1. My mob no is [protected].
2. I tried to contact a local mob no 99900xxxxx at 0918 and 0925 hrs today (Ie 10 may 2020). The call was not processed by airtel citing no balance as the reason. On checking the balance, i find that i have adequate balance on prepaid pkg wwwwwwwwith unlimited calls and validity upto 01 nov 2020
3. Please clarify.

    1. Visited airtel office near varuna bridge, varanasi on 9th june 2020 for upgrade of sim 2g to 4g on the request of airtel at about 1:00pm.

    2. They charged me 30 rupees where as the airtel claims that it's free.

    3. On coming home got a sms that document validation failed and asked me to contact the point of sale again without telling me what's wrong or else i would have gone there prepared.

    4. Reached again at 5 pm same, they tried again but it got rejected again with the sms

    "dear alok singh, validation of sim swap documents for airtel mobile no. [protected], with sim no.[protected]u could not be completed successfully. For more details, contact your point of sale from where simswap was taken or the nearest airtel store."

    5. They asked me to visit again with new i'd proof.

    6. I went again the next day i. E on 9th june 2020. The shop was closed due to corona virus guidelines even odd rules.

    7. I called the guy over phone asked me why he didn't not inform me about the shop close thing. He said its assumed that you would know.

    8. So i went again today i. E 10th june 2020 and again came empty handed.

    9. My phone is close and the number is mentioned at all other important places.

    10. I complained at [protected]@in. Airtel.com, and nodal officer of east u. P but no response.

    11. Kindly press them to resolve my matter or else i will be forced to file complain with penalties.

      I was not getting any network. I also changed my sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot got signal for 5mins then, i received a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting, again getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly.

        I've been chasing for a bill since last month or so for a newly procured broadband connection, the customer care is in covid-19 with no accountability

          Dear madam/sir,
          I got a recharge of rs 45/- on my Airtel mobile number [protected] with 28 days validity from freecharge.in website, but it still says insufficient balance.

          I urge you to kindly look into it.

          This is what freecharge.in customer care said,

          "The operator has confirmed that the transaction was successful with following detail -
          Order ID: FCVM[protected]
          Recharge Number: [protected]
          Recharge amount and date: Rs.45.0 and 08-Jun-2020
          Operator ID:[protected]
          Plan details: ₹45

          I got a success SMS on my mobile too from Erecharge (attached Screenshot)

            Mr Bharti, it's high time you shut down this piece of junk network called airtel. Your company is nothing but a group of high profile swindlers. I ported by airtel sim few days back, I am at peace now . I wonder how you still survive, may be from the loot you made during late 2000s. The so called 4G gives me a speed of 0.1- 1 Mbps most of the time and an astonishing 4Mbps at its max. Damn! Poor jio could manage only 12Mbps for half the price( this is during the lockdown) . I dare you add rating to your airtel website. I wager it would be as good as your speed 1 ###

              My airtel hotspot device is not providing connectivity even though the network bar shows green.
              The airtel sim i have in my mobile works perfectly fine in same location.
              Is this issue with device or the sim in it?

                I had tried to recharge airtel number [protected] on 19 may through hdfc netbanking. The amount 598 rs was deducted but recharge failed.
                I wrote to hdfc bank. They said it was processed by the bank n airtel should be contacted for refund. I tried calling it's customer care but no reply.

                  Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 598 and had activated a pack for next 84 days. And by mistake it was recharged twice on the same day.

                  I tried contact customer care but there is no option to reach to customer care person.

                  Please advice what will happen int his case, will you provide refund in this case ?

                  Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all the the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

                    I have problem with airtel pgsi mumbai for monthly rs.470.82 has regular debit on my axis bank neo credit card. It is a second time first 02/05/2020 of rs 469.92and second 006/06/2020 of rs 470.82.

                    Kindly check and close the in this type process and refund the 2 month amount on urgent basis. I have major problem.

                      I had applied for a new airtel xstream fiber with digital application form no.[protected] on 22.05.2020. Advance rental of rs. 4128.00 paid vide transaction no.[protected]. Unfortunately, due to some technical problems this application was rejected and therefore the new connection was not activated. Then, as per the advice of the sales personnel, i applied with another digital application and paid advance rent once again and activated the connection. Now i have not received back the amount paid for the above mentioned failed transaction. Contacted many times the sales personnel who helped me to arrange the connection but no result. Kindly make arrangements for refund of rs. 4128.00 at the earliest.

                        I had taken a 10 day international pack for uae on my postpaid number on 29th september 2019. It was a 10 day pack and activated at 6:30 pm uae time/ 9pm ist. The pack was worth 3, 599 inr for 10 days usage.

                        It was supposed to be valid upto 9th october 2019 till 9pm ist. I had cancelled the subscription on 9th oct 2019 itself before 9pm ist after returning to india.

                        The charge was rightfully deducted in my september bill. However, when i received the bill for october, the company had again deducted inr 3, 599 citing the service for international roaming pack to start from 9th october 2019. On enquiring the customer care, they said that their count of days starts from 12am mid night and not from the time when the pack was activated.

                        This is outright cheating. And i request airtel to refund me my money.

                        My disputed bill number is bm203i[protected]. Kindly help resolve this asap

                          This is to inform you that i had applied for a airtel xtreme fibre broadband connection (799/ month plan). I had paid the advance for 3 months package (Inr which included free installation of the broadband modem and landline connection.
                          It has been 7 days already, and still the connection has not been installed,
                          I have spoken to the executives who had collected my documents and were responsible for the connection, they informed me that it will take only two to three days for setting up the connection. But after several days now, they are just making excuses that some box needs to be set up in the apartment (Which i already had procured permission from the society and have informed the executives), but still everyday they are just telling me false stories that the connection will be set up today/tomorrow.
                          So i have requested them to cancel my broadband request and refund me the amount as they are unable to set it up. They are even telling that the cancellation will take time and even if they do cancel, i will get an intimation after 7 days. What i do not get is that, while payment it happens instantly, why doesn't it happen so at the time of cancellation.

                          Also i have received a sms from the airtel network that the service is not currently feasible in my area. I am affixing all the relevant screenshots to this mail (Payment info, connection request info and the sms received from airtel) to this mail.
                          Also if the connection is not possible in an area it should be mentioned before the payment is made. This unethical practice of target fulfillment doesnot help airtel at all. This similar incident has happened to other people in my office too.

                          Please help me cancel the connection request and refund me the amount that i have already paid for the new connection, at the earliest.

                            My airtel connection for landline and wifi (Landline number: [protected]) got disrupted due to the cyclone amphan on 20 may 2020. Both landline and wifi are not working. A complaint was registered with the company on 2 june 2020 because the company refused to register any complaints before that. We explained that the connection has not been working since the cyclone and they said that a technician will call back within 4 hours. The technician called back but he did not do anything, just said that this is not a normal situation and they won't be able to help immediately. Then we find out that all our neighbours had their network restored because they paid the technician additionally and ours was not getting restored because we were not paying what is essentially a bribe to do the work on time. We called the airtel helpline again today and explained it to them again. They admitted that the complaint issued on 2 june 2020 was still pending so we can't issue a new complaint but that they have escalated it. We told them that it has been 20 days since we have not been receiving network and we are still paying for the service and we wanted some concession or waiver in our bill, but they did not offer any proper solution, just said that the technician will call me in 4 hours and see if they can fix the issue. We asked airtel to: 1. Fix our network connection without making us pay bribes to the technician 2. Give us a waiver in our bill for all the days that the service was not working.

                            It has been 8 days since we spoke with them and filed the complaint. Our issue has not been resolved, instead they have sent us our bill for payment.

                                From airtel website but after deduction of
                                Recharge amount from my account it flashing msg.
                                To create an account with airtel and aking for imps and other detail which i don't have,
                                And i dont want to create an account you should ask
                                To create account before deduction of amount not after that!!!
                                You are just forcing people to create account with airtel which is not good!!!

                                      I had ported from jio to airtel recently, the service centre guy asked rs. 50 and also told that it is only for porting and the sim wont have any recharge value, later i saw on back of the sim card package, there is not price mentioned, i asked the manager the mnp is for free of then why are collecting charge
                                      He replies its official you can complain where ever you want.in this case both the service center and company are fraud, i tired to contact airtel through existing airtel customer number but i could not talk to them by any means, there is no response for my email also, this kind of frauds should not be spared so please take action. I managed to get pic of the stores bill register ani had ported from idea to airtel recently, the service centre guy asked rs.100 and also told that it is only for porting and the sim wont have any recharge value, later i saw on back of the sim card package, there is not price mentioned, in this case both the service center and company are fraud, i tired to contact airtel through existing airtel customer number but i could not talk to them by any means, there is no response for my email also, this kind of frauds should not be spared so please take action.                                         On airtel mobile app, i have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 249 on 7/6/2020 and received an sms with txn id:[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
