I have recharged my airtel number on 29/05/2020 using net banking. The amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. Then i received a message from airtel that "bill payment has been initiated and i will receive the payment in my airtel account within 4 hours". It has been more than 14 hours but i did not receive any payment yet. Please look into this matter

    I raised my 7th service request within the duration of 2 months, i am freelance developer and every other day i encounter issues in my internet. I am frustrated and in loss due to the issue. Airtel should compensate due to negligence in resolving the issue permanently. Technicians are lazy people who dont visit home unless we call and escalate the matter to the helpdesk.

      Remove my booster plan. Activate my existing plan rs 399. Unnecessary i have to pay rs 300 extra. Do needful things or else i have to switch to other service. I like airtel service but because of booster i have to switch then.

          My prepaid on mob. [protected] is expiring on 29-5 i made the payment to recharge on 26-5 vide txn id[protected] of rs. 598. But to my surprise iโ€™m getting notice as today is the last day else will be disconnected

              Outgoing/incoming service activation for mobile no.[protected]. Have u initiated any penal provision for customers failing to recharge after expiry of incoming facility? Should we explain our inability to recharge on-time? U r arbitrarily prescribing recharge plans conforming to ur commercial interests. Hope to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  2 days ago someone deducted money by fraud from my account. He said name is deepak sharma. He called as airtel customer service to me to return my refund but instead he deducted money from a atm bank in gurgaon in his yess bank. Amount 4499 โ‚น. I request everyone on internet who is reading this please never share your otp or bank info to anyone. No matter what.

                  This person asked me my bank info to refund my money but he deducted money as a fraudulent.

                    I have had the worst experience with airtel broadband service (Landline#[protected]. Itโ€™s been 5 days i have complained (Sr#[protected] of net not working in my airtel app and sent email to nodal officer. No use, one technician they just called and said to restart my modem, but no use and he said he will call back in ยฝ hour. But, no one turns up and later donโ€™t pick up the call. I happened to call the toll-free number many times, but couldnโ€™t connect with them. Since, we are working from home internet is mandatory and we already paid until julyโ€™20. Itโ€™s frustrating as the work is on standstill due to their 3rd class service.

                      My due date used to be in 1st week around 5-7 day of every month. This time the due date was preponed to 28th may for the bill period ending 17th may. Last bill i paid was on 7th may 2020. Why is it so? I have missed the date and now they would charge late fee in next bill. Can it be considered for payment as before and no late fees to levied on my next bill.

                        I have been trying to get airtel broadband from last 1 year but airtel is not ready to provide the connection instead of they sometimes say that our representative will install the connection and sometime they say that the service'sare not feisablein your area. It has been since 1 year waiting to get it installed. Why airtel is not keen to install broadband to my end.in my near by area. Airtel is available and in our area. It is just about the next lane away from my house and my friends staying there have airtel. There is a lot of demad of airtel broadband. Please look in to the issue and provide me a connection.

                            Airtel has successfully cheated me for more than year. Paying Rs.800 per month for broadband from Airtel is an utter waste let me assure everyone because all I get is a terrible speed of hardly 2mbps. What nonsense is this? When I should get around 16mbps all I get is 2??? And their customer care is the worst. No help at all, takes 10 minutes just to get to talk to someone, and they keep transferring the call only to end up with a person who says they can't help, or I should call again. Utter waste of time money, and this is a scam.

                              Hi team,
                              I recharged twice for 649 international roaming from usa to india calling on 28/05/2020 3:10 pm edt (29/05/2020 12:40 am ist). Amount is deducted from bank but i donโ€™t see any successful recharge message from airtel.
