I did airtel recharged of my mobile no [protected] for rs 149 from airtel.in, after goes
Transaction page and select amazon pay and wait for transaction after short time my amount is deducted from amazon pay but reacharge is not done and airtel site show your reacharge is not done.
I attach screenshots of my mail which is for amount deduction.
Please have the amount refund my amazon account.

I have been using a tata docomo no. From 2011 and with little or no issues with either network or the service provider until the last yeae when airtel took over the tata docomo service and started deactivating the existing customers, i was not even aware that my no. Got deactivated and when i came to know about the same i visited the airtel store requested them to give me the same number either with a new connection or the old.. They refused.....

i received my fastag on 20th Dec 2019. After receiving my fastag i tried to activate it on airtel thanks app. I tried these steps to activate it-
1. opened my thanks app
2. tap on bank icon
3. tap on fastag icon

but after clicking on fastag icon i didn't find any activation option. it is still showing order shipped (screenshot pdf file attached) that's why i am not able to activate my fastag....

I dont get proper network at my office or while travelling or even sometimes at home. I am facing literally poor network, most of the times the network bar shoes full blank them how will i be able to call or use my data if there is no network.

My one query, i am living in new delhi, address block 10, dakshin puri extension, new delhi 110062, there is airtel network is very poor. I have to come out of my home when i have received any call other wise voice is breaking or mobile is automatic dis-connected.
In my home i am unable to sent any mail as there is network very slow...
So, i have to taken one more vodafone number as my airtel number is not proper working in...

I have ordered fast tag id through airtel app, i received message on 19 dec 2019 my fast tag id shipped. Till now when i check through airtel thanks app it is still showing shipped due to this i am facing issue at toll plaza.
This is very frustrating as my friends order fastag from other service providers like paytm and they got there fastag in 7 days....

Whenever i try to go to store and ask to port my sim card for a prepaid connection they always deny saying sir prepaid server is down you take the postpaid plan.
And this way these people are trying to sell out postpaid connections by way of cheating...

I have raised a request for disconnection of broadband on 5th may 2019 and followed up on 29 june 2019 on the disconnection request. Till now, 14 jan 2020, the connection has not been disconnected and i have been charged for 6 months after may.
The reply i have got from customer care when i have called them asking for the reason for not disconnecting and charging is that "though it is their mistake to not to disconnect i have to pay...

I got scammed few days ago against an amount of 26000 rs. Due to which i want to get my call logs for my airtel mobile no [protected]. I only want the call logs of date 09 january 2020 and of 10 january 2020. Please help to to get the call logs of these days. I will be very thankful to you if you send me these details on my email adreess [protected]@gmail.com.

From last few days i am getting too much call drops. My calls doesn’t connect or it gets disconnected once it connects. My internet suddenly stops working. My network shows "no service" many times a day. Their representative suggests irrelevant methods like restart your phone or sometimes even turn data on/off. Every time they gave the same excuse for poor network situations. Its been 11 days since m facing network issues. I have 8 connections...

I'm using the airtel sim for 6 months now and i'm facing severe lag issues and low internet speed in the area where other airtel users are getting better speed than me, what joke is this? I have paid my airtel broadband bill of 829 rs on 07/01/2020 using airtel but however its not reflecting and now late fees was topped up and is being smashed on my face i have screenshots and otps for reference please fix this or else i will leave airtel. We have 6 airtel mobile connections and dth and a broadband but never had any issues but this the first time and where is the money credited to and its obvious...

If i am going out or if i don’t feel like watching, why am i forced to recharge, so that i am not charged idle maintenance fee.

Also i wasn’t aware that such charge is being charged as there was no breakup available on app. This is loot in the name of compliance, while on reporting airtel did reimburse the amount, however this is a wrong practice....

I was using airtel broad band services since 2004.in 2019 i could not get internet for 2/4 months, i was asked to replace the wires though airtel should have fiber line.
So instead of replacing wires i opted for tata boradband, they placed their fiber wire and given speed of 100 mb.
Accordingly i had requested airtel to stop the service and they confirm the service wll be stopped.
Now i have been charged rs 27751/-...

But after booking air tel fast tag it mentioned it will deliver in 14 days.in online status its showing order placed.in every toll gate i am paying double amount including penalty. Today around 6:15, i recharged a wrong mobile number i. E [removed] of rs. 598 using online recharge sbi rewardz. Immediately, i realized my mistake as i did not receive any notification. Soon, i mailed sbi rewardz but i was told to reach airtel office for resolution. Below is the response of the sbi rewardz (‘reference number orn -[protected]).
