Recharge airtel mobile for rs 1699 on nov 30 2019 using airtel app and its was failure. Also initiated refund by calling customer care. But amount not credited yet. Now when i am calling airtel customer care they are not giving proper response.

Please find attached sceen shot.

I recharged from mobile number [protected] for rs 1699 against my wifes mobile number [protected]..

I am feeling really bad as this amount is not credited after 16 days.

    I have ordered fast tag id through airtel app, i received message on 30 nov 2019 my fast tag id shipped. But if check the airtel app for status it is still shows validating order.
    Whenever i check the customer care executive always busy the call get disconnected.
    After several attempt i got courier tracking number x[protected]Dtdc) from phone banking representative.

    When i check the tracking status through dtdc, it is returned due to person is not available, but they never attempt the deliver the post and not given single call. Now fast tag id return to the origin.

    Really it is frustrated. There is no support from and reply mail form airtel payment bank.

    I have raised the several complaints. Below is the case numbers
    1. Case:4450220 on 9th dec 2019
    2.:case:4465871 0n 11th dec 2019
    3. Case:4465871 on 13th dec 2019

    I have emailed all the above details to [protected]@airtelbank.com, [protected]@airtelbank.com, grievance. [protected]@airtelmoney.in, nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com,

    But no response or call from airtel bank.

      Today 16 December 2019, i lost my AIRTEL SIM connection without prior notification.when I visited airtel store they claimed for sim replacement. I couldn't trust them because I felt like they were playing a drama there. They dont know what happens in reality when sim connection get lost. I lost my days complete duties.

        My airtel number [protected] is abruptly disconnected on last 7th december 2019. I have recharged for a year, the recharge is valid till aug 2020. There is no message or mail intimating about any document requirement or otherwise. I have been using this number for the past 11 - 12 years. Complained and following up in airtel vidyaranyapura store continously from past 10 days, no use.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        My airtel payment bank account mpin expired not a change of mpin. How can mpin re open..
        Additional ISD charges are being levied in the bill.

          Further to various discussion i had with airtel representative, i am attaching following document for your action to resolve 2 issues i have

          1. Comments on airtel statement
          2. Payment statement from my citibank account
          3. Comments on uncorrent bill sent to me

          1st issue -

          I have paid rs 944.00 on 10/06/2019 thru my regular bill payment mode of bill payee thru my citibank which is not reflecting in your account summary, please immediately correct your accounts and confirm the receipt of this payment. (Refer attach 1 for reference)

          2nd issue -

          Correction wrong bill of rs 1878.87 overcharging me double bills for both the plan in the month when i changed my billing plan. I have paid rs 700 against this due on adhoch basis and request you to resend the correct bill for me to settle this.

          I am disappointed for such blunders on airtel part and response to act on these blunders, now i request airtel to resolve both the issue at the earliest and stop harassing for payment reminders.

            I've recharged my number [protected] for 219rs today amount has been deducted but the airtel premium app is not working, i recharged through airtel app..
            It's always been the issue with airtel and customer support calls never gets connected at all.

              Airtel payments bank have not credited the cash back of rs 150 even after 7 days+ and against advertised 7 days delivery they fastag is not delivered even after 14 days

              Customers are cheated by airtel payments bank in the name of cash back and committed 7 days delivery..

              Even the escalation team does not have deadline for resolution and not committing

                Am using my airtel network since 12year you are changed so many future till today am very disappointed because you suddenly increased the amount of monthly recharge pack and you decreased the data from 1.5gb to 1gb
                That is not good for all users customers will be forget any airtel was available

                  Here in our college "ITER", bhubaneswar, the internet is very slow.as here in our campus about 60% are airtel users of about 2000 users are switching to jio, due to very slow connection.The ping is very high without stability.

                  so here i request you to please do something for our network issue.

                      I have applied for the fastag from my airtel app. On 30th nov i received a message with fastag id that fastag has been shipped but the physical fastag is not received from airtel date and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. I have contacted on their emails more than 20 times but no response

                        I ordered fastag from airtel on 21 nov 2019. And shipped on 30 nov and today it's 15 dec but i haven't received my fastag. From today it's mandatory to apply fastag on vehicle. I want to ask airtel who will pay double fees on toll plaza. Its my mistake that i ordered it from airtel. I need urgent action against my complaint.. I also registered compaint in airtel and my compaint no is 4510617....

                            I have registered a request with them on 12th december for shifting my dth. At first, they transferred my request to an engineer who was reluctant to come because according to him it's not his area. Then i waited for some hours & they transferred this call to some other executive who never responds. Then yesterday i. E. 13th december i emailed at there complaint id & they quickly called me & assured me that it will get resolved soon but it's not yet resolved.
                            As a consumer why we are paying them fee for every thing if they are providing services like this?

                              I am currently residing in bangalore and i took airtel broadband for my home. I raised a request for disconnection on nov 2, 2019. After that one executive called me and confirmed the disconnection request, and asked me to pay the remaining bill. I told the executive please adjust the amount taken for security deposit while connect, and i will pay the remaining bill amount. But they didn't respond to anything and in december they called me and said that even after disconnection, they generated the bill for both november and december month and asked me to pay asap. I called customer care many times but they are saying you will have to pay the entire bill as it is already generated. This is pure harassment. I have the email confirmation for the disconnection and the internet was not even working. Please look into the matter.

                                My number is [protected]. I had taken the one time international roaming pack for 1499 for 10 days in october, which came in my bill and was cleared by me. Again in the month of november, this one time pack was auto-renewed on my number without my permission which came in my bill for november to be paid now. When i spoke to your customer service, they said they cannot do anything about this and this gets auto renewed because i was in international location even though i didn't opt for the service!

                                    I had a prepaid plan of airtel landline as well as internet connection no.[protected] for which i had paid advance rental. After the plan expired without any verbal consent or asking me airtel upgraded my plan from 399/ rs per month plus taxes to a 799/ rs per plus taxes per month.

                                    As i recived the reminder to pay the amount for which i never signed a document ever or gave any verbal consent i called up at airtel as any responsible citizen would on 31st october 2019 and had a lengthy disscussion with kirti sachdeva at gurgaon call centre bearing interaction id:[protected]
                                    And explained the whole matter.

                                    I was assured that all my dues which were wrongly made in my account will be waived off as i had never agreed to switch plans or agreed to a upgrade and not even for continuing any plans.

                                    Then i was offered a 599/rs per month plus taxes postpaid plan with a discount of 50rs every month which will be a net total of 648/rs per month all inclusive to which i agreed.

                                    Now airtel has billed me with 599/rs per month plus taxes and have not given a discount of 50rs.

                                    Also they have billed me for the the upgraded plan to which i never agreed and now have disconnected my internet connection.

                                    I want a very strong action to be taken against airtel for harassment and mental tension which they have given.

                                    Almost 5 times a day they call me upnto deposit the bill which i do not owe them.
                                    All this is really frustrating and wastes a lot of time.

                                    No matter wherei am and what time of thw day it is airtel calls up.

                                    It is really creating a lot of tension in my personal as well as professional life and it is actually the non synchronisation of intra airtel department tjat i need to explain the matter again and again as if i am some kind of a criminal.

                                    It is high time and i want a legal action to be taken against airtel.
