My monthly bill comes out to rs 352.82 every month from many months.in feb 2020 also, my bill amount came to rs 352.82 which i duly paid.
Now in march 2020 suddenly my bill amount came to be rs 562.70 ie an increase of rs. 209.88 ie rs 210. When i asked the reason for this increase to your customer reps they told me it is some extra charge they have put for installing a broadband modem. The reality though is that airtel never gave or sold me any modem. And yes your technician did come to my premises for installing the modem but he never installed it. So in short the technician and airtel, did not provide any service to us, nor did we buy any modem from airtel/your technician. Yet your technician demanded cash from me which i paid and also you have added an amount of rs 210 unnecessarily eventhough no goods or service was provided by airtel. And when i called customer care and complained to them regarding this wrong extra charge, they accepted it was a mistake and assured me that they would reduce this amount. But nothing like that happened. Hence i only paid my normal monthly charge of rs 353 only. I called many times to your customer care but they were then not ready to budge and refused to remove the extra, unnecessary charge which was levied in my bill. And now due to that extra rs 210 which was of march 2020 which i didn’t pay because it was wrongly charged, you all started to charge interest and penalty and late fee payment and fine on that unnecessarily.

Also then you increased my monthly charge itself from rs 353 to rs 589 without asking me or even without providing me any extra services. Hence now i was wrongly charged rs 799 for april 2020 which had wrong charges of rs 210 of march 2020 (Regarding the never existent modem purchase and installation charges) and then you also wrongly increased my monthly charges by rs[protected]. And i again called customer care and told them about this issue but to no avail. Hence even for april 2020 i only paid my actual previous monthly charge of rs 353. Hence now due amount was rs 446 (Which was fully wrongly charged by airtel on me).
Now again for may 2020 you wrongly charged rs 589 monthly charge due to which now due amount was rs 466+589 = rs 1035. Even after lots of calling and complaining and shouting and getting tortured and harassed by your customer care officials, these extra wrong charges were not waived off. But yet i decided that even this time i would pay my previous normal monthly charge of rs 353 as i am a good person and not dishonest and scrupulous like bharti airtel.
And hence then my outstanding due amount stood at rs[protected] which is fully wrongly levied on my number. And now you are mailing me telling that if i don’t pay up these (Wrong) charges then they would cut my landline connection. And now post unlock 1.0 when i try to call your customer care no one picks up. The ivr initially says that very few people are working and then they tell us to wait till they connect us to an airtel customer care official. But no one gets connected even after 2 hours of keeping the call alive.
And you all are mailing me and telling that my due amount is rs 1205 (I don’t know how you got that calculation the same has not been provided in mail, and june month is not yet over also). This is brazenly dacoitery and looting by airtel. Can you please elaborate to me the breakup of this final due amount of rs 1205 which it is said in mail if i don’t pay then my landline connection will be cancelled/cut.
Pathetic and disgusting from airtel.in whole month of april and may 2020 i didn’t use your landline and broadband internet at all due to lockdowns imposed. Yet you all are charging me the monthly fee. Instead of waiving off my monthly fee for not using your services at all for 2 straight months, you instead have charged me extra monthly fee eventhough there was no usage. This is completely unacceptable and barbaric on your part. No one from your side calls me now. Completely unacceptable.
Now you tell me what should i do? I am just a common customer against such a big corporation like yours.
Hence i request you to please waive off my extra unnecessary charges levied by you as these are not correct charges.

    Racharge was conducted on 16th june of rs. 598 on the the number [protected] but payment has been deducted and recharge has not been received.
    Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

      I am an existing customer, my id is [protected]_kk, i want to deactivate my entire broadband services on 27th june 2020. I will be in kolkata and then i will move to hyderabad, over there i need the connection, no timeline available for me to tell when to activate it. No call back received from airtel in order to discuss the same.

        I have tried recharging for rs.399 via airtel online (https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge/) on 1st june 2020 / 08:58 am with the transaction id:[protected]. But it was failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I didnt receive the money yet. Kindly help me out!

          My mobile number is [protected]. I only kept my mobile data on night. Not doing any surfing or use any application still my whole data 1.5 gb was consumed & my 110... Balance also deduct. If i never used my net so i want my balance back nearly rs. 110.

                My postpaid number has a data balance of 300+ gb and the customer executive (Automated) tells me that i have used all the data for this current month. Further upon raising a complaint on my airtel app i was given a reason "change your phone"
                What the hell is happening in airtel? Will the robots now run a company completely?
                I have a severe signal issues, kindly fix and i am unable to reach out to a real person at 121. Kindly connect.

                        The service request no. 24854398 for Airtel DigitalTV [protected] is resolved. If issue persists, give missed call on [protected] from registered no.

                        No one came and fixed.
                        I am gettin error code B001 - installation setup since two weeks . I was told your call will be attended with a time of 20 hours . Three days have gone nobody has still called or solved the problem . And i get message your problem is solved . When i call them they again give you new complaint no. Service of Airtel Digital TV is really wrost . They are literally fooling customers . It is a recomendation not to take Airtel cnnection or you will suffer a lot.

                          I opted for broadband connection on 7th june and the very next day the airtel representatives were at my home to take my money. After some documentation i was told the maximum time to install the connection would be 4 days, but now it has been 1 week and the guy who came to take the money wont receive my calls the airtel customer support keep saying "please wait another 24hrs and it will be surely installed". It has been going on forever now and i need help with my issue.

                          I have call logs and recordings of my conversation with the customer support saying that "sure go ahead and complain to the consumer forums"

                          I hope the consumer forum can help me with my issue as i am a student in urgent need of an internet connection for my assignments and online classes.

                            I am using airtel sim card for more than 2 years with the family plan of rs 999 and have also added an extra child number. Total sim cards i have is 5 and the total bill i pay is around 1500 per month.
                            Currently i am in malaysia and the rest of my numbers of the family plans are in india.
                            One of my child numbers is not working from 3 months. Suddenly it started showing no service.

                            My brother went to the service center many times and from 2 months they were just saying that your complaint is registered and you will get a sim card delivered to your house.
                            And yesterday again when he went there they refused to give a new sim card and want me to be there to take the sim card from service center or else email to allow my brother to receive the new sim card.
                            And when i sent an email to "[protected]@in. Airtel.com", i am just getting a system generated email to use the airtel thanks app for any query. And in airtel app to register a complain for child number we have to add that number which is done by sending an otp on it. Though there is no service i can't get an otp also to write a complain through airtel app.

                            Later i asked customer care executive to atleast reduce or cancel the bill for that particular number which i am paying from 3 months, he just refused by saying that "it is a system generated monthly bill and you have to pay the bill whatever plan you have selected".

                            I will be staying in malaysia till november.
                            So, till that time they are not going to give a new sim card to my family members. Not even if i provide an authority letter to my dad or my brother. And they want me to just pay the bill for that sim which they have deactivated unnecessarily.
                            I dont feel paying the bill for that one sim card worthy which is not even working from 3 months.
                            And want that sim card to be activated and get the refund or bill adjusted for the service which they haven't given me proper service.

                                  I switched[protected] from jio, karnatka circle to airtel, tamilnadu circle two days ago. I have tried many times to recharge online through internet banking and credit card through airtel website and amazon pay.in every case, the amount is deducted, but he recharge is declined. Can this be resolved asap? Thanks.

                                    Today I visited at above mentioned Airtel gallery to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid connection. Ur executive informed me to clear all my dues amount so I cleared on the spot all dues amount, after I cleared all amount the executive suddenly forced me to continue my connection into postpaid for 6 month compulsory instead of prepaid, I don’t know why ...after that I called customers care for the same issue n they informed that after clear all my dues I m willing to convert my connection as per my wish...also she conveyed me that kindly gave my call to that gallery person so I can ask them why they are giving me wrong information but the gallery person are not ready to take my phone n talk with customer care person ... infact they removed their name labels... also when I asked kindly introduce me with ur manager they told right now no manager is available... this make me really very apsets about their rude behaviour.
