for upgradation of my dth box to airtel xtream box on 14th july but till now i have got no service from airtel. The bad part is everyday i call them and they say that the service will reach you today itself but it does not appeared till date. They are wasting my time and giving me false hope everyday, basically harrssing me. At fisrt they said airtel xtream box is unavailable at your area but after few days they called and said they will manage and reach out by that day but still i have got no service. The customer care representatives are extreme liers and really bad at giving service espacillay named akhil mahanty. Please look into the matter and try to provide a better service.
