    Escalation team it is request to [protected]@airtel.com department to register my network coverage complaint of our area having no network from 1 year we are facing this issue...

    We are staying exactly national road pandharpur express road where is duty of every telecom operator to give network.. But we are not getting network at all no call no data no network stick

    Plz registered network complaint and forward my concern to network complaint of jalna district offficer of network department and tell them to visit at my location and analysis the root cause of network coverage problem

    I m willing to give my land for network with all necessary permission from local government authorities which airtel department required

    So plz escalate my complaint on urgent basis and registered the complaint and provide me the complaint number of my complaint and forward to network team

      I am using airtel mobile [protected]. Despite adding an unlimited data pack for 599, this company has put spurious charges of more than 2000 rupees as deductions for data usage. This is not post daily data balance deduction for extra usage as my speed was throttled under 64kbps and a message informed of the same.

      When i make recharges for additional balance, i do not get this service, so it means airtel must be using the newly added packs against this debt?

      I am unable to get customer service to respond to me.

      This is insane. I cannot afford this and this is theft.

        Hi sir/madam,
        My complaint is for airtel payments bank.
        In short i add 219 rs.in airtel money and they didn't told me that i can't use it for recharge or anything.
        But now i'm calling them for 2 days and they are saying that i have to give them address proof my proof which i can provide but also they are asking for pdf of 219 rs. Transaction which i can't provide bcoz my bank doesn't give me i can send the screenshot of that transaction of rs. 219.
        That's not fair that i can add money again and they will add it without warn me that i can't use it, like they are blocking my money, please help me bcoz this is not a problem of rs. 219 this is fraud and harassment and they are making millions of rupees like this

          I have changed my airtel sim from child connection to another rs.399 postpaid connection... After deactivation of the old sim, i placed the new sim having mobile number [protected] and waited for 7 hours for network to come. At 7.30 am i called 59059 for televerification and input otp which i got in my alternate number. At 8.00 am again i called and one lady told me that it will take maximum 4 hours to activate. But after even 5 hours no activation and now 59059 is also not working. Just worthless service from airtel.

            Dear airtel,

            I’ve given port in request to airtel on 3rd march 2020 from vodafone. The number has been ported-in to airtel on 07th march 2020 11:28 pm. I received an sms stating "once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details"

            There were no network after 07th march 2020 11:28 pm and inserted new airtel sim but sim not able to catch the signal though there was (Is) full signal of airtel 4g, 3g, 2g.

            If i dial my number from other number i get ivr msg that the number does not exist, please check the number.

            Till now i’m getting the same error message.

            I tried calling airtel customer care (Many times) from other numbers but no use no one responded properly and cut the call.

            Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users.

            Why you have disconnected the vodafone network when you are not able give your network?

              I have subscribed to 6 months airtel broadband service. I was promised 3 months netflix account subscription at the time of purchase. The netflix account was visible after the purchase in airtelthanks but it is not visible now.
              There was no expiry for claiming the benift.

              After talking to customer care service i was informed the offer is discontinued after january. Since it was already promised and i purchased the upgraded plan due to that benefit only i wanted my netflix subscription or equivalent refund for the 3 months subscription.

              Airtel is deceiving its customer if they are not fulfilling the promised offers.

                I have ported my 2 number from vodafone. I had added 2 more numbers in my family to be in 999 scheme. I have given one more sim card for data, but it is never activated. The tele-caller was very kin to get my numbers in airtel, but later, when i am asking for activation of data sim, she is not giving any response. I am very upset with your partner "shrya enerprise" ahmedabad. The offered package on amazon prime & zee5 are also not being talked about. I am not satisfied with the service offered.

                  I am posting this complaint hoping to get a resolution. I have made a recharge of 349/- for the month of march. Airtel offered a 28 day free membership for amazon prime but i couldn't get it activated. Called customer care twice but no use. Everything is fine except this. When called the customer service 2nd time, they said that the support tickets has been closed on the same day it was raised. Please help me resolving this issue as i am losing the validity of prime membership.

                    Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 379 and had activated a pack for next 84 days.

                    Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 379 and pack for next 84 days.

                    I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                    Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (Phone pe) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

                    Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

                    Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

                      This is with regards to my number [protected], which was a prepaid number till 20th feb 2020 and i got it changed to postpaid (As recommended by the airtel call center and store where we visited).

                      Since 3 years it was in the name of my cousin, but i was using the same and always recharged. Same way i got it recharged with rs598 through bajajwallet app (Attached screenshot for reference) and after which the sim was blocked for outgoing calls (Without any intimation). When contacted the airtel team, they mentioned as its an old sim and i had to change to the new sim by visiting the nearest store.

                      But as my cousin was not available i had to convert to postpaid as per the store at punjagutta and i paid more rs300.

                      Now, the airtel says they are not going to refund the rs598 nor its adjusted in the new postpaid. They say whatever i do or give any complaint, they will not refund as the amount given to prepaid is no more valid.
                      I got to know that my rs598 is not being adjusted not returned.
                      Infact they challenged me after writing to their nodal team on no refund even if i complain in the consumer forum.
                      When my rs 598 is not utilized it's not a small amount. Kindly help in getting the refund.
                      Postpaid bill for the same number is already in use and a separate bill gets generated.

                      Please help in getting refund.

                        My mobile number 9 60is blocked due to bill in excess, whereas this is a case of wrong billing and wrong activation of service on part of your store. The same is given below...1. I had repeatedly requested in Nov 2019 for activation if ISD facility on the numbers 96000 and 927333. This request had been made to the call centre and the local airtel store, Msrs Shri Sainath Store, Kharadi. This was not acted on by either your call centre or the store. After some time IR was activated by Mr Bhagwat Gula, of Shri Sainath Store Kharadi, to facilitate the ISD facility, at zero rental. ( This is told to me by Mr Bhagwat himself at 1400h on 5th March today) I am sure, there is no connection of activation of ISD facility and Zero Rental IR, as claimed by Mr Bhagwat. This activation of IR was not known to me until yesterday. When I raised this matter o[censored]nfair billing with your Indore store.
                        2. I am aghast that you activated IR without my consent and now are trying to unfairly charge me for the same. Your contention that, as I used IR doesn't stand to reason as, I never wanted IR to be active. These charges made by you are a direct consequence of the non-consensual activation of IR by your store.
                        3. In this regard, I would like to submit that you reduce the charges consequent to this error on your part. I am getting hassled a lot by your staff already and suffering frequent disconnections from your side.

                          I have been using airtel services for long time was using three numbers all the numbers are disconnected and even after several complaints issue was not resolved so i refused to pay last bill till issue is fixed and my numbers are activated again. Spoke to 121, nodal and applette still no positive response from their end. Even i offered to pay the bill after they activate my numbers and give guarantee that waiver would be given and the no service issue will be resolved. After multiple attempts i am seeking your help to get justice for malpractices and inefficiency of the service provider to provide services and keep charging me for no service. Please help

                          I haven’t received any communication or update from Ashoka or airtel please let me know what’s the progress else it seems no one is serious about helping customers with unwanted harassment by big companies who just charge for false promises fake advertisement and keep giving run around from one post to other.

                            Various complaints were made but still issue has not been resolved till date.

                            I have a postpaid connection and paying Rs. 600 (approx) every month but not able to use there services like calling, internet etc.

                              I was surprised when i lastly recharged for 698 unlimited pack, the same unlimited pack was before 499, i was shocked why this sudden 200 price hike, i mailed to airtel and somone called me i asked, why there is a price hike, he told other operators are making their price high so we are doing it, i dont understand there will be some limit that government will be allocating the company to have the price, the thing is if jio making the hike you made hike, when jio gave for free, have you gave it for free,

                                Dear sir/ma'am,
                                I got my set top changed as i was told to do by the airtel customer service representative on 2nd of january 2020, since my set top box was loosing signal and stopping to work again and again in clear weather. We paid for the engineer visit and also for the changed set top box which was an old one since their policy states that they can't give a new one. I was told that the now changed set top box has 6 months warranty, which was fine.

                                Now, till 2nd of february 2020, it was working fine and suddenly stopped working in the evening. I again called the customer care and they told me that they will again change the set top box, and in the same way last month, engineer will take the visiting charge and since the set top box was given 6 months warranty, they will replace it for no charge with another set top box which will have only 1 month warranty.

                                Now i told them that i don't want to be paying 150 rs extra every month for the engineer visit, so it would be kind if they told me where that engineer comes from, so that i can take my set top box there and get it changed myself.

                                At which, they said that that is not possible, i'll have to pay them every time their faulty set top box stops working.

                                The set top box is totally controlled by airtel dth and there is no way for us to know why it suddenly stopped showing anything, and i am unable to understand their desperation to make me pay for nothing.
                                I have also attached the last months receipt of engineer visit. They did't provide any separate receipt for changing the set top box, but it was marked on the same receipt.

                                  Respected sir/madam,
                                  I’am varsha rajput, i’m using airtel sim card and i have done recharge of rs219 pack on 21st february. On 3rd march i’m was trying to call at railway number 319 but it was not connected saying “your account do not have sufficient blance to connect this call”,
                                  Then i called at customer care number and asked them about the same, the executive told that “ your main account balance is zero “ so you have to recharge again for rs 10, because this number is chargeable, than i told them i have already done recharge of rs 219 pack and it is for 28 days pluse unlimited local and std call then why should i again do recharge on my phone??? She in between disconnected the call. Again i called at customer care number and told the same, this time also person disconnected the call.

                                  In the airtel recharge plan they have not mentioned anything like this plan does not include calling on chargeable number.

                                  Sir/ madam i kindly request you to go through this matter and take some serious action.

                                    I am prepaid airtel customer.in our area signal strength is very low. Many times those who had tried to call me says that, in their phone ring has gone to my number. But i did not receive any calls or miscalls.in case i was able to receive call, the voice will be breaking. Earlier it was bad and now it is even bad. Please help me in this and please respond to this message

                                      I am using airtel prepaid, last one year i am not getting signal in my home. While reporting network issues in your site https://www.airtel.in/opennetwork/reportIssues, a number 12118 is provided
                                      Which is directed to services of airtel rather than signal strength complaint.

                                      We can find your mobile services in detail from your official site. So please do not show such older way of advertisement. Whatever be the mobile pack, we need to get range to do voice calls. Or else your site should be truthful to accept such complaints. Or else please do not show such airtel advertisements in tv. Customer service in right way is the biggest advertisement rather than wasting money in telecasting dialogues and celebrities
