I vipin v. S, made a request to port my bsnl no. ([protected]) to you network on 23/9/2019. I provided with a new 4g sim after verification of aadhaar, photo and payment rs.290. On 27/9/2019, my old sim got deactivated and i inserted the new one. But still now its not got activated. Whenever i contact your support team (Via 59059), they reply that the details is not updated. I made several visits to your office at pappanamcode, trivandrum, kerala to solve the same and asked to wait for 4 hrs, but nothing happened. Hence i am using the same no for net-banking, mobile banking etc, the matter must be treated as most urgent one for me. I made the decision to port from bsnl after 12 years, because of my faith in your service. But if it is in such a pathetic condition, i will count 90 days to get ported back. Kindly help me asap
