This is getting ridiculous. Every time i call a 1860 number from my number [protected] i keep getting a few beeps and the call gets disconnected. The issue persists over multiple handsets. On calling the customer care the standard response is that it will be resolved in 48 hours or that it will work after restarting the phone which hasn't worked. Not great customer service. If a resolution is not provided i will be forced to change subscribers.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My mobile no [protected]. I lost the mobile and sim card. Please block my mobile on an immediate basis. You can confirm to my father [protected]. Also will it possible to trace the mobile if i provide the imei number. I am in mantralaya and i need the phone as i have all my data's on the same. The mobile is micromax model no a 210. The imei number is [protected]. S-imei number [protected]. I am at mantralaya and i lost in the night.

    I did a recharge today morning (02/03/2020) for Rs. 219 on the online airtel website for number [protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank account but it said transaction failed.! Please refund the amount. The txn ID is[protected].

    My 4000 RS has stuck in Airtel payment Bank. I also mailed them regarding transfer to some another account. They told to submit Proof of address and proof of statement of card, I mailed them both. They told account would be unblocked within 2 working days. 12 days have passed but still no reply or follow up from them

      Sir me samar bol raha tha guwahati se.. Bharati airtel ne paisa liya tha tower installation ke liye.. Kuch problame ki wajah se project cancel ho geya.. Uske bad time period bhi diya paisa return ke liye abhi unlog unavailable he.. Before 2 months rahul bolke e admi contact kiya airtel se mere se bank details and airtel money receipt bhi liya abhi contact nehi he.. Mera pas sara documents he unlogoka. Kindly look after this matter.. Mujhe paisa wapas karne me help kijiye sir.. Abhi 2 years hone wala he aur yeh project loan leke start kiya tha abhi insterest dena par raha he mujhe. Upar se me jobless hun.. Phn no -[protected]

      Dear sir

      I'm using airtel sim in uae out country but before 4 months working daily coming network signal all so showing now last 3 to network not showing networks manually also not connect plz sim is good not damaged how can prublum salve numbers is [protected]
      I had done a recharge of 398, got failed but the amount was deducted, taxation id[protected], 398 deleted from account but not refunded, repated requests to airtel no response.
      I did an Airtel recharge of Rs.399(txn id[protected] for my airtel number on 24/02/2020 at 6:53pm, it said the recharge has been initiated but I haven't received my recharge yet. Kindly enquire on this matter.Thankyou.

      My line was deactivated when still has credit on it. I don't know why but please check and activate my sim again.

        Could not submit claim due to error on airtel website and mobile app. They called me and asked me to tell lie about actual date of damage. When verification call from oneassist came for verification (Airtel's insurance partner) they knew that i am telling wrong date of damage. So i told them the real airtel issue. Oneassist even worse than airtel rejected claim in less than 5 minutes and i didn't understand what was my fault. Airtel on the other hand mounted on me and said despite their willingness to help me (With guidance to tell lie to hide their lacuna) i told oneassist the wrong date of damage. Which fool would do that. Well nothing can be done now was their last line. So i am porting out my all numbers and also switching to different broadband provider.
        I have all interactions recorded on phone which i had put on youtube as well.
        In this extremely competitive world this kind of response will bring down airtel to shut shop in coming years.
        Trust is what we pay for and each story like this impacts your business.

          Its been very much frustating to have such bad network for which i am paying most expensive tariff.
          Zero network at my home..browsing is a secondry thing one cant even manage to have proper voice call
          Its a request to do something or it will leave no choice other than to change the network

          My number was supposed to be activated on 25-feb-2020. Its been more than 12 hours and i haven't got the connection yet but iam receiving messages stating "Dear Customer, your new Airtel SIM is active. Please restart your handset".If i restart its same. please fix this.
          Only twenty call goes out of this number .i want to solve this problem
          I have been charged for ISD calls for INR 800 whereas I have never made any ISD calls from my phone.
          Also the time of call as shown is bill shows 5Feb when I was travelling to Nasik and was on another call so it can be doubled checked

          Customer care is still forcing me to pay
          I am very stressed and have told Airtel to look into it but no luck

            I made the payment of rs. 1000 on 23rd december 2019 for the installation of broadband connection but due to some technical reason, connection request was denied by technical executive and was never installed.

            From past 2 months i have calling customer care multiple times but everytime i hear that within 48-72hrs amount will credited but that never happened.
            Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            The company is now just playing with the customer. On 1st of March I received an email that amount will be refunded in 72 hrs and that was not done. On 5th of March received another mail that amount will be transferred to another landline number whereas I do not have any other landline number. I simply needed refund in bank account.

            All customer care executives are paying attention neither to the request nor to the email.

              airtel xstream box

              I have purchased airtel xstream box 5 days back. And it it my biggest mistake. I am not able to stream airtel xstream content. I have raised this issue to multiple times to customer care. And three times to airtel nodal office. They are still not sure that they will be able to resolve it or not. Always they are asking me to wait for 24 hours and not giving any reply on that issue.
              I am asking to refund my amount they are also not doing...

                I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs.598 on 5th february 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference of rs. 598. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                  I bought an airtel 4g hotspot device and post paid sim in september 2019. I paid rs. 2000 for this. They promised high speed internet with this. I asked specifically about congestion and network issues in the area where i lived. But still they promised high speed internet. My plan was 399_50gb per month datacard plan with monthly rental of rs. 399 + 18% gst. But this connection has never worked. I tried to connect for few days and only airtel page was opening. It was not even loading google home page. I was really frustrated about this cheating and losing 2000 rs. Later when i asked people i realised that many people have lost money like this.
                  I did not pay the bill as it has never worked for me. When i got a call from customer care i had told them to disconnect the sim. But i am still getting monthly bills for this sim that has never ever worked. I haven't even tried to connect it after the first few days in september.

                    data consumption alert messages

                    Hi sir/mam,

                    I am facing data issue from a very long time. I am not using the data upto what it shows but i get the message of data consumption way before. Yesterday, i just used 760-800 mb of data but i got message that i have consumed 50% of my data. At around 11:30pm, i had around 200 mb left but i got message that i have consumed 100 % of my data way before. I was not able to use the net even after having data of 200 mb...

                    I am too much upset for airtel iyyappanthangal showroom service support person for my sim change support

                    I am already four time visit for my airtel number sim changing request purpose. But airtel working not proper handing for customers.

                    Yesterday again i am visit that showroom give my address proof and they take photo and issue they give new simcard 4pm. I am see that lady new broken and give me. Just like they talking today with in win 30 minits activate your number. I am continues trying but sim not working still now. Today my daughter visit that showroom they told again come directly give proof asking (I am not understand your working health) yesterday i am showing original of my id. Why today again they asking.

                    Why that lady give manually broken my sim same give to me. My time lot of loss again again visit airtel service person.

                    I am very much worried for this showroom customer care very bad behavior,

                      I ported from idea to airtel thinking that there would be better network inside the house on that network at least for calling on my 2g phone but it seems there's no network at all at my place and even after complaining there is no resolution provided by customer care, they don't even have an email complaint service and accept complaints via call at 50 paise per 3 minutes, which is a blatant fraud on their behalf and even after complaining they only give reassurance that the network here is great.

                          On 24th january, airtel offered to merge my 3 phones into one family plan.

                          The phone numbers were:

                          [protected] (Main number)
                          And
                          [protected]
                          And
                          [protected] (Donge/hotspot).

                          On their advice, we have paid the current due on [protected] and [protected], on 24th jan 2020 and they were to merge all the 3 phones in 1 plan.

                          They have only merged [protected] and they have not merged [protected]. Inspite of payment.

                          Now they are asking for another payment to clear the current bill while in the meanwhile they have charged the family plan fees on [protected] and they are continuing to charge the monthly fees on [protected], which are not valid.

                          Please ask them to merge [protected] with the [protected] family plan with effect from 24th january 2020.

                              Suddenly on 27th feb, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                              My number that stopped working is [protected]
                              All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                              I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period.

                                  I recently noted that whereas airtel was charging rs.23 monthly for 28 days validity with no other benefits the same has been increased to rs.45 monthly with no talk time, sms or data. I feel this is unjust for numbers not in much use.
                                  Also many a times the calls fail are if connected the talks are not very clear and one has to disconnect and call again. Sometimes lord of follow up is required for activation of calls or data

                                  As laid by the government of india that all failed calls would bear a penalty of Re.1 I do not till date find that any network provider is ever crediting this penalty amount to our billing accounts anytime
