Dear sir
Airtel 4g data card from long time.
After purchage, 1st six month service was good.
Thereafter speed problem started. I sent complain also but not resolved. One gentleman called and said that "signal strength is good". Where signal strength was good i don't know. However i was using dongle and paying huge amount as per market rate with poor service quality.
From october 2019 service completely stopped. (Till this time payment was regular.) i have sent mail to disconnect the service. It was not happened. Data base can be checked. From this month on-wards i stopped payment. How to pay without 0 service? Is it justified?
Daily someone call in working hour and irritate.
Several times i have replied to resolve the dispute and disconnect. One gentleman sail that pay for one month only, immediately next day some one said to pay rs. 1000+. Again some gentleman said that he will come back soon with better plan, so far he did not come.
Kindly initiate to resolve this issue with proper justification. Technically airtel supposed to pay me as a penalty for charging more money for worst quality service from months.

    My name is jay parekh and i have two postpaid connections in my name i am facing network issues on both numbers and i have complained since feb 2019 but still the complaint is not resolved till date hence i wanted to take a upc code for both my numbers, but as per the new trai rules i have to remove add on no i. E is [protected] for which i have requested on 06.02.2020 and the advisor from contact center team of airtel told me that in 8 hrs your [protected] no would be removed from family plan but still its not done and till the time its not removed from the family plan i camnot get a upc code for primary no i. E [protected], i paid 290 rs also towards the unbilled amount but due to the lethargic attitude of airtel staff my no is still not removed from airtel plan and when i called to conolaint about the same, a lady named jyoti from contact centre team is telling that she has taken the complaint for that and it will take 3 working days to get resolved, i have to take so much trouble to remove my no from airtel and they are not even bothered to work on priority about my issue, i will be filing a case in the consumer court as i am not getting the service which was promised by airtel, its a breach of trust i want call from the senior management asap

      With greater regression i want to say to airtel team that, a high end motorola handset like MOTO Z PLAY till not get the volte features update..
      It's unbelievable to say that very low budget ordinary handset getting VOLTE update but a premium handset like MOTO Z PLAY is not getting the VOLTE service till 6th Feb, 2020..

      When can i get update regarding VOLTE update on my device or i will get back to Reliance Jio or Vodafone soon ...
      If i will not get any feedback on this issue from Airtel, Motorola, or Lenovo, , then i will switch back to Jio or to Vodafone. Atleast they are providing very good volte service to each & every handset..

      If it's not resolved within a week then for sure, , i will think that my MNP from Jio to Airtel is completely valueless & i will go back to Jio again..

        I am suthahar, regular customer of airtel mobile services & utilizing online recharge facility my mob no [[protected]] and [[protected]]. The both airtel number connection name is mine [ suthahar]. I am using airtel sims for last 15 year. And i used regularly done the recharge for airtel app only. The both airtel sim connection is i used for official and personnel purpose.

        For my mob no [[protected]] had done from my airtel app for the recharge of rs, 1448 by 24th jan 2020 and we got the same benefit and validity as normal.
        For my mob no [[protected]] i was tried today (06th feb 2020) for online recharge of rs. 1448. But, i unable to recharge the amount and got the message for technical error. After few seconds, i got received airtel app pop message with offer and details of recharge on rs, 1448. I was done as same recharge of rs.1448 successfully, but this amount was reflected from my another no [[protected]]. Already this number have balance and validity. Please revert the online recharge amount of rs. 1448 with my official number [[protected]].
        Kindly request take immediately action.

          We have paid 3600/ through airtel sales guy for broadband connection on 3rd Feb howerver after 5 days, there is no one who can answer responsibly. Someone said it will get done after 48hrs..another said taking up with the manager... And last one which shows how irresponsible. He said I am in nearby society and reaching in one hour..and we don't know the status even now..
          No customer care nothing is helping us

            I have recently switched my network form idea to airtel due to slow network issue since i have changes my network to airtel problem is more worse i couldn't even get ant signal indoors and very slow network outdoors. I cant understand what kind of network is this and the customer care executives ask me to be patient issue will be resolved they cant understand the severity of my issue its like i am being without a mobile form past 4 days. Im unable to port to any other network now as its been only a week i have switched.
            I want this issue to be resolved in a couple of days or else only option left with me is to throw this sim and take a new jio network. Hope someone will respond fast and resolve this.

              Period of incident - since 7-dec'19
              Unauthorized activation of international roaming to airtel user [protected] levying excess amount of inr 4480.46/- on family plan bill no. Bm2027i[protected] dated. 9-jan-20. Upon inquiry, airtel claimed to have raised bill against 50 outgoing sms, 8.54 mins. Call and data usage. On bill they airtel have charged for 2 no. Sms, 11 mins. Outgoing call & 22.7 mb data usage. After careful study of bill, there are only 3 outgoing call out of which 1 no. Call is from [protected] (Airtel spam) with a call duration of 28 sec & an unknown spam no. [protected] with a call duration of 8:25 mins.
              3 day international pack of inr 999/- per day was charged in addition to above.
              Upon further inquiry airtel accepted their mistake & decided to waive of rs. 1090.32/- & have barred incoming calls on 3 airtel nos. Associated with the family plan.

              Airtel have resorted to a mode of extortion and a lot of harassment by first blocking out going calls & forcing to pay excess amount. Due to medical emergency we had no other option but to clear the bill, but still the outgoing calls are not active.

              Resolution required : full refund of excess charges of inr 2890.01 or adjustment in the next bill

                . I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like (Facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers. Also i cannot open any game downloaded from play store. What kind of joke is this airtel playing?
                I tried calling to them but they are saying our network team will reach out
                But still no deadline mention. They even asked to get the sim changed whereas this sim is new 1 or 2month old. It feel like i am wasting my money

                  Internet is mostly poor, no or extremely slow connection and doesn't even reach across the room. I am located in chennai near anakaputhur and office is in elcot, shollinganallur.. i am facing network and internet connectivity issue both in home and office.i have raised 4 complaints so far and no actions have be taken from their end.

                    Mine is Airtel post paid sim and Not getting 4G network from my residence. Most of the time network gets downgrated to 2G/3G. I am not able to access internet. Frequently I have to put on air flight mode and back to reset my network. I have been complaining to Customer Care for over last 6 months. Everytime I complaint, they inform there is new tower coming up in your location next month and this goes on.

                      My number is 49287130, and i am using your airtel connection since so long. You people are so shameless that even after so mANY COMPLAINTs you have only one word and that is damn SORRY. What i have to do with your sorry. I am paying 1100 bucks. You people are cheaters, lurchers who know how to grab money of the people without giving them the service.

                      Every time i make a complaint you send you idiotic technician or field executive who sit check something for three minutes, and then your internet start, but again same ### happens the very next day. Do you people really ashame of your acts.

                      Why the hell i pay 1100 bucks, for this ###, for this nasty service. Give my entire money back of last month, because hardly your internet service work. Same ### happened on 5th, Feb, 2020, for three damn hours in total there was no internet, and for fifty minutes landline too did not work.

                      Now you listen to me carefully, 1100 that i pay, i need 50% of waver
                      in my next bill, or else after this i would put this ### on NHRC and other social media.

                      Solve this problem once for all, or there are better service providers. I will tell in my cicrle to switch to something else, so you better behave.

                        Iam using sim service of airtel service provider since more than 5 years, but now on 23 jan 20 i had requested for port out from airtel to jio but my request has been rejected without any notice even after fulfilling all the conditions as per trai, after that again i requested the same on 31 jan 20 and while querying about the status of my request to the airtel customer care executive they replied that no request has been found in there system.
                        These is second time i am opting for port out, even after fulfilling all the criteria of trai and obtaining upc both the times similarly following all the very steps why the airtel network provider denying of the request...???

                        I can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers
                        I did a international roaming recharge for 6999 but airtel did not provide the call service for 10 days, so I need the amount prorated and refunded back. But customer service person says there is no such policy of fair treatment of customers. Even if airtel does not provide service the customer has to pay the amount.
                        Upload and download speed sre so reduced after new rates revision that even when my 1.5 gb data pack is left I'm getting an average download speed of 100kb max. If you are charging higher rates then improve your performance also. Airtel not done. Going to pprt to jio if problem is not solved immediately.

                            Internet is mostly not there, no or extremely slow connection and doesn't even reach across the room. Even to check speed internet browser not working, taking time to load for more than 7 mins!!!. It stays like this almost all through the day, and only gets better later in the night after 12 am. So far 2 complaints have been filed with airtel in the last few months, and still this problem keeps on happening.

                                This is in regards with the unprofessional personnel of airtel in bhopal, gulmohar colony area.

                                I had raised a complaint regarding frequent drop of the broadband connection which hinders the work process at our office. Once they claimed to have fixed the issue, i asked them to monitor it for a few days just so we are both sure that the problem is resolved. Mr dashrath who sits at the complaint desk most likely at the bhopal office calls from[protected] and [protected] keeps asking for the happy code which is supposed to be given when the problem is resolved. I told him to monitor the connection for a bit then i will gladly share the code but he kept arguing that he sent the engineer and has rectified the problem, etc. I still wanted them to monitor the connection because of the past experience i have had with them fixing the issue which is never really fixed and i was right because the very next day it dropped, only once during the day but it still did drop. They sent their engineer to our office to close the complaint who was informed that the connection dropped today and we want to wait another 2 days to monitor the complaint. Instead of trying to figure out why the connection dropped he was insisted on closing the complaint. After two days the connection was still dropping at least once so we told them but again mr dashrath kept calling to close the complaint and when informed that the connection dropped at 1 pm, he told us that you must have started the broadband then to which we told him that you are not interested in fixing the issue and are blaming us that we are giving you incorrect information, he said i will send somebody to check the connection. But instead of fixing the issue, he cut our connection intentionally and is now giving us excuses that the engineer is coming. It has been over 20 hours and there is no sight of them.

                                When the connection was down for over 15 hours i had called the 121 to escalate the issue and they said it will be fixed in 2 hours, a senior engineer will give you a call but nothing happened. So, i decided to call the engineer who was talking gibberish that i spoke to them i will tell them to start it by 3-4pm but close the complaint then because when its 4 days old it goes to cable issue which makes it clear that this whole fiasco is an intentional attempt to harass us.

                                Request you take appropriate action against the staff here at bhopal and as per the telecom laws in india i will not pay for the time my connection was not working, if i don't get an appropriate response and the connection is not in perfect working condition i will be forced to take further action.

                                  My sim is blocked for no reason and my phone number has validity and money to make a call. And someone has bought my sim number? I really don't understand how airtel can give my sim number to someone else while i am using it, i was unable to contact my old friends and i was unable to access my email and other login due to 2-step verification and i have been using this number more than 3 years. Really worst service from airtel.

                                    Hello..Airtel digital tv.has many problems..They are not providing us channels as per TRAI guidelines..They are not providing facility of adding & cancelling channels as our wish at any time..They provide us adding channels at any time, but does not provide cancelling options..Even their customer care numbers are fake..When we call to that number it says that this no. is not valid or most of the times, its busy..Even if they receive, they will say us to enter airtel digital tv customer Id or mobile no.but, then say you have entered wrong number & you have reached your limits.
                                    One of the biggest Indian telecom companies i.e.Airtel..is doing like this..
                                    When we recharge every time with perfect amount, still they cut days of connection..If we recharge for 1 month, it will only come for 20 days..Even we cannot ask for that because they do not have valid number to call. Please help us..We are from Karnataka..I don't want to mention my name & exact place..Please give them punishments & resolve issue..& give us compensation.

                                      I'm using sorrel postpaid since from 5 to 6 moths... And I'm not using my data and it has been rolled out for months and it is of 22gb as per January month. But all of a sudden it all vanished without any notifications...when I'm calling to customer care they are not responding properly all they keep on saying that I have used all my data in one day... How can I use my 22gb in one night without turning on mobile data... When I'm calling they customer care number... Their automatic voice it self telling that I have 27.5gb unused data and it is giving options to convert my data to rewards... If I used my data so y it is keeps on telling the same... When I ask them the same question there is no proper answer...i have never missed paying any bill... I want my data back
